she's yeah [Music] yep foreign March and because she was sedated she wasn't able to give a statement or do any DUI tests at the time so the state had to wait for her blood test to come back in April they came back showing she was under the influence of alcohol then finally in August she was charged with two misdemeanors one for DUI causing property damage and one for resisting officers without violence after some time in the court she ended up pleading guilty to both and she was sentenced to one year on probation one year with a revoke driver's license and six months with an interlock
