I'm like, you know, I'm I'm not going that way. You know, I'm not I'm not with that drum. I'm not with that drum. Then she called some dude on the phone. I said, "Well, you know what? That's where it started." I said, "You know what?" I said, "Since you don't want to be here, you calling these dudes. You can get your stuff. 104. >> You can go call the dude, tell him going to pick you up, tell him pick you up down the street. You know what I'm saying? I'll be around >> on the corner wall. >> Yeah, I'll see you tonight. >> Y'all was arguing. She charged at you. >> I dodged. I hit my head on the wall. I hit him side my face on the wall. And dad called y'all because she was cutting my she was cutting my clothes up. >> Oh. And that was after you you dodged and hit yourself in the room >> and she started cutting clothes. >> How do you spell your first name? >> A N D R E. >> A N D R E R E >> G E D I S >> G E >> D R S >> D I S. >> Mhm. Only thing I want just for G I G E G is gone for the day. >> Let me see. Let me see your arms and stuff. Flip them over to the back side. >> That's all your go like that like it's cut >> probably. Oh, so you think all this happens when you hit the wall? >> I had to. >> All right. Give me a second. >> No. No. Hold up. One second. You going to come over here? Want to swap closer? >> Hold on one second. You got to stand up anyway and talk to him. >> Come on. Don't talk to me. >> Come on. >> Can I please get some help up? I'm kind of old and my knees are messed up. >> You want to help her out? She's bleeding. I'm not touching. >> Are you still on this call or both hands are great? Both my both my man. So what happened? What happened? >> I just want to go. >> Yo, what happened? We're here now. Should have thought about that before even got into disagreement. I told him I wanted to leave. She got mad because I was talking to my friend that's in prison. All right. All right. Anything physical happened between y'all? >> I That's why I'm asking you what happened. Don't just show me stuff. I need to know how you got it. What happened? >> I need a story to all this stuff. It >> doesn't matter. Yo, stand back right now. >> There's no >> All right, stand back. >> The sun is in my eyes. >> All right, that's cool. The sun is in my eyes as well. You should have thought about this once again before y'all came out here and doing this acting like kids. So, once again, what happened? How did you get your androids? He cut me. >> He cut you away. And so All right. So tell me the story about all this. >> Cut me with a box photo that he uses from his job. >> So y'all So y'all got into an argument about you talking talking to a friend from prison right now. How what what transpired? How did that escalate? >> Am I going to jail? >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> If I'm going to jail, just take me to jail. >> And then what happened? >> If I'm going to jail, just take me to jail. >> So So you're refusing to cooperate with me and tell me tell me this story. >> What? Can I cooperate with me? It's a personal business between me and him. >> No, it's he got upset because I was talking to somebody in prison. >> All right. And then what happened? >> He cut me. >> So he just cut you >> into a big argument before that. >> All right. Then he cut you with a box cutter. >> Yeah. >> And how did he get his anyways? from me taking a box cutter from him. >> So you took the box >> I wish I wish he would still have the freaking goddamn >> camera still set up. >> So >> did you intentionally cut him or >> No, no, no, I didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> All right. So I'm scared to go to jail. >> All right. So So you said you took the box cutter >> So you saying you took the you took the box cutter, right? And then how did you how did you get these injuries? I mean how did he get these injuries? He got it because I actually >> I got it away from him after he caught me. >> I think you did >> for the four, right? >> I think you got out. So now you got into argument. You're saying he just took out a box cutter, cut you. Yeah. >> Now, now at this point, you're getting the box. >> Broke the goddamn blast over there in the corner. >> All right. So now you're getting the box cutter, right? >> No, this is before everything happened. getting the box clear from the stop location. >> No, I didn't get the box. >> No, I'm saying that's what I'm saying. You're getting it from him at this point. >> I'm trying. >> All right. Then what happened from there? >> And when I'm trying this what happened and then everything else happened. I didn't mean I don't don't I don't want to harm nobody. >> Let me see. Let me see your arm. Both of them. All your arms. No, no, no. Leave them like this. I'll tell you when to turn them. Leave them like this. Let me see. Like this. Now flip them around for me. >> No. Mind you, this is auto. >> I got you. Flip them around for me. >> Anything else on you? >> I don't know. >> I don't want to press charge. >> Well, that's beside the point. Y'all live together. >> I don't want to press charge. >> Y. >> I don't want to press charging. >> I know. I got you. What's your phone number? What's your phone number? >> I don't know if I should give you my iPhone number or that. >> It's whichever one is best way to reach you. >> So, I just want No, I