You're in the apartment? >> Yeah, I got it. Here, here, just chill there for a second. Just so I don't do anything stupid. >> This is 38-year-old Farrell Torres. Minutes earlier, he had called 911 and described what officers were about to walk into behind that front door. A scene so disturbing officers would never forget it. >> Unfortunately, YOUR DAUGHTER'S FOUND DECEASED. >> [screaming] >> SHE'S STABBED IN THE HEAD WITH A KNIFE. SO, THAT WAS QUICK. SO, at least she didn't suffer. She's on the right side of the bed. >> On the bed? >> She's face down. Knife is sticking out of her head. >> Dressed for the day or dressed in her pajamas? Okay. >> On May 29th, 2024, officers in Castleberry, Florida, responded to an apartment following a disturbing 911 call concerning a domestic incident. When they arrived, they found an emotional man waiting outside. But what he had left behind inside the home would turn this call into something far more serious. >> Yeah, I got it. Yeah. Here, here, just chill there for a second. Just so I don't do anything stupid. They like that, right? Don't don't do anything stupid, okay? >> I'm not. >> I hear you. All right, brother, I'm going to search you, okay? We're going to pat you down. >> [laughter] >> Any any knives or stuff on you? >> No, sir. >> Okay. You get why I have to ask, right? >> [laughter] >> What time did this all happen? Just now? What time? >> [laughter] >> Hey, hey, it's it's good, all right? Roll over. Roll over. Roll over. >> He's not good. >> You know what I mean. >> When officers arrived, they found Farrell at the scene. The person pronounced was his girlfriend, Vanessa Santiago. But Vanessa's family had yet to learn what had happened. And when they arrived, the situation would quickly spiral. >> Huh? >> What happened? >> It's um It's on It's on the way where I work. >> Okay. >> Is she okay? >> Unfortunately, your daughter's FOUND DECEASED. >> NO! NO! NO! NO! >> OKAY, LET'S THAT'S THAT'S SIT DOWN. LET'S SIT DOWN. Let's sit down. Let's sit down. I know. It's okay. >> [laughter] >> Just sit down. Just sit down. Just sit down. JUST SIT DOWN. >> YOU'RE OKAY. You're okay. >> I got it. Okay, just sit up. >> Oh my god! >> All right. It'll be all right. >> It's okay. >> You're all right. Hey, hey, just squeeze my hand. Just squeeze my hand. Just squeeze my hand. It'll be okay. Just stay strong. Stay strong. >> Oh my god! Please, Lord. No! Lord, TAKE ME. TAKE ME. OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! >> I KNOW. I KNOW. IT'S OKAY. >> NO! OH MY GOD! >> YOU'RE OKAY. >> GOD, NO! LORD, PLEASE, JESUS. >> WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT HAPPENED HERE? >> MOMMY. >> NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! WHERE'S THE >> SHE'S AT SCHOOL. >> SHE'S IN THE CAR. >> NO! >> BOTH OF THEM. >> OKAY, what happened? WHAT HAPPENED? >> THERE WAS AN INCIDENT BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM. >> MOMMY, [screaming] MOMMY, MOMMY, MOMMY. >> IT'S OKAY. SIT DOWN. YOU'LL BE ALL RIGHT. >> MOMMY. NO! >> I KNOW. >> NO! NO! NO! MOMMY. >> THE REALITY OF WHAT HAPPENED WAS DEVASTATING FOR THE relatives gathering outside. With the immediate scene secured, officers stepped in to assist the family in whatever way they could and then began working to gain a better understanding of the relationship dynamic between the couple. >> No, she's not okay. She passed away. >> Talk to them. >> Yeah, hey. Let me Let me talk. Let me talk to them. Let me talk to them. You're >> We'll handle it. >> Okay. We'll handle it. >> Excuse me, this is Officer Rodriguez of Casper Police Department. Yeah, in reference to uh Uh what was your mother's name again? >> Miriam. >> Miriam? Uh she can't make it today. They had a family incident. So, we're just letting you know. Okay? Uh I I she's Miriam is physically okay. I just This is all we can tell you, okay? If she wants to tell you everything else later, she can, but right now that's that's it, okay? But she she won't make it today. It's for a good and terrible reason. Okay? The kids are fine. Kids are fine. Do you know what school they go to exactly? Okay. Uh either way, either way, she won't be making it work, okay? Can you just relay that? Thank you. All right. We're going to go now, okay? Bye. I have a question. >> Okay. >> How long were they together? >> I don't know, for like >> Does he and your sister this his issues aren't anything new? >> It's not. He should have been in jail. He should have been in jail, but every time she kept up being the charges and his family was going to press charges against him, everybody keeps dropping it against him. This is a history. His brother was doing the same thing. Like they all It's in the But he's been doing this for a long time. And we've been trying to get her away from him, but it's hard. >> And even that