On July 5th, 2022, Stockbridge police pull up to Lambert Drive after a call about a violent domestic dispute. It started off as play fighting. Then it turned into glasses getting broke, feelings getting hurt, and a Facebook post that had the whole family calling trying to see what's going on. Cuz the second somebody's baby girl get hit, oh, it's over. Now, mama pulling up, auntie pulling up, her sister, a second cousin, the brother, the brother's girlfriend, the girl next door, the neighbors, uncle's ex-wife, granny, even the Sunday school teacher slide through. And that one woman nobody in the family even liked still showed up just to be messy. By the time police got there, it wasn't no calm discussion. It was about to be a full family reunion beatd down. Thankfully, Stockbridge PD pulled up just in time. Because if they hadn't, old boy was about to get baptized right there in the front yard. Body cam on. >> Ma'am, sir. >> Yeah. Is are you Shantavia? >> No, that's my daughter. >> Oh, Lord. >> And if my mom fight [Applause] the aunt, >> it's going to be some problems. Hey, how you doing? >> Hey, this right here. Come on. Come on. >> Can they step out and talk? boyfriend. >> Yeah, me and >> boyfriend, come with me. Do you have any weapons on you? Anything on your purse? Can you pull your pockets off for me just to be safe? >> Are you Shant? >> We'll go over here. >> What's your name? >> You know why we're here? >> Yes. >> Why? Why are we here? What's going on? >> So, yesterday he he's mad. He's punching me all in my back and stuff in my arms. He said I got bruises. >> Uh-huh. >> You got a little mark in your face, too? >> I do? >> Yeah. Like a little scratch. >> He did that yesterday. Today he broke my glasses. >> Were all were all these people here when that happened? >> No, they just pulled up because, you know, of what was posted on Instagram. >> Well, I don't know what post on Instagram. What? >> I posted the bruises that happened on Instagram or whatever. >> So, who are all these people in the house? >> That's that's my cousin stuff. They just came to see what really happened or whatever. It was my sister here. Uh both of my sisters, her boyfriend. >> Where are they at? >> They're in the house. >> They're in the house. >> Yes. >> Where are their names? >> Octavia. Aaliyah and Jamir. Aaliyah was sleep. It was only Octavia. She came in to break the fight up. >> Octavia. >> Yes. >> Hey, Clanton. Where's where's Aosta? Where'd she go? Hey, can you go see if you can um talk to Octavia and see what she knows? She's supposed to be in the house. Exactly. >> All right. >> So, what happened yesterday? Exactly. >> He's he's mad because of what I posted on social media. >> What did you post on social media? >> I posted this post right here. >> So then once he started to post, he just starts hitting me in my arm, hitting me on both of my arms, hit me in my back and stuff. And I started crying, you know, and he keeps hitting me. >> This happened yesterday. >> Yes. This >> Octavia. >> Yes. >> Can Can you go speak with this officer over here? Born. >> Oh lord. >> She's supposed to have saw a fight that happened here yesterday. >> I posted something on Facebook yesterday. >> Well, what was the gist of it? You don't have to find the actual post if you can't. >> Yeah, >> it was something that he didn't like. I I'm not going into details, but once you saw it, >> he just starts hitting me at my back and in my arm and stuff. And I'm like, that really hurts, you know? And he just he keeps hitting me. I started crying and he keep hitting me like there's nothing else for me to say. And he did this today, I guess. >> Okay. What happened today? Why Why did he do that today? >> He said it was play fighting, but once my glasses broke, that's when I stopped play fighting. >> So he said you were play fighting and He broke her glasses in the process. And then what happened? >> And then I start um scratching his face and hitting him and stuff. And then he wants to get on top of me. And he's like u with my arms behind my back like this right here. And I have one of my hands like pinching his chest. And then I start pinching his arm or whatever like trying to tell him to stop um stop um holding my arm or whatever. And he has his hand like right here on my um back basically like pushing his chin in my back or whatever. How did he get those scratches there on his nose? >> I just I did it. >> You did it? >> Yes. >> Do you have your ID on your person? >> It's in the house. >> That's all right. >> How you spell your first name? >> S H A N. >> Uh-huh. >> T A V I A. >> Last name is Louis. >> Yes. >> What's your date of birth? >> What address is on file with your license? >> Okay. So, here. >> Mhm. And you have Georgia ID? