I got this video from DeFuniak Springs Florida in January of 2022 an officer noticed a car that was associated with a man who was wanted for felony stalking he staked out the car and when the man left he initiated a traffic stop how chill the guy was reminded me of scenes from Reno 9-1-1 and as always the full police report is down in the description and I'll go over the outcome of both this case and the stalking case at the end of the video all right 32 fig to 31. [Music] outdoor get on the ground step out get on the ground put your hands behind your back I'm sorry sir I'm sorry I'm sorry do not move D here just please don't shoot me I ain't trying to shoot you man [Applause] oh oh my God yeah just go ahead and sit with me stand up we're on Woodward Avenue 10 15. stand up yeah okay I'm sorry just just have somebody lean on back right here [Applause] foreign is yeah yeah the way you stop I was trying to do an investigative stuff that's all I was doing to see who was driving oh okay I didn't know what the [ __ ] man he took off on me I ain't know my bad man okay yeah that's cracked military also no take no uh look at a single 31 crack cocaine in his pocket [Applause] nice try to outrun me wrong guy to try to outrun ner problems care if I run him up to jail cheers good job I couldn't hear you on the radio I couldn't understand anything give me a toe sheet you want a mirandize mask about any of this before I take them up there okay no I looked good I was in his pocket and he was like what is it he said I got some weed on me but then he said he had to do this what is that correct this incident happened on January 24th 2022. 14 days earlier so on January 10th a woman he shares children with came to the police department to report that she saw him peeking in his windows the night before this initiated investigation which resulted in felony stalking charges being filed for him along with the stalking this incident led to two felony counts one for possession of cocaine and one for fleeing eluding with sirens and two misdemeanors one for reckless driving first offense and one for driving with a suspended license unknowingly because his license was suspended when the warrant was issued in April of 2022 he ended up pleading guilty to one misdemeanor charge of stalking and was fined 480 he was still held in jail though for the pending felony charges then in June of 2022 he pled guilty to all outstanding charges no I'm not sure if he came to a plea agreement with the prosecutors but it seems like he didn't get the best outcome for the misdemeanor he was sentenced to time served which was 135 days he spent in jail because he couldn't make bond and for the felonies he was sentenced to 60 months in prison with a minimum release after 32 months in order to pay a couple hundred dollars in fines now if you enjoyed this video please consider subscribing and helps me out a ton and if you noticed I posted a little less this month I recently got a few cases that each have hundreds of hours of raw footage and have been working hard to turn them into good videos now I brought on board another Editor to help me out with my backlog of videos so you should start to see a lot more videos coming from the channel and as always if you want to see footage of an interesting incident you know of feel free to reach out to me on my email or Facebook page linked in the about section of my YouTube channel
