Did you take it away from her today or is it yours or how what what's up with the gun? >> It's a gun, bro. >> I know it's a gun, but >> she had it in her hands. I took it away cuz I didn't want for what to be a hurtful situation. All it was >> Whose is it? Is it yours or hers? >> Bro, it's no ownership to it. >> No ownership to it. >> Why did she pull it? Why she had a gun? >> Bro, she had a knife first. >> A knife? >> Yeah, cuz of her phone. I took her phone. So she wanted to grab the knife first and I took the knife out of hand. Then she grabbed the gun. Like what the [ __ ] Like damn. Okay, you cheating and you gonna hurt my feelings. What you going to do? Kill me now? You know what I mean? It had to be taken from her. But it's all >> point. Did she ever point the gun? >> Hell yeah. She went in my [ __ ] face. She put it directly in my face. But after I took the gun, I noticed it wasn't a a bullet in the chamber. I guess it was just a thread or whatever though. But it was just a point in principle. You put a gun in my face. You know what I mean? Like what the [ __ ] I'm supposed to do? I'm supposed to stand here and accept down? No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm going to defend myself at all costs, man. [Music] GSP 1094 109. I just want to be in the parking lot with the white top on the inside. >> I just cut your truck off so ain't wasting your gas, man. Andy, go out there. side. >> I mean, that's a salt. >> Whether it's loaded or not, I'm not going to take a chance to wait and see if this shit's loaded before I let you pull the damn trigger. >> Yeah. Could be self-defense, though. I don't know. He's in her face. >> Or if they get there and she's beat the [ __ ] up. He says he didn't touch it, but he had to to take the gun away from gun came back. Sitting there getting ready to turn on West Hamilton. This truck crossed front of me. I was like, "Well, let me check that out." So behind it, she said registered somebody in Palmetto. So I went ahead and turned around. Then she said 603 Sir Charles. I'm like what? What the? So I went back around and tried to catch up to him. You said that's your location. What are you talking about? I didn't >> I don't know how to know how to do that. Weather hole. It says current location. I don't have 9140. >> You did it somehow by pressing >> like this. I literally was like pulling that lady over. I heard you. >> She's like 69. >> I'll wait till I get another unit just in case. >> He's drunk and pissed off. >> I don't think he's drunk. I think he's pissed off. Do a plane search for any drugs. See if there's any drugs in the car. You had anything to drink today or use any kind of drugs today? No. All right. Am I checking vehicles for any any drugs or alcohol? Okay. So, they're they're out with her now trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. All right. Nasty. You ever seen that kind of gun before? Kink. Canic. >> Canic. >> I think it's a new brand. It's supposed to be pretty easy. >> It's Turkish. It looks like I thought it was a 57 at first. >> Turkish man. They make pretty good stuff. >> He's compliant. I pulled him over, stepped out. I was like, "Driver, put your hands out the window." And he did. I walked up. Is there any weapons in the car? Yes, sir. Don't reach for it. I'm not going to do what you got to do. You need to step out. >> You've been compliant ever since. I mean, baby step away packed some [ __ ] Just her phone. >> It's always about their phone. If people would just not cheat on each other, it would be make life a lot easier, you know. just be with somebody you love, you know, or like that old song, you know, love the one you with, you know, grinder. >> Naughty. >> Naughty grinder. Black female with a white top and a multiolor short. >> This [ __ ] is disgusting. That's what I'm [Applause] location. Let's see. >> This hurts. >> Make it hurt. >> I'm going to ask him, man. I don't know. I mean, I'm ask him, too. Like what makes hers? I bought it. >> Okay. >> You see what I'm getting at? >> I got says, "Is this hers?" He said, "What makes it hers?" I bought it at the pharmacy waiting on see if that Malibu would come through. Then I look up, I Google the address and it's off a high point. So, he's not going to come this far down, which sucks cuz he's been suspended for insurance and it don't have insurance. >> So, he would definitely take a ride if I got out. But, um, old old boy from Harbor Lakes pulled up about the charger. His charger got stolen. I was like the first time, who the [ __ ] is wrong? I was like, what the [ __ ] I found my car yet, bro. Hell no. >> You got the