like it's terrible to say this that relationship or bond they have, The attachment is like it's >> I know >> It's a unfortunately it's a more common thing. >> I I understand and I try to get her to therapy. I try to get her away from him, but >> Unfortunately it doesn't work unless she wants it to. >> Exactly. Um but she she didn't she couldn't. She he had a mental hold on her. He was mentally But we didn't realize it this to this extent. >> I know you said it's on and off, but how many years including the one >> he was 3 years old. >> So at least 3 years. >> 4 years. >> 4? Okay. Uh how often would she complain about him? >> She never would complain about him. We just knew because of the boys we seen something. The 3-year-old is old enough to say that daddy hits mommy. >> So um given the circumstances, I told his sister this too. Um but you can probably expect a call or your mother, whoever, because your nephews are going to need you guys. >> We can we keep them? >> So I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure his What's your name again? >> Kimberly. >> Kimberly? Okay. I'm Kimberly. I'm I'm Joshua, okay? I'm What do you think? I don't think that's going to happen. They have you guys. But you will get a phone call or at least your mother will from CPS, okay? Because they need you guys, all right? They don't need to be with some strangers. >> Yeah. >> If they were here, most likely they'd have been taken. Well we're we're working on that, okay? Cuz I think it's best they go with you guys. >> living with my mom anyway most of the time. They they would stay with us. >> registered as a guardian? >> I think so. >> Because I know one of the children does not belong to um whatever his name is, Farrell. >> Yes. They both have a deep attachment to our mother. They stay at my mother's house all the time. We're at here. They she has a bedroom for them and everything. >> do me a favor? I I don't know at least you or your sister going to ask you this too. Can when you guys stay with your mom tonight? Or all you guys cuz she's I >> we both called out work so we'll be here. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I think that UCF. I used to work there. >> I just I I got the call at work right away. But it's fine. I can I'll be here. We'll both be here. Um She just wants her phone to call her dad. >> I know that's fine. You get that. I just had to ask you that question, okay? >> Yeah. >> Nothing against you but to like make sure I know where you guys are at cuz I think it's no one in no one out right now, >> I I understand. I I appreciate you guys. >> I know she wants to see her sister. But like she you don't not want to do anything right now, okay? >> Inside the master bedroom, officers found Vanessa Santiago face down on the floor beside her own bed. She was cold to the touch and still lodged in the right side of her face was a 4-in paring knife. As officers began documenting the scene, one thing was already becoming impossible to ignore. What had happened inside that apartment that morning had not been an accident. It had been planned. >> Hey, we appreciate you, all right? Thank you. Huh? Hey, wait wait before you dip though, he needs you to Chinese to sign a crime scene log. Uh We had a knifing. >> Is the other person inside? >> She is but signal seven, so that's why I said just roll me out. It's Hey. Before you go Oh. I want right now I want just fine. You guys don't really need to go in. So we have less people assigned. Are you hurt anyway physically? No? You don't need them to look at you? Hey hey I I know. I just had to ask you these questions, okay? You have ID in your with you anywhere? Do you know where hers might be at? And and Your phone, okay. Is it cool if I grab it? Come on, get up. Let's go. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, stand right here. Face the car, please. Okay, separate your feet. Okay. Is this your car, Farah? All right. Here, just sit down. Breathe, okay? I know it's a lot, but it's You got to work with me, okay? >> [laughter] >> You get Get your feet. Okay. >> [laughter] >> I'm sorry, man. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> [laughter] >> Farrell's deep regrets were already too late, and as investigators spoke with his mother and sister, striking details about the suspect began to emerge. >> I will appreciate y'all's help. And with that, well, ma'am, ma'am, I'm Officer Rodriguez, CPD. Uh I I know you guys know what happened here as of now. Uh you wouldn't mind telling me what what happened? >> So, this is all we know. Must I agree with this? You want to sit down? >> No, I'm sitting down. Um he came over here to the house. He was just freaking out. And I was like, "What's going on?" And he's like, "I was like, 'Is someone He was like, "Yeah." And I keep telling him, "Look, honey, you have to turn yourself in. You have to turn yourself in. You have to turn yourself in." And he wanted to go see his son, and I'm like, "Fidel, please, just turn yourself in." So then, I guess he tried to go see his son, but >> What time was all this? >> I honestly don't know. I know I looked, and it was maybe like 8:30. >> I don't know. What time is it now? >> either. >> So, an hour ago? >> Okay. So, he went to go see his son, tried to, they didn't let him. Cuz she also told him he needs to go and turn himself in. He cannot just keep doing this. So then, he finally called me back, and I was like, "Fidel, please, turn yourself in." So then, here we are. >> So, what did he tell you specifically? >> I didn't even I honestly didn't even want to know how or what happened. He just said he blacked out, and I don't want to know. I don't even want to know what happened. >> All right. >> I don't want to >> No, no, no. I'm not going to say it. Just What did he say like what happened to her or her condition? >> He just said he just said he blacked out. >> He blacked out, something happened. >> Yeah, I guess. I don't want to know. >> Okay. She's coming back. >> Like, she drove home or she's in there? >> No, she she left. She wasn't on the scene or anything like that. I basically um Here you go, by the way. Brother, yeah. Brother comes into the house, he's freaking out. He won't give details, keeps saying he's sorry. She's like, "Something wrong?" He's like, "I know is um uh" And no response or anything like that. >> Why was her first and only reaction to her asking about her? >> Because they have history. Do they have issues? >> Yeah, they do. She cuz she used to go to the house often. Because they always fight all the time. So, this time she I guess she never seen this hysterical before and whatnot. So, I don't know she's on her way back. He never told them what he did. That was the grandmother, too. She was just like, "I don't know what the hell is going on." Everyone's like kind of freaking out. So, that's what I got from her. But, she's on her way back. She was trying to give me mother's information, but she couldn't find it and doesn't really She knows probably general area where she might live at, but she doesn't know the exact address or anything. >> So, she told him to turn himself in. >> Yeah, he did. >> is saying, "Don't do it." >> No, no, they're both telling him to turn himself in. >> Turn him in Turn himself in and then he said, "I want to go see his son." Their son? >> Yeah, he wanted to see like their their son. >> Okay. >> I know it might seem a little jumbled up, but uh that's the best I was going to get out of her. >> One officer noticed something familiar about both the victim and the address. The officer soon realized he had responded to the same apartment only 2 months earlier. During that March call, Vanessa reported that Farrell had entered through a window and taken her phone. Although officers had explained her options at the time, the incident had ended without an arrest. Now, that earlier encounter was beginning to look like an important warning of what the turbulent relationship had now led to. >> So, where So, it happened in the bedroom while she was in the bed? >> I imagine. I didn't talk to the guy. >> I mean, it definitely happened in the bedroom, but I don't know. >> I'm going to have to get Rodriguez to tell me the whole thing. >> I don't know if Sarge wants you to stay here, but you can go home. >> Do you want to get your car? >> Can I just bring it up? >> over here. Yeah, yeah. >> Uh Can I get my homeless? >> Yeah, I got that on top. >> Does he live here? >> I don't know. >> Like Uh, Rodriguez was the one talking to him, but he was really emotional, so he put him in the car. >> Do you recognize the victim or not? >> I would have to look at her at her face, yeah. Um, let me pull up her The ID should be up in there in the on the screen. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, let me uh So, I I did a case already for this one. I don't know if you guys >> Confirm? >> Yeah, he's got it. >> I I have to look see her face, but >> Like a trespass one? >> It was a trespass and uh damage to property to the property. I was uh March. It's right here. Um, and I she didn't want to press charges. The phone, yeah. And he took off. Um He took her phone. >> Okay. >> And um And then uh after that, cuz he went through the window. >> Okay. >> Um, but then he uh I believe so, yeah. Um, but she didn't want to press uh charges for the But I let her know about the civil injunction. Yeah, I think it was like a ongoing 13 years of relationship. >> We found a couple cases from before. We found his name is Ferras Torres. >> Who was what looking for the dumpsters? >> For the dumpster? >> Yeah. >> I don't know anything about that. >> Bro, anything? >> Did