And then it's illegal to have open containers in the [Music] car. No, they're not going to see [Music] [Music] [Music] We're stopping this car right now. We just got him going 63 and a posted 35. It's almost 30 over the posted speed limit, which is way too fast. Safe traffic 16 Postal California 7 Zebra John Baker 449 on our red Volkswagen Java. [Music] recording. Hello. Does this back one roll down? Does this back one roll down? Perfect. Thank you. How you doing? I'm good. And you? Good. Oh, roll it back down again. All the way down. Is that a What's that? Huh? Was that What's that? Huh? Is that a beer? Yeah. Roll the window down on that side. Yeah. Matter of fact, just hop out for me real quick. You're here. You just stand in front of my car. Is that your wallet in the door? Okay. Got it. Okay. You stand right up here. And you get ID with you. What's the reason? Well, number one, you guys are going 63 and a 35. I seen that. And then it's illegal to have open containers in the car. Okay. And that one's fresh cracked. So, who was drinking that one? And you have a commercial license, so you know better than that. Who was drinking that one? Uh, well, I didn't drink anything. Yeah, it's just barely open. So, it's your beer. Oh, yeah. I was going to pull over though to I was already going to pull down. Let's see. It's nothing. It's barely cracked open. But it's your beer. So, you cracked it open. Yeah, I know you did cuz you're over here hesitating. You have any weapons on you real quick? I'm trying to check. Just face the car. Just my car. Just face my car. You're worried about All right. You guys need any any more open containers in the vehicle? No. that you know of. Okay. Was he drinking anything? Yeah. Cuz with that with that already, I already have PC to search the car for any more open containers. Okay. Because that's illegal. Just stay right here. Right here. Okay. So, I'm going to find out regardless whether you're telling me the truth or not. You know what I mean? It just changes may it might change the outcome if you're truthful. Okay. So, aside from that, any weapons in the car? No. Okay. Can I ask you a couple questions not related to your license issue or your speeding issue? So, besides the open container, is there any drugs in the car? No. Nothing like that? No. Anything crazy? Okay. So, just the beer. What is there another open beer in there? No. Okay. Like he was drinking. Okay. But you haven't had anything to drink today? I'll take a breathalyzer. Okay. I'm just like I said, I'm just making sure because obviously you have an open container already. Okay. So, I'm making sure you didn't have anything while you're already driving down the road. No. Okay. All righty. Just hang over here for just a second. Okay. Is it your car? Yes. Okay. All right. Do they need more beer in the car, dog? Is it cracked open, too? Yeah. On your side, huh? On your side. Bottle. AW PC search. Where about something about the other Medel? The other Medelises. The other Medelises. You stay right over there. You talking about the other You talking about the other tall can that's it. Oh, why'd you put it in the Why'd you put it in a bag, bro? Well, now they're going to get poured out. Oh man. That's okay. Nobody got warrants or nothing like that, right? No one's got warrants or nothing like that, right? Warrants. [Music] No. Oh, he's got a He's got a errand. He's a commercial guy, just so you know. Just stay in front of the bumper, bro. Just for my peace of mind. I appreciate you. What? You stressed? You should be stressed a little bit. Y'all Y'all are speeding. He's got a commercial license, so he knows better. He's commercial enforcement. So, we were just sitting up here running some stationary radar and we were with the trooper just talking and my radar flashed. somebody was going 62 and then he confirmed it on his radar at 63 and then we both saw the vehicle flying past the traffic and then I had them locked at 63 and a 35. So we uh conducted a stop on it and as soon as I walk up there's a the driver and the passenger both reaching around the vehicle when we were trying to catch up to a vehicle to stop it and uh they had open containers in plain view that they were trying to hide behind the driver's seat. They just cracked them open. They were not even really had any sips out of them. Um, still cold. Just got them from the store. The driver has commercial license. So, he's he he should be aware. He's know aware of all the restrictions cuz you you got to do all kinds of stuff to get a commercial license. And there's no other open containers or anything else that looks like it's illegal in the vehicle. They don't look intoxicated just talking to them. So, I believe they did just crack those cold ones open and there's nothing no other empty view empty beers in there. So, I don't think he's DUI, but he was he was probably going to end up that way if we hadn't stopped him cuz uh they probably would have finished these tall cans and kept driving. So, since they did both admit to uh having the beers, I'm going issue both of them a citation for open container in the vehicle. The driver is also going to get a citation for the speed and then they'll both have to