came here to get my phone replaced and they refused to do it. >> Are you going to leave the store like you've been requested? >> No, I didn't request that. >> Sir, wait. What? No, sir. >> I did [screaming] resist. GET OFF ME. >> ALSO, freaking wife on. On September 25th, 2025, officers were called to a Walmart in Somefield, Florida after reports of a disorderly woman causing a scene when staff told her they couldn't replace her phone. But when officers arrived, her behavior took an unexpected turn. strange, [music] erratic, and instantly threatening, making it clear this would be anything but a routine encounter. >> Morgan, how you doing? >> Oh, I'm all right. They need me back in electronics, or at least they did. I'll figure it out. So, she's claiming that she's claiming the associate, you know, for company. >> Yeah, like like a rapper like >> My name is Joseph. I'm the OSL rep. I sell the phones here. She came in here, her phone being frozen on the screen. >> So, I took the SIM out, put in one of the demo phones to see about send a text from our tablet to see if I can search her order in the system, see when she purchased the device and all that stuff. Now, she's saying that she had two SIMs, but the thing is the phone only takes one SIM. It has a micro SD slot, but there was no micro SD slot. >> Okay. So, are you guys wanting her like just trespass out of here or do you want me to help mediate a conversation with her or what? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> After speaking with both the OSL employee and the Walmart associate, the officer finally had a clearer picture of what had happened. The woman's phone had frozen, and while staff tried to help her, she became increasingly disrespectful and aggressive when the initial SIM card check didn't solve the problem. When the officer met her for the first time, he immediately sensed he was dealing with someone who was agitated, irrational, and ready to escalate over the smallest inconvenience. >> All right. Now, explain the situation. All right. To the police. >> Good. >> Okay. And u there's five scenarios to us. >> I understand what we we already told you that you know the associate already told you that he hasn't taken any SIM card or anything like that, but you don't want to understand that. >> So, >> let me lead you Lety. >> Okay. So, >> may I what? What? What are you trying to show me? >> Can we talk to the police? >> What? What is it you're trying to show me? >> Can I speak to you? >> I We can talk right here. I'm not going to go walking all over the store talking to you. >> I'm I'm asking in private. >> Okay. What is it you What is it you have? What's What's the issue you're having? >> Um, okay. The issue >> Take a few steps back. I don't need you standing that close to me. What's going on? >> That's That's the link that is known. Okay. Believe me. >> What is going on? >> I know military. >> Okay. But anyway, the fact is that I came here to get my phone replaced was actually um uh 2 days ago. Exactly. >> Okay. >> And they refused to do it. They said there was a problem with the person that sold the phone to me, which is a corporation. It doesn't matter. >> All right. >> So, I bring the phone back again. >> All right. I had a SIM card in it, of course, and then I put a memory SD in it. >> Okay, >> the SD all of a sudden went missing. >> Okay, >> then I'm asking for service and then but hold up, the whole problem is somebody else on my phone, which they won't regulate. Where's all the four others? >> Well, at this point, the issue you're maybe having, the complaint you're trying to make is not going to be handled here. It can't be resolved at this level. So, the only option you have is to contact his office that he represents, the company he represents, and file a complaint directly through the company. >> You want me to You want me to contact um Eric? >> Who's Eric? >> You want me to show you? >> I'll let you know is that what's going on here is not resolving anything. >> Officers quickly realized the woman, later identified as 38-year-old Kimberly Noel Martin, was likely impaired. No matter how calmly they explained it, she refused to accept that Walmart's electronics department couldn't magically fix her phone. But the moment officers told her to leave the store, things took a sharp turn for the worse. >> So because of the disturbance you're causing to the store, he's going to ask you that she leave. >> And the only way you can resolve