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> 1867 radio. You copy 1027. >> Okay. >> What's he going to tell? >> I don't know. I mean, that's my boyfriend, you know. I I do love him. I don't want him to do anything. I just >> Where does he stand? >> He stays here. >> He's chilling with you. >> Yes. I just don't want him to put his hands on me, you know. >> Do you need an ammo to come check you out? >> No. >> No. >> Subject comes back to that address. >> Devil. I didn't even know they called the police. >> An aunt called the police hotel. >> Like I said, I didn't mean for all of this to happen. That's my boyfriend. I do love him. >> I didn't want them to call the police to get every, you know, cause a big old moation. >> Oh, man. You can't y'all can't be putting your hands on each other. You >> started it. subject comes back out of Coington Valley 26. >> You said this was your cousin >> right here. >> That's my sister. >> Your sister? I'm sorry. >> You just hang out right here for me. Right there by that door. What did she say happened? >> What' she say? >> So she said so there wasn't there wasn't a fight yesterday. So today she said her and her boyfriend woke up about 7:30 7:30 her boyfriend woke up around 8 or something like that. Anyway, she started hearing, you know, some commotion or whatever. And then all of a sudden, she took her earphones out and she heard her saying, "Get off me. Get off me." And then that's when she ran in. This is around like 10:00 this morning. Uh when she ran in, he had her her arm was behind her back, you know, arm behind her back like almost trying to break it or whatever. Mhm. >> So while he was doing that, she was grabbing him, pinching like like his ribs or whatever, I guess, you know, to get to get loose or whatever. And uh when she went in, she pretty much pulled it apart the most part. And then they just been arguing back and forth today. >> You didn't see anything yesterday happened? >> No, yesterday when I came, she was gone at work. She had work yesterday. >> Okay. So you think about about pictures that got posted on social media? >> Yeah, she show she posted her bruise on social media and that's what >> When did she post that on social media? >> Um today [Music] bruises there. >> She's got some there on her arms. Little spot on her face. He's also got marks on his face as well. um like 3 hours ago she posted it >> and then that's when everybody showed up over here. >> Yeah. Like they just showed up like maybe 20 minutes ago cuz they seen the post. >> Apparently it's not his first time here her I guess. >> Do you have your ID on your person? >> Oh my ID is in the house. >> That's all right. >> Is it Is it out of Georgia? >> Yes. >> What's your your last name? >> Jackson. Octavia spell Howard. >> Oct a V I A. >> Sorry. OC T A V >> I A >> Oct a V I A. >> Your date of birth. >> I was about to say all all y'all look real young. Everybody >> What's your telephone number? >> And you stay here >> most of the time. sometimes when I'm off work, but I stay at my boyfriend house in Covington. >> Where at in Coington? >> Um, Chelani Place 160. Trilani place. >> So, who who saw the fight yesterday? >> Nobody. We was just home alone by ourselves. >> So, yesterday y'all were home alone by yourself? >> Yes. And that's basically where all these bruises and stuff came from. today. Today it wasn't really nothing except this right here just came up. But I think this right here is like a blood clot from him hitting me in the same spot so many times. And this right here came up today, too. And this right here is from yesterday. Okay. Is there a reason you didn't call us yesterday when this happened? >> No. So, like I said, I didn't want everything to, you know, blow up or whatever cuz that is my boyfriend. >> All right, let's hang out here with >> my go like I'm doing I'm doing what I've been like but not hold them down. But now now it's like you sitting here not telling people full [ __ ] story. >> Listen, come here. Didn't we just talk about that? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I don't care about who wasn't here. >> Well, it's just the fact that like I don't like to always be the person to get blamed for. Did I blame you or am I listening? >> No, it's not. Honestly, >> why you worried about them? >> Because >> they can't do nothing right now. >> Because ever since I cuz ever since I've been here, it's like people constantly keep [ __ ] with me. >> So, let me ask you a question. If the if the situation, the living arrangements, I understand you may not have nowhere to go right now. I understand all that. But if it's not conducive to a healthy environment and an environment is that provides a a place for you to become your best version of yourself, why stay? Does that make sense? >> Right? >> Does it make sense? Because if that's what's proven to happen if you continue to stay in this environment, what is going to happen again? If you don't like how something is, maybe we got to take some actionable babyiz step to change the situation. Correct. >> That's what I'm trying to do. And the thing