[ __ ] let's let this thing ride settled in to see if we can help you out as much as we can okay is that fair enough I got [ __ ] thousand dollars worth of tires on Instagram I gotta pay for them dude what's he been arrested for in the past oh we'll get you a bonds so you can get out okay and go to work all right put your feet in here let me get you up here I have seen me because it's my choice that's our policy and I work here okay we're not trying to make it hard ER is she getting any mental problems or anything yeah Junior it was calm as well me and her listen to the whole conversation all the way down yeah and he's yelling at the top don't take me don't take me I'm not trying to ruin you need to screaming man that's what pisses me off again we'll review it but my main concern for him is he needs to get some cats now let's try to do that for real and getting most medications that come in the house all the time hey go here [ __ ] I just don't tell you to get back to the funeral but Sheriff was calling for somebody in the end Logan was charged with two felonies one for battery and a law enforcement officer and one for driving while license suspended or revoked the reason that one was a felony is because it was his third or more offense doing that he was also charged with three misdemeanors one for drug paraphernalia possession one for open carrying of a weapon and one for resisting officers without violence this all happened on May 9th and his first arraignment was on a May 10th he did not postponed and he filed to have a public defender in September of 2022 while still sitting in jail he pled no contest meaning he wasn't going to put up a fight the judge adjudicated him guilty on the felony battery of a law enforcement officer and the misdemeanor resisting an office without violence while the prosecutors decided not to do anything on the other three charges the judge sentenced him to four months and 15 days in jail while also giving him four months and 15 days of time served credit on top of this he was also given four years of Probation and six months of what they call Community Control I'm not exactly sure what that is so if you know please leave a comment to let me know on top of that he was given a 1400 fine then in March of 2023 so recently he was pulled over for driving a car this caused the court to look into him because his license was suspended and a warrant was issued for his arrest the next day this was counted as probation violation so he was taken into jail where he spent a few weeks and was sentenced to paying a 500 fine overall he was fined 1900 hours for this incident and he has not paid back anything yet now if you enjoyed this video and want to see more body cam footage like it please consider subscribing and if you know of an instant you want to see on camera feel free to reach out to me in the email address or Facebook page linked in the about section of my YouTube channel
