Jesus says that don't mess with >> Do you have a California license, please? >> But I have a what and what? What? Yeah. Good for you. >> You're You're a fan of me. I see. You're You're a fan of me when you embarrass me this month. You're a fan of me. I don't know what you're talking about, bro. What are you trying to say about my wallet? >> Move out of the way. What do you say? >> Do you live in California or do you >> No, no, no. It says the address says Florida on it. Look, read it right. >> Read it right. Read it the right way. >> I just want to see if you were a violation. >> No, no. I'm saying I got hit. I got hit by I got hit one of those. I got hit by one of those. One of those. >> Okay. >> Air >> air. Guess of the airplane. I paid that much. >> I want to check his socks. >> I want to check his feet first. Yeah. >> Make sure there's nothing in the sock. >> Pull off your uh >> forward. Will I >> take your shoes off? >> Oh, hey. >> Take your shoes off. >> Yeah. Yeah, I will if you let it go. >> Take off your shoes. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I got it. >> Bend your leg back. >> What? >> Bend this leg back. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Hurry. We can't step off. Do you want to step off? >> No. No. It doesn't matter. So what what exactly happened? >> So we were standing here boarding. We started yelling down the jet bridge. We can't step off once we pass on. Um so people were like, "Hey, that guy's training back there. He's yelling curse words. Um he's yelling at some lady." Blah blah blah. Comes on angry. >> We don't know who this person call. Um she got on started talking to her and getting her face pointing at her just like you guys lazy are so bad and I said what I just about like now we're figuring out what it is. >> Yeah. What was the problem? They treat me differently. They look at me people with skin like you kind of skin then your skin. He goes, "You're always it's always you that look at me right this and you that." And then he turned the corn and they told me they just assumed this is my father. And so I didn't think the guy was with him, the guy that reportedly his father and he walked away from his dad and feeling up the it was the weirdest thing. We didn't find out passenger after him going, "He's not well. Something's wrong with him." Yeah, >> this person all the way up the aisle. >> I don't know how we got past here, right? >> Yeah, he made it all the way back just kind of screaming and yelling and then I was like, "All right, I'm going to go ask." Um, I got back there and he was already in his seat. But once I got back there, people were already starting to board cuz the whole time he was going to get to his seat, he was yelling and cursing. >> What's your phone number? >> So basically, from what you two said, you got to learn to be while boarding. People were boarding saying, "Hey, there's a guy back there." >> You could hear screaming. >> And it was in the Jeffrey. And then he came up here. He started like started with her, but then continued down the aisle. And as a follow Okay. And when you followed, what happened? >> I followed. I asked him to get off. He told me no. I asked probably three or four times. And then at that point I was like, "Okay, I need help." So I went to help. >> Okay. And then and then that was basically it. >> Pretty much I tell other people. >> So then how did he get off the other passengers? Are we getting other passengers? >> So after gathering the witness's statements, the flight attendant mentioned he was traveling with someone that looked like his dad. An officer found this companion of his in order to get a statement from him as well. >> So how do you know him? He's my son. >> Okay. Do you know what was going on with him? >> Do you know why he was so angry? >> I have no idea when we entered. >> Were you on the plane with him or not? >> I was together. >> Okay. >> All the way. >> So, can you can you tell me what happened? So just by way inside when we went inside somehow on the back something they talked about it and then maybe he got little >> talked about what? >> Uh how can I say maybe maybe something related to racism or something? >> Oh directed toward him >> something like that he must have heard about it and then he just got into argument. >> Okay. And then he went inside and then again he got into argument with somebody on the same issue and then >> California. >> Were you with him when this happened? >> All all the time. >> Okay. >> A few drinks. Okay. All right. Any idea? Has this happened before? >> Never. >> Never. Okay. Just happened one time. >> Okay. Well, he is being arrested right now for battering cuz he did strike somebody in here. Um, they're taking his stuff off the plane and they're going to put it in baggage here. Okay. At the airport here. So when he gets out of jail, he can come get his stuff at the baggage office if it's open because I understand this is an international flight. Is that right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> We have a connecting flight. >> All right. Do you have a driver's license? >> Thank you. >> Thank you for clearing that up. It's good to know a little bit more to the story. >> Yeah, but he didn't uh you know he didn't uh hit the person first. The person actually boosted him [laughter] first. Well, they asked him to leave. They asked him to leave numerous times on the plane because he was yelling and screaming and he wouldn't leave and they asked the captain and the gentleman on the jet bridge went on and asked him to leave as well. He wouldn't leave so they had to escort him off and that's when it got busy. >> Yeah. Other passenger hit him first. So that's why I think got worse. >> No, no, no. his just his bags, I believe. >> Oh, so my bag. Uh, >> are you still flying? >> I I have to at least see what happens to him. >> He's going to Orient road Jail. >> He's going to jail. He's going to Orient road Jail. And uh you can try to post bond for him there. >> You could try to bail him out. Post bond at Orient Road Jail. You could call a bondsman. A bail bondsman. You know how that works? Do you know how that works? How bail bondsman? He's going to go to jail. He has to bond out of jail if he wants to get out. >> Um, and somebody has to pay money to make sure that he goes to court in the future to get him released from jail. Okay? >> If he doesn't post bond is what they call it, then he stays in jail. So, it's up to you. He could post bond himself. He has a probably a wallet cell phone with him. He could post his own bond or you can do it for him. So >> you need a shoe. You put that shoe on. >> Put the sock in his pocket. Put the shoe back on. This back. >> All right. Good. Put your other shoe back on. Just put in his pocket. And we made sure that we off. >> Turn around. >> Watch your head. >> Somebody call Gina. I don't even know. So, he was charged with battery and disorderly intoxication. The older gentleman mentioned he had a few drinks at the bar, but it was hard to hear, so you probably didn't catch it. But that's about it for today. Until next time, thanks for watching.
