Call my brother in the military. Yo, bro, >> sit down. Sit down. >> This isn't bad. >> I know, isn't it? I should have never stole. >> I'll come here. You going to arrest me? >> Yep. >> Arrest me, Dad. >> Put your first amendment. First amendment. Refusing to pay a bill at a bar or restaurant might seem like an insignificant issue, but when it comes to these entitled customers, they keep resisting and arguing and racking up charges. But when law enforcement catches up with these customers who refuse to pay their bills, that's when all hell breaks loose. >> So, what's the issue with the >> guys? I don't understand. >> Do you not have the funds to pay for it? >> Pay my password. So, give me one second. Man, you guys are fast here. >> Wait, I got the wrong email. >> On the 19th of July, 2025, the cops were dispatched to Tampa International Airport after a man refused to pay his restaurant bill. The staff had tried to resolve things already, but the man was saying that he had no way to pay. >> I don't know what to do. I don't have my card in the bar. You call that come with you? I'll go with you. Talk to you somewhere. >> Okay. Well, you got to pay your tab. You got >> Can't do it on my phone. >> We're talking right now. >> I want to talk private. You got somewhere like a room here. >> What do we need to talk private? >> I don't know. Where do you want to talk to me for that? I'm talking right here. >> You owe a bill. You owe a bill to >> What's going on? >> I don't know. >> Well, he checked there and he was in there for a while. >> I agree with that. And I don't >> You didn't pay. >> Okay. >> Cuz we checked >> and he hasn't paid. He left his visa over there. He flung his visa out. >> Sorry. Pay on that. >> I didn't realize it. I I dropped it. I'm sorry. >> Is this phone cleanest phone? >> I go over there and pay. >> Yeah, you got to go over there and pay. >> You don't have you don't have a lot of options. >> Thanks, guys. >> Screw me back. >> The man claimed he was willing to pay, but he kept giving conflicting accounts. First off, he said he didn't have a credit card, and then he tried to blame it on the staff. The officers walked him back to the restaurant to give him one more chance. They wouldn't pay with it. I was like, >> "You have the means to pay for the bill?" >> Absolutely. Tried to pay my cards. They filmed behind the bar when I was trying to put my drink there. Pick it up for me. They wouldn't do it. >> Well, if you pay for your bill, we won't have any issues. >> I don't even want to talk to you guys, but I will private. I can't talk here. >> Honestly, >> there's nothing to talk about in private. You need to pay for the bill or >> you're going to go to jail. So, >> okay. I'm just saying. >> What? I'm >> I got your Visa. You don't have any credit cards on you? >> Nope. You check my bags. So, how are you? >> I got >> So, you're planning on paying with your >> phone cable, man. What the hell's going on? >> You walked out on a $100 tab. That's what's going on. >> No, no, I don't want your fine tag. >> He's walk. >> We do this 100 times a day. Okay. Whenever payment comes up, it processes it, prints the receipt, drops off the register. in the event that it doesn't drop off the register. There's a button that we can push that prompts the payment to come up. Neither of which were done. I have a full receipt here with more payment on it. >> If there was payment, there should be a receipt. >> While the cops here seem strict, they were giving the man the opportunity to get things settled. If he could just make the payment, it would all be settled and they could all just go about their day. >> I'm going to give you one more option. Either you pay or you go to jail. >> Either you pay the bill 109. That is your balance, dude. Well, nice. >> Okay. I don't know what to do now. >> I don't know what to do about that. Go tell where it's at. You're driving me there. Is that Opal something in Clear Water? I paid for it already. You can ask the bartender. He has my card. I left it there. >> Opal. >> Hotel. >> You have another way of paying. >> I do not. >> Okay. >> I don't I don't know what you want me to do, man. I flew here. That's on a plane. I really don't. I have money. I can >> prosecute. Yeah, sure. >> Okay, >> there we go. >> Well, if you have no way of paying, >> you're going to go to jail. >> I want to pay and no one will bail me out. So, what to do? No one would bail me out. >> Okay. What's wrong with your phone? Why won't >> I die? So, I came to charge it and it don't work on Can I just put it up there? Like, you can do >> I'm sorry. There's a misunderstanding. I might not speak English sometimes. >> You don't speak English? >> Sometimes. >> That doesn't make me speaking languages. So, >> okay. Obviously, the cops aren't Uber drivers, so this guy's plan to get a free ride to his hotel in Clear Water was not going to pan out. At that point, he was still being cooperative, but it seemed like he was stalling or just looking for another angle. >> So, what's the issue with the payment? >> Because I understand the funds to pay for it. >> I paid >> Did not pay >> on my phone. >> It did not go through. >> I don't want your phone in the bill. >> If you're not paying us now, understand you are [music] about to go to jail. >> All right. Let me try again. This is your last chance. This is your last chance. >> Okay. >> You paying this place. >> Which one? >> Two of them. Tell me, please. I don't know what I'm doing. >> Scan this one. >> One time. >> Just scan it. Or you >> stop playing games and scan it. >> Okay. Do you not have a card with you? >> I don't have anything. Look at everything. Look through everything. Please. I can't find my card or I really can't find it. There's nothing illegal. I just can't find my card. If you can find it, I'll call him or I know his number. >> Okay. If you knew you didn't have the card, why would you come here and order food? >> And it don't work. >> Okay, but wouldn't you verify it with them that it worked? It doesn't work because you don't have a physical card with you. That's why it doesn't work. >> I called and he said I didn't eat it cuz I Uber myself. I'll do that. I got Uber right there. I'm not even picking it up. I already eat it. >> Right when the cops were about to arrest the man, he came up with another plan. At that point, he was going to order from Uber Eats and pay for the meal he just consumed. He repeatedly tried to pay for things and it gave the cops a sense that it was all just a misunderstanding. >> You knew when you sat down. >> Yes. That I did not have a card. No, I did not have a question. >> Then why would you order food? >> I called charge and they said they didn't need the card. I can use Never mind. Hold on. Let me do that. I should have done that first place. >> I thought you I probably made a mistake. One second. I'll Uber myself right there and I'm [laughter] not getting it. >> I'm going to Uber myself. >> You said Uber yourself? >> Yeah. Food to right there cuz I eat it. No, you're going to be in the back of a police car going to jail in about 20 seconds. I don't even want to hear what you can't pay the bills or you going to jail week right now myself right here. One second. Please watch. If I don't, you take me to jail. >> No, that's not going to happen anyway, but it's not it's not Let's make a deal. >> It's not working. I'll call a lawyer. It's not working. I don't know what to do. I mean, I don't know what else to do. It's not working. That's not working. I'm working. I'm here. Make sure your shirt experts in my bag. See it? I'm on a job. I work. Take me to your job. I want to go. >> Explain to us. I don't live here. I don't live here. I don't understand. >> I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. >> Ordered