He was on probation and the woman by his side was protected under a no contact order. What began as a probation check quickly turned tense as the man refused to comply with officer's commands. According to court documents, Raymond Matthew Glass was charged with multiple offenses, including battery and assault on a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief, and violating a domestic violence protection order. He pleaded noo contender and was found guilty on June 15th, 2021. After violating his probation, he was rearrested and sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison. As of August 2024, he remains in custody at the Flaggler County Jail. He is presumed innocent of any further charges unless proven guilty in a court of
