restraining order against her yes she
tried the lady walking down the street
with the dog tripped her an old lady oh
wow and the old lady wouldn't press
charges because she was afraid she would
retaliate CU Sheed my my 13-year-old son
that walked by she attacked him yeah she
has misdemeanor warrants um hopefully
that will help mandate she gets like
mental health she she get her sister
somebody to bake her act her we can't do
it yeah no hopefully that'll that'll
help the court system pressure her into
some mental help obviously we know she's
not the criminal of the year but you
know we want to get her mental help so I
know our goal she does need it she needs
to be on medication we all agree on that
you have no idea what it's like to live
and the names if we called her one thing
yeah though compared to what she calls
us would have had our butts hold on here

than you they caught her up at Publix
last time she got arrested so did you
have to make her dress cuz she usually
runs around naked she she was luckily
one of the deputies he uh tried to stop
her from going in the house she
inevitably made it into the house but
that's what I thought they caught her up

yeah no it can be a tense and dangerous
situation when police attempt to arrest
someone who has a warrant and even
before police arried the aors stick with
possible anxiety and anticipation so in
today's case right from the top we see
police chasing a woman and we learn that
she has a warrant but instead of going
quietly she goes inside her home closes
the door leaving her keys outside in the
lock now at this point for some reason
the woman behind the door begins to yell
at the officer which is normal however
it's what she yelled at him that left me
confused you're a g I'm what however the
officer was respectful enough to ask a
woman's cousin to call her and see if
she could get her to open the door so
they wouldn't have to break it down and
on many occasions if detectives of
Department w units can't locate these
individuals police officers can get the
one in person information from their
respective detective divisions and
sometimes Patrol officers do locate
these individual during the daily Patrol
but of course often these people will
not go quietly as we do see here when
the deputies have to break the woman's
door down and take her into custody
without any clothes on now police will
have to involuntarily commit her known
as the Baker Act in Florida because she
obviously has some mental issues going
on on top of the warrant now lastly we
do see that it was extremely difficult
for the sheriff to get any information
out of this woman but that's normal when
people are having these types of issues
my heart does go to those neighbors
because although the woman does have
some issues that I hope she gets
resolved the neighbors that live near
her do have the right to live in peace
in addition to her two warrants ebony
was charged with obstruction and
resisting arrest she is innocent unless
proven guilty in a court of law