about it is here come I'm I'm sitting here. I had to explain her people about what happened cuz they didn't know what happened. They just knew she started like posting BS. >> Listen, I just told you I don't care about what they understand. I >> don't care about nothing about that. I need your side her side. >> Well, so I just walked up. So So what what's going on? >> So you want him to tell you want me to tell you? Oh, you want to talk to me and we figure out what Give me one second. Stand by the uh garbage. Not garbage can, the mailbox. Okay. >> No, I'll come talk to you in a minute. >> Let me go talk to her. So does she have bruises? cuz she scratches [ __ ] out of Yeah, she's got bruises and she's got scratches. Um, so what what's what's he saying? >> He said that they were play fighting at 11:00 this morning. He knocked her glasses off by accident and the handle of glasses broke. >> 1864 >> They say anything about them about them fighting yesterday for >> No, he said nothing about fight. He said they always play fight. But today when he play they was play fighting. His hand slipped and hit her glasses. The arm of the glasses broke. She got super upset and started scratching his face. When she started scratching his face got something >> because he's so big because she's bigger than him. He flipped her and got on top of her and held her down which is how she got a booze on her arm. >> But he said all of this happened around 11 or 12. She started posting pictures on Instagram a few minutes ago and that's how the auntie got involved. >> Okay. Did he say anything about other than the pictures on like a post on social media that made him mad yesterday? No. >> So she she's saying this this going on for two days now. So she posted something that she don't want to tell me about on social media. >> She posted pictures of him being bloody. I think her or him both of them being bloody. >> She supposed to Well, she posted yesterday. >> No, she just posted something today. Well, boys started there. She posted, you know, that's she posted something yesterday. >> That's how she's got the bruises now. She's got additional marks. She's saying from today. She's got scratches on her face as well. >> I'm good. But so she says that happened yesterday. Um, nobody was here to see that. >> Come here. Come here. >> And today, >> tell me about yesterday. What happened yesterday? >> So, yesterday she made a little So, yesterday is like we was playing around. She was playing around on Facebook, whatever. She made a post saying something about like she was a hoe or some some [ __ ] like that. And then what happened was, you know, >> she made like a little post on Facebook post something about saying like she was a hoe or something like that. And it's like, you know, I playing around with I was like, "Yo, chill out. Take it off. Take it off." Like, >> "Okay, listen. Let's stop throwing this plan around around like cuz when somebody's playing, we don't get upset and we don't have emotion attached to somebody playing. If she made a post as your girlfriend saying she was a hoe and that made you upset, say that. Let's stop playing with these. Let's stop playing the word game >> cuz you keep throwing this. We were playing. >> We were not going to tell you. >> Nobody plays. I'm not going to get on social media and play and say I'm a hoe. >> That's what she did. You I could show you the things. >> Okay. She might have been playing, but you didn't take it as plain. >> No. No. I took it as plain also. She knows that. cuz me like me and her we we always like you know >> so there was a post on social media yesterday and then then what happened from there it didn't happen from there it no the whole the whole thing where like her scratching my face and stuff like >> you didn't talk about today what happened yesterday >> yesterday like the whole Facebook post or whatever it's like yeah me and her both was playing about that and it's just that like you know she ain't taking it hard or nothing neither did I so I'm just like >> so no fight happened yesterday >> we were playing we were play fighting >> what was what's >> today or yesterday Yeah. Yeah. It was both days. But that was both days. That's what I'm telling you. >> Did she get any bruises from play fighting? >> The thing is she didn't bring it to me. The thing is if she would have had bruise from it yesterday, okay, I'll be like, "Okay, my bad. I will apologize for it." She >> played that rough. >> We always play. That's what I'm saying. We We play. She didn't even say anything about. >> Usually when you play fight, you don't get bruises. >> The thing is there are times even she was pulling on my hair and stuff like that. I tell her to chill out. She still do. Like we play fight. The thing is like Yeah. It's like Yeah. It may be a little rough. I can admit that. >> Okay. So hang tight. You're going to talk to him. I'm going to go talk to her. Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> So, you you you kind of cont first said nothing happened yesterday and then you're saying there was play fighting going on. >> No, no. At first, no. I thought you was talking about like did a fight like officially started from yesterday, but no, there was no no physical fight yesterday. You was we was playing rough. In other words, yeah, we playing rough. She didn't say anything about no booze or nothing or anything. She ain't say anything. And the thing is if it was a blues, I'd be like, "Okay, my bad about that." I'd be like, "Okay, I would apologize for it." And man, on my part, yes. But today, it's like, yeah, we play fighting. The next thing you know, yeah, her glasses had armor, her glasses have one arm, her glass broke. It ain't broke bad. Like, you put glue on it. But the thing about it is I had said like, "Okay, my bad. I'm trying to talk to her about it." The next thing you know, you you hit me in my face. you scratching me in my face like you pressing your fingers down to the point where you can push my eye back. So that's when I flipped her off of me and that's when I was holding her down in like a position where I was locking one arm up and I'm holding her head down like yo keep your hands off of me because of the fact like yeah you're bigger than me. Yeah, I'm holding you down because of the fact like you know like I say like you know you could walk away or if you're in a predicament where you couldn't like you know hold them down. And the thing about it is you know her sister which is the one the one with the black Nike shirt she walked in in the midst of me holding her down cuz that's when also I was going to let her go but that's when she started pinching the way her arm was. She started pinching on my um like below my chest right here. She started pinching me right here and then she pinched me on my arm on my muscle right here and she was pinching me hard as hell. >> What time did that go on yesterday? >> Like yesterday evening. >> Yesterday evening. >> What time you saving? >> I could I couldn't give a time frame cuz we was talking about the We was joking about the thing throughout the day. That's the thing. It was happening like around afternoon leading to evening. I couldn't give a time frame because like I said yesterday she didn't pay no mind. She rushed it like you know she ain't say nothing. So that's why I'm like how you going to say something about a bruise that happened yesterday but you ain't tell me cuz the thing is you knew me and you was playing fighting. You could have said something to me. I be like okay my bad that we wouldn't play like that anymore. But then here come today you know you you took it too far. I'm holding you down. Then next thing you know you busy here posting stuff on social media like bruising you showing how my face was bleeding. Whatever. You didn't tell nobody nothing. cuz that's when her auntie just came up here like a few minutes prior to y'all coming here and that's why I was talking to the auntie and grandma explain to them what happened cuz like I told her I'm not no woman abuse I'm not none of that [ __ ] it's just the fact that you know it was like you see your niece and your granddaughter she took it too far and the fact I'm holding her down I'm holding her down so she could get off of me so it's not like oh I just started beating her under the sun it's not even that cuz that's what they was assuming woman, but I'm explaining them that no, it was not like that. And that's why that's why like, you know, it's just so funny how you want to tell everybody this, that, and the third, but you're not telling them the full story. You didn't tell them nothing. You just showed simple bruises. And the thing about it is, like I said, I didn't mean for the bruise or anything. Think about if you came to me and said that, oh, you had a bruise on, okay, I would apologize. I would have treated the best I could. But no, you didn't treat me for how you scratched my face or nothing. Well, you can you see how this play fighting is not a good idea. >> I see. >> But we're in this predicament and it's going on for two days now. >> Mhm. >> And the thing about it is even like I told her how the way I was raised like I told her I met the abuse and stuff I already went through growing up and stuff like that. Like my mental is not there. I'm trying to work on myself as a man. And the thing about it is I ain't got a child. You got a child. So what the thing is, how the [ __ ] is going to go with both of us going to sit there and get arrested or put on probation, things like that where both our kids going wonder where the where the mom and dad at? You got a child from prison relationship. I got a child from relationship and it's like I'm sitting here trying to better myself and also try to better her and try to better the relationship, things like that because of the toxic [ __ ] that