either go to court or pay those citations. Um if they don't, they're going to have a warrants here in NY County. So we're going to facilitate these citations for them and then uh give a little lecture and then get them out of here. drivers. All right. I hear my partner Trooper Williamson over here giving you all some education now. So, both you guys are getting two tickets. So, with the speed you guys are at, you're 28 mph over the speed limit. We both had you locked in the same speed. We started to put that as reckless driving given how how heavy traffic we have right now and where you're at in our city. Okay? I didn't put that as reckless. I just put that as a straight speed for you. All right? So, it keeps it civil, not criminal in the speed aspect for you. Okay. As far as you open containers, we probably prevented you guys from getting a DUI to be honest with you. Okay. Um cuz there's a lot of cops out on the highway in the roads today. So, you probably got stopped eventually at some point in time and got into jail and then you could have been just, you know, screwed. You know what I mean? Um so that's yours. Let me see. Just a speeding ticket. So you got two tickets. So I'll give you yours real quick and then yours. So I'll explain both of these to you. Okay. So both of you guys have the same ticket for open container in the vehicle. All right. So, so those are both criminal. All that means is that I could take you to jail for it, but I'm not I'm giving you citations in lie of that. And then you have to make sure you contact the court before or 9242 24. If you don't do that, then you have a warrant for the citation. That make sense? So, you can go on the website and take care of everything on the website. All right? If you have any questions directed to the court clerk as far as setting up times for anything or doing anything other than anything that website can't answer for you, call the court. All right. And they'll handle that for you, but you can't be cracking beers and driving. You know what I mean? I know you said you were going to pull over and drink them, but I feel like you probably would have been sipping on them while you were cruising down the road. Okay, so that's that one. And like I said, for the speed, the speed one is a civil citation. Okay, that just means that if you don't pay it, not necessarily going to have a warrant. It's up to the court, but typically nowadays it'll probably like impact your credit or something like that. Not sure, but that one's a civil citation. So, you have 90 days to get this one taken care of. Go. [Music] Okay. Thank you. So, getting a call for a residential fire. Someone's advising that there's a motor home that is currently on fire. Believe it's next to some other buildings in a garage. say it just looks like it's probably fully engulfed. We're not sure if it's occupied and they just say they can see flame. So, we're almost in the area. Hey, they're all they're all nice. We got here, but the white pit bull. Stay away from the white pit bull. Is a little aggressive. Okay. But uh we just we were driving by and saw the fire and we helped him put it out. Okay. Mainly mainly in the back bushes back there. They're back there with garden hoses now. We got all the little spots put out. Okay. Any flames still? Not anymore. It's just all smoke from them putting it out. They're advising that they got most of the fire out. I don't see any flames at this time. Just smoke. Oh, brother. Smoke installation. Is everything out? Is everything out? Yeah, we got it out. All right. Fire department's still going to come check. Make sure there's no spots that can rekindle. Well, there you go. Looks like whatever was on fire, they were able to put out pretty quickly for the most part. Fire department's still going to respond and make sure there's no spots in these trees and other brush and rubbish that can rekindle. But thankfully, some of the neighbors helped with some hoses and all that. So, looks like they prevented a much bigger fire because there's just nothing but trees and stuff around here. Couple pets and you get all selfish. Crazy. Okay. Yeah, they didn't seem to want to run out, but need to bring the truck. Oh, yeah. I don't know. I think the one resident went in the back to try to get another hose, but the other neighbor is still wetting it back there. So, is it actually a structure? I don't know. It looks like it was just rubbish that caught the trees. I don't know what structure would have been on fire. I think it was just next to it. You can cancel the bounce. Are you injured in any way? You need medical assistance? Okay. All right. Yeah, we'll get this right away. A moderate risk event. Fire. The original call came out as a RV was on fire. Someone was a passer by had happened to see some flames and smoke over here near a lot of other RVs in this house. So they called it an instruction fire. When he got here, I guess something in the back, some rubbish. They have a lot of garbage on the property in the back there. Caught on fire, caught some trees on fire. Thankfully, the neighbors had some hoses. They were able to put the water on it and pretty much extinguished most of it by the time fire got here. So