got you. So, I just want to make sure I got this right. I just got into arguments about you being >> Can you just drop me off somewhere away from here, please? >> Yo, stop stop asking the questions. So, I'm the one asking the questions here. >> Like I said, once again, y'all should have thought about all this and thought about the y being levelheaded before we got out here. Now, this is my scene now, unfortunately. >> No, I'm going jail. >> All right. So, now I'm just making sure I got clarified. Y'all arguing about you was talking to a friend on prison. He cut your he Well, at this point, he pulled out a box cutter. Y'all started hustling for the box cutter. You got cut in the process. >> First, his dad No, you want to get to the beginning of it? His dad hit me in my back with his cane. >> So now his dad hit you in the back. >> That's who called the police. >> He kept they was beating the [ __ ] out of me. >> I don't want to press charge. I don't want to tell the truth. Well, none. >> No. So I >> All right. You can't say you're not trying to tell the truth. But then you start to tell me about it. So now when did this when did this happen part of the story? >> Everything happened. >> All right. So tell me from the beginning what happened. Tell it like a story. Like I'm trying to visualize this. Tell me like a story. So, so we get >> clear starts in a conversation >> agreeing. No, his dad knows that he should get into our conversation >> and he gets into our conversation, grabs his cane and starts beating me with his cane. >> All right. So, dad supposed to happen. >> So, I'm like, Andre, I said, come on now. I said, my own mom or my own dad don't do this [ __ ] to me. Come on now. Come on now. >> Come on now. >> This what I'm telling him. [Music] She comes out, he grabs his dad, his dad comes after me. Everything happens. I don't remember. I I'd be lying if I told her. >> So after he grabbed dad, then what happened? >> I'd be lying if I told you. >> So all right. So now we got this. Now we got a point where we talking about a box cutter was in place. So if he grabbed that, what happened after that? >> Him and his dad. Look, I mean, come on now. I don't just cut myself. I tried to cut myself but come on make that make sense. I I tried to cut myself before. This is not I don't do that. Yo, breathe for a second. All right. I'm going ask you this one more time. I'm trying I'm trying to I'm trying to get your story cuz you're you're telling me two different stories. You're mixing them and then you're >> I'm ADHD I'm ADHD >> bipolar. I got you. But you're obviously able to hold the conversation. Those are behavioral. >> That's behavioral. That's not that's not mental. Those are behavior. >> I'm trying. >> So once again, based on what you're giving me, y'all arguing about a friend from prison. The dad came and beat you with a cane in your back. Right. Then after that, >> then I got >> you told him. You asked him like right there too. >> Yeah. You asked him, you know, uh, hey, listen, my parents don't even do this to me. You let him do this. He came and grabbed his dad. And then what happened from there? >> He somehow tumbled into the house. We got I said just give me my [ __ ] I'm about to go. >> Oh, you want your [ __ ] That's all my [ __ ] [ __ ] right there. That's after I got caught with the box. >> So when you >> cuz after I got caught with the box cutter, I went got all this. >> When you was on the phone when you was on the phone with your uh your your friend, where was you at in the house? Was I in the house? Was out the house? Was that We were at >> We wasn't even on the phone. >> No. Where were we? Where were y'all at, though? >> We wasn't even on the phone. >> Where were y >> Me and my friend in prison was not even on the phone. That's the thing. >> My friend from prison. >> This was I just came back home from Mississippi two days ago. >> He asked me to leave a man alone. >> So, guess what? I don't know what he gets in his head, but at this point, I'd rather be in jail. >> All right. >> All right. Come over here. Grab your phone. >> Take a seat. >> Come here, Dad. Come talk to me for a second. >> Come here, Dad. >> You stand. No. Go back over there and sit down. We go back over there and sit down. Got your ID that? >> Yeah. >> Let me see your ID, boss. What happened, Dad? >> What happened? >> Yeah. What happened between all you? >> Uh, I don't know. She's acting that Excuse me, sir. Acting fool. Acting fool. Breaking everything. Cutting up stuff in the house. I mean, he was going to cut the ties on the truck. I mean, I don't know what wrong with it. But what happened or what happened today? What made all this happen? Well, begin. I was on the phone with none of these non conversations people. Well, well, you got a B food st you got this and that. I said, "Well, then she said, "Well, I'm talking to my man." I said, "Well, you talk to your man. He asked me for money." I said, "You got everything you need. You pay you don't pay no rent. You get food when you get my son take care of you, give you all the money you need." I what the [ __ ] you doing with a man that then it started from there. So, she turned around and jumped up and called him. So he come in, >> she caught. So he wasn't in the house at this moment. >> No, he said what? >> All right. So So what happened? So