this complaint? >> Yes, you have. >> Racing your voice. >> I'm not raising my voice. You see, >> and Andrew even sees. All right. So, we're going to ask you for help. >> But what's going to happen is what I've explained is you're going to have to get in touch with his corporate office and you're going to have to file a complaint directly with them. >> There's no point in resol in sitting here all night long arguing. It's not going to resolve anything. >> What? >> May I speak? Can you please get Daryl? >> We don't need Daryl to come here. You've been asked to leave and you need to leave. >> If you want to speak with anyone else, you can call in on the phone and ask to speak with him. >> May I speak with Daryl, please? Is Daryl another rep or is he worked for what? >> He just worked for >> before you guys before he Wait, why you guys were over there? He just told me he was going to help me. >> Me and him was trying to help me. >> No, he just said it and you guys >> are they trying to help you complete a transaction or are you trying to make another complaint? >> There's nothing. >> There is nothing he can do. >> Okay, >> Daryl is not waiting for him is not an option. You can get your stuff and you can go cuz he's asking you to leave. You've been trespassed. I need a phone, please. May I use a phone before I leave? Thank you. >> No, you you've been asked to leave. They're not going to supply you a phone. >> With all due respect, >> what? >> Okay. Are you going to get your stuff and leave? >> Am I going to leave? >> Yes, cuz you don't have to leave. You do not need a phone. No one. They're not required to provide you a phone. >> Oh, absolutely required. Yes, absolutely. The phone you came with warranty. >> Okay. Then you have to handle that through the corporate office. No, I don't. You're not going to handle it. is the office I go to. >> Okay. Are you going to leave the store? >> Letty, >> I suggest you step back. >> Okay. Are you going to leave the store? >> Yes or no? >> Both employees and officers tried to stay composed, but Kimberly kept pushing their patients past the breaking point, and within seconds, everyone around her could see she had crossed a line she wouldn't be able to walk back from. >> Thank you, Andrew. May I speak to Derma? >> Are you going to leave the store like you've been requested? >> No, I didn't request that, >> sir. Wait, what? No. >> No. What are you doing? Hands behind. >> I'm leaving. I told you. No, sir. I'm leaving. >> They just said no. Stop. >> No. I said I'm leaving. They just said that I was >> stay right here or I'm going to end up cuffing you on the ground. Is that what you want? >> No, sir. I'm Can I please? >> No. Stop. >> May I? >> Right here. Just like you are. >> I am. Sir, I'm Sir I am. But listen, >> I'm leaving. >> Sir, I'm leaving. No, I'm not going to come. >> Stop resisting and stand still. Sir, >> you understand me? No, >> I just said >> too late. You've been asked to leave several. >> No, I'm going to >> Sir, >> what are you doing to me? >> Right now. >> Help me politely. Ask me politely to come. >> No, you guys are crazy. >> Behind your back right now. >> She's asking you. You guys are crazy. You better call me. >> Eric, come here. Eric. 911. 911. >> Give me your other arm. >> 911. 911. 911. You better get help me. >> As officers moved to arrest her, Kimberly made things even more chaotic, screaming for 911, begging for mercy, and acting completely out of control. While the arrest unfolded, the officer reattached his body cam. And that's when Kimberly did something especially unexpected for a 38-year-old woman. >> GET OFF ME. MOM, [screaming] >> STOP. >> GET OFF ME. GET OFF ME, Z. GET OFF ME. I'M DEAD. GET OFF ME. >> GET OFF ME. [screaming] >> NO, BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO TRY TO RUN OFF IF I MOVE. >> I'M NOT. GET OFF ME. I'm changing EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU. GET OFF ME. >> STOP. >> GET OFF ME. >> GET [screaming] OFF ME. >> SETTLE DOWN. >> GET OFF ME. I'M TELLING YOU. YOU BETTER GET OFF ME. You better get OFF ME. YOU BETTER GET OFF ME. >> STOP GRABBING MY LEG. >> I'm going to inuse something ON YOU. GET OFF ME. You're Get off me. I didn't do anything. We're reviewing everything. Believe me. Get off me. >> You're trying to KILL ME. I'M NOT. [screaming] YOU'RE HURTING ME. I'm [ __ ] not even >> I can't breathe. >> DON'T DO IT. It's keeping you ON THE GROUND. >> MOM, STOP. >> MOM, I CAN'T