Close the door. GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET LOCKED UP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> GET OUT OF MY FACE, BRO. Get out of my face. >> You're going to wait. You're going to wait right here. >> Do not push me cuz I'll push you back. >> Do not walk away again. >> This is going to make >> I don't care if it makes your hands off >> so he can do it to ME, BUT I CAN'T DO THAT. >> The the bottle far away. >> That's it. Adam. Adam. Put her in handcuff. Youth and confidence are great, but some teenagers confuse privilege with immunity. These are times when entitled teens think they are above the law. Starting with this girl, anger can make people do foolish things. But escalating a very simple situation into an assault on the police charge is on another level entirely. >> Stop about it, okay? Because just 10 minutes ago when you're with Kelly, you're Miss Badass pouring soda on her and then now all of a sudden you're like crying. >> It doesn't sound like it to you cuz it sounds like it to me. >> Do not push me >> cuz I'll push you back. >> Walk away again. >> This is going to make >> I don't care if it makes you all >> over. On April 5th, 2022 in San Diego, California, police responded to a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers attempted to assess the situation by speaking with the individuals involved. Here's what happened next. >> No, I'm not doing that. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> No, cuz I'm getting yelled at for something. >> Yeah, I'm getting yelled at for it. >> Well, how am I yelling at you? >> I'm tired of people yelling at me. And I just found out my mom has cancer again and she was being a total. So I yelled at her and threw soda at her. >> You threw a soda at your mom? >> No, not my mom. Why the hell would I throw? >> You said your mom cancer and somebody was yelling at you. >> No, the Kelly. I try to call Kelly to apologize to her. >> The girl. >> What girl? >> The one that drove us here. The one that probably called you. >> Well, somebody called CVS. I haven't looked at that call yet. Yeah, her name is Kelly. I'm trying to call her back and she won't answer. >> Okay. >> And I've been trying to freaking apologize and she won't answer the phone. >> Okay. So, what happened between you and Kelly? She was telling me that I was a and everything about the being a and being mean cuz I said that she should regret what she said to my mom earlier before she went in there because she told my mom that she was being dramatic and everything started a small incident and then she blew back out of control. >> Kelly did or she did? >> She did. Kelly >> Kelly did. Okay. things about. She said, "I'm calling the cop." >> Sorry for crying. >> She got out of the car. I got the car and said, "If they're taking you, they're taking me." >> I'm sorry. I'm crying. >> So, what happened between >> Okay. >> Cuz you're like, "Oh, if you're taking her, we're taking me." What is it? I What are you talking about? She called the cops and said, "I want her." >> And I was trying to call her to just avoid the situation. Tell her I'm sorry for throwing soda on you. I'm sorry for yelling at you or being mean or whatever you think I did, but she won't answer me. >> Who is Kelly in reference to you guys? Like, who is she? >> She's my mom's friend. >> My wife's friend. >> So, Kelly started talking crap about your mom and then >> and I told her, no, I told her after we got out of there and got >> told her my mom has >> cancer again. Sorry. >> She's a ridiculous. >> And I was like, you should apologize and say sorry. and you're you should regret what you said to her because of it >> because she has now she has big huge thing of cancer. >> So she got cuz I'm pretty sure my mom's going to die. >> So I threw the soda on her and I was like you're being rude cuz she told me I was being offended. >> She has cancer blown out of proportion and she threw us out of the car >> over at CVS. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, listen. Did this other blonde guy thing ever happen? >> Yeah, it did. I swear. >> You know, it looks kind of funny after this other person calls and then >> because I thought she must be wasn't being serious. I thought I could apologize to her >> and then she started saying stuff about your mom's. >> That's when I started walking home cuz she kicked me out of the car and I don't blame her. I was being an So, yeah, I would have kicked me out of the car, too. And that's when I was walking and that blonde guy started harassing me and touching me >> and I was behind. >> All right. So, you were being from what you said an to Kelly and then you threw a soda on her. >> I spilled my soda on her. Not threw a soda on her >> just a minute ago. You said you threw a soda at her. >> Not like I did this. >> So, you poured a soda on her. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It's the same thing saying I don't want. After refusing to cooperate and ignoring police commands, she was about to make things much worse. >> Yeah, that's why I started walking. That's when the blonde guy wouldn't stop harassing me and I got scared and ran into >> Stop whining. Listen, >> I'm not trying to whine. I'm crying about my mom right now. >> Stop. Stop about it. Okay? Because just 10 minutes ago when you're with Kelly, you're Miss Badass pouring soda on her and then now all of a sudden you're like crying. >> Okay. It doesn't sound like it to you cuz it sounds like it to me. >> All right, we're going to start. >> Well, right now she's going to wait. She's going to know. You're waiting right here. >> Do I Do we have to like chase after you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I don't care. >> You're going to wait. You're going to wait right here. >> Do not push me >> cuz I'll push you back. >> Do not walk away again. This is going to make >> I don't care if it makes your hand off of me. >> I'm talking to my mom right now. >> Stop. Stop. >> STOP. >> STOP. YOU BACK AWAY. >> GET OFF MY LEG. >> PULL OVER. >> OVER. Pull over. >> We are not doing this. >> Not for two days in a row. >> This was unnecessary. >> Completely unnecessary. GET OFF ME. I CAN'T BREATHE. >> I can't breathe. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Keep making situations worse and worse and worse. >> Yeah, I'm being worse because I'm crying about my mom dying. >> She kicked, struggled, and knocked a body cam loose. She repeatedly insisted that her mother's illness somehow put her above the law. [screaming] >> I wasn't even actually going anywhere. I was going to sit down. I'm upset. >> Trying to kick me >> cuz you were hurting me. I have a >> I told you. We told you to stop. >> You didn't. >> Well, I'm sorry. >> Too late to be sorry. >> Come on. >> STAND UP. >> STAND UP. >> COME ON. STAND UP. >> DADDY. >> HUH? DADDY, my arm is out of anything on you're not supposed to have. >> No. Why the would I? >> You better stop. >> I just wanted to talk to my mom. >> Sit down. >> Do you want your stuff to go with you or do you want your stuff to go with your dad? I don't. >> It's not a trick question. It's one or two things. You want to go with you and you want to go with dad. Did >> you tried to kick me? >> I wanted YOU TO GET OFF ME. >> I DON'T CARE. DID WE TELL YOU TO STOP? Did we tell you to stop? Did we tell you to stop? >> Scare you. I'm sorry. I really didn't. >> Bull crap. >> I'm serious. >> Bull crap. >> So am I. So am I. Your daddy didn't get you out of this. Do you want to keep your purse with you or do you want it to go? >> YES, I WANT MY SHARE. >> All right. A discovery inside her purse would soon make matters significantly worse. >> Who is Katrone Zth? Huh? >> That's mom. Why does she have her bills? >> My wife keeps her narcotics. >> Huh? >> My wife narcotics. >> Okay. So, this is your wife's narcotics. >> Why does she have your wife's narcotics? Are you not understanding what I'm saying? This is not your wife, right? You don't listen to me. >> You say my my wife keeps all of our narcotics. I'm asking you why does she have your wife's narcotics? >> Because she happened to give her one going to give her something to calm her down. >> That's a felony. >> Was there an actual guy that followed her or pushed her or anything else? >> Yes. I just I just got out of hospital so I can't run and that's why we've been right on top of >> Okay. Right. I was I was that close to them, but I like I said, my I have neuropathy. >> So, what's her issue? Why is she all been out of shape over everything right now? >> She gets angry because Kelly decides to um make, you know, my mother, my mother, my wife, when she came out of the uh cancer place. >> Uhhuh. >> Right here, she's got a big new mass. >> Okay. And they and uh you know she Kelly made a um you know remark to my wife that says see what happens when you don't take care of yourself. >> Okay. >> You know so it was a simple thing but uh my daughter has a tendency to anger up really quickly. >> You don't say. >> Yes. So that's that's what happened. That's all that happened. What's the charge? >> Uh, it's going to be simple bat and bat Leo. >> Okay. Tiffany, >> again, I know you're search on scene. Do you have anything that you're not supposed to have? >> Okay. Cuz if not, you've already been in jail before. They're going to do the body scan. >> Yeah, I know. >> If something pops up, then we're going to have to go through that whole mess. Okay. >> I'm good. >> All right. >> I'm sorry. Again. >> Try to adjust your shirt here. Okay. >> There you go. Okay. Just trying to adjust your shirt a little bit. Here, step to the back of the car. Just going to take those off again. Swap them out. All right. What I need you to do is lean up on this door. Do me a favor. Just take a little bit of a step back. Now, lean forward with your feet right there. Lift one foot for me with >> Careful. Careful. Okay, roll your shoulder a little bit. Let him get this one off. Okay, here you go. >> Lock it on me there. >> All right, listen. They're going to be better if you either go both together or both back to back. Okay. >> I wonder if I can pop it. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's take a couple pictures. >> All right. I don't have any makeup wipes. Okay. You got a little scratch on your head there going to wrestle around. All right. Got any other I don't see any other injuries or anything like that. >> Moments later, she was on her way to jail facing a charge of assault on a peace officer. Let's see what people have been saying about this girl. Seeing dad behave explains why she's never been told no. The worst punishment you could give these children is take away their phone. I'm trying to get away. The way people just willingly admit to crimes. Emotional control matters. When anger [music] turns into violence and resistance, the consequences can be far more serious than the original incident. If you thought that was bad, the next woman takes emotional outbursts and poor decisions to a whole new level. >> We all lose her, did we not? >> Don't do that. This man put his hand on me aggressively like don't don't run far away. >> That's it. had to put her in handcuff right now. >> Stop resisting. Stop. You You ARE UNDER ARREST. STOP RESISTING. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> STOP RESISTING. >> In Burlington, Vermont, police found a running car full of sleeping teenagers at a Cumberland Farms parking lot. As officers investigated, 18-year-old Logan Huzman ignored repeated commands and things quickly escalated. >> Sergeant Wbert, the police. How's it going? >> Good. Just checking on you like you all passed out here. >> Are you guys okay? >> Yeah. No, we haven't been here that long. >> You haven't been here that long? >> No. >> What's that? >> I I I can't hear hear you. >> Headquarters. >> Take a nap. Clearly, they're present of marijuana in the vehicle. Okay. Which one is your backpack? >> I don't have one. >> You don't have one? >> Have the makeup bag. >> Okay. Just keep an eye on it. I'm going to >> [snorts] >> And at any point you want to revoke consent, you you tell me. Okay. >> Okay. >> That's it. >> Then there's no no nothing. Right. >> So you said you didn't care. That means I get it back, right? >> No, you don't get it back. What do you mean? >> I'm not going to write you up for it, but you can't have it back. >> Described medical marijuana. >> You have a medical marijuana car? >> Yeah. I hit up my uh >> Where? Where? >> Where is it? >> It's at home. >> Can you show it to me? >> No, it's at home. We're not at home. >> Is this in a locked container like it's supposed to be? >> Huh? No, I just kind of keep it in my bag. But you can contact my father. >> Do you really want to wake your father up right now? No, please don't. But >> exactly. >> And for now, I need that or I won't be able to sleep. >> That's a really big bong right here. >> Yeah, I just bought that so you can't take it. Sorry. >> She blew. >> Looks like someone's trying to frame me. >> I'm not trying to frame you. It's your backpack. >> I know. I'm so surprised. I take back the search. This was fun while it lasted. >> Okay. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You can't take that. >> That's not how Okay. You don't want me to search the rest, right? >> Uh I didn't want you to search actually the whole time. >> Go ask my doctor. >> I asked I explained to you very clearly. You said yes right in front of me. The camera is recording. >> Yeah, because I didn't know that somebody put this on my bag. >> Okay. Well, it's a little too late for that now. It's it's it's here. >> Okay. >> No, wait. You are not taking that whole bomb. >> We all blew zeros, did we not? >> Mhm. >> Seemed sober enough to be talking to you. I don't understand why we have to keep making this a deal. Like, I want to go home. >> The whole place, >> sit down, please. >> Have a seat, please. Burlington, Vermont. >> Have a seat, please. Logan, >> have a seat. >> Have a seat, please. Okay. >> Gotcha. Burlington police officer. >> Absolutely. >> Grabbed me aggressively when I did a cartwheel. We two witnesses. >> Okay, cool. Cool. Can't wait to talk to >> There's There There's a camera here. Okay. >> Oh, good. Then they saw it, too. >> Yeah. >> Hey, so by the way, I did a cartwheel. Guess what he did? Grabbed me. Scary, right? >> Listen, so we need you to sit down and relax. We can't just have you like running off and doing whatever. Okay? That's not how things works. Please, I'm asking you nicely. Just sit down, relax. >> Don't work in a normal way. >> Just sit down and relax. All right. >> Okay. >> After officers found a marijuana pipe, Logan denied the backpack was hers. But when an $80 item was taken, she immediately became confrontational and claimed she was being attacked. >> I'm being very patient with you right now. You're running around. You're doing cartwheel. You're trying to You're trying to run. You keep trying. You keep trying to get you to like literally >> you almost trying to run right here and you and you keep approaching him, pointing fingers at him and stuff. >> DON'T DO THAT. This man put his hands on me aggressively like >> don't don't don't don't GRAB HIM. >> OH, SO HE CAN SIT DOWN. Sit down. So he can do it to me, BUT I CAN'T DO IT BACK DOWN. [screaming] HE CAN DO IT TO ME, BUT I CAN'T DO IT BACK. IF A MAN HITS YOU, YOU CAN'T HIT THEM BACK. SIT DOWN. NO. Get your hands off me. Sit down. >> Get your hands off me. 1 2 >> You think I'm 5 years old? Get your hands off me. Sit down right now. >> Your hands off me. Sit down right now. Neither of you touch me again, I swear to God, I'll go inside and call cops. Not you guys. Other cops. NOT A CAMERA. TWO HARASSMENTS. TWO MEN HARASSED me tonight. >> And their officers are don't know how to pronounce your last name. N guen and Li Pa. >> I'm being very >> Burlington police officers. Hope you got all that on camera. >> Be quiet for a second. I'm being very patient with you right now. Okay. >> You just put your hands on me. You grabbed him. Put your hands on me. YOU GRABBED THEM. >> HE GRABBED ME. ARE YOU KIDDING? I WOULD HAVE punched him back if I could have. But guess what you would have done? >> Face, put me in handcuffs, or probably send me to jail because you guys picked >> You can tape if you want. I'm taping right now, too. >> You want to? >> Okay. >> You want to know? Do you want to know something? >> What's that? >> You could be saving lives right now, but instead you try to impersonate people for what? Smoking some ganja. This is We're making you leave us alone. God forbid, right? >> She 18 or >> I'm 18 years old. Okay. Logan, why did you do that? Why did you do that? >> Why do I What do >> Why did you take that and throw it back in the