she called him and then he came in. >> She came home >> and then what happened? >> He asked me what going on. I told him. I said, "No, I was on the phone." I said, "She talking to me and this and that and so then she started, well, I'm going to cut these tires on the truck." I said, "Don't cut no tire. You ain't bought no tires. Just bought the truck the other day. You ain't bought no t that I said. Then she went in there and got the scissors. Start cutting clothes and [ __ ] Cutting up everything. >> Cutting up stuff. Who stuff? She cut >> Who clothes? Oh, she's cutting up Andre stuff. Oh, and did she live here? She >> She she was staying here. Then she left went up north somewhere. >> She been back. >> Andre Andre sent for and she she came back about two weeks. >> About two weeks ago. Oh, for two weeks. >> She been staying here for 2 weeks. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, so all right. So, she started So, she started saying that she was going to do this stuff. Did she actually do it? >> I don't know. She called a guy told him to come pick her up, but the guy showed up. >> So, did she actually cut some of this stuff? What happened after that? She said she was going to cut the tires. You said don't do that. Don't cut it stuff. She said she going to cut the clothes. And what happened? >> She went and cut the clothes. >> So, she went and cut it. And then what happened from there? Did you see what happened from there? >> No, I was Andre went in there and snuck the knife from her. >> So he snatched the knife from her. >> Yeah. And she was trying to do something else in there some kind of way. She had the knife and she got cut. Then she wiped the blood on me. >> I got you. Are you able to write? Are you able to write professionally? >> I can write, but >> All right. So what what I'm >> I'm 81 years old. >> I know, but If if you can write, I'm going to I want you to write a statement for me. Just a statement. I'm going to have everybody write statements for me. All right. >> All right. So, just bear with me. I'm going to get some statement forms and have you write a statement for me. All right, brother. >> All right. Give me one second. By any chance, you got statement forms. >> Uh, you can give me three. >> All right. All right. How do they even know we cut? >> He's saying he's saying that um basically came along. They got into argument. She was walking with her job in prison. Uh as they arguing uh she pulled out a knife. Oh no. He's saying that she charged that. He moved out to put his face and stuff on her something in there. So he's not trying to go to jail. He's not trying to go to jail. But that's just she because that's how you guys uh she saying >> she basically got into argument. Um basically >> she got argument with dad would have came on her back then argue with goddamn balls cuz she was talking to a guy with prison from prison. He pulled out the box cut on he pulled on a bond cut on her or whatnot. Uh and then she tried to get the box cutter for money. The guy is saying um they did get into a verbal dispute about her staying in the house paying all he's paying all the bills and stuff. Uh basically just leeching. Uh they got into ar then after that she called Andre the boyfriend. She called him. He got to the house. Uh from there they got into it. Uh he thought she started saying she was going to cut the tires to the truck and cut all cut all his clothes and which she did. But I guess that was it for this testimony. So that's pretty much it right now. >> I got it. >> No, no. Relax. Stop. Yo, you don't need time. Yo, so what I'm going to have y'all do? You look familiar, too. But what I'm going to have yall do is I'm going to have y'all write some statements. Take >> I do statements. >> Huh? I already got two statements. >> You don't >> I don't I don't write statements. >> You don't want to write a statement? >> Nope. >> Why not? >> For what? >> I I need a statement to say what happened here. So when I let it if I happen to let everybody go, I got everybody's testimony. But if if if not, then that's a whole different story. >> Then I go to jail. >> That's a whole different story. So, >> what's the other story? >> You want to write the statement? >> I mean, what the other story is first, cuz I don't write statements. >> I need you to write a statement for me. I >> don't want to get another. >> Can I get that card, please? Can I get that? Can I get that card right there? >> Sit down and relax. Yo, >> can I get that card? >> You won't tell. You're doing too much. Relax. Need to write a statement for me. All right. Write a statement based on what you told me. All right. Fill out the information up here. All right. >> Then nothing happened, John. >> All right. >> I use one of your pens for sure. >> You going to write your statement? No. Where where's these clothes and stuff that she cut up? In my bedroom. >> In which bedroom? >> Walking through the garage which way? >> Uh go in the garage. Go through the kitchen. Always the first door. I mean the last door on the right. >> Last door on the right. >> In the car. >> Last door on the right. >> Mhm. >> You mind if I go in there and take a look? Okay. >> Appreciate it. Yes. I didn't put no box on her. >> You didn't pull no box on. >> So, what what did she pull out to cut her all his clothes and stuff?