tracker. Have you found it? So, it had to be if somebody took that tracker out, it had to be somebody who knew him because he said he pulled his seats apart, put the tracker inside of his driver's seat, and like sewed the seat up. It was like one of those air tags or whatever. >> Yeah. I don't >> Is there a Is there a device you can buy to It's like scanned for that. >> I would I would I would say that there would have to be. >> I mean, Arnold had a tracker in his wallet when he lost his badge, and that should never hit. >> That's true. Did he ever even find the tractor? Like if somebody took the tracker off? Of course, if it got ran over, it would probably break the tractor. I would imagine it wouldn't work if it gets ran over, right? >> It's like a little credit card. You got air on back there. It's okay. It's good. So her story makes more sense than me cuz he >> he's in the back of my car. >> Her story makes more sense than me. >> He said he found out she was cheating. >> Friended her about today. He took her phone. She picked up a knife. He took the knife away from her. She kicked out took out a gun and pointed it at him, took the gun away from him. >> Her thing is he he found a number on my phone, told me to call the guy. I told him I want to call the guy. >> He got mad, kept me. He said, "So he took me and grabbed threw me against the wall right here." Well, she does have a good mark on her where he grabbed her on, "Did he strangle you?" And she's like, "No, that's just how he grabbed me was right there." And so she says, "I did pull the gun." >> Then uh we got we got into a scuffle. She's got a >> ghost scratch right here. >> And she said he finally left with a gun and my phone. So, he took her gun in the phone. >> She might have pulled the gun out, but well, she said she pulled the gun out, but it was after he threw her against the wall. And I mean, she's got a nice red red mark on her neck and she's got a scratch on her. But why how' he end up with a gun if that was the case? You know, he's not fear because he's hands up with the gun. And then why do you take your cell phone? [Applause] >> Is this her? Is this hers? He's mix. I'm >> so I'm going to assume that he's probably the >> aggressor. >> Aggressor. >> But if you want to, >> we can put him in someone's vehicle. Is it yours on one, right? >> We can put mine or your vehicle and we can you can go over there and talk to her and you can make your determination on how you want to go. pot still over there. >> Yep. >> I mean, technically, >> I think there's tons there for at least battery on him. >> I'm going to say strangers. >> She should be sending them to you. >> But she said he confronted me. Wanted me to call the guy. I said, "No, I'll call the guy. I'll just when I get home from work tonight, I'll just move out." >> Pretty much saying, "Yeah, I'm doing it." Which probably pissed him off. >> And it went downhill from there. Did he have any marks on him? >> Nope. 1730 G30. Okay. >> I didn't I wasn't waiting for you to stop the car. Me and G were like, "Oh, that's fine." >> Me and Gins are like, "Is he chasing the car or >> Oh, no. I was I said that I wait I told the radio. >> I guess we didn't hear that part. We heard I'm trying to stop one and they were like, "Uh uh." when you get back on the radio and realize there's no siren. So, uh, did he stop or what? It makes sense. >> You said he had a 69. He was He could be 28, you know, domestic. I just >> No, I wasn't mean, hey, stop him, right? Even though he had had to stop attempting to stop him. >> So, you took her phone while she was on the phone with 911. I don't know about that part. That might have came out after [Applause] 8:13. >> Is there an hour on the phone? He's looking too. >> Yeah, you're going to have you have to ask her that. >> The hell is on her feet? What's that? Those are She's got two plusmans. >> Yeah. >> Battery thingies on. >> At least you got battery. >> So, yeah. At least there's battery though in my opinion. But that's your fault. I'm thinking to go talk to her for the report or put you told me in the report. You know, >> you can go talk to We'll put her him in the back seat of one of our carts. We got to start at 85. >> Okay. Do that. >> We'll take her >> take her phone back to her. >> Yeah. Take it back. Ask her to open it for you. See if that [Music] >> it's like the other day when you and were waiting on the 85 and they were like, "Oh, they're looking for you at Bland." I'm like, "I'm at Harris." So, I was like, "No, the hill." They're not. >> You put them in yours or yours? >> I don't have to put them in. >> Come on, man. Let's go