we went through. But it's just the fact that if this the mess that I got to sit here and deal with and you not own up to the point that you [ __ ] did, you sitting there trying to play victim when your ass the one who started it. And the thing about it is like here come her aunt her auntie, grandma, and the cousins come here and they sitting there assuming that I was beating on her ass when I did. I'm telling them that I'm holding her down cuz she putting her hands on me. And the one that's right there at the door, he's sitting here. They could threat him out trying to fight me and [ __ ] and he s make up some [ __ ] saying that I s >> who who was here when this when this incident today happened. Basically, it was the sister with the Nike shirt, Octavia. Her youngest sister was in the room sleep. And then um my homeboy, which is also Octavia's boyfriend was here, but he was on the game. >> But they but then that's when like Octavia came in the room in the midst of me holding her down. And that's when I told Octavia, "Hey, um I told Octavia, hey, look, um I told her, yo, tell her to let like tell like get her to um pinch me cuz she pinching me hard as hell right here in my arm." So she was like, "You add you trying to add more bruises on me." >> Like come on now. And I got to go to work like this today. So it's like what the [ __ ] thing about it is you trying to make it seem like oh I started beating on your ass under the sun when I didn't. >> Where where you work at? >> Huh? I work at a diversity tech in Kany West. >> Can you stay here? >> Yes, sir. I live, man. It's just that like I'm not like that. That's the thing. Tired of folk trying to seem like I'm like that when I'm not. And it's just the fact that you want to talk about this, that, and the third with the people in here like your people's coming here trying to make breast towards me and [ __ ] And [ __ ] I had to explain to the auntie and the grandmother like how it start out cuz she did that. >> Mhm. >> She wanted to take it that far. You scratching up on me and [ __ ] The thing is, I apologize to you for breaking your glasses and [ __ ] You want to scratch up on my face and hit up on me and [ __ ] >> But yeah, you want to tell a lot of [ __ ] that your ex did and stuff like that, but you're repeating what the [ __ ] he did to you to me. And I don't appreciate that cuz like I said, I already told about my past and sh like I'm not I'm not repeating that cuz like I said, I'm trying to better myself. I'm not trying to reflect off of that at all. >> Like it's like it's like I'm just tired of always people trying to point me all the time. Especially when it comes down to like, you know, situations with police and stuff. >> You got marked on your where she pinched you? Hm. >> You said you got something on you where she pinched you >> like she pinched me like around my chest cavity like around here. She pinched me hard as hell like right here and I had to tell her sister to let >> like right here or is that a scar? >> Hm. >> You got a spot right there. Is that a scar? >> This feels recent. It felt like it happened today cuz she pinched me in two different areas over here and then she pinched me on my arm right here. Hang right there. >> Temple. >> She posted it yesterday. That's how the the play the fighting started yesterday. >> They both are. But where where it started to turn real dicey >> what she knew she was she caught a family over here fighting. >> So she didn't want the police involved. She wanted her family to come over here and all them jumping. That was the intention. >> Hey my man, you got clothes in here? You got clothes and stuff in here? Yes, sir. >> You got somewhere to go? >> Said he's got to go to work conjurs. Do do you got you got somewhere to go after you get off of work? >> Well, I wouldn't even let him come back. I would just leave now cuz that's not going to be good. >> Yeah. No, that's what I'm saying. Do you got somewhere to go after you get off work? What time you get off work? >> 6 in the morning. >> 6:00 in the morning. You guys >> How do you get to work? You have your own car. >> Cadillac everybody. >> Let me call uh Miley and update him on what's going on. Yeah. >> When I when I talk I've talked to everybody except Well, like I said, I talked to everybody. >> The only the only inconsistency is um >> what happened yesterday. >> Yeah. What what happened yesterday? She says she didn't beat her up yesterday. He says they were play fighting this boy yesterday and it got out of hand. >> Well, saying the same thing. They play fighting and then her glasses got knocked off and she got pissed off. >> Yeah. And she jacked him up and then jacked him up. But this is the thing. Them bruises ain't police. Not not not the dark ones. >> Well, that's what I'm saying. I mean, I'm I'm what I'm >> what I'm thinking is you they did that. It went too far. >> You know, they were they probably were