everybody sign in? There's only two people on that sheet. >> Uh, I have a second one over here. >> Okay, great. So, it looks like this is >> Thank you. >> a rental car. >> Mhm. >> There's There's >> I don't know. There's stuff in there, and there's cigarettes. That's a cigarette there. There's another cigarette inside that looks the same. >> I know what's taking everyone so long. You two went in, >> Yes. >> Yes. >> So, from what I understand, Rodriguez and the deputy made contact, told him to come outside at gunpoint, right? >> Then you two arrived. >> Right. We arrived after he was secured. He was on the ground with Rodriguez. We went in with the deputy, cleared the apartment. Uh >> She's in the back bedroom there? >> Yep. Yeah, you go down go down the hallway >> and make a right. >> Go all the way straight back. She's on the right side of the bed. >> Mhm. Give me her face and >> On the bed? >> No, on the floor. >> Okay, she's on the floor face down. >> Uh knife sticking out of her head. >> Dressed for the day or dressed for >> No, pajamas. >> Pajamas, okay. Did you have any >> on the ground next to her. >> Any contact with the this male? >> Yeah, oh, I don't know. >> You didn't talk to him? >> No, cuz Rodriguez had him and he was like, "You guys go in with the deputy." So, we just went inside. >> Okay. So, talking to all the officers here involved in it. So, >> the deputy arrived first >> Okay. >> followed by Rodriguez about 30 seconds later. They ordered him out of the house at gunpoint. They take him down. They go above and secure him. He's in the back of this car, 615. Okay, all he kept on saying was, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Prior to that, our involvement, we did go to his family's, uh which is number 37, and kept on he was historic and hysterical, kept on saying, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Three people went in, you, 607, and Johan. Okay, she's on the floor in the bedroom. >> And the deputy. >> And the deputy. The deputy that was here first. >> Mhm. I agree. We went in with the deputy initially. Johan didn't go in until after. >> Rodriguez. Okay, he has four hands, clothing. They checked the dumpsters just now, no signs of clothing, right? Okay. >> But before investigators could focus entirely on the history between Vanessa and Farrell, they discovered that two young children also lived inside the apartment. Neither of them were anywhere in the home, leaving officers with urgent questions for the man sitting in the back of the patrol car. >> Hey, Pharaoh. Hey, there's two children, right? Are they both your children or one both? Where where are they at? They're at the daycare, right? Where's the daycare at? Do you know the name of it at all? Okay. If you If we had to drive you over there, do you think you could? Let me look for it real quick. I'll be right back, okay? If you can think of the name of it. Do you remember what like what's next to it? Give me 1 second. Let me grab a different phone and I'll Watch your niece, okay? Stay there. Let's see what we can find. >> So, do you think it's that one? >> I think it's that one. >> So, you go up to uh >> I want the mother to tell us where the kids are at. Maybe she has her cell phone. No, I haven't talked to her yet. You tell her first. I'll do that. >> With both children still unaccounted for, officers had only Pharaoh's word that they were safe at daycare, and they immediately set out to verify it. >> All right. How are you? >> How are you? >> Woah, that shut hard. Um my name is Bill Nasser. We're from Castle Rock Police. There's a lady named She has two kids named Trying to make sure they're here. >> They are here. >> They're here. They're safe. They're okay? >> Yes, yeah. They're okay. >> Okay. >> Is she okay? >> No. >> Okay. >> But I just need They just need to be here for a couple hours, and Does she normally come get them in the afternoon? >> She does after work. >> Okay, good. Um Don't give them to anybody. >> Nobody did. >> Until another police officer comes back and talks to you. It's probably going to be a couple hours. >> Okay. >> I won't I won't leave you hanging too long. I promise somebody will come back. But in case anybody tries to come pick them up, just say not right now. >> Okay. >> And I can give you my cell phone number if you need it. >> And then I'll be able to come back and update you on the circumstances. >> Okay. >> William, and my last name is Nass, N A S. Perfect. Thank you. Mom is here. She's grandma. >> she can get them. >> And she can take them. >> Okay. >> And she's fixing to come [music] in. >> Okay. >> So thank you for helping us. >> So she's they're leaving now? >> I I think, but let's talk let's see what she wants to do. I think I think she I think she's going to pick them up. >> Okay. We know