BREATHE. [screaming] YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> You're hurting me. [screaming] >> Get off me. >> Stop. Get your foot out from behind me. >> Get off me. Help me. I'm going >> help you. You keep acting out, you're going to end up right back on the ground. Okay. >> All right. >> I need to roll you on your side. You understand? I'm going to roll you back onto your side. >> What I'm going to do is I'm going to try to push you back towards your knees. >> I never lost you. >> All right. >> I never lost you. I really got to >> Now, if you'll get on your feet, I'll stand you up. Okay. >> Here. Put your feet under you. Another >> truthfine or do you have a lawsuit? >> I'd rather lost you. >> Relax. >> I swear to God, I need my stuff. >> No, I'll come back again. Stop. >> I need my shoe. >> Once she was finally back on her feet, it seemed like things might start to settle. But even after being fully restrained, Kimberly still somehow believed she had the upper hand. >> I need my shoe. No, your shoe's going down. >> We're going to help you. We're going to help you. >> You're going down, too. >> Come on. >> I need my shoe, please. You want to put your shoe back on? >> You're You're getting a lawsuit. All of you. >> That's fine. I get them all the time. >> You ask people you plenty time. >> No, no, no. They let me do all that stuff. It's all on camera. >> We'll get all your stuff. >> No. I'm going to show you. >> You're going You're going down, too. No. I'M TRYING TO GET MY STUFF, SIR. >> You'll see right there. >> 596. We're 97. If you come over saying where he was, he was 101. >> Come on. >> It's all off camera. >> Are you going to walk? >> EVERYTHING. >> COME ON. >> EVERYTHING. All of you. >> Come on. Get my hair out of my mouth, please. >> Can you get my hair out of my mouth? >> You're going down. >> All right, buddy. Come on. >> Yeah. Lick your lips, you dumb sexy. >> Stop grabbing my finger. >> No. I thought you're hurting me. That's why. >> Stop grabbing my finger. >> You're hurting me. You're going to see. Let >> watch. All of you are getting in trouble. And you even know me. I didn't do nothing wrong. You can look at the cameras. [laughter] I was asking for my phone. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> You tell him to stop handling me like this. >> No, I let go. You're going to grab and catch me again. >> Watch. Watch. I'm going to show you all. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Stop. >> By this point, Kimberly had already stacked up a list of charges through her own behavior. Yet, she continued to paint herself as the ultimate victim in the situation. May May I speak with you, honey? Since it's a woman car, >> put your chest against the car. >> Yes. >> Who's going to give you a pat down? You're going in my car. >> I ain't going to no car because I want to see I know. I want to see the evidence. There's got to be probable cause. >> You were told to leave and you didn't. >> No, you didn't. Nobody told me to leave. I asked to speak with you. >> You're wrong and I can't wait to show my integrity. >> What you about? I'm gonna I want to talk to you. >> Get me out of these videos. [laughter] Please, ma'am. >> Okay. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I'm going to show you all this embarrassment more on me. You're going to see all of you. >> Every goddamn one of you. >> You're making a fool of yourself. >> You are. You are. It's all on you. It's all on you. >> And I want to talk to Eard. >> I don't have anything, sweetheart. I'm done with my people taking my things. >> You're done, Rucky. >> I'm done. >> Yeah, Rucky. >> All right, she's good. >> Good. >> Have a seat. I >> I can't sit in the car. I have anxiety. >> Oh, I'll have her stay right here with you. >> Move your feet. Get in. >> I can't, sir. >> One of you guys mind staying here while I grab the rest of her crap? >> Yeah. >> That's scattered all over electronics. >> Yeah. >> What'd she do? just asked to leave and she wanted to talk to every person that works for Walmart. And then I said, "What is it you need?" Figured out she just wants to make a complaint about her customer service. I said, "We're not waiting around for that. You need to go." Cross Vention told her to go. And so eventually I was like, "Are you leaving?" And she goes, "No." I said, "Okay." With arrest her and she pulled away and ended up having both her arms and she just like locked like so tight up her back I couldn't get her move. So we