car? >> Protection. >> Miss, can you grab that bong? Hand it to me, please. Can you give She drew the bong back there. Can you give me the bong, please? We're not going to play this game. Okay. I've been more impatient. >> What bong? That's my >> Why do I have to grab it? Like why does this have to be a dramatic piece of >> I have Logan's father on >> 104 I'll call I'll call in >> I mean technically I mean she should be arrested for this only conduct if you ask me. Okay I I get that she's I get that she's upset sheet got stopped by the police tonight. I I just need somebody who is able to, you know, watch over her. Okay. All right. Thank you, sir. >> So her dad is coming to pick her up. You guys can leave if you want cuz he he is he's very concerned right now, too. You can give me that bong back right now. >> Your dad's coming. >> You can give me that bong back. >> No, he he he's he's taking that bomb. >> Right. >> He's taking that bomb. >> No. No. >> He's taking that bomb. >> Oh. Oh. Do you have 80 bucks to go to Northern Lights right now with me? >> Okay. Please don't. We're not going to argue. Please. >> $80. >> Your dad's coming. We're going to explain. We're going to talk to him when we get there. Okay. >> $78. Make a bargain. >> Somehow her biggest concern was still getting reimbursed for the pipe. As it turned out, she was about to learn that some mistakes cost a lot more than $80. >> Don't walk towards him. Do not walk towards him. >> Oh, well. You think I'm going to attack him? Oh, you think I'm going to run? Cuz he has a cross country. I bet I could run far away. >> That's it. Adam. Adam, put her in handcuffs right now. >> STOP RESISTING. STOP. YOU YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. GET IN THE CAR. BEEN DONE. >> GET IN THE COLD, PLEASE. >> HE GRABBED MY BOOB. >> I DID NOT GRAB YOUR >> BRITNEY. >> LOGAN, HELP. [screaming] >> THEY'RE ATTACKING ME. They Someone please. As she was escorted to the patrol vehicle, Logan screamed for help from bystanders and loudly claimed an officer had groped her. It was an obvious attempt to get the officers in trouble, but unfortunately for her, the body cam had recorded everything. So, as long as you're compliant, no one's going to put their hands on you. >> But if you become non-compliant again, that's >> Yeah. Okay. >> Um, so your dad is here. We're going to chat collectively with him. Um, see if we can find a agreeable situation or end result for at least some of this stuff. Um, you want to grab your shoes? Shoes and jacket. So officer, what happened? You know, they're willing to just write your citation. They need to process. >> I don't think that's going to be like I paid my bomb back. And I also think I need some justice for the >> Well, if you want to talk to 11, you're going to have one chance to do it. You are 18 now. You're going to 17. >> Exactly. I'm an adult and I was >> The smart move is to let them write you a citation. Let them process you and then you can you are 18. You can file a complaint. He has a body camera. You can request to see that. So when do I get my 80 bucks? >> 80 bucks for what? >> You can file a small claim store. That's not happening tonight. >> All right. This is smart. >> At the station, Logan's father reminded her that she was an adult and responsible for her choices. Logan Hman was charged with two serious crimes, disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer. And guess what? The story didn't end there. She later took her accusations to Facebook and even appeared on TV claiming she was the victim of police brutality. Unfortunately for her lying, the body cam footage had recorded everything and it painted a very different picture. What a liar. Let's see what the internet had to say about this hypocrite. This girl is disgusting. She should be charged with false reports. She has no problem trying to ruin the officer's lives because she can't admit that she is at fault. Shouldn't have ever called her dad. She's 18. Put her in handcuffs after she was disorderly the first time. What a horrible, [music] disrespectful brat. She had the nerve to say she didn't do anything wrong. Entitlement isn't a legal defense. A minor violation can become a criminal charge. when arrogance, resistance, and false accusations enter the picture and body cams tend to remember everything. Next, we will head inside a school where a senior student seemed determined to prove that the rules didn't apply to her and that she could use violence against anyone who dared challenge her. >> I'll go outside in the hallway. >> Close the door. GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET LOCKED UP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> GET OUT OF MY FACE, BRO. GET out of my Get out of my face. >> Handcuffs. You understand? Get the >> CALM DOWN. >> GET THE OFF. >> CALM DOWN. >> Get the [ __ ] off OF ME. >> CALM DOWN. >> GET OFF OF ME, YOU PSYCHO. Get the off of me. >> And as you might expect, the consequences would end up being far more severe than she ever imagined. On September 11th, 2024, police responded to a New Jersey high school after reports of a disruptive senior student threatening others. During the investigation, she suddenly turned aggressive and attacked an officer. >> THAT TOLD ME TO GO. CLOSE THE DOOR. I'LL go I'll go outside in the hallway. >> Close the door. GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET LOCKED UP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> GET OUT OF MY FACE, BRO. GET OUT OF MY Get out of my face. >> Now he's on handcuffs. You understand? Get off of me. What the [ __ ] me now? You're going to >> get off of me. What the Get off of me. Get the off. YOU GUYS JUST LITERALLY MANHANDLED ME TO THEING FLOOR. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO ANY OF YOU. Jesus [ __ ] Grand, PLEASE COME AND GET ME. YO, like [laughter] >> come get your police headquarters. Okay. [laughter] Calm down. Cal on your breathing. [laughter] >> You're really >> You're really telling me to calm down right now? You're dumb. Shut up, [gasps] [laughter] >> Graham. I really WISH YOU JUST SAW WHAT JUST HAPPENED, GRAHAM. Please stop. >> Who are you on the phone with? >> My grandmother. >> Tell her to come pick you up AT POLICE. >> I DID. He said, "Come pick me up at police headquarters." He said, "Come pick me up at police headquarters." They [ __ ] broke my [ __ ] nails off my fingers. My knees are [ __ ] scraped. They broke my [ __ ] like jewelry. Like I'm literally My knees are scraped, but they literally shove me and grab me. Two grown ass men grab me and shove me. No, you can pick me up then. >> Stand up. >> You can pick me the up since you wanted to throw me on the ground. >> Stand up. You can pick me up since you wanted to throw me. >> Let's go. Take a walk outside. >> Don't Don't be swinging at me. >> Yo, I'm not swinging. >> Trying to elbow me. >> I'm trying to get you off. >> She's getting two counts of aggravated assault officer already. So, >> well, my is in the [ __ ] school. They took all my >> Do not pull away from me. >> Don't stoping grabbing me. >> I'm not pulling you outside the school cuz you already created a disturbance. >> That's [ __ ] sad. Y'all literally [ __ ] picked me up and threw me to the [ __ ] ground like a bunch of grown assing big ass men throwing a 18-year-old girl on the ground like a bunch of >> Yeah. How far are you going to go on that one? Come here. >> You stop aggressively handling me. My wrist literally >> I'm not aggressively handling you. >> You are pulling away from you. You have anything on you need to know about? What do you think? >> I don't know. Do you >> think you can see in the car? >> When you get in there, I think there's going to be video and audio recorded. >> Yep. >> Spit on me. >> 777. Yeah, give uh 06 a call and uh if anyone's 103, just meet me on the phone. [laughter] >> Are you going to be cooperative on the way in for me? >> Yep. Not going to kick, scream, punch, or spun on any of us. >> See where that lady just went in that front door? We're going to walk right through that front door. Okay. >> She immediately called her grandmother and slipped into full victim mode, claiming she had been treated like an animal by two grown men. >> Just going to tell you my camera's on. It's recording. Okay. >> No, it's not the officer, not >> Okay. Um Um Are you the guardian of Madison? >> I am. Okay. Um, since she's 18, I can't tell you much, but I can tell you there was an incident at the school. Um, >> talk to Mr. McGee. >> Okay. So, she is under arrest. We're going to be processing her and she should be out of here within the next half hour and then she'll have a court date. Um, probably within the next month and you guys go to court. Whether you want, you know, have her hire a public defender or hire her own representation, that's on you. That's your right. Um, but she's just going to be charged and released today and, you know, have a future court date. Okay. And I'm sure she's going to be suspended from the school and, you know, X, Y, and Z, whatever the school's going to do. All right. >> In the end, Madison faced two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer along with resisting arrest. She was released pending further court proceedings. And let's see what people have been saying about this girl. She will be a burden on society. I hate these dumbass kids who want to act tough and then cry when arrested. You did this to yourself. If parents or guardians don't discipline their children properly, society will have to step in. Don't trade a detention slip for a criminal record. Acting untouchable and playing the victim won't change the facts when the body cam captures everything. Coming up next. >> No, it's not me. No, I have to run. Please say that you beat the out of me. dead because y'all be trying to take me to jail. No reason. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> You have to go with us. >> Y'all trying to take me to jail? No. I'm too young. I'm too YOUNG TO GO TO JAIL. Y'ALL DON'T UNDERSTAND. I'M NOT A NO. >> THIS IS MY [ __ ] STOP. STOP. [screaming] STOP. >> NO. STOP. Don't touch me. Please. On September 14th, [music] 2023, at a high school in New Mexico, a fight broke out inside the school cafeteria. When officers arrived to investigate, one of the students involved refused to cooperate. Here's what happened next. >> So, this is what's going to happen. Like [clears throat] I said, I'm Corp, by the way. I'm sure you remember me or not. So, me and Corporas were the school resource officers at the high school. >> Yeah. >> So, we got report that there was a fight. Um, they by the time we got there, they were separated. >> Yeah. So both Alex and the other person, the other person was 18, an adult. So they're handled differently, but they're going to be something's going to happen with them as well. >> Yeah. >> So Alex, [clears throat] she's being char with battery against the school personnel, two counts, um public array, and resisting, evading, obstructing. So um normally when the the biggest crime on that is battery against school personnel. >> Mhm. >> It's a felony offense. So, normally we make some calls and see if there's