was coming by rolling coming back up and then i started feeling bad off thanks it was i got off exit one i turned around up there and come shooting back as quick as i could i knew there had to be a hospital off one of these exits 20 years ago up here go ahead hey i've got that guy march 29 and he was coming from that area 104 i'd worked a crash on the other morning too no it's another trooper not necessarily the 54 but there was a 53 hit with that name i just got to confirm maybe that's him or not where are you from mr cooper you're always live in arkansas were you born in arkansas let me see okay [Music] [Music] 73 miles an hour [Music] careful careful that's sitting right there i was sitting there about to three westbound and now i mean he's 117 wow he uh you already looked through the car yeah it's a beautiful very much in it and uh right about the one about door he got on the shoulder i don't know if he's going to hit door exit or keep on going he passed the semi on the shoulder and just kept the hammer down until i finally caught him right up here he said he's having a heart attack only reason he's having heart problems because he's so happy yeah there's some collapse of him in a prescription bottle in there he's having a heart attack because he's slamming back these venom what's that uh that liquid nicotine stuff he's got a long rest history and attorney is also so negative on locals i'm just taking these about right so we got about four left five left and got it over yeah he he said he swerved to miss a deer the other morning took out about 60 feet of guardrail so judging by this driving behavior i'm sure he's probably doing mark 10. yeah was he in a rental car then no he's in his wife's brand new honda passport and totally and so this is the replacement i'm assuming for that crash said he started feeling bad about the war and took the one and turned around but i got him coming westbound from at least the five because i picked him up at the three and he's from four he says his wife lives out here fort smith or something like why wouldn't you drive to the hospital you still away yes sir okay no i won't do that i can set you up i know you're pretty tall but sit up right there you haven't taken anything illegally sir no do you have heart problems yes what's wrong with your heart i've got bad heart problems it's been up to 200 heart problems or blood pressure problems blood pressure and heart problems i have cardio which makes my blood my heart rate go up and i have my blood pressure huh why are you drinking beer they tell me not to man i only drink like a half one a day they're going to check you out they're going to show that you're fine you're going to go to jail at the end of the day okay okay that's that's fine that's fine i'm going to take it i have a hard shut the door for me go talk to these other gentlemen heart if i had problems drive 117 no problems he's only like 37 in him say 39 or 40 just turned 40. he's about my age almost i was going to pity him if he had started slowing down i got him about 90 and he got getting pretty good but he didn't even know a good attempt to get over something he got up there he said he's got all kinds of tachycardia problems and all this stuff get pulled over yeah well he fled from me he got about 140 where he decided to pull over so he had a prescription of finazopam in his car uh he had a little saran's like you'd be taking something in his pocket i don't know what it was could be some sort of heart medication if he'd be in truth hey they don't have any charges over here can i take them over here and put a hole in them i guess or do you just take them back across the state line and put them in properly typically what they'll do is you got you got all your stuff you know yeah see canine here who's that oh don't get mid-line yes sir he finally decided five miles i guess i got him right at the three eggs in arkansas 117 up behind me got to 143. i guess he eventually saw my lights gradually came to a stop without having to do anything crazy where are you sir what's up oh [ __ ] he's having heart problems but he grows fast to go to the hospitals in fort smith so i don't know where he's going to over here i guess he's going to drive to oak city or tulsa or somewhere to go to the hospital that's his feature at 140 at one point that's what took me to get caught up to it i was at a dead stop and asked me 117 and so it took me a minute to uh driving behavior there is back energy drinks out of state out of town hanging out he lives in huntsville arkansas his girlfriend lives in fort smith so fair in some way shape or form so you guys can take them to jail so yeah i guess with y'all uh taking back the fourth myth that solves that problem 117 so you know he didn't take the three yeah yeah there's on the south side of fort smith so it's probably coming down 540 at one time well i got friends and family over there which is it friends and family lose your business [Music] go ahead so [Music] um oh like this get him out of you guys he had a gun in his face so yeah i could get more of this i looked at it it looked like he took him pretty pretty close to the script because he had six left he got it filled on the 6th of march bleeding oh i'm sure so you guys ever come down here roland was closed i think once i got him in the back of my car i've seen rolling pass but yeah he didn't i don't know how many people work up there but no rolling in stock stopped the car and turned around oh even when he's working he's off uh the this test coming up i think he took a couple of weeks off to that's kind of what he told me he's trying to study and cramming in and see if he can't and i thought well surely he's not really taking off just to study for that whether that was his true intention or not but i think he's supposed to be putting his nose to the grindstone trying to get it so because it's over in that franklin county area some address from so wouldn't have to move or anything if he was to be fortunate enough to get promoted so i couldn't do that volunteer fire department deal because as soon as i got here