cuz I mean, everybody and it went too far. Somebody got pissed off and then it just it just escalated. >> This is this is foolishness. This is what >> But she she even said what she did to him today was payback for yesterday. >> Who said that? >> The girl. So, >> so the way the way that this works, >> well, I'll tell you what I'm what I'm thinking. >> Well, I'm thinking I really can't, you know, establish primary aggression, you know, right? >> So, I mean, who I mean, if you're if you're play fighting, if you're sparring, right, who's to say at what point does it cross, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. And that's the thing. The reason I say both though is because there's two instances where they're both primary vessels in a sense. Well, a little dicey about yesterday. >> Well, that's why nobody saw what happened yesterday and today, like I said, they're they're play fighting. >> So, I can't say what happened yesterday. I can't I can't say that happened. >> Okay. Yeah. So, >> so I mean all all happened yesterday is he said, she said. So, there's nothing we can really do with that. But then what happened today said they're playful and both the men. Been here for >> What's your party? >> Party is I tell I put I I give you 350 every time I get paid. So what happened is that >> So for 700 a month? >> I don't know how much it is. >> How do you get paid? >> Every two weeks for >> 700 a month. >> So you giving up? >> Yeah. I just get I just gave it to her because I told her, you know, you could use part of that for the bills or whatever and some of it for yourself. And what happened was that when when I gave her the 350 back in mid June, all of a sudden you buying stuff on Amazon left and right. And the thing about it is and they knew that because stuff was coming in the mail. That's when they said instead of you giving it to her since you see she has a spin at give it to her mother. So I'm like okay. >> How were you you were giving her cash? >> I cash it to I was cashing >> where phone >> over in the house. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I cash out to >> Yeah. So cuz what happened was I cash out to her back in like mid June. And the thing is I told her just hold on to that for the bills or whatever. But instead you spending stuff on Amazon and stuff like that. And what happened was um when I had got paid or whatever last week, she knew that like I need to get insurance and also um go have to go to the courthouse to get the title put in my name with the car and stuff like that. So now you look at me like I'm the bad guy when you had that 350 you said that wasn't towards the bills. You spend that [ __ ] >> So you paid both of your portion. You and her portion. >> No, her portion. I don't know how much hers is. I think I only paid I only paid her my part. I told her to hold on to that towards the bills. But she she was not gonna listen. You spending it on Amazon because stuff was coming back in the mail left and right for her. That's what I'm saying to you. And that's why I even told them that the >> So when she addressed you about the rent and everything like that, you said, "Hold on, I already gave you the money." >> I already asked because she said she said rent was a do back then. I'm like, "Okay, why didn't you use part of that for the beginning of months rent?" Cuz mind you, I give you that back two weeks ago. That's my point. You think you choose to spend that [ __ ] on [ __ ] That's my boy. And then you trying to make me look right back on why I told you to hold on to it. Told you to use it for bills and you knew that. I told you to hold on to that cuz you still had that 350. You could have put that towards the um the rest of the money. That's my point. The thing is you trying to make it look like I'm the bad guy as if like I haven't been paying nothing. When I gave you that 350 for a specific reason. So that's when that's when um they said from now on just cash it to her mother and that way kill two birds with one stone. I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to do that." Because I don't trust I I don't like how you just sit there and just spend that money on yourself like that >> and all of a sudden it's not there >> when the bill was due. Like, come on now. >> So, this goes back to our earlier conversation about when you're in an environment that's not conducive to you being a better person or to you having peace or to you not being involved in these type of situations, maybe you need to get your way out. >> Here's the thing. It's like this the first time ever gotten just physical. That's physical yesterday. This the second time. >> No, yesterday wasn't like nothing serious. The thing about it is yesterday >> she got she got heavy bruises on her arm. >> She didn't address nothing for me from yesterday. >> You ain't got to know it. >> No, here any other time she'll tell me anything. Or there times I told