fire is just doing a spot check to make sure there's nothing that can rekindle or anything like that. So once they're done, we're going to hang off for just another second here. And then once they say that we're good to go, we're going to take off. So right now, we're going to go back up another unit who's currently in pursuit of a motorcycle that's occupied twice. Um traffic still light, speed 70, give me a black street bike, occupied two times. It's like one in the driver's seat, two mile in the rear seat. So, got a male and a female passenger. Um, traffic. We're in the area. So, it's actually in my sector and we're in the area. So, we're going to be able to capture. So, right now, they're trying to figure out what's going on. Sounds like South 22 is uh trying to key up. Southbound through the desert. Sounds like they're staying in the valley and uh street bike continue to go southbound through the desert off of the area of Stephanie and Bel Vista. So, our units currently trailing him through the desert. We're going to be running back running back over time. Sounds like one of our unit is in a foot pursuit with the gentleman. I'm getting property right over here. Uh, I'll get your address. He's hiding behind. Stop right there. Stop right there. Stop right there. You going to be in this property right here directly southeast or southwest of you. Shut up. Perimeter. Where is she at? What you talking about? All right. So, we're currently containing the area. It sounds like our unit possibly may have lost him in this area. So, we're going to contain and see if we can get eyes on this guy. Make sure you're watching east towards the desert. She's out clear. Is he out with the female? Oh, what is that? Let me get a better position, dude. See, it's possibly Blake Jones, dude. So, we just received some information from our deputy that he possibly believes that this is a wanted fugitive that we've been looking for for a while. His name is Blake Jones, and he has a history of eluding us, and he has gotten away from us a numerous amount of times to the point where there's other agencies that are involved, and they want this guy um locked up. So, only on Fox 5 tonight, the Night County Sheriff's Office wants your help to find this man. They say he has been a one-man crime spree. This is who the sheriff's office is looking for, Blake Jones. On the Night County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, one poster calls him the real life Charlie Brown. The sheriff calls him something else and is worried he could hurt or kill someone. Our unit saying that it was possibly him in a pursuit with uh with the deputy tonight. So, um, he had just crashed on the street by the deputy saying that he's hurt and he's somewhere within this property. Um, so hopefully we can we got a perimeter set up and hopefully it's a good enough perimeter to where we can lock this gentleman down into one specific area and uh and uh get him into custody. adviser by there's a subject standing on Bell Vista couple hundred yards past the residence where we are now. Copy. Is that going to be to the west? To the west. [Music] Let's ask this guy. in the backyard of the property. Excuse me, sir. Have you seen anybody standing in the middle of the road over here? No, sir. Okay. No. All right. Thank you, sir. Okay. Thank you. There's nobody, dude. Are you wearing black shirts? two in front of us. He just ran back and doss two. Step over here. Step over here. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Put your hands Why? Put your hands behind your back. Why? Put your hands behind your back. Oh, hi. Oh, you guys are doing the show again. That's what it is. Oh, why are you being so rough with me? Why are you so nervous? Are you Doss two? I'll be Belle Vista and Corbin just north of with that female. I want to talk to someone superior to you. I really do. Do two. She is now detained. Oh, she's now detained. For what? For what? I'll let you know in a second. Oh, will you? For what? cuz you just ran in the street. How did I How did I run? I did not run. Alexandria, don't play this game. No, I'm not playing this game. You guys need to stop playing this game. And that officer of you guys, you guys need to take control of that guy, too. You know that? Well, maybe you guys should stop running. No, maybe. Why are you guys chasing? Why are you guys chasing is what I want to know. No. Why are you guys chasing us? Why? Right now, you're detained. Who are you? Yeah, I'm sure. You know, you know what it was for? An FTA, right? You're not going to care. No. No, you're not going to care. It's okay. I'm in here and I'm going to handle this. I'm sick of it. Step out. Step out for what? I got to search you real quick. [ __ ] No, you're not going to search me. Oh, well, I am going to jail. I'm going to jail no matter what. What are you talking about? No matter what I'm going to jail. Are you serious? Cuz what you guys do? You want your judges? Search. Search. You're not going to find All right, get in. Oh, thanks. That was a search. Can I get my wallet, please? Yeah, I'll have it. What's your name? A name name and badge number. My name is Deputy Diaz. My badge number is 004268. Thank you. Yep. They're