change, right? Switch. >> Oh, yeah. I got to go talk to her. Chris. >> Yep. >> Sure. in the drain today. >> This place that a little bit >> Indiana assumpt I'm not fighting or anything like >> All right, I'll be back. >> I'll let you know. What's going on? Are you leaving? >> Um, I'm waiting on my cousin. This is my aunt's house. >> Okay. All right. I was just making sure I didn't I'm walking. Hey, let's step back out cuz I got a pit boo. I got a pig in here. >> All right, >> come on out. >> Hey. >> All right. So, I'm officer Weatherhole. I'll be doing this case this report. Okay. I already stopped your husband. I saw him leaving. So, I did a traffic stop on here. >> Okay. >> Tell me what's going on. I know you already told them, but just give me a quick rundown on it. >> So, we just been having a little issue about me talking to another guy. >> Mhm. >> And me and my daughter went out to eat last night. And I guess that kind of bothers him cuz he might have thought I was with the other dude. So, me and him were putting a TV together. We just opened the box and that's why all the stuff is in the floor. We were putting a TV that we bought together and the guy text and he seen the name go across my phone and so I didn't even know the dude has text and then he just had this different look on his face and I said what's wrong with you and he just didn't he was like whatever and I said what's wrong with you and then just by me knowing I said oh okay I know what's wrong so I picked the phone up because I did hear it go bing so I knew it was a text message I picked the phone up and looked at And I said, and I just sat the phone back down. So he was like, "So my feelings don't matter, huh?" I said, "Jay, this don't have nothing to do with you." I said, "Please, let's not start this. You got to go to work. I got to go to work." I said, "Let's not start this." I said, "I don't even want to go through this before I got to go to work." I was like, "We could just sit the TV on the stand." I was like, "I just get my stuff and I'll leave." He was like, "No, you just act like my feelings don't matter." Blah, blah, blah. Like he want to argue about it. I said, "You don't even know what the message said." And he was like, "Well, open the phone and read it then." I said, "Why you want to argue about it?" I said, "If you already know he texted me, you know, it's anything he say you don't want to hear. So, why you want to argue about it?" And he was like, "No, [ __ ] that calling." And I was like, "No, I'm not calling him." I was like, "Why am I calling him to create another situation?" And then he was like, "Well, you work with them motherfuckers." So, and I'm like, "Yeah, I do. So what?" So then I'm like, "You know what? I just grabbed my phone and tried to go out of the um the garage door. He blocked me. He kept blocking me. So then he tried to snatch my phone out my hand and I'm like, "Will you just move move?" I said, "Will you just let me leave, please?" And so then I pushed him and then I was holding on to the phone like this and he just kind of he got long arms and he kind of just pushed me like that and I went back into the wall. It's kind of it's a light switch that sits by the wall. It already had like a small hole in it anyway. So I just my back I guess shoulder blade kind of hit the wall. Kind of bust a little hole in the wall. >> So I was like really this what we doing? And I was like can you just give me my phone so I can leave? So we just tussling over the phone tussling over the phone. He got nails like mine long and he just end up scratching me. We never just got to physically fighting but we just tussling. A lot of tustling. um he just started doing a lot of aggressive yelling and so I went and got the gun off the fireplace. I said, "Will you plead?" Cuz he was blocking the door when I tried to leave. And honestly, I didn't want him to get the gun before I did because I really didn't know how mad he was. So that was the only reason I kind of grabbed it cuz I didn't want to be in that kind of situation. M. >> So I just grabbed it and I stuck it under my arm right here and I tried to come out the door and I was like, "Will you please just leave? I mean, let me leave." And we just kind of dodging each other and because he won't give me my phone and he won't let me leave. I go and get my son's phone. And that's why I'm like, "Okay, maybe if I dial 911, he'll just let me leave." And I was on the phone with the 911 lady and she was asking my telephone number and all of that. and he came out the house and my car was already crunkked so I could leave and he opened my um my driver