On November 27th, 2024, officers from the Joliet Police Department responded to a call reporting a man lying in the middle of the road near Saint Joseph Medical Center. When officers arrived, the situation appeared to involve a possibly intoxicated individual, but it quickly got out of control. What's your name? Mark. Mark, what did you take today, man? According to authorities, he was released on a notice to appear while still at the hospital.