in full pursuit with them right now. The Knight County Police Department is top three of the most corrupt police department in the whole nation. In case you didn't know that, Alexander, just chill. Relax. That is not a lie. Look, we're not at the end of the day. At the end of the day, at the end of the day, yes, you're not the bad person, okay? You just associate with bad people. No. And and and but but you know what though? I wouldn't associate with bad people. You know, like there's perspective is a there's a big thing to perspective. You know what I mean? A lot. There's many variables that many people don't see. Unfortunately, so they have one custody. Um the uh female party that we were out with on Corbin and Belle Vista is the girlfriend of Blake Jones and that's the gentleman that we've been looking for for a while. So um we're going to reconvene with the other units and see how we're going to proceed. Mr. Jones definitely going to jail tonight. So um we're going to see what's going on. Hey Alexander, you need medical or anything? No. Okay. Hey, where's the girl at? She couldn't get off. This time I don't think she had nothing to do with it, but we'll talk to her. Don't move. Yeah, you're good. Just don't move. This one cup is killing me, dude. It's not killing you. Look, dude. It's pretty tight, dude. Just a little bit. That's sweets. Ow. [ __ ] Damn, dude. You look way older than what I remember you looking like. Running from the la takes its toll. It takes it to soul, too. Hey, good eyes, man. That's what I was heading over there. He was waving that flashlight. So, I started getting up to the fence. I was like, well, that's why I ran drove up cuz I saw him. He walked out and walked right back in. He thought he was evil conval though. Wrecking bikes, running around. You've been for a minute. Yeah, but I was involved in the foot pursuit this time. Oh yeah, that's why. Huh? Yep. 25 years will get you. Yep. How long you been running, Blake? Too long. Probably feels like forever, huh? Looking over your shoulder, running every chance you get. Well, so she'll keep So you'll keep my stuff. Did you pick up his stuff over there? Hey, beard. You know if he picked up his stuff. Uh on the ground, dude. Okay, sir. Sir, what? I can't understand what you're saying. It's okay. If I sit down, I pass out. Sir, you're going to pass out. Yeah. Sit on the push bar, bro. Right there. Turn around. Sit there. That way. At least you're Yeah. You're not laying on the freaking hot hood. What's that, man? That's more comfortable for him anyways. Yeah. I'm going to fall. I swear I swear I feel kind of dizzy. So, what's up with your girl, man? Why are you putting her life at risk? You're running with her in the back on a bike. On a bike, dude. You're going to be famous, Blake. You're not county famous. Now you're going to be like world famous. Do you guys not think you guys have not humiliated us enough? What? What? What do you mean? I'm telling you, people don't take the time to listen to someone's story or what's really happened. Yes, we're getting the medics. This is not right, Alexandra. We're getting the medics. They're right down the street. How do you not feel bad about this, dude? Do you even know what's going on? Well, I got I'm going to talk to you in a minute. Will you talk to me? Oh, yeah. Are you even going to care? I'm I'm going to Of course. No, you're not. Yes. Be quiet. Dad, be quiet. Stop talking. She's a grown woman. She can do what she wants. Thanks for loosing my cuff the other time. You know what? You're welcome. Thanks. Well, he wrecked the bike at pretty high rate speed. He's got some lacerations on his arm, hands, and his pants. Stand up, man. He's saying he's dizzy. Water. Yeah. Well, stand up first and let them assess you. Here. Turn around and sit. You wouldn't be so thirsty if you weren't running, bro. That's a you problem right now. I'm going to be nice to you real quick. Take some sips of water. Yes, sir. Did you fall on your back at all? I see some scrapes on your back. Did you spin my deputy? No, sir. I was sir. You just spit on my boots. Oh, I'll forgive you, Blake. Sorry, sir. A little bit. One scratch right there. Does this hurt? Scratch right there. Did you lose consciousness? No. No truth there. What's that? I try to knock. No, I'm talking when you when when you knocked when you your bike. I just can't breathe, you guys. All right. I have really bad asthma. I got you. You're strong. Asthma and you were running, so that's not good. And you're running a thousand cc bike from the cops. I mean, what do you take for your asthma? Cheers. Super tactical. Super tactical one. Oh, yeah. All right. Did you take anything else tonight? No, this cut's going pretty tight. What's that? All right. Well, well, I mean, there's cause and effect, but I'm worried about you right now. All right. What's your name? Blake. What? Blake. Yeah. Blake, what's your last name? Okay. You know where you're at right now? What town? Problem City. Very good. You know what year it is? 214. Very good. Who's the president? You don't have to like him. Who is if I give you four quarters, how much money you have? Very good. Let's check some vitals. Wait, you got your driver's license on you? You want to go to the hospital? Relax that arm. Okay, you're in a full sauce right now to check your oxygen. Nice. 98%. 