According to neighbors, he had been arguing with someone nearby and repeatedly lifting his shirt, subtly implying that he might be armed. As officers moved in to assess the situation and make sense of what was unfolding, Thompson's tough guy behavior quickly made it clear that this encounter would be anything but simple. >> All right.
