2021 the Fort Myers police in Florida responded to a call of a disorderly person at a hotel as always the full police report is in the description and above the outcome of the case at the end of the video so we were just sitting here in this gentleman was just walked up and kicked this unit down broke off glass on it then he ran off then he came back and he approachments that he wanted to fight then I got him in here and here he is now this guy right here yes sir what was all that right what's that dude so do you guys would you guys like the press charges for yesterday okay how much is that oh that's about two three thousand dollars yeah I was I was on the other side I watched the muscle right here but he came here in front of me like he wanted to fight foreign you don't stay here yes sir what are you doing here busy busy so you want to tell me what happened right yeah do you remember what happened yes what happened um we're hanging out we're going downtown no no I'm not I don't want to know about your entire night what happened here what happened here at the hotel oh enough and a half hour oh nothing respectful at all um we we came back here we talked he said hey should I call the cops I said yeah for sure uh came back here and I said yeah come uh come back here yeah my hips okay absolutely um do you have anything on you man no sir I would never I have no I have no underwear also I got no underwear so sweat there right yeah a little sweat wow so you you tell me you don't have any recollection of anything that took place tonight I have very much recollection of everything that happened tonight okay so you can go on and tell them um thank you so do you wanna so tell me what happened when you were here on this property here that you don't hear that you're not even staying at yeah oh they are what room are they in I live at once I don't want your results are they staying here at the hotel where are you at right now I like the woman there okay you're saying your parents are staying here at the luminary yes sir but you don't know what hotel well we've lived here what are your parents names uh John John yes so so tell tell me what what happened when you're here let's get back to uh square one okay so what happened before that oh we were just talking something okay um before that we were at the bar nothing happened between the bar and when you were talking back what's your name man my name is John your parents aren't staying here oh not right now yeah not right now I think where were you drinking tonight all right okay where though where Barbara yeah Firestone Sky Bar the one right here of the Rooftop a little more and then uh City cabin so would you be willing to provide a uh sworn statement recorder statement of what took place so you you can't so nothing happened from the time you left the bar until until you got here stumbled over here did anything happen no what's your college degree yeah I have a college degree too yeah because I went to the bathroom no that was on my bike um they weren't Christianity but it's only at 350 dollars so I thought he was not he can't go tomorrow for charges anyway so I was like the best you can do is probably great all right I'm gonna write a narrative to it and drop it in the nuts so that you can actually like because this is your goal but um I know you weren't like there kind of things so I'll just do the narrative portion change whatever you want to change because like and he does no you're being arrested for crawl mission so you're not gonna try it when it's your lucky night you don't you can't go to jail which is unfortunate um but who's coming to get you you got family coming to get you or something do you have a mom yeah you have a mom do you know mom's phone number by heart I have a mother who do you live with okay so mom's gonna pick you up or else we got to bring you to the hospital ultimately John was charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief and was released to his parents about a month after he was arrested he entered into a pre-trial agreement where he was basically on probation for three months he completed this in May of 2022 and has never been in trouble before hasn't been trouble since as always if you know of an incident you want to see on body cam feel free to reach out to me my email address or Facebook page linked in the about section of my YouTube channel