98%. Yeah, it's really good. That's really good. I think you're tired cuz you just been uh on a little pursuit. I don't I don't wish you I wish I wish that you could find common sense to get away. Well, I mean he's going to like jail. So, I was sitting on uh I was sitting on Greta basically waiting for another vehicle to go mobile. Uh at that time I saw a headlight that looked like a motorcycle light uh basically coming down eastbound down Greta and it was a substantially long distance. Uh a lot of people don't travel Greta at that distance for any reason uh other than take back street. So I was blacked out on the side of the street between a couple bushes and as it got closer I turned on my radio. I had my windows down. I could hear the engine and I I realized it was a street bike. Now, uh there's a subject that we've been looking for that was a wanted suspect and a whole bunch of other uh felony evading, felony pursuits. Uh and it was said that he was driving this black street bike. So, based on that information, as it passed, I immediately kicked out behind it and activated my lights and sirens, at which time it took off at a high rate of speed. Uh during the pursuit, it lasted about 5 6 minutes. Uh we ended up all the way over here off of Banovich and Belle Vista area where he uh uh took to the desert, the dirt roads. Uh lost control once and ejected the female passenger uh which is now learned to be his girlfriend. At that time uh he continued away from her at a high rate of speed through the desert. Uh taking a dirt road, almost losing control again before cladding with the fence. Uh that resulted in a quick foot pursuit to a property where I lost visual. Uh we set up containment. Through setting up containment, we blocked his route of escape. Uh he sucked back into the property and then he ended up making a break forward across Bell Vista to the north into the desert where he was uh eventually caught and apprehended. Uh at this time, we're just basically running medical through them, make sure they're cleared, and then we will be towing a vehicle and uh heading to jail to take him into custody and get them booked. Alexandra. So, so here's here's my thing, Alexander, is if you're going to sit here and be mad at me. All right. I'm very upset with you. Yeah. I'm saying I'm upset with him either, but I'm upset with you. Of course I am. Right. Right. But if you're going to be upset with me, right? I'm upset with myself. I'm upset with him. Well, I'm just saying I didn't drive the bike at a high rate of speed. Correct. I didn't even know who you were. I pulled out behind the bike and you took off. I didn't know who you were. How is that? It's always you, though. It's always you cuz you're just that good at It's always me. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Strange, right? It's like God God put us together for some reason. I think you and I believe in different gods. Oh, maybe. I believe in the God that takes bad guys to jail. Crazy, huh? I think you're a little egoistic. So, here's here's the thing. All right. I know you were on the back of the bike. You had no way to get off. Do you understand? So, I'm not charging you with nothing. Do you understand? So, at this time, you're free to leave. If you like to talk some more, then we can talk. All right. You know, I almost wish we could so that we could come to an understanding, but I know it's not going to help. No. But Alexander, I have nothing against you. I already spoke with you before at the last pursuit. Do you understand? Yes. Okay. So, if you're if you're mad at me, then you're mad at the wrong person. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle so I can get you a question. Where was your backpack at? Where was your backpack at? Oh, I don't know. Did you leave it over there? Have you seen it? Do you know where it's at in frontage? Oh, it's got to be over there. Okay. So, before I can let you out of C, I got to go through I go through your backpack. Are you okay? What do you want me to do? No. Hey, come here. Come over here. The other car. Where are you hurting less? I'm going to help stand you up. Okay. I can't breathe. All right. Let me know. I'm going to help you stand. I can't get myself. All right. Ready? Yeah. Let's go. All right, bro. We're going to ride right in the back of my car. I can't breathe. [ __ ] It's all good, man. Good drinks. I can't. Uh, we'll get I'll get some water when we get to get thirsty, dude. All right, man. All right. Listen, I know you've been a bad dude. You've been a bad boy lately, right? But I'm I'm going to let you I'm going to let you say goodbye to your girl. Okay. Oh, now you're Can you stand up for me real quick? I can I scared? Yeah. Let me Yeah. Can you stand up for me real quick, bro? Yeah. And turn the wall. Let me just get your wallet and stuff. Okay. My shoe. Oh, no. Not yet. Not yet. I got on him. Drink him, man. Oh, please give me like a cup of water to help. I'll get you. I ain't going to forget about you. All right. Water, [Music] please. [Music] Heat up here. [Music]
