information I understand I'm sorry that's all right yeah because when I ran the tag I'm like it's not coming back to anything you criminal charges resisting with violence and resistance without violence oh with violence hey when he hit somebody she said we're violent what happened yeah without ultimately Tony was charged with three counts one felony for driving on a suspended license that's normally a misdemeanor but was made of felony because this is his third or more time doing it and then two misdemeanors one for resisting without violence and one for attaching an unassigned tag to a vehicle these are pretty minor charges but Tony has a really long rap sheet his driver's license has been suspended since I believe 1997. it'll say the exact date and the police report in the description but he hasn't had a driver's license in over 20 years and he has been charged with a felony 14 times in the past 20 years as well as spending multiple years in prison in Florida because of this I think they treated it a bit more seriously he was denied bail at first and he spent about a year in jail he had a public defender and he was trying to go to trial it was even scheduled and they were doing jury selection when at the last minute he pleaded no contest as a result he was adjudicated guilty of all charges and the judge sentenced him to 384 days for the felony 364 days for the resisting without violence and 60 days for the unattached tag and practically these sentences are to be fair at the same time so it's really 384 days and that's the amount of time he spent sitting in
