After subduing the suspect, officers searched the home. In the living room, large chunks of shattered drywall told their own story. No words needed. The damage spoke volumes about the chaos that had just unfolded inside those walls. [Music] The suspect was identified as Flanigan, father of the two children. Officers attempted CPR, but he didn't survive. Toxicology confirmed methamphetamine in his system. The Tulsa DA ruled the shooting justified. The video shows how fast a mental crisis can turn deadly for everyone involved. [Music] In Collier County, Florida, a gray Toyota Yarus was stopped for reckless driving, but the smell of burning marijuana flipped the script. Once the K9 hit on the scent, the driver flirted. What followed was a high-speed pursuit at over 120 mph through dangerously crowded roads, [Music] rapid lane changes to dodge traffic, and sudden swerves into emergency lanes to shake pursuing officers. This was a heartpounding, terrifying perspective for troopers forced to face a suspect willing to risk everything for a chance to escape. One trailing patrol car barely reacted in time, swerving hard to avoid a parked pickup truck up ahead. It was a close call, a heartstoppping moment, but thankfully everyone came out unharmed. Heat. Heat. right now with a vehicle and not drive. Do you know the making model 28? The pursuit became increasingly dangerous as the suspect sped away at high velocity. A sharp turn caused the vehicle to lose control and swerve into a one-way lane, putting innocent motorists safety in extreme jeopardy. [Music] traffic. We're coming 6646 traffic. At an intersection, the suspect suddenly veered into a one-way lane at high speed in an attempt to shake off the police. Facing a serious threat to public safety, an officer accelerated and executed a perfect pit maneuver, bringing the chaotic pursuit to an end. Go back. There are TN people. or go ahead. Inside the car, a mobile drug lab, 38 gram of psilocybin mushrooms, 27 gram of marijuana, 110 g of THC wax, and drug paraphernalia. The driver now faces multiple felony drug charges, fleeing, and reckless endangerment. One reckless lane change spiraled into a felony takedown, and it could have ended much worse. Gainesville, Florida. On August 23rd, 2022, Tampa police responded to three carjackings within 2 hours. Now, the suspect is fleeing in a white Isuzu truck. Will he outrun the swarm of officers closing in? Red traffic coming up to the right. Going to turn westbound. Yeah, there's no Justin Pal. I'm not sure where the uniform is. Westbound Archer Road. Westbound Arg. Behind the wheel of a white Isuzu, the suspect weaves through traffic and runs red lights, barreling past lines of waiting cars. This madman has become a deadly threat to everyone on the road. Back in the right lane of travel behind you. Anybody have any ideas on a two wheel drive car, two wheel rear vehicle? again. I'm sorry. So [Applause] short of danger, where you at now? A picture perfect pit sends the crowd cheering, but the bulky beast refuses to fall. Just how much more can this monster take before it finally gives in? [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] eastbound 10,000 block eastbound about 6 mph [Music] 2300 northbound is the new butler plaza 37 All [Applause] right, he's running. All right, we're back on Archer Road. I am now the lead vehicle. Oh, signal 4 into a K9 until you he just veered into a one-way street. What on earth is he thinking? Is this desperation or pure madness unfolding in real time? [Music] Okay, that drop in that truck. Trying to get to it. [Applause] Northbound 34th Street. 34 Street. I'm calling it northbound through the Boulevard on 34th Street. trying to get up to a pit. Realizing the situation couldn't drag on any longer, officers closed in fast, risking damage and danger to stop the truck once and for all. The cost was high, but protecting civilians came first. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] line. Attention, we are going through the Metro Dire Plaza. Metro Plaza 34. Everybody hold the traffic for a second. We call it through the parking lot. We're about to come out to 34th Street. Okay. again. Coming back out on the 34th Street. Going back southbound on 34th. [Music] Let me go, boys. I'll give this fool a bite he'll never forget. After crashing the stolen vehicle, the suspect ditched the car and made a reckless run for it, only to be taken down moments later. With a long list of charges, including carjacking, fleeing, and assaulting an officer, a hefty prison sentence awaits him. His wild ride is over. What lies ahead now is the full weight of justice. [Music] At 400 p.m. on February 15th, 2024, the Arkansas State Police received a report of a suspect driving a stolen Black Jeep Grand Cherokee eastbound on I40. Troopers quickly confirmed the target and launched the pursuit. [Music] 1356 on. Just seconds into the pursuit, the officer's vehicle reached 123 mph. The chase unfolded at dangerously high speeds with countless hazards on the road. Watching this, one can't help but wonder how his wife and children feel, knowing he risks