grandma. >> Yeah. >> Good. That makes me feel better. >> Yeah, I know. She's nice. >> I think they took a phone call. They're standing right here, but >> Okay. >> if she comes. >> What if What if there are lighting calls or >> Um if if they're going >> Do you need anything else from me? >> Um >> I just don't Yeah. >> You don't mind Can I ride back with you so I can >> I just don't want the kids to see a police >> I'll meet you at the house, okay? >> Okay. >> Um Huh? >> Harold told officers he had dropped off their 3-year-old son and Vanessa's 5-year-old son from a previous relationship at daycare. Police immediately went to the facility and confirmed both boys were safe. On the drive back, one of the officers spoke with a family member about the history of abuse in the relationship, learning that what had happened that morning was part of a much longer pattern. >> Has that guy been >> Yeah. >> a problem? >> Yeah. He tried to get her a few times, too. So, that's why it was, you know, but it got mental hold of her. >> Yeah. >> He was afraid he was going to kill her like those. She would hide it from us. >> Yeah. We had a call with her in March where he took her phone. And she just insisted that we not do anything, and not arrest him. >> She always dropped the charges every time. >> Yeah, I know. >> a knife out on his family, and his own family dropped the charges to keep him out of jail. >> Yeah. >> Jail. We were planning to call on him, but we just didn't have proof. All we could do was take the kids every time. Just to make sure that they're safe. >> Yeah, which is good. >> said it's all her fault. She makes her own choices. But, those kids have no choice, so They would come to my mom's house every almost every day. >> Yeah, I went there first thing, but she wasn't home. I guess cuz she's at work. Yeah. >> My friend messaged us. She said My friend was complex. She said I'm sorry, something's wrong. There's cops outside. Do you know how he did it yet, right? >> I'm sorry. >> Do you know how he did it yet? >> I do. Do you need to know, or would you rather not know? >> It's all right. >> No, why don't you wait? >> Yeah. >> actually >> What? He stabbed her in the head with a knife. So, it was quick. So, at least she didn't suffer. He will be now, but I know that doesn't help you. But >> He was supposed to be in jail. He stabbed family. He pulled a knife out on his family. He was supposed to be in jail. They dropped charges on him. He kept getting They call it negative reinforcement. >> Yeah. Well, he kept getting away with it. >> Exactly. >> So, then he was emboldened. He thought, "Oh, I can get away with it again." Was he in the system at all, or was he just a maniac? >> He's a maniac. He's I'm sorry. He's like that. His brother is looks like that. His dad is like that. My girl with the hat in the truck crying is his sister. And was always trying to tell my sister to stay away from him. But all the men in that family You ever hear that story with the suitcase? The man who got suffocated in a suitcase by his girlfriend? >> No. No, was that That was them? >> That's his brother. >> Oh. >> His brother was hitting his girlfriend, too. And one day she got drunk and decided to lock him in a suitcase. And he suffocated in there. >> You think differently >> You got two kids. I think if it was just my car right there. >> You want me to watch out here? >> Yes. Thank you. >> You're welcome. I'm sorry. >> Thank you. >> The family member's account made it clear that violence had long surrounded both Ferrell's family and his relationship with Vanessa. But investigators also wanted to understand how he had behaved in the hours surrounding the killing, leading them to one of the last people known to have interacted with him that morning, a staff member at the children's daycare. >> The second time I saw him, probably he did the big kid came nice with him. Maybe he know him before. So >> Okay, so nothing with the kids didn't look didn't concern didn't mention anything. >> Nothing. >> Okay. Did they mention anything about not about not seeing their mother in the morning? No? >> Actually we don't ask. I don't ask here. The kid I don't ask the kid because you know most of the time parent do not talk to us what's going on at home. But see him the second time I think it all he start now coming to drop kid. >> Okay. Yeah. >> was now normal that. >> Okay. How long have the kids been coming here to your knowledge? >> 3 years. >> 3 years. Okay. Um and out of the 3 years how many times have you seen him drop off? >> Two times. He don't talk to me. He don't look at me I'm sorry he don't look at me. He moved his cell phone like he was nervous. That's what I I recognize it. Now I pay attention thinking all the movement that he did it was that. >> He was nervous. >> He was nervous. >> Did