into his neighbor's house the caller a woman had reported the situation to 911 however when the officers arrived they soon realized the woman had not been truthful statement No naked black man out here can slow anyone down what's up how you doing man yeah I guess she called the C SE okay I I'm just waiting for her to come out okay well we have to call we call them all the time they always up there fighting raing so I went up there because I'm down here with the kids and stuff and the kids are trying to sleep okay so I went up there and I'm I'm not I'm not yelling at you hey please please [Music] she said I broke go look at her door go look at her door you see I broke into her house all I did though sir all I did I went up there I knocked on the door I banged on the door because stop interrupting him so this is what I did Sir I got a witness we walk went up there we knocked on the door because they arguing throwing breaking if you go upstairs to apartment upon arriving the officers questioned the man involved who explained that he had simply knocked on the woman's door and banged on it trying to speak with her he claimed that he never entered her house or broke into it the man mentioned there was trash outside the woman's apartment but he stayed on the steps while knocking on her door you will see that it's trash from them Break Stuff so my fault I I no you're fine so I knocked on the door when I banged on the door the door opens mhm she sitting there cussing us out I never stepped foot in the house or none of that okay I stood out on the on the on the Little Steps thing where's your witness can you have her come out and I can talk to her maybe we can do okay maybe we can resolve this for you oh okay you still want the other three cars coming I don't care I'm going to arrest her I think all right and you can uh you can talk to the the um the person that owns the building and stuff right and you could ask them yeah no I'm I'm sure we're here this is the you got like two seconds with me it's cold I was shower what happened listen all they're arguing whoever the crackhead constantly if you go there right now you see all the evidence is literally in the kitchen so what happened when you guys went up there all we did is went up there was knocked all we did is kept talking asking quiet to him you know we got kids down here the door was unlocked we opened the door she wanted to continuously kept saying shut the up I will shoot you I will stab you that's literally all she kept I Sho you get some people up here to shoot you all right well finish asked the woman to come out but she refused even as the situation escalated she insisted that she wanted to continue sleeping and shouted profanities telling the officers to leave her alone the situation was tense and the officers informed her that they would arrest her she refused to comply and continued to act aggressively which led to her arrest the officers explained that they were arresting the woman because she had filed a false police report alleging a Breakin that had not occurred ask them that's it that's disappear from them 42 yeah I know you're at the basement Emil if you or your partner able to give 367 can't police open the door you're very mean and I don't like it come outside and talk to us why because I need to know what's going on going come on listen to me and calling them names at one point the officers tried to calm the situation by questioning her about her behavior and suggesting that she might be under the influence of drugs hand behind your back probably was causing issues told her she's under arrest for she filed a false police report said these people were they didn't break in they live there we go up there talk to her her come outside she shuts the door her she's under arrest starts kicking us she this ain't no accident huh as the officers restrained her they also noticed signs that she might be high on methamphetamine but they did not explicitly State this as a confirmed reason for her behavior the woman was then taken into custody taken to the jail and charged for her actions CPS call back in we told him we would call back it was during 1025 call back yeah here good job let's go this way oh no that not a good job I'm sorry I'm not I'm up what I said I've been up when was the last time you smoked math I don't know why what do it matter because I think you're high on mouth not I'm irritated I got M issues and I'm tired to get used I'm get cheated I'm get have a seat take some breath was the charges against the 37-year-old