door and tried to get my car keys. My car is push start. I can't leave without my keys. So now you're just trying to prevent me from going to work where you know he is. So he grabbed the keys and then I opened the passenger door and grab the keys and I had to ring around my hand and we just tussling over the keys and I'm screaming through the phone. I'm like, "Let me go. Give me my keys. And then he let the kids go and snatched the phone and took the phone and threw it in the backyard. And then he pulled off and left. And I was like, "Really? Is this what we doing?" I was like, "This what we doing?" He just pulled out and just stuck his tongue out. Was like And then pulled off and left. >> Okay. All right. Did she already give you the case number? >> Yes, she did. >> I got your phone. Let me get your phone. >> Okay. Thank you. >> So, don't call and put her in it. She don't know what's going on. I'm I'm That's me. >> Were you here? >> No. >> No. He He don't live here. >> He called me fussing. I'm like, "What the hell going on?" So, I had to find me a way down here to see what's going on. >> Yeah. I just wanted my phone. >> Like, I know about it, but it's not my business to really get in it and grown. So, >> this an ongoing thing though? >> No. Like, >> you ever got into it before? >> No, we never been into it like that before. Like we had a dispute when he first found out about the guy, but it was nothing physical. He was just like, "Well, what you going to do? You going to be with him or you going to be, you know, normal spouse talk, but we ain't never did this before." >> That's why I said I really just I haven't seen him like that before. So, I did notice the aggression. So, that's why I just grabbed a gun because I don't know >> and I you don't take nothing for granted. I'm sorry. I watch a lot of crime TV and I just don't take nothing for granted and I just really wanted to get it out of the house. Not that I thought he might use it on me. I just wanted to get it out of the house. >> Okay. >> And he just took it from me and left with >> like I told him, I don't I don't want to do none of this because I need my job. You need your job. That's how we pay our bills. You drive on the road. We barely see each other. So, we can avoid this. I just want to get my stuff so I can leave. Just give me my phone. >> Okay. >> All right. I think I got everything. You got any questions? You got anything else you want to say? >> I guess what happened after this court date? >> He's probably going to jail today. >> Really? >> For battery and family violence. >> For what? >> Battery and family violence. >> Where my daddy at? Can I go see him? You can't right now. >> Is he at the jail already? >> He's at the police station. >> Am I able to go see him? >> Nope. >> He said she tried to shle her. scratches on some type of alteration. He's got her cell phone. So this guy said one minute big >> altercation. She's got scratch on her arm for sure. >> Looks like Okay. >> Hello. >> I'm officer Fox. >> How you doing? >> I'm well. How are you? >> I'm all right. >> You got any marks? Anything like that? >> Oh, just small scratches cuz he got really long nails. >> Mhm. >> So, when we were doing like this and I'm like just give me my phone and he trying to fight me off and I'm trying to snatch it. He just scratching me with the nails and stuff. >> I see that one. And another one. >> I think it's here, but I can feel it. >> Okay. Yeah. Um, any burning on your neck? Anything like that? >> It might be one over here somewhere or something. >> All right. Hold your neck up for me. >> Okay. I see. >> Did he Did he Was it like a strangle or he just grabbed you? >> No, it was a grab like >> Okay. This is what that is. But this is a old >> No, I'm not talking about that. That way. You see it? Right here. >> So, around your neck. >> Yeah. It was I want to kind of try to show you, but I don't >> Oh, no. Not on me. >> It was more like show. >> He was like, I do it to the It was like >> and I was like, "Get your hands off me." And it was >> like this. Yeah. And I was like, "Get your hand off me and give me my phone." >> Yeah. You want to take pictures? >> Send it to me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And I'm like, "Why do you want to do this? Cuz I don't want you to go to jail. I know you need the job." I just want my phone so I can leave. >> That's all I want. I cannot do anything. I can't go to work or anything without my phone. I just want my phone so I can leave. >> I don't want to get with you. >> Was there any kids in the house? >> My two kids in But it wasn't in front. No, they don't. They don't. No, they show up pretty good. >> And your other Oh, wait. Right here. >> I don't think they came from the bracelet. But here you can get a piece. something. I think it was something on the back or >> let me get it. Oh, hold your um head up your neck on this side. >> Okay. This mark right here. >> H >> you talking about this bruise looking mark right here? >> Yeah, >> that's a hickey. >> Oh, get your face right here. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Any on the back? >> I'm not sure. But you can look like the wall right here. kind of does. Looks like there's a little some reading right there. Some reading. >> Was your shirt there ripped prior to >> me or you? >> Okay. All right. >> All right. I don't see nothing else. >> What about the damage to the wall? >> It's all right. >> I got a bigger hole. It's just like a light pocket. It was actually kind of like a small one on the side anyway, but it's all right. I just want my stuff so I can leave. I just want to get my stuff so I can leave. But he has my phone, you know, we never >> Oh. Um, y'all got the info? >> I don't have her info. Okay. I was just about to ask that next. >> You got the ID on you or >> I think it's >> Let me look in the car. >> Okay. Now, you don't have like the phone where your ID and stuff is in your phone, right? You don't have that kind of phone. You got that kind of phone? >> Um, >> you know how they had like a slot for it? >> Oh, no. No. No. >> Okay. >> No. It ain't no got hot Thank you. You're welcome. >> And then the phone I used after he took mine, snatched it out my hand, that's what she was hearing on the phone and threw it in the backyard. >> Oh. >> So I go locate. I just connect to the other phone and locate it. >> You on the phone with 911 when you did that? >> Yes. when I was just like >> he was just like go ahead. And like I told him, I know you in your feelings. I know I'm wrong. my fault. We did, but >> don't put your hands on me. >> We don't I just want to leave so we could avoid all of this. >> I know you hurt. He's just screaming. I don't care about his feelings. And I just want to leave. >> He get on my nerve. 3:45 in the morning. >> Um, what's a good telephone number for you? Um 770 >> 203 8417 until I get my phone from him. >> And if you can't find that phone, what would be a good another number? >> Um that's my daughter's phone. Actually, she's in the house. >> Okay. >> But the um Do you want my number to the phone? E >> 770 >> 2037 29 Maybe if I move, you can't see. >> As long as he hear somebody, honey, cuz he hear my dog, too. >> Oh, >> can you check a Georgia? Go ahead. 054182068 [Music] 054182068 no warrants on the complaint India farmer classm No one. >> Okay, thank you. >> Oh my goodness. >> Go mind the business that pays you, honey. It'll be all right. I'm just I'm go ahead and leave. and waiting on this anyway. I' been trying to work as we got the kids, but I don't think it's going to work. So, I can leave. I don't mind leaving. I mean, we've been together 22 years. >> And if it work out, it'll work out. If not, I'mma go on about my >> Right. Right. It's >> in as in Michael. Turn 139. >> Okay. Who said he got the phone? his phone or her phone. >> He has my phone and his phone. He has two phones and he has my phone also, but my son's phone that he threw in the backyard phone you were on. >> Yes. >> When he found out I was on the phone with the police. when he wanted to take it and snatch it cuz he didn't believe I was going to call him. But I just wanted to leave, >> right? >> Finally. I thought we was expecting rain. >> Oh, they working great. Oh, great. >> Great. >> Oh, well, I hope it rains there. >> Even though you don't be in the building >> ahead. on that dog. I be so bad. I be like that thing all day, all night. >> I work and I be trying to sleep. That thing work anything. He make mine star. >> But that's why the blind all so up now. He was over here one day in the flower bed and I have a bull. He was in the flower bed. I have a dog trying to get him. >> I got a video with my phone me telling him to go home and she just flew down the stairs head first through the window trying to get him. And that's why I can't even let her outside cuz he always outside. So she always break her loose and they at the gate. >> Can you describe your phone in the case? It's in a black Louis Vuitton case. Black and gold Louis Vuitton case. >> And if they don't have to I don't want him to go to jail. I really don't cuz I know he need function without his job. >> I know you say you just have any I don't want to go that far. I just asked him to let me leave.