a service. >> No, I flew in business. >> Whenever the cops asked the man why he ordered food when he knew he couldn't pay for it, he was coming up with wild excuses. His attempts to pay for things somehow always fell through, and the cops were getting tired of it. >> You ordered food? Yes. >> You had no means of paying for it. You knew that. >> Now I do. Right. You're not waiting. Do it right now. I have to remember my password. So, give me one second, man. You guys are fast here. Wait, I typed the wrong email. One second. New email. My wife stole my phone in Pittsburgh. One second. Or take me somewhere to use my phone while it was locked because it's easier to do it standing here. Open Uber Eats app. >> You can't pay them with Uber Eats. >> I can. They told me on lock. They told me on the phone. I know. So, wait one second. I have the app actually. Just open that. Verify that, please. >> No, I'm not verifying anything. >> Can I have my passport back then before we go to jail? I don't have my ID. I need >> You're not You not positioned to ask I think so. I need it back. >> They need their money also. Give them a passport. I give them the passport. >> It's not Let's make a deal. So, you're going to deal with them. You can't pay the bill and they can figure out the other stuff after walk. You want to take it like no time. >> I can't hear you. >> Can you take me outside? >> So, what finish you going? >> I got to pay for it. >> Can I get my bag? >> While pretending to pay for the meal, he asked for his bag and his passport before they took him to jail. It seemed like he knew how things were going to end for him, and all he was really doing was just delaying the inevitable. >> Good to go. >> All right, turn around. >> Hands behind your back. Thanks guys. I appreciate this. I want to go outside. It's in bag. Net expert. Please look at my shirt cuz that's what I'm here for. Let's go outside. >> In here. I didn't do anything. I'm not a bad guy. I My mom will tell me her dad's last name and I Googled it and she's going to me. So talk to me. You got cameras. I'm not doing anything. I'll pay [clears throat] right now. Try it three times. You guys know this. So, what's up? Where do we go? >> So, you're going to go to the back of the police car and then or in jail? >> Can [clears throat] I call somebody first? My mom. I'm not in jail yet. I want to talk to my lawyer then before I go. You need to >> help you out. >> Yes, sir. Hope you don't mind if I lean on your car for a second. I do. I do have >> You got to be scared. >> Taking your belt off. >> Go ahead. My pants will probably stay on. I'll just keep apparently. 53 days. That's why I'm beard now. Shave. They don't give me a razor. All right, let me go over here. >> Okay. >> On the way to the squad car, he kept talking about his job and his beard, as well as his parents. As a matter of fact, he just couldn't stop talking. The only good thing about the situation was that he didn't resist. >> All right, sir. Here's the deal, right? I'm going to I'm going to pat you down and search you. Okay. You going to be compliant? >> Absolutely. I'm always comp with you guys. I like you guys. My brothers, >> turn around. >> Yes, sir. Do it every time. >> Put your legs, please. >> Water. >> Yep. >> I don't do that. I can check my arm. You take my shirt off. I'll show you my name. It's on my arm. Literally tattoo it in case when I go to Jamaica, someone cuts my head off. >> Sorry, guys. Can I do it again? I'll hold it up. I can. I just >> You're too fast. Just put it up. I'll hold it with my leg. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> I wanted to go there anyway. They took the man to the Hillsboro County Orient Road Jail. Under Florida statute 509.151, they charged the man with defrauding an inkeeper for less than $1,000. On June 27th, 2025, when the cops got a call about an injured man in the parking lot of a bar, they had no idea what to expect. When they got there, fire and rescue were there already and caught them up on what had happened. >> How's it going, man? Uh he was all fired up at first we got here because people crawled on him. He fell and he was walking off the gravel. Uh got him calmed down now, but he was trying to get up and leave. >> You drunk drinking? >> I think he's So there lady in the bar that's got his keys. >> Okay. >> We're trying to convince him now that he doesn't want to go with us. He needs to get a ride. >> Sure. >> Well, you can take care of that. >> We initially called you guys. >> He already did. He already refused. >> Oh yeah. >> Okay. He answered all the questions correctly. >> Is he banged up at all? >> His knee is messed up. I think it's messed up anyway. >> Okay. >> All right. >> His knee is the reason why he fell. >> Jeez. So, >> I ain't going nowhere. >> Don't see you walking. >> I want to go. >> The supposed victim here was a frail looking elderly gentleman. In addition, he appeared to be in no shape to drive. He'd refused already to be taken to the hospital, and when he tried to shut the car door, the officer reacted. >> Hey, bud. >> I'm officer cut city police. How you doing? >> Yeah, good. I want to speak to you actually. >> If you would wait over there for me first. >> You can >> wait over there for me, sir. Why? I speak to him. Okay. >> You know why? >> You mother I get a chance to you over. I'm going to do the same thing to you. >> Hey bud. >> Stick your nose in somebody else'sing business. >> Are you able to call Rod? >> Do what? >> Are you able to call Rod? >> Not yet. I don't I think so. >> Your phone's right there. >> Why would I want to do that for? >> I can smell alcohol in your breath. You've already fallen. We're here now and now it's >> I had a beer and a [clears throat] shot. >> Okay. Well, listen. You've fallen. You've hurt yourself. It's time to go home. So, there's one of two ways we can do that. You can call Rod's going to pick you up. >> You go get my keys with me. >> Where that son of that woman took my All righty. >> The man seemed disgruntled and picked his phone up to call someone. However, he didn't miss the chance to mock the officers, saying it was a ridiculous waste of time and money. He then proceeded to check his Facebook status. I'll walk home before. I worried about the >> You're not walking. Your knees already hurt, sir. >> I'll crawl home. >> We're just here to get you home safe. Okay. >> 520 signal. >> Thank you. >> Neil, is it? All right, man. My patient's starting to wear a thin. You're on Facebook not calling somebody. Okay, I'm going to ask you again to call somebody. Okay, >> I'm working on it. >> You can do that. >> Excuse me. >> You guys think everybody knows this that quick? >> I don't know what makes a difference if I sit here in parking lot. What makes a difference? >> Well, you're intoxicated and it's not of a vehicle, so that makes all the difference in the world. >> I don't have no keys. I'm sitting here in parking lot. Doesn't matter, >> huh? >> Doesn't matter. >> Oh, we're going to do. >> As things turned out, Neil had gotten into an argument with someone. And as a precaution, the woman behind the bar had taken his keys. Up until that point, he hadn't done anything wrong, but given his hostile demeanor, that could easily change. >> This is bull. I wouldn't be such a if I can't believe so far I ain't figure how to get my contacts. >> To your contacts? >> Yep. >> Sit down and take a break. No, you ain't touching my phone. >> How about I help you out? >> No, >> I can't find it. >> No, you want to go to the hospital? >> What? >> You want to go to the hospital? >> Can't hear you. >> You want to go to the hospital? What >> your knee? >> Get your >> I ain't got >> two fully replaced hips. Fully replaced >> two metal rods up my back, six screws, switch screws, and a little ache in my knee. that >> hey. >> The officer finally took Neil's phone from him and helped him find his contact list. As the man struggled to call a friend, his adversary from the bar stepped outside and started shouting at the cops. Basically, this guy was trying to get arrested as well. >> Come here. >> I'll come here. You going to arrest me? >> Yep. Put your hands. >> Arrest me. Put your hands for the first amendment. The first Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hey, sucker. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get off my beard. >> Honey, get out of your shoulder. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Give us a hand. >> Put it behind your back. It's right here. I can't my shoulders against a goddamn tire. >> What the you want me to do? >> I got one resistance. >> I can't turn to some of them. >> I hope that some of is all it all better on camera. >> The man somehow thought that getting drunk and yelling at the cops was protected by the first amendment. It was, but it could also be regarded as disorderly conduct. He was free to say pretty much anything he wanted, but causing a disturbance just isn't allowed. With the second suspect now secured, the cops then turned their attention back to Neil. >> All right, Neil, are you going to go out to the hospital and get checked out? >> Excuse me. >> Are you going to go out to the hospital and get checked out? >> No. >> Okay. What's your plan? >> Ain't nothing wrong with me. >> What's your plan? >> I twisted my knee when I fell down. >> What the heck? >> All right. What's your What's your plan? >> What's my plan? >> My plan is to go home. >> Okay. Well, you're not going to drive. >> Eat some food. >> You're not driving. >> Do what? >> You're not driving. >> No, I'm going to get a taxi. You guys are aggravating us. >> I don't know what this big deal is because that mother >> I'm not worried about that right now. I'm worried about you. >> Right now, I'm just worried about what we're going to do with you. Haha. You're going to leave me alone for >> Well, you can talk to me with with some respect or you're going to end up right where that guy went. >> So what? >> You can talk to me with some respect >> and you can give me some respect to leave me alone. >> I can't leave you alone. You're intoxicated. >> He eventually managed to call his friend Randy to come and pick him up. At that point, all he had to do was sign the citation and wait for Randy. He had no problem waiting for his friend, but signing the citation was a different matter. >> All right, Neil, for this whole incident, man, unfortunately, we're going to sign. >> Hey, you don't have to sign, but you got to listen to what I'm telling you. Okay, >> I'm sitting here in the parking lot. I ain't doing jack and you this is anything to come up. No, I signed it up. >> Okay, listen. Your court date is going to be set for July 11th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Okay, you do not have to appear for this court summon if you pay the citation. Okay, that's bullsh >> I ain't doing [ __ ] >> Hey Neil, >> I failed you to listen to me and hurt my knee. You need to listen and all you people >> Neil listen carefully. That ticket is your last warning. Keep your mouth shut until your ride gets here. >> I ain't keep my mouth shut because it ising stupid. He was so upset over the citation that he continued arguing with the cops even after they stopped listening. They really didn't want to arrest him, but they were getting very impatient and he was nowhere to be found. >> Hey, can you call Randy for me and see how far away he is? >> No, you're going to sit there and wait. I told him wait for a couple hours. >> All right, come on. You're going to jail. Step out. Step out. >> He'll be here. >> Get out of the car, Neil. You're going to jail. You're under arrest for this persistence. >> Get out. Watch this. >> Yep. >> Neil, get out. Come on. Stop. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Neil, get out of the car. All right. You want me to charge for resistance, but don't stop. Okay. >> Neil, sit down. Just sit down. Now, put your arms behind your back. Neil, >> why are you resting me? >> I'm falling down. Come here. Just put your arms behind your back. >> Don't make this work. >> Relax, man. >> Make it worse. >> Put your arms behind. Quick, cuz you'll be all bruised up. >> I ain't making no worse. >> I'm just trying to find out why you all are being. >> As far as Neil went, being stubborn and drunk did not work out well. They arrested the man and he was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On the 12th of May 2024 in Key West, Florida, the cops responded to a disturbance at a bar and restaurant called Jack Flats. Allegedly, a customer there ordered food and drinks and then said that he had no way of paying. When he was asked to step outside, he grabbed the manager's phone and tried to run. on this side. >> Turn around. >> 93. One detain. >> All right. Sorry. Roll you over to your side. >> All right. Now, >> put your right leg forward. >> Now, sit up. >> There we go. >> Where's your Where's your ID? >> You I gave it to him. >> I gave it to him. >> Relax. >> Tell me what happened real quick. >> He had a drink and he said the bartender will put his credit card. work out. >> According to the manager, the man claimed he'd left his card at another bar. He tried to pay with his phone, but it didn't work. At that point, the manager asked the man to hand his ID over as collateral, and that's when things escalated. >> No, he grabbed my phone and tried to walk my run away with my phone. >> Oh, he snatched your phone. >> Yeah. >> Going to be a 24. I snatched his phone. Can you just tell me briefly what you saw happen, sir? Uh well, they were have a little thing at the bar here and uh Apple Pay or something. I didn't hear much and I had a few words and then manager wanted to kind of scoot towards the door. I think he was about really money at Apple Pay to take it back and forth. And then the only thing I saw was out there. I think he snatched his phone. >> Okay. If I'm not mistaken, >> tried to run with it and nailed it. Took him down. >> As the officer began getting witness statements, the suspect started complaining. He claimed he'd been attacked and his ID had been taken from him. Basically, it was the same story, but with a little different twist. >> Guys, you look the video up there. >> We will. All right. Just let us know. >> I was working. >> I was working I was working with him for 20 minutes to try to straighten this out. >> Good enough. I don't have my license on me. He has it. I have a sir. Sir, I have your license. >> Just relax. >> Just wait. I I'll get this thing in a minute. I just real >> Yeah, >> I've been relaxed. I was waiting for 20 minutes for you guys to come. >> Yep. the girl at Bully Te's, [music] she took my credit card, put it, you know, in between her in her shirt and uh she left for work and uh 3 hours later, you know what, she's going to bring it back tomorrow morning. So, I left cuz she has my credit card, came down to Jack Flats, and you know, I thought they take Apple Pay, but they didn't. And uh all of a sudden, this guy wants to freaking me, you know, let the manager in here. So, uh you know, that's the deal here. He has my license still. I gave him my license. So why am I getting outside? You know, because he had an attitude. >> While it seemed like the man was giving a statement to the officer, actually he was talking to himself alone in his car. And for some reason, he thought the cops were on his side. >> I think the police feel, you know, how I feel. This guy just jumped overboard. And it took all of a sudden five people to hold me down for about 20 minutes until you guys showed up. You know, Greg Floyd. You know what? I'm done. I'm suing him cuz you know this is bull. You know all my all my whole deal is you know what it's verifiable. >> Verifiable. This is a joke. He's done. I give him my license and my Apple Pay. But you know what? He wants to fight outside. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? >> It's all on video. right there under beneath. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It's all verifiable, you know. Five guys on one, you know, five guys on one. But because I gave them my license and said I couldn't pay for it, but he wants to push the issue, >> it's all on tape. It was clear the man believed or wanted to believe that he was the victim and the perpetrators were the vicious manager and his employees. He was determined to call his lawyer in the morning and [music] deal with these people who had wronged him. >> What's up, bud? >> All right, buddy. Um, my name's No, no, no. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, no, it's all good. >> Do you need Do you need medical attention? >> No, no, no, no, no, no. I got I got hammered, but I'm good. You know, >> so so why don't you start from the beginning and tell me what happened? >> Okay. So, what happened was I went down. So I hung out there for about 3 hours. >> Okay. >> I gave the bartender Katie there, which is verifiable by every single person in there, the bartenders. You know what? She put she put my credit card in between her brow. >> She said she was going to keep it and she forgot about it. >> At Willy Te's >> at Willie Te's. All the bartenders there. I've called to her. I was going to come back here tomorrow morning at 10:00 and get it. So I left and I came down here because I love the chicken parmesan here and I've had it a million times down here. You know what? And I went there to say, "Hey, you know, hey, you know, you have to take Apple Pay," which everybody does down here. You didn't take Apple Pay. I'm let sorry, you know what? This is all verifiable. >> The officer went through the details again, and it seemed to be a simple misunderstanding. The man thought he could use Apple Pay to pay for his food, and when he realized he couldn't, he gave the manager his driver's license as collateral and even had another drink. The problem was, what happened after that? >> So, you're you're you're at the bar. You had just finished your your meal. You're talking to the server apparently about about the Apple Pay. >> Yeah. >> And then who asked for the manager and the server says, "I'm gonna get my >> No, the blonde went to the manager, talked to the older guy, you know, he came back and said, "Sorry, we can't take it." I'm like, >> "So then the older older guy came." >> No, you know, the blonde came up. >> The blonde came up and said what? >> He said, "You know, we don't take Apple Pay." I'm like, >> "Okay." And then what happened? >> And I thought it would work out. >> Okay. But but then what happened? >> Then I gave the manager. He came up there. The guy that took me down, wailed on me right there in front of the camera. You know what? Took my I gave him my ideas at the faith. >> Okay. And you're still at the bar. >> And I'm still at the bar. >> Okay. You gave him >> He starts pushing. >> Okay. Okay. When you say starts pushing, what what exactly? >> He was looking for abuse. >> No. When you say start pushing, like physically started pushing. >> Yeah. On video. >> Let me Let me get this straight. You gave him your ID. Here you go. And then all of a sudden he just starts pushing. >> No, no, no, no. It was a little bit. >> So that's that's what I need. It was a little bit after that. Yeah, she out in its own video. >> According to the suspect, he had a polite conversation with the blonde female manager. After that, the male showed up and got aggressive. The story might have been credible except for one little part that he skipped. >> He started getting all offensive on me. I've been here. >> He started getting offensive. How? Like, what happened? >> What did he say? >> Verbally. He was pushing me. >> Okay. How How are you going to tell me? Yes. What exactly did he say? Again, you're not you're not hearing me because you're you're jumping from I gave him to my ID to he's hammering your head on the ground. I'm pretty sure that didn't happen. >> In between, if you look on the camera, I'm asking you >> exactly what happened. >> So, you're not wanting to tell. Okay. Got brother. No. >> Let me put this in my phone. I'll take it. Okay. >> Three witnesses [music] saw him snatch the guy's phone out of his hand and try to run with it. And he tackled him. And one bartender physically took the manager's phone out of his hand. On the ground. >> So yeah, what was he doing trying to grab his phone? >> Okay. >> He was taken off to jail and they charged the man with robbery by sudden snatching, which in Florida is considered a thirdderee felony. He later pled not [music] guilty. The chicken parmesan that he loved so much should have really been worth it. In Hattyville, Georgia, the cops were called out to a restaurant after a woman ordered food and drink, then told the staff that she didn't have money to pay. Once again, the cops did everything in their power to ensure she paid her bill, but she wasn't going to be easy to handle. >> Man, you have to get somebody to pay or you going to go to jail. Simple. >> You said so. I'm going to pay somebody to pay tax. >> She She can't pay. It's It's real funny, isn't it? >> It's real funny, isn't it? >> It's No, no, no, no, no. Come on now. >> No, no, no. It's not No, >> you up here drunk. So, what we're >> It's not It's not that I'm acting like a We're not going to We're not going to yell. >> Nah, baby. Relax yourself. Relax yourself. >> You going to leave your friend? >> Relax yourself. Nah, cuz you you in a rush to get me a >> No, you are too slow to pay your bill. >> All right. >> Are you going to take care of the bill? >> Slow. >> What do you want to do? >> Slow. >> Right off the bat, the suspect here, whose name was Gina, was being hostile with the officers and the restaurant staff. They had no choice but to detain her, but they still gave the woman a chance to make things right. >> All right. So go to your mask right here. >> Show me the pillow. Show me the pillow. >> Like I as she told you >> like I asked you. >> Yeah. Hold on. Let it let it rest fast before they take. >> Yeah. He's sitting there trying to be >> Nobody ain't being funny. We got >> You got to chill out. >> Give me your face. The face. Give me your face. No, it's not unlocking. >> With your face. With your face. What >> do you mean? Where my face? >> So you can unlock your phone. Your dude is gone. He texting you. He might be able to. She not going nowhere. She going to jail, queen. I'm trying to get you going right now. Right now. You're detained. >> If you continue on, you're going to be going to jail. >> Hold on. Stop. Stop. Stop. Back up. >> Mama. Chill. I did unlock the phone for you. You did not. >> I did the phone. I did. I did. >> Unlock the phone. Come on. Unlock the phone. >> You might think the cops were just delaying the inevitable as it was fairly obvious how things would end up. That being said, the cops were trying to be logical. If she was arrested on the spot, the restaurant wouldn't get money, the woman would lose her freedom, and the cops would have to take her off to jail and go through a tedious booking process. Mom, talk to me. >> I might be. >> Did you unlock the phone? >> Yeah, it's so locked. >> Give me the phone. Give me the phone. >> Uhuh. Don't. Uh-uh. Let's go. We going. >> Let's go. >> We don't got all day to do. >> Do not resist. >> You