his life every day dealing with criminals like these. [Music] [Music] A pit maneuver at 116 mph flipped the situation on its head. Both vehicles spun out of control beneath an overpass in a whirlwind of chaos. It looked like something straight out of an action movie. Breathtaking, intense, and impossible to look away. But behind the spectacle lies a stark reminder of the deadly risks faced by law enforcement and everyday drivers caught in the crossfire. After the high-speed pit maneuver, the officer's vehicle was damaged and couldn't continue. Thankfully, backup arrived just in time, working in perfect coordination to bring the suspect down and end this intense and dangerous [Music] pursuit. After ditching the vehicle, the suspect made a desperate run on foot, but was quickly taken into custody. He now faces multiple serious charges, including vehicle theft, resisting arrest, reckless driving, and endangering public safety. His reckless actions put countless drivers at risk and caused significant damage to the Arkansas State Police. Let this serve as a hard lesson. One foolish decision can lead to life-changing [Music] consequences. She's done. We'll adjust her. Go ahead and adjust your jacket. In Los Cusus, New Mexico, officers Rogers and Madrid pulled over a 24 year old woman driving a 2025 Kia after she was found sitting motionless in the middle of a busy intersection. She had hit the curb several times and when questioned, casually admitted she'd been drinking since around 10 or 11 that morning. as well with you. The moment she stepped out of the car, it felt like two footballs smacked me straight in the eyes. I was stunned for a second before I snapped back to reality. That was one visual ambush I didn't see coming. Anyone else got hit like I did. The reason I'm pulling you over is because you were stopped right there in the middle of the road. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. And then I when I was pulling you over, you curb checked that curb a few times. Okay. The scent of alcohol on her breath and the tremble in her voice said it all. Once she admitted to drinking, the officers had their answer. Time to begin the sobriety tests. Let's see how she handles each challenge with the weight of intoxication clouding her every move. Right there. Put your go ahead put your left foot on there. Okay. You listen to that. Together. Put your hands on the side. You're going to stay in this position. I tell you otherwise. Okay. Each slow, stiff step felt like a performance. An attempt to say, "I've got this. I'm fine." But could that forced composure really fool the trained eyes of the officers? Or was every movement just making the truth more obvious? Do a follow with my finger with with your eyes on you. Okay. We're going to go up this time. Okay. my lashes. I'm sorry. You're fine. [Music] Go ahead and get him. When the young woman was told she was under arrest for DWI, her expression froze in disbelief. Wideeyed and stunned, she asked, "But who said I'm intoxicated?" A desperate question in a moment where denial could no longer rewrite reality. You're going to keep it uh parallel to the ground. Do you know 66 is? It's about the size of a cup. Roughly this map, I'll be timing you. So, just go ahead and let it Don't start. No, I know. I was just trying to figure out which again. I'll try this one, I guess. Am I ready? Okay. Just keep your hands out your side. Okay. Don't Don't start until I tell you to start. 1001 20002 1003 1004 1005 1006 10090 102 What began as a simple request for a breath test quickly turned tense when asked to cooperate. The young woman didn't say yes or no, just kept repeating, "I don't know." That indecision dragged on for nearly 4 minutes, leaving officers unable to proceed. Under New Mexico law, such vague resistance counts as a refusal, automatically elevating the charge to aggravated DWI, a far more serious offense with much harsher consequences. stand right here. I'm being honest. Okay, this fine. So, listen to me. I'm about to tell you something important. You're under risk for driving while intoxicated. Um, technology. After arriving at the station, the young woman shifted from denial to panic as the reality of jail set in. She spoke anxiously about crazy people in jail, nervously adjusted her clothes, and trembled while cooperating during intake. Her emotional breakdown stood in stark contrast to the calm professionalism of the officers. A powerful reminder that a DUI arrest isn't just a legal matter, but a deeply human ordeal. I I'm sorry. Like again, you're right to speak to an attorney um or remain silent doesn't apply to the requirement of New Mexico law uh that you take the breath test. Is there a way to get out the hair? Give us a second. Okay. Come on. I mean, I was going to see a valley for like 9 months. Can I like get the hair out of my mouth? Um, here in a second. We'll adjust everything. Okay. Like, everybody's scared. I never said this should [Music] adjust yourself. [Music] The suspect identified as 24year-old Tiffany now faces charges including DWI, aggravated DWI, and traffic violations. If