ended up on the ground and as soon as I got her in cuff, she just reared her legs in and were just trying to slide all over the place. kind of tender up against the the rack there, >> but rest crap and figure out who she is when we get out of here. >> I'm going to leave the car unlocked. >> No, I'm I'm good. She just >> kicked She hooked me with her leg several times, pinched me, everything else, but I'm good. >> No, I'm I'm fine. >> She just everything she >> I'll be I'll be right back. Just a few minutes. Grab everything. When the officer stepped inside to gather her belongings and located Kimberly's purse, he made a disturbing discovery, realizing he recognized her from a previous arrest and seeing exactly why restraining her quickly had been so important. >> Sorry about that. >> That was going to end up going nowhere. You the one that was over here while initially or they sent you over here after >> freaking knife on. This thing was right where she could have grabbed it if I would have given up wrestling her. You know, if she destroyed or damaged anything that's either up along the counter's edge or over here. >> I think so. I know she was kicking this. >> Yeah, she kept kicking it. I think all they did was lift it up. >> Kimberly Martin. Oh, yeah. That's who she is. I know exactly now who she is. >> I like you. I've >> arrested her before. Fortunately, for other things. Do >> you guys have anything of hers? Like something you may have taken that she money she paid or something for something that she either does or doesn't get. I just want to make sure I'm not leaving and she's going to complain that she spent 20 bucks for something and never got it or whatever. >> All right. >> Well, we just came over, but >> that's fine. I don't think I think all she was doing was trying to get her phone serviced and whoever your guys rep is that was here >> like realized it couldn't be fixed in store and that's when she had her issue. >> Yes. >> So, I don't think she bought anything. I just was saying if there was something she >> she she has that you that she bought, I can just grab it all or you guys can return the money and we can figure that out while I'm here. >> Wonder if she wanted to hold on to her purse. >> Holy. >> She is out there. >> That doesn't look like it heals either. That's fixed. >> My goodness are not fun to be out there. >> That's why I threw the purse out of her hand. If you notice, I was trying to I noticed that's why you >> had she had this she had this thing too which has got a blade in it. She's got a little razor blade in this thing. >> You notice instead of putting my knee in the center of her back, which is typically what we would do to kind of stabilize, I move to her hips and waist to get away from her back to ensure she has no reason to complain about not being able to breathe or anything else. This I'm going to leave. I can't bring that to the jail. >> So, if you guys want to like dump that and discard of it or something, you can size of this knife she had >> in her purse. >> She had she had another one in her pocket. >> This was just laying in her purse. Like >> when I went to start to cuff her, she had the purse like over her shoulder, like in her arm, and I kept getting I eventually just ripped it from her because I don't know what's in this thing. I might go hang on to this >> freaking giant fixed blade knife. No sheath, no nothing. >> Yeah. Yeah. You should be good then. But she's an issue. Like she's kicking actively being a problem in route. Then I can just, you know, pull over somewhere and we'll hobble her if we have to or figure it out from there. >> I have no probable cause. You didn't even give me probable cause for arrest, sir. I need to be let out now or I want to talk to your sergeant right now. You are on red. You are Lety. Letty's on red. He's a fake. Let's on red. >> If I get this to you guys, you guys make sure it gets to Jose or to his office. >> Yeah, Jose. Yeah, I got you. >> Cuz he says he's in a meeting. It's just the paperwork. Paper trail of her trespass. >> Oh, I got you. Thank you. >> So, awesome. All right. Anything else you guys need from me? >> I don't think so. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right, I'll get out of here with her then. All right, thank you guys. >> In the end, 38-year-old Kimberly Noel Martin was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. She was booked into the Marian County Jail where she was held without bond.