he seem um rushed? >> Actually no. He came and told the kid you know be good. >> And they were real calm. >> Very calm. >> And he's only been around him very minimal. >> Mhm. >> So I don't know what happened but I think she could have been in the car at that time when he came in and dropped them off cuz the kids wouldn't be calm with just him. It's never been just him and them. >> Mhm. >> It was just real They were real normal yesterday. >> Okay. >> And I'm sure they see mom and dad fight all the time so just >> They were calm they nothing >> It was very odd when you asked about mom and >> Yeah when I say can you call her? Yes already call her and she do not answer the phone. He did like this. >> Mhm. >> And the The was dark. He don't >> Mhm. >> Because I almost went to say, "Can you call her back?" But, if you already show me the cell phone, I would think it's okay. That means he already >> Didn't you ask him if he was picking them up from home? >> No, that's what I said, that he he say >> So, I don't know. >> He say that I don't know. He ain't going to pick it up there. >> The daycare worker's account helped clarify Farrell's behavior that morning, but the sister was about to reveal far more about the violence surrounding the relationship. >> He posted a video of her sleeping on her story. Um she just Yeah, things pretending to be saying, "I'm crying. I can't stop crying. All I can think about is my boys." Um >> [clears throat] >> Uh he had her paint one day and posted a picture of himself, and then a couple hours later she deleted it. >> Um >> Was this I'm sorry. Was this a public relationship? >> Uh besides obviously the family >> The family. >> Uh no. Cuz they've been This has been going on since three. And I would say maybe like a year Facebook. Um Oh, and uh the when I first went to her apartment the day [clears throat] after her uh birthday, she mentioned that he went on her Instagram, deleted all her posts, unfriended everybody. Um so that she didn't have any followers and um So she didn't have any followers and she wasn't following anyone. Um so I've been looking at her page and it seems like he did that again. Um I don't have her on Instagram. It's just Facebook that I have her, but I know her. >> Determined to understand how the system failed Vanessa, the officer who previously responded to her home pulled up his old body camera footage. Reviewing a trespassing incident from March, he watched as Vanessa declined to press charges after Torres broke through her window. As the officer studied the old footage, a haunting detail about how she handled Torres that night suddenly stood out. What he noticed in that seemingly minor interaction would completely reframe how investigators viewed the tragic escalation. >> Confirm it, but at least it seems something cuz he's a little hysterical and I don't want to talk to him right now. I'm going to go out car. So, thank you. >> I got you. Um here, want me to take a picture and send it to you? >> That's actually huge. >> Oh, sorry. That was her? >> Yeah. >> No, no, that's not her. That's her. >> That's right. My bad. >> Yeah, you don't want to lie to me. >> I'm just trying to like get all of this stuff out of the >> Oh, yeah. Okay, now I remember. Um That's her. >> That's her? >> That's her. >> That's her. >> Give me my >> That's her. >> If you can do a better picture than me, you're the camera man, of course. >> Okay, give me that. >> I mean, we still have to look at her a bit more, but I mean, at least we >> Okay, I'm just going to confirm if they had kids cuz I I vaguely remember >> they do. Um I have information from her right now. >> Okay, so they have the kids coming, right? >> I believe so, yes. >> Yeah, let me just make sure cuz I remember them mentioning it. >> If you have all the kids' names already, then we're >> Well, no, I That's the thing, I didn't put it in there because the kids weren't there when it happened. >> Okay. >> It was just her. So, there were I I didn't have any >> No, no, that's that's fine. You don't got it. It's It's whatever. Thank you. >> No problem. I got you. >> What's So, what's his first name? >> Farrell. It's F A R R E L L A R S. >> That's two S's or one S? >> One S. >> But if you if you do decide that you want to press charges later on, then we can go through that motion. Um and um we can arrest him based on that information, okay? Um uh but so far, the only thing we have is just the theft of your phone and her license. Trespassing, he did trespass. However, you allowed him in the state that night. So, you're just like you're welcoming an un- uninvited guest. See what I mean? Okay, so um So, you still don't to press charges? Okay, that's fine. Okay, so I would just say probably just give it some time until he uh you can get something in writing or something like that.