can you can get somebody to pay and I won't charge you for the the services. >> Okay. If you can pay, stop. Stop for a second. Split sec. Stop for that. Chill. >> Uh-uh. Call my bigger homie. >> I am. >> Oh my god. >> Mama. >> No. Call my brother in the military. >> Okay. Let's get you in the car. Then we can make call. >> All right. Give me a second. Give me a second. Ma'am, >> why can't you give me a second? >> Why do you need a second? >> Because y'all got these cuffs on my >> mouth over there, please. Thank you. If an entitled suspect is given enough time, then sure enough, they'll rack up multiple charges. That's exactly what happened to Gina. Instead of finding a way to pay her bill and go home, she guaranteed herself a night in jail by resisting the cops. >> Call my brother in the military. Yo, bro, >> sit down. >> Sit down. >> Listen to this car. I'm >> not like >> Can I speak to them? This is a dire situation police. >> Yes, please. >> I promise. >> That's how Hey, this is Officer ODM with the Hateville Police Department. Who am I speaking to? >> That's her. >> Hey, so we have Miss Gina in the back of our patrol car because uh she has a bill of $189.64. All we came for is just for her to pay a bill. However, she became very belligerent. We just need somebody to take care of the bill. If nobody take care of the bill, she's going to go to jail for multiple charges, including theft of services. So, we want to get this bill taken care of. Can you help? >> At that point, she was definitely going to jail for obstruction and disorderly conduct. The question was, would she get another charge for theft? The woman's fate hung in the balance, and everything depended on whether her brother would send the money. Sadly for this woman, the main issue wasn't the restaurant bill. It was the $600 bond. >> The bonding companies only accept bonds a th000 or more. Her money is likely going to be about $600. So, it's best to pay the $600 cash to get her out and pay the 190. So, she don't cuz if you don't pay the 190, she going to be she going to go to Fton County. She's going to have to sit >> till next week. >> If she go if she don't pay this if she don't pay this this for services, she going to Fton County. She going to have to sit till she see a judge and that's probably next week sometime. If she go ahead and pay the theft of services uh with the 190 her bond is likely going to be only $600 cash if you guys can just come up with that. But no bond no bond that comes is going to pick that up. >> Yell at us >> today. You you can she will be released today. As soon as you bring the cash she is released. I could sign her bond. >> Probably take about an hour uh and a half to get her out after she's processed. >> The solution here was actually clear for about $800. Gina could go home for the night. Supposedly, her brother sent money to cover the restaurant bill, but he also tried to broker a deal for the woman so they'd release her right away. >> So, they got to close their registers. >> Yeah. He was like, "Will she be released from there?" >> You got to chill out. I know. But when I saw you coming, >> you trying to figure out she going to be basically if she pay the bill, she going to be released. Y we let her go. >> So listen, this is not a Listen, listen, sir. This is officer Odor. This is no longer a negotiation. Okay. She had came in here, we need You got to do this and you got to do this all >> because at the end of the day, a crime has been committed. >> Sir, are you going to pay the bill or not? If you're not paying the bill, I'm about to go ahead and take her to Fton County. One second. I'm I don't have time to keep going back. It's too much talking. The officer here was losing her patience. She was about to pull the plug and take Gina off to jail, but her daughter intervened with a lastditch attempt to help her mother. She pretty much tried everything, even PayPal. >> You don't have a bank. She said, she said she want to use PayPal. >> Ush. >> She said I don't have a bank. My bank is said Ter. >> Where's the card at? My bank is cand which one it is >> now. Scroll back up. Scroll back up to that [ __ ] >> All right. Listen. Listen. This is done. You going to for county? No, ma'am. Come on. >> She going to Fton. Sorry. I try to help y'all as much as possible. Y'all got too much going on. >> 1000391. >> Have a good one. >> Sorry. Get home safe. Okay. >> All right. Where she going? >> That's not going to work. She already did that. >> It don't It's not going to work because >> No, she said that what she said. It >> said it. >> Okay. Who said Who said you that car? >> That's the car she >> That's the car that been declining. They just said that. >> What the car? >> Okay. Yeah, there go. I'll do that. >> We've been so patient. After all that trouble, they couldn't process the payment. As far as the cops went, they wasted valuable time, but at the very least, they tried. On the 25th of October, 2024, loss prevention agents at a mall saw three women shopping. Suddenly, one of the women started concealing things in her bag. The agents waited, trying to see if she would pay, and they then called police the moment she left the store. Before they could exit the mall, the officers caught up with them. Excuse me, ladies. Can I just talk here real quick? >> Just step over here, please. >> All right. Just to let you know, everything's being recorded. >> Okay. >> Okay. You guys have any ID identification on you? >> No. What's the problem? >> Okay. So, we have a report of a shoplifting that occurred. >> Oh, no. >> We spend money. >> Receipt. Receipt. >> Not about the wrong person. You can check >> before before we go through that. Before we go through that, do you have any identification? >> No. >> I didn't. >> Stop looking from here. >> Yeah. >> I'll buy you in a second for now. Right now. >> Nope. Nope. You're not leaving. You are. >> All right. You're right. You're right. All right. You're right. Put >> your bags down. Your first name, last name. first name, last name. >> Both women acted pretty surprised. They wanted to know where the theft occurred, and they denied taking anything without paying. Only one of the women was telling the truth about it. And as for the other one, she was about to realize that the cops already had evidence. >> We have you on camera. >> So you what? >> Where you at? Nothing. >> Nothing. >> Nothing. >> You didn't take them? >> No. >> Cuz they said they >> Well, that's what they said. I said that's what they said. >> Ma'am, >> I'm not going nowhere. >> Stay over there. >> Nothing. >> Last name's going to be Belle. That's Bravo Echo Lima. Lima. First name's going to be Lisha. >> Stay by the window. >> Is that Yeah, I'm not being detained for nothing. >> I don't care what you say. I'm not being investigated for nothing. If I'm not under arrest, I'm able to leave. >> Yes, I am. >> You already take it. >> Take my bag. Give me my bag. >> Stop taking your bag. >> Stop taking your bag. Stop. >> I'm not >> Drop the bag. >> Drop the bag. >> Drop the bag. >> Drop the bag. >> Drop the bag. It's not that hard. The shoplifting suspect, who introduced herself as Lakesha Bell, was getting more and more restless. She was waiting for the cops to confirm to her that she was the one they'd caught on camera stealing. A moment ago, she claimed she couldn't be detained, only arrested. But after they put those handcuffs on her, suddenly she preferred being detained. >> I'm being arrested. >> All right. Search the bag. >> Search the bag. There anything on you that can poke stick me? >> No. >> Don't touch this bag. This is my bag. You don't have the right TO TOUCH MY BAG. >> You do actually one. >> Oh wow. >> Look at that. >> Can y'all give my sister my bag? Y'all got the glasses. Give her my bag. >> Just make sure she comes back. Give him my back. >> That's it. >> No, I need to take this bag off. >> For what? >> For what? You're being arrested. >> All right. >> Yeah, I'm being arrested, but I could give my stuff to my sister. >> Not right now. >> She search it. She can get it. >> Oh, y can search it. Y'all got what y'all looking for? >> Even after the officer told the woman that they had evidence she'd stolen some of the items, she was still trying to claim she had all the receipts in her bag. At that point, one of the cops attempted to loosen her cuffs. Let my arm go. Why you holding my arm? YOU'RE A MAN. YOU'RE NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO be detained. >> Relax yourself. >> That's what I'm trying to get. >> Relax yourself. >> He don't have TO GRAB MY ARM, THOUGH. HE'S GRABBING MY ARM. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GRAB THAT'S ALL YOU GOT. YOU HAVE TO LET ME GO. DANG. THAT'S ALL. WHAT the you being so aggressive for? HE'S BEING AGGRESSIVE THOUGH. IT'S NOT ME. left you out. >> It's all going WITH YOU. >> GET ON my money. Look, I can take my money. >> GIVE IT MY GRAB MY ARM. Give me my money. >> Stop. Stop. I'm not resisting. money on my hand, please. >> We're going to give a concession. He needs to stop. >> I need this man. >> Let go. Let go. >> Let go. >> Get my mom. Get my step off my back. >> I want to get my personal identification. >> I'm back up. As the woman slowly realized there was no way she was going to get out of this, she got increasingly angry. She was trying to claim that she wasn't moving or resisting, but that's not how the cops saw it. >> [ __ ] Y LIKE I'M a man for y'all bugging. I'm not cooperating. >> I am cooperating. Y'all keep telling me don't move. I'm not moving. >> Can I please get my >> I am Can I get Can I get Excuse me. >> Yeah. I'm trying to get on my bag with my keys and all my stuff in it. >> Take my watch. >> Okay, >> ma'am. Do me a favor. >> What name? >> Stand right here. >> Okay. >> Wait until we finish our investigation. >> My name is Fatima Smith. That's my name. >> That's my real name. >> You run her You run her yet? >> Yes, he did. Yeah, >> we already have somebody in line. So, >> as things turned out, Lkesha's real name was Fatima Smith. While they cleared her friend of any wrongdoing, Fatima was looking at multiple charges. She did manage to calm down for a while, but before too long, she started to argue again. >> This is a [music] bad >> I know, isn't it? I should have never stole this. What's your name? >> And then Okay, we'll just take a picture again. >> It's another I have to give you >> Shut the up. >> Still waiting. Still waiting. She >> license. Can you explain to her [music] that compiance is the easiest way to go. >> I'm being the person outside of the vlog. I do your job. Just relax. >> Please. I am relaxing. They just do what [music] you want. You see how they grabbing me up? >> We're just doing our job. >> No, he's grabbing me up. Twisting my arm back here. >> You weren't listening to stand right here. I stand right here. >> Every time we told you to stand. >> Uh, which one is that? >> This is her phone. >> All right. Can you and Kelly [music] just take her out? Wait for a bon. Yeah. Don't even put her in the back. Just wait for Ivana to get there so she can search her. >> Thank you. >> All good. All right, ma'am. [music] You can take >> Okay. Thank you. Thank you. >> Have a good day, man. >> She was escorted outside to be searched and then transported to jail. At that point, she seemed eager to know the procedure, but as the officer started explaining it to her, Fatima found a way to argue even further. >> Excuse me. >> What's up? >> What's the next step? I go to headquarters then. I'm going to jail. You're going to get processed and then you're going to be released. As long as you cooperate, >> I am cooperating. >> No, you got to you got >> Let me tell you this. When y'all stop me, I stop. All right. >> When you ask me something, I gave I I ask surgery. I let y >> once I went to go on my bag or once I start pacing back and forth, he getting upset. Oh, stay still. I'm nervous. I'm going TO MOVE. I'M HOT at the same time. ALL RIGHT. Y GOT ME. I SAID I'M STEING. ALL RIGHT. BET. I GET Y'ALL WHAT Y'ALL WANT. ALL RIGHT. THAT'S IT. He said this my name. No, this is my name. Cuz once he seen the credit cards, I don't need a death. You get what I'm saying? Hey, this my name. This my car. That's it. >> Okay. All right. This officer is going to search you. Okay. >> No problem. >> I don't have nothing. You can search. >> All right. 10 for >> No, I gave her everything. They check all that. All my stuff is paid for. It's cool. It's cool. It's cool. I ain't giving her no ass, so I'm letting her check them. I don't got nothing on my baby. Due to the security footage and her inability to produce the receipt she said she had, they trespassed the woman for two full years, and she was taken to jail to face her charges. Renting your home out can be a pretty good way to earn some extra income. However, if you're not careful about it, it can surely backfire. On the 28th of November, 2023, the cops were dispatched out to a residence due to a dispute between a landlord and tenant. By the time the officers got there, things had already escalated to potential assault. >> She hit me WITH A BOTTLE OF MY HEAD. >> OUT OF THE out of the car, >> right now go right now. >> We've been asking THEM TO GET OUT OF MY house for an hour now. >> Now, now who is what's going on here? >> This house. >> Okay. >> She came by. >> Who did They ME >> one at A TIME. ALL Y'ALL GOING TO JAIL. What's going on? >> They chopped me. >> They chopped me. He hit me with you. >> HE SEEN I GRAB YOU A LIAR. You hit me in my face. >> Pulled the gun on me. He got it. >> He got it. She pulled the gun on. >> Yeah, she pulled the gun. When an officer's by themselves, it's incredibly risky to step into a heated argument involving multiple suspects. It goes double, of course, when you're in close quarters, and if there are weapons involved, even more so. >> Now, we going to go one at a time. Now, where the gun at? >> Huh? Where? Where's Where's the gun? >> No gun. >> Pick it up. You ain't got no gun on you? >> No, sir. No, sir. What's up? >> She She just had It's in the room. She He just took it from me. >> I a liar. I won't lie to you. I ain't a liar. I don't know gun in my life. >> I need I use a goddamn gun. >> Now, what's going on here? >> I WAS STAYING WITH THEM. I PAID THAT LIFE BILL. THEY BROUGHT ME IN HERE WHEN THEY WAS BEHIND. >> I'M GOING TO GET YOUR SIDE. I'm going get your side. >> You shut up. >> SHUT UP. ARE YOU THREATENING ME? YOU HEAR THIS MAN THREATENING ME in front of you? Bullet right here, sir. There's a bullet in no gun. You >> ass you call I don't want no gun you talking about. >> I've been sitting out for an hour to get out OF MY HOUSE. >> THAT'S WHY I CALLED THE COPS. THAT'S WHY I CALLED THE POLICE. I called me CUZ Y'ALL KEPT THREATENING to hit. NOW LOOK AT YOU WALK. I TOLD YOU LOOK AT YOU AND YOU FLEEDING. Despite the cop's attempt to calm everyone down and get to the bottom of it, things just kept on escalating as everyone involved was throwing different accusations left and right. The officer here was at least trying to get a word in. But with these incredibly loud women shouting at each other, it was pretty hard to do. >> What's up? Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. 