for for incarceration basically to take her to jail to juvenile jail. >> And right now, Alex, you're lucky because they're full. If they weren't full, you would be going to jail right now. >> What happened today with the fight? >> I'm sorry. >> Um, we were at lunch. Everything was fine. And um he started throwing food. Like they were like throwing food like oranges over the building and stuff. >> And >> who started throwing food? >> Alex. So >> Alex is a girl. >> A boy. I don't know. It's confusing. >> Yeah. There we go. That's cool. So you know like coming down from the main building it goes towards the cafeteria. You know what I mean? We were all sitting right there at the table and the tables over the wall or whatever the hell it is. He went and started playing oranges. So, I guess they thought we threw the oranges at him. So, they went and choked them back at us and almost hit me and my friend. So, we went and told him something like we we weren't trying to hit you. Like, we weren't even throwing crap at you. So, like, sorry. Like, it was him who did it. And they said, "Okay." >> Your friend was throwing stuff at >> No, Alex was. Me and Alex were friends until all this happened today. So, I went into the bathroom and I told him, "Quit throwing crap at them because they're thinking it's us doing it." I walk away and all I hear is you. And I was like, "All right." Then I was like, "I'll let it slide." Like walked away. He came outside like to like look for me like looking around and that's when he turned around and that's when I told him. I was like, "You're starting [ __ ] with them. We're going they're getting pissed at us because you're throwing [ __ ] at them." And I was like, "They're getting mad at us." And then he's like telling like I kept telling him I was like, "You do all this shit." And I was like, "You're pissing them off." And then [snorts] that's when he started telling me like I'm a [ __ ] and all that. And then I told him I was like, "You talk all this stuff." I was like, "You do all this shit." I was like, "And you don't do nothing." I was like, "Stop." I was like, "It's embarrassing." And [ __ ] And like he kind of started like trying to make himself look bigger, I guess, or whatever. Like And then that's when like I pushed him back >> and then that's when he went straight for right here. And then he went for my hair. And then that's when I hit him back. >> When you say you pushed him, you went you said when you say you went for right here, like what do you mean went for right here? He went clogged me in the face. Like cuz like all right here they said it was red. I don't know if it spilled red or not. He went clogged me in the face. He grabbed a hold of my hair. Like he kind of had me like he had me by my hip. Like he was holding me by my hip and like at my hair like he has like his arm under me I guess or whatever. And he had me by the back of my hair like by by my ponytail. And then he had me he scratched me in the the eye and I was hitting him like trying to like push him off and hit him. And then that's when um the security guard that's when he came and then that's when he grabbed me and that's when I was asking him to let me go. I wasn't gonna hit him or nothing. I was kind of like I don't like being held down. Like not held down but I don't like being held like that. Like so I started freaking out because I don't like being held like that. So >> did you hit the security guard too? >> No, I didn't hit the security guard. He I don't know how to explain how he had me kind like my arms like kind of like behind my head in a way so like I don't hit nobody. But I guess mom was like freaking out like how telling him to let me go. That's all. Like I didn't hit them. That's all. >> I was coming down the hill. I saw a group of students hanging out right by the west side. Then I saw Mia and another student. They were confrontational verbal. I let Lonnie know. I said Lonnie cuz he was busy with some other students. I said, "Hey, we got a situation. Doctor was walking down and I passed Dr. Got to go." And right in that moment they both engaged. Went out separate them. Separate me and the other one. Mia turned around and did a couple on me. So they were both were >> they were both they they were engaged and I separated and then Lonnie came separate the other one and I got me on the side and then me and she turned around. >> She turned around and hit you punch you. >> Mhm. >> Where she just >> she hit you? >> Yeah. And then I cut it out and then she got confrontational and then I restrained her. >> She got confrontational with you or the other person. >> I'm sorry. >> With everybody. >> She got confrontational with everybody. >> With everybody there. >> I had to restrain her again and she started kicking me right from the back. Yeah. Lenny had to restrain her her leg cuz she was just out of control. >> She just did a lot of prevention to everybody, told us all. I said next time something's going to happen and she just going down the line. >> Okay. Um, since you all got kicked to you, you guys are victims matter school personnel. I have to ask you all, do you all want to prosecute? >> I'm going to visit with Mr. D on this. she found a special needs and I know what she goes on and she blows up all the time but somewhere >> they has to come some you know turn a light on for them or something and the parent this is what you're dealing with and sometimes it could be somebody else >> it could be a >> Carol you just don't know >> let well let me know too if you guys do cuz if you if you do I'm going to put that