convicted, she could lose her license, pay hefty fines, undergo mandatory treatment, and even serve jail time. She may seem fragile, but the evidence says otherwise. Was it fear or a delay tactic? The court will decide. [Music] Around 5:00 a.m. on May 20th, 2023, Montgomery County officers rushed to Rock Ledge Drive in North Bethesda, Maryland after reports of an unresponsive man inside a vehicle. What really happened inside that car? Let's find out. [Music] Someone [Music] driving first drive. [Music] going on. Wow. [Music] As officers approached, they suspected the driver was intoxicated and then spotted a gun resting on his lap. Instantly, tension spiked, commands were shouted, and every move was calculated to keep everyone safe. [Music] Police. Hands up. Police. Command after command was given. Clear, calm, meant to deescalate. But strangely, he barely responded. He heard them, but offered no reaction. Was it paralyzing fear or a calculated move to buy time? [Music] [Music] Put your hands up. Let me give my head up. The engine roared like a beast unleashed and in the blink of an eye, the car vanished before anyone could react. One second he was there, the next gone. It was as if he disappeared into thin air. Drive police. Yes. Off. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. Open the door. Open the door. Put your hands up. The high-speed pursuit kicked off instantly. Every unit was placed on high alert. Sirens wailed. Lights flashed and every second became a breathless race between the law and someone with nothing left to lose. I am Stay right. [Music] As the chase reached I270 southbound near Route 28, the driver suddenly lost control and boom, a violent crash shattered the night. For the officers, it's shaping up to be a long, sleepless night. This stretch of road may stay shut down for hours until the scene is fully cleared. [Music] The driver was identified as 37year-old Lawrence White of Washington DC. The crash claimed his life, leaving his vehicle destroyed and involving several others on I270. Two adults in a separate car sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital. The pursuit ended in tragedy with all lanes of I270 closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation. [Music] 105 110 trying to catch up. They're still a little ways away. Northbound Y 95 in Valuchia County, Florida. 4:15 p.m. A stolen patrol car tears down the highway like a missile, blasting through traffic in a scene straight out of an action movie. At mile marker 252, a textbook pit seems to seal the deal. But wait, this suspect isn't done. One final reckless twist is about to explode. Buckle up. You won't believe what happens next. 105 110 trying to catch up. They're still a ways away. But the chaos was just getting started. As officers closed in, 37year-old Xavier Cummings leapt out of the wrecked patrol car and made a run for another Cocoa police unit. Engine running, door wide open. Without hesitation, he jumped into the driver's seat, pepper spray still in hand, and launched into a second wild escape. Draw to me. coming out the driver. [Music] Hey y'all, do not walk up on this car. We got [Music] dog. That's the dog. [Music] He's on the move again in a Coco K94 going north on 95. But what he didn't know was that an eye on the sky had him locked in. Every move, every turn, tracked from above. Even under the cover of darkness, there was no escape. This time, the night itself was working for justice. Any other vehicle? [Music] 32 northbound, please. Okay. Vehicle is smoking. Vehicle smoking north of 95 or north of D on by about a half mile. Going into the inside lane. Being advised that's a SWAT officer's vehicle. Don't be in the same lane with him. He's going to lose all over the road. It's ling. He's starting to slow down. It's about uh quarter mile south of Williamson overpass ready. Hurry up and get up here. Still northbound. North of Williamson overpass. Xray 11's at 92. There's any more sticks or now? All right, everybody. Oh, there we need a canine up here. Mike, where you at? The spike strips were deployed to shred the suspect's tires, and they worked. The vehicle lost traction and came to a grinding halt. At last, he was fully subdued. The chase was over. Step back. The suspect was later identified as Cummings, now facing a laundry list of serious charges, from stealing two police vehicles and armed burglary to multiple gun rellated offenses. His defense, mental telepathy told him to take the cruiser. Add meth 24 hours without sleep and nonsense about Tallahassee. This wasn't just a crime spree. It was pure chaos. That wild ride might have been thrilling to watch, but in real life it would have been pure chaos. If you witnessed something like that on the street, chances are you wouldn't sleep tonight. Luckily, it all played out on screen and officers brought it under control. But what about tomorrow? Stick with us for more raw, unfiltered footage. Drop your thoughts in the comments and thanks for watching. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] N. Heat. Heat. N. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