her like, "Yo, chill out and stuff cuz you pulling on my hair, stuff like that." >> So this like the third or fourth time. So y'all been in here before if you said any other time she would tell me. >> No. No. Like Yeah. Cuz like we'll put No. Like no. I said any other time you would tell me anything that would happen. Like we'll play we'll play rough and stuff. But she hasn't said nothing yesterday. That's why I'm like, "Okay, where did yesterday come from?" Cuz you didn't say anything at all. >> Bruiser don't come up automatic. >> I understand what you're saying, sir. But the thing is, if you No, here's the thing. She said that. She said that. Oh, she knew about this yesterday. Like, if you knew yesterday, why did you say nothing? Cuz you would have said something, I would apologize and we would not play rough like that anymore. That's my point. That's my whole point. You making it seem like this was a ongoing thing, bro. And that's and that's not right right there cuz it's like come on now cuz like I said me her we play fight we goof around stuff like that and it's like you know hey if I say stop stop just like she'll play rough you pull my I'm like yo chill out chill out chill out come on now the whole thing happened this morning it's like you know I apologize for breaking your your glass I like okay my fault my fault I didn't mean to But next thing you know, you started snapping. You scratching up on my face and you trying to press down on my eye like no. That's why I had to hold her down. And she while I'm holding it down, pinching on my chest right here and you pinching on my arm. And then when her sister her sister with a Nike shirt came in on the midst of it cuz she overheard like us going back and forth. That's when I was like, "Hey yo," when she walking out like, "Okay, tell your sister, let me go, man." Cuz like she keep pinching hard as hell on me. And it's like I'm like, "Yo, let me go cuz it's like you keep pinching on me. I already know that once I let you go, you keep going." >> So, and this this is the thing. This happened at 10:00 this morning, >> I believe. So, it was like midm morning. Yes, sir. >> It's 4:30. >> Yes, sir. And it was so funny. You just posted this [ __ ] on social media and that's what got to her auntie's attention along with her cousin. They just pulled up here coming at me sideway. They was assuming that I was beating on her. Well, I'm like, "No, I was not beating on her. I was explaining to the auntie and grandma that, you know, it started off where we was play fighting. I broke her glass on accident. I apologized and everything. In the midst of that, she started snapping and hitting on me. And I'm like, you know, and I'm telling the grandma, I'm like, I'm not no woman abused or none of that cuz we had to talk about that in the beginning. And I'm telling them that I'm not like that. And this the auntie son right there in the brown shirt. You see the [ __ ] the first time on the fight and [ __ ] And I'm just like, y'all just assuming [ __ ] and not asking like a ghost like, "Okay, what the [ __ ] happened?" cuz they know that me and her play fight on the regular and [ __ ] That's the funny part. Y'all acting like y'all don't know this. And the thing about it is >> she sat there and got mad and in the midst of her getting mad, you scratching on my face. You try to press on my eye and that's when I'm holding you down like, "Yo, chill out." >> And then the thing is, like you said, it's so funny how you wait hours later to want to bring this to everybody else's attention. Like come on now. This could have been resolved. This could have been resolved as adults. Do you got a gun? >> No, sir. >> Is there a gun in the house? >> No, sir. >> Anywhere? >> Not one? >> I don't have one. >> They all from Miami. You from up top. They from from the bottom. >> Yeah. >> From Miami. >> How you doing, Shante? >> You understand what's going on right now? >> Yes. >> All right. >> So, she understands what's going on right now. So, >> okay. >> We're good. Go ahead. >> You have anything on your person? Anything in your pocket? >> No. >> All right. You want to take your phone or you want to leave your phone? >> Uh, I can leave. >> You got any phone numbers in there you need? >> I mean, I guess I'll take it. >> I want to take it with you. >> Yeah, it's fine. >> Go ahead. Put your hands behind your back. >> So, the thing is >> you just put little easier way. I know about all. I just >> But what about him? after yesterday a little uncomfortable. Okay. >> All right. I can get a finger in both of these. Okay. I'mma loosen this one up a little bit. Okay. >> What's your name again? >> Shantavia. >> Shantavia. You ever been arrested before? >> No. >> No. All right. How old are you? >> 22. 22. >> So Kyle's gonna transport, but I'mma ride behind him to go to the jail. >> Just let them know you got one to 10. 10 more property. >> Yes, sir. Heat. [Applause] Heat.