charge on there too but I have to ask you guys cuz you guys are victims now too >> so >> I'm sorry I would say do you Yeah, she's scary with everybody. >> She, you know, she has her moments, but this time I guess something with a earpods and a girl was talking to her. I said, "Oh, shoot. Can they get like that already?" And and the people started getting in the way. >> Yeah. >> And I said, "Let's go." And then got in. I got in. >> She got like three punches on you. >> Witnesses stated that after food was thrown at her group, Alex exchanged words with another student before initiating a physical confrontation. When school security intervened, she allegedly became combative with them as well. for Alex. I'm sorry. Go ahead and stand up. >> Yeah. You're making me anxiety. I don't need clothes. There's no freaking officers in here. >> We have to. We're just working. >> No, I don't need you guys in here. You're making me get anxiety. >> I'm scared, y'all. I don't think I need y'all in here. They have to have to. They have to. They're not doing it because they want to. They actually have to. No, they don't. >> So, Alex, let me let me tell you what's going to happen. Okay. >> No, you guys are not going to do that. >> Listen to me. Okay. I'm the right I'm being completely honest with you. I'll be straight up with you. Okay. >> Just listen. >> So, we can you can either be cool, calm, collected, put the handcuffs on you, or we're going to have to go hands-on, which means we're going have to >> grab you and force you. They need to arrest whomever allowed Alex to get that haircut. Alex's chances of becoming a productive member of society are slim to none. Kids these days have learned that anxiety is a shield they can use to get away with anything. Our next contestant is a 19-year-old from Washington who allegedly used magnets for organized shoplifting, kicked police officers, and then argued that none of it should count because she's just a tiny little girl. She's going to get in her ear eventually, right? >> Oh, I'm going to get in her ear. All I did is I grabbed her and said she's on her and then she's throwing a Hey, you know what? That's what happened. >> Tell me about the big dog. >> This is the boss. >> That's the boss. >> All right, big dog. >> Make sure he didn't get beat up. >> Oh [ __ ] He He got dragged around over here. >> Yeah, >> he was on admin cuz you said your fight. >> All right, >> all right. You guys have a good one. While our little 19-year-old was busy fighting with police, her friend remained calm and cooperative. She received a citation, a trespass notice, a court date, and was allowed to leave. Both suspects were charged with theft and resisting arrest. However, the 19-year-old faced a much tougher case because of her violent actions toward officers. For our final case, a 13-year-old student decided that calmly talking to police was overrated and opted for repeated death threats instead. On March 10th, 2022, police were called to a school over a conflict between two students. A 13-year-old girl refused to cooperate, repeatedly shouting and cursing at officers. Despite their efforts to calm her down, the encounter soon led to an arrest. Here's what happened next. >> Lucky is cool. Let's see if she wants. >> No, we're not going down. >> There's no one in here. It's going away. This way. >> Listen, it's not a game. >> It's not a game. >> We're not fighting. >> Not a game. >> Stop. Stop. Go in the room and chill out. >> There's no one. >> That's all it has to be right now. >> Over here. >> Okay. >> It's got to end. >> Can you do that? >> Move. >> Can you go in THAT ROOM AND CHILL? >> MOVE. GO AHEAD. I'm going trust you. >> No, shut up. >> Nice on his >> But that's what we're trying to prevent. >> We're trying to prevent that. >> He's not going to do those students there. >> Take a breath. >> They are all accounted for. >> Thanks. You're out of the situation. Okay. >> Shut up. >> Leave me down alone. We need that for uh lunches sometime. Okay. >> No. Come on. It's not necessary. >> N bro. >> Well, you didn't help with that. >> Okay. We all sitting here me please officer. I want TO THROW THAT MILK AT YOU INSTEAD OF THE LAW. >> YOU'RE LUCKY YOU ain't a handcuff right now. >> BRO, ARE YOU LUCKY I'M NOT TRYING TO GO TO JAIL TODAY? COULD I GO BACK AND SUCK YOUR ASS? >> NOPE. >> I WOULD HAVE TRIED. >> WHERE WOULD THAT GET YOU? >> It's not going to solve nothing, >> man. I would not care if I wanted to go to jail tonight, BRO. YOU LOOK AT THIS GUY AT 21, BRO. Three weeks ago, the day I came to this school, the day that I [ __ ] 21, bro. >> Lucky. >> You think THAT SCARES ME? >> NO, IT DOESN'T. HE TELL YOU DAMN WELL I TRY TO GO BACK, MAN. >> OKAY, >> that's what we're trying to prevent. We can't let you PUT HIS HANDS ON ME TO MAKE THE WHOLE SITUATION WORSE. >> OKAY, GUESS WHAT? >> I didn't mean to throw that at you. >> Turn around. Get on the door. We're not playing this now. Now you're going to jail cuz you want to continue playing like this. Now you're going to jail for battery on law enforcement. >> Instead of calming down, Leah argued with officers, threatened to steal a gun and shoot an officer, and boasted about having been locked up before after throwing an applesauce cup at an officer. She was immediately handcuffed. >> Can I have the code for that test for that student? >> It's all on camera to you. Sorry. What was that? Applesauce or something. Mhm. >> Ain't got to be this way. >> I don't care. >> Well, you should. You just got out of doing 21, so you probably getting 21. Just so you know, >> man. [ __ ] it. I don't care, bro. Going to do that, man. I don't care right now, bro. You look at it and hit you in the chest with that. Yes. I don't care if your [ __ ] is on camera. >> Well, you know, that's fine. No problem. Yeah, a little bit. Seems like it. We had a student who had a little bit of a moment, was upset, and then decided to take it upon herself to sling a applesauce at me. So, we tried to give her the opportunity to chill out, and she decided not to. So, now she's going to go to jail for Bat Leo. >> I don't know. Maybe we're going to resolve this up cuz it went from her throwing a water bottle to the kid to doing, you know, all this. actually have other units here. If you want, I'll give you hit the button, please. >> I got it already. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> All right, we're going to swap cuffs. Do you guys want the helpers or No. >> I don't care. >> Oh, I'm taking the reporter. >> I just need somebody to swap customer. >> I know, but we have reporting. >> Oh, I got you. A lot. >> I I feel you. Rock, paper, scissors. Shoot. >> The last time these cops didn't didn't put these at all. >> Didn't put handcuffs. >> No, they did. When I got the 21, they did, but like they were so loose. I could easily zip them up, put them on my feet, put them on my wrist. Like >> your car. >> The man didn't even freaking lock them. He didn't lock the cups. >> Yeah. >> Last time the man didn't s >> He didn't even lock them. >> Nope. >> That's terrible. Lo, you know why you're going to jail, right? >> Yep. Battery goes offer. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Was that his? >> Those are >> Yeah, that's her uh something. Here you go, Bryce. It's your something now. >> That was on her wrist. I don't believe she has any personal property, but I'll double check. >> After being cuffed, Leah insisted the applesauce throw was an accident. When the body cam disproved that, she switched to bragging about a previous arrest and mocking another police department. >> I'm like, >> "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's not what I said." >> Did that really? >> Yeah. >> And then, uh, looks like your flashlight's on. >> Is it? Looks like it >> cuz I was flashing into this. >> That could be it. So then she decides camera rolling of course to throw the uh applesauce at me and I'm charging with that. Leo >> like some [ __ ] avatar. >> Turn around. >> I knew. >> I'm going to put my hands on me. >> I'm transporting. >> Sometimes days are better than others. I think sometimes people make bad decision. Doesn't make them bad people. Right? >> Bad decision. Not necessarily a bad person. >> Leila, I don't know if you'll be in JDBC or not. If you're not, you're not going to come to school tomorrow. You're suspended. Okay. If you're in JDC, you'll go to school in JDC. >> I already know. >> But if not, you don't you don't come to school tomorrow and we'll talk about when you return. Y'all can give me uh 5 minutes. I'll get you a PC. >> I don't know. I don't know if she'll score out or not, but if they try to get someone to come pick her up, >> uh she never answer the phone. >> She might. She might. She might not cuz so the last time I had someone similar case uh battery on law enforcement they ended up >> she scored out but then she got on an ankle monitor and everything. So so it it depends on what she has on her record before and things like that. So >> like if she has anything violent >> yeah they might not score out. >> Okay. >> They're hurting bro. >> That's because you keep moving your wrist. You can't >> keep moving up cuz they're hurting. So, if you move your wrist, there's a The reason we tell you to put your hands like this and face face each other is because that's the way the bone falls in your wrist. If you sit there and you turn your wrist, guess what's going to happen? Guess where it's going to ride? On that bone. It hurts. Right there. Right. Right out. >> I I know. So, >> why can't I just keep them off, bro? In the front? >> Because that's not our policy. So turn them around. So you see how they are. >> If you don't turn your wrist, they won't hurt. Cuz they don't hurt right now, do they? Be honest. Okay. So have a seat back down. >> The more you turn, the more it's going to hurt. >> Yeah. The cell phone. Yeah. >> She wanted to know why you couldn't give her a free ticket. >> A free ticket for what? >> Forget a jail free card. Monopoly. >> Cuz you threw a damn applesauce at me. >> I didn't mean to. >> You did. YOU SAID [ __ ] AND THREW IT AT ME. >> You said fu criminal and then threw it at me. >> I didn't video. I said >> and then threw the applesauce. >> Throw it at him. >> At my knee. >> I didn't mean to th my good pants too, man. These ain't even the ones with the busted clouds. >> That's all right. Look. >> Hey, man. No hard feelings. I got to take action. >> See, you probably hard feelings. I got to take action. >> Hopefully, you get out. >> Personal that I'm that I am personally offended. >> You are personally going to make better choices and not throw applesauce at somebody in green. Right. That's I can't hear what she's saying. >> Yeah. She's not going to make better choices, especially when you're around. >> You will. I think you will. And you know what's bad is we had you deescalated and calmed down and nothing would have happened. >> What began as a school incident ended with a criminal charge for assaulting a police officer. Leo was taken to juvenile detention, suspended from school, and faced further penalties due to her prior record. What do you think about this young girl?