114. >> Not playing. I don't have enough of this right here. >> Give me my phone. >> And I called the police. I called them. >> Okay. >> Yes. I ain't talking. You locking me up. >> Listen. Let me >> And you came. You blood rushed me. >> Hey, >> put it DOWN RIGHT THERE. I'M NOT I'M NOT TAKING all them. They hit you with the police. I call >> I need for you to calm down. doing my breathe right there. >> Because the tenant was closer to him, the officer handcuffed her first. But as soon as he had her secured, he turned right back to the landlord. As far as he was concerned, they were both causing a disturbance and he was going to take both of them to jail. Officer, >> GET THAT GUN AWAY because that's not my gun and I'm not taking no gun. >> Who gun is? >> I don't know, BUT IT'S NOT MINE. THAT'S IN THEIR HOUSE. in your room. >> I mean, this is to try to get >> Listen, let me see. >> I'm good. I'm good. >> Let me see. >> Huh? >> I'm good. I promise you I'm good. >> Okay. Go in there. Put on stuff cuz you going to jail, too. Step back. Both of y'all. >> We going to break this up. >> Everything. Go. Just go ahead. Put on something. >> This ain't even my room. That's their room. Can you please explain to me why I'm going to jail? >> Uh, this early house, y'all. Y'all fighting like OUT HERE. LISTEN, PUT ON THIS OR YOU GOING TO GO LIKE THIS. >> I'M FINISHED. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH OF IT. >> YES, SIR. >> As the landlord was getting dressed, she tried pleading with the officer, saying she was the victim as she'd been assaulted in her own house. Overall though, she really did the right thing, remaining calm and confident, understanding, of course, that she could fight her case in court. >> My fire was gone. I get back out. I know I ain't do, >> man. I got hit with a battle roy. Ooh, we >> And yet since she stayed on me while me and my dudes sleep talk about, oh, I don't deal with text her phone about what she doing. That ain't got nothing to do with us. >> Don't worry about me. I'm coming home. >> You put her in the background. >> I know you watched that um that thing in Alabama with the chairman. You about to be the chairman. You about to go to jail. I caught you just in time for you trying to swing. >> Yes, sir. >> He I saw him pick up the chair going up and I came in with my taser >> cuz you going to be chairman. >> At the time me was talking and I just seen her go at myself. >> Just sit right here and calm down. >> Can I talk to somebody about what happened? Please. You know me, bro. You know me. At the jail, I just talked to you at Anderson. And Anderson, I've been doing good, bro. I got out of jail, got me a job. Got me my first apartment, everything. I was trying to be kind at heart. You folk come stay with us. They were staying in for us for a month. I got my phone. I can show you all the text messages. >> She said the tensions were high already because the tenant hadn't paid her rent in quite some time. Then they had a dispute over a text message from an unknown number and the tenant accused a landlord of giving her number out to someone else. >> Who y'all gave my number to? Hold up. First of all, you ain't going to talk to me like that in my house. Second of all, we ain't no people like that. Who going to give your number to? Like, make it make sense. So we told them simply, "Y'all been causing issues. Y'all ain't been paying rent. Get out." Me tell that for an hour now. Asking folks, just tell them to please get out of my house. Soon as they go to walk out, I open my front door. Shorty already threatened to say she going to hit my dude, hit him. Mind you, shorty bigger than me. She way bigger than me. Soon as you go out the DAMN DOOR, YOU RUSH UP ON ME and you hit me in my That's when the police pull up and so yeah, I fight and back whatever the hell I can goddamn get. You ain't got no scar on you. You hit me. I asked you to get out of my house for an hour now, bro. I ain't did wrong, bro. Yes, I caus nobody listen to me, bro. I want the folks out of my house. She think this New Jersey. This is not New Jersey, bro. I'm trying to be kind in my heart. Let you come stay with me cuz get you at them hotels. It's too much going on over there, bro. I'm trying to get my life together. Got my got my house, bro. I'm trying to help you as your as your little sister supposedly. The whole time you been f I just want you out of my house and you jump on me, you hit me. >> A case might be made that the landlord acted in self-defense. However, before the cops could get to that, they still had to determine who pulled the gun out and who the gun belonged to. >> I don't know who it belonged to. Have we drawn out who This lady in the car. >> She drove a gun >> this morning. Yes. Yes, sir. >> And they denied it. >> Yes, sir. >> Now, I had a gun. I just talked to them dudes. >> One lady had a pistol. >> Oh, >> had a gun. >> So, your girlfriend had a gun. >> Well, >> you ain't got to say nothing. I understand. She going to be your girlfriend tomorrow. >> My ex squad stuff. And what she do when she had the gun? >> She dropped it down on >> Oh, she pointed it out. >> She waited. Yes, I would do this. I would she punting at him like >> both he stopped when she parted him he b she I'm going to do this and that he >> when they changes the thing so that situation was over with but they engaged re-engaged each other and then they wouldn't do what I asked them to do. >> So she got to she got to go >> at the very least for um >> afraid or disorderly or something. >> Eventually the landlord was released because the cops determined she was acting in self-defense. They warned the woman that the next time something like that happened, she should really try to deescalate and let the cops do their jobs. As for the tenant, she was charged with disorderly conduct and reckless conduct with a weapon, both of which were misdemeanors. [music] When the cops were called out to a courtyard Marriott for a disruptive guest, they were slightly caught off guard. The suspect was calm and cooperative and even pleasant. The way things ended, though, was exactly the opposite. It just goes to show that if you're a police officer, you've got to be ready for anything. >> All right. So, ma'am, can we step out real quick so I can just talk to you? >> Are you going to ask me of anything that happened or you just going to take her? >> No, no, no, no. We're going to go outside and we're going to go talk. Okay. >> Thank you. >> I don't fear the police. I hope you know that. >> All right. So, what happened? >> So, I came Romans came forth. >> Okay. Um, I go get my stuff. I bring up here for 30 minutes. Keep it unchecked in. I come back. Okay. Get my go get my things. My room is paid for. She telling me I have to pay for it again. >> Okay. >> Okay. You just give. I said, "Well, that's between you and Booking." I booked it on Booking.com. >> Okay. $150. She said, "Well, we don't have the payment from them." I said, "Okay." So, she said, "Well, we're going to just have to call them." And we said, "Okay, well, why y'all do that? I'll go get my son." >> Okay. >> Came back. First of all, I was never loud. I was never disrespectful. I I haven't y I haven't yelled yet. >> She was being aggressive. >> Okay. >> I told her I said, "Listen." And I actually have it on on on on my phone. >> As far as the suspect was concerned, she'd paid for her room. The hotel put up a listing on their website, so it was their responsibility to resolve things and not hers. She also claimed that the staff had been aggressive towards her. She was saying in order for me to stay here >> when I have to >> pay again. >> Yeah. To pay again. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, did you check your uh bank account? Did you see the money was already transferred out? >> Okay. >> I I had the option. I'm a genius traveler. I had the option to pay now pay later. Even when I got here, she was like for the incidentals, your card is declining. I said, "No, my card is not declining. >> It was Book King's card." >> Okay. So, what happened? Oh, so what happened was upon check in the way she checked in is like what they call a virtual card, but anyway the authorization did not go through. >> Okay. >> We cannot just get keys. We have to have authorization >> in order to be able to complete the reservation and get keys, right? Authorization was the money >> and what she and I was we were working on like why did this decline it, >> right? So then there's a process [music] that we follow and that process is it takes a while. So the recommendation to her was to contact book. >> From the standpoint of the hotel, they hadn't gotten the payment yet and couldn't verify it. The general manager claimed that it was a billing dispute between a third party platform and the guest. Due to all the confusion, if the guest didn't want to wait for the verification, the general manager decided to let the guest rebook the room at the hotel's general rate. >> At that point, she's I already paid, so y'all I'm tired. you just give me the room and then I that's not my problem. It just it became belligerent at that point and then just you cru and then you um you know just he became aggressive at that point. I'm already I'm not going to do that. And I said well listen she said what we doing what we doing? I'm about to get I'm about to go like all of this and I said listen >> what what we're going to do is remain respectful. My name is Sher Brown. We're going to remain respectful in here because what I have to do, I can't just give you keys until I get this authorization. That's what it needs to happen. >> You need to get the authorization from because their card is is declining. >> So that's all we know. I can't just make you keys because you're tired, which is what she told you. >> It was just one of those situations where no one was to blame. The woman wanted the room that she thought she'd paid for and the staff there just followed their policy. But the more pressing issue was that after all that arguing, the hotel staff was upset and they were no longer willing to accept her as a guest. >> So you just want her off the property >> because what he said was u she can she has to go you know just because of the belligerance and you know trespassing and she just needs to go. >> Okay. How long you guys want her to be trespassed? >> I didn't even I don't know what the typical >> do you have her information. >> Okay. Can I see it? because I mean since she's not really committing any crime um if she says like hey I'm not going to identify myself then we can't force her to identify herself. So [music] and if we cannot identify her then we cannot like put her name through our system. Okay. Yeah. >> So I mean if she says like hey can I just pay and stay and you guys still don't want that. Gotcha. Okay. I'm trying to figure something out to see if he can get a room here. Okay. >> All right. So we're going to have another officer go talk to the employee over there. So, in the meantime, we'll just wait here to see uh if they can, you know, to agree to give you a room. Okay. >> I'm right here right now with the um >> uh booking.com. >> Gotcha. Okay. All right. Miss Walton, can you step out of the vehicle for me real quick? >> Why? >> I'll explain that [music] to you later. Okay. >> After running her information in the system, the cops found out she had an active [music] warrant. That's why they got the woman to step subtly out of the car first so they could keep her from running. >> Is this your vehicle? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. So, I'm going to close the door real quick. Okay. All right. So, the reason why I asked you to step out is because um we checked your information through our system and then it came back that you have a warrant through county. Okay. For prop for property damage. Okay. So, we're just going to confirm that. Okay. So, if they say the warrant is not valid or if they do not want to place a hold on you, then you're good to go or you'll get a room here. Okay. But if they say they do want to place a hold and the warrant is confirmed, then you're coming with us. Okay. It's from Grenet County. So, that's why we're just waiting. Ma'am, ma'am, you need to come over here, okay? You can't just walk away from us like that. All right. >> It's just not cool. >> Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, don't walk away from us, okay? >> This is not cool. >> Ma'am, we are not going to put handcuffs on you right now, okay? But if you continue to walk away from us, we have to put handcuffs on you. >> I'm not going to go lie cuz this is not cool. And I just got I just [clears throat] got down here. >> So, is that count? >> Mhm. >> You said you moved back down here. So, you stayed here previously. Did you see what year it was taken out? Are you from Atlanta? >> No, I'm from China. Okay. >> When the officers asked her where she lived, she paused for a moment like she remembered something. She might have just realized where the warrant was from, but it was clear she was getting more agitated by the unexpected turn of events. >> Did Josh have their information? >> We already have their information. Imagine how many time we [music] have to come out here. Man, man, don't walk away from us. >> I'm not walking over because I with people. >> We are not. We're just doing our job. Okay. >> I'm not going nowhere. Come out. >> Oh, don't don't get in the car. Okay. I'm not >> We're going to put handcuffs on you. All right. >> Yeah. Max in the car. I ain't letting you back in the car. >> That's why we're getting you out of the car and everything. Okay. I'm not saying you're a violent person or anything. We don't know you. >> Okay. So, and then we cannot have >> I'm going to grab your phone so we don't break it. Okay. >> All right. Let me know if it's too tight. Okay. >> No, I got plenty of space. >> You know, wait. >> Chill. Chill. Chill. Chill. >> Happened to me last month and I just happened to because I I'm That's why I'm back down here because I'm into it, >> man. Just chill. Okay. Chill. Chill. >> Give me your hand. I'm going act them nuts. acting up because I'm tired of y'all harassing me. >> I'm tired of y'all with me. I just got out of jail. >> I just got out of jail. >> I just got out of jail in the car. >> Why are we sitting in the back of the car? >> Because you're acting like this. >> Why? Cuz I'm tired y'all messing with me. This this what I'm saying. And y'all keep y'all cheating me. Y'all keep me. Here's the thing. I swear to God, I'm going to act a nut. If I go to jail, I'm gonna act. I'm sorry. I'm tired of this. I'm tired of this. Oh, this is not gonna be easy. I am going to be cut. I swear to God. Swear to God. I'm going to I swear to God. I swear to God. >> The woman swear to God and she then kept her promise. The moment that door closed, she started kicking and spitting. The cops radioed the jail house, letting the staff know that the woman said she couldn't breathe and requested medical assistance. Watching this watching God. Hey, >> stop. Leave me. Leave me alone. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. >> STOP. STOP. >> Leave me alone. >> Leave me the alone. >> STOP. I TOLD YOU. I TOLD YOU. >> I told you. >> Stop. Before you put your legs on handcuffs. All right. I'm not doing nothing. Let me go. >> Stop. >> I'm not resisting. Leave me alone. I'm sitting seal. I'm sitting seal. >> At some point during transport, the suspect, Miss Walton, broke the camera inside the squad car. Considering how much she resisted, spitting at the cops [music] and kicking at them, she really got off easy. They charged the woman with criminal interference with government property and obstruction of law enforcement. Thanks for watching The Hidden Files.
