Hello everybody and welcome back to Easy Body Cam. Today we'll be watching what happens when spoiled brats throw tantrums, argue with police, and refuse to cooperate only to get a shocking reality check from a taser. >> I'm kicking. >> COME ON. Y'ALL CAME UP TO MY HOUSE. >> SHE HAS CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. >> SHE HAS >> What do you need to talk to me about? >> Give me one second so I can catch my breath. We're fine. >> Get your popcorn ready because these spoiled brats are about to self-destruct faster than a taser can deploy. Let's start with this woman who seemingly tried everything from hurling insults and faking a neck injury to punching an officer in the face. >> You two you knew as both of y'all knew y'all can go. >> GOODBYE. >> LAY ON HER STOMACH. >> TAKE that [screaming] hand. >> We need TO GET HER HAND. basically asking to get tased just to bring the drama to an end. >> I'm kidding. Stop. >> FIRST OF ALL, Y'ALL CAME UP TO MY HOUSE. >> She has a sheet. >> On July 19th, 2023, neighbors called police after hearing a fight so loud they thought something terrible had happened. But instead of helping clear things up, Sophie immediately made the situation much worse. Here's what happened next. >> Not you again. Goodbye. >> I've never even talked to you. >> YES, I HAVE. Y'ALL ARE BALD. All y'all are bald and bums. So go. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. Nothing. Officer >> nothing happened. Irritated because nothing happened. >> Nothing. Cuz nothing happened. Cuz nothing happened. You too. You knew as both of y'all knew. Y'all can go. Calm down. >> Goodbye. >> Just calm down. >> Well, we're not going to leave. Who are you? >> I don't know. >> Who are you? Calm down. >> Okay. Okay. Are you going to give me your name or not? >> I don't have to. >> Okay. >> You pulled up to my property. >> Okay. Stop. Stop. >> First of all, >> you got me up. >> Stop. >> First of all, Y'ALL GOT TO GET ON her like that. Relax. >> Stop kicking. Stop. >> FIRST OF ALL, Y'ALL CAME UP TO ME. >> SHE HAS CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. STOP. >> LAY FLAT. >> Lay flat. Lay flat. >> Lay flat. >> Lay flat. >> LAY FLAT. GET BACK. GET BACK. GET BACK. GET BACK. >> GET BACK. [screaming] >> STOP. >> SLAY ON YOUR STOMACH. >> SHE just broke it. >> Get the OFF OF ME. >> GET THE OFF OF [screaming] ME. >> Stop walking. >> Get off me. >> Right now, she is in custody. She needs to LAY ON HER STOMACH >> and put your hands behind her back. You >> you bum get you. >> I don't have to give you my name. >> I don't have to give you my name. You came up to my property. I am my inant. >> SHE WAS BEING DETAINED. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. CALL SUMMERS. CALL SUMMERS. >> Call your Summers. >> Back up. Look at that. >> I NEED I NEED TO FLIP. >> STOP MOVING. >> I NEED TO GO FLIP. >> You need to lay on YOUR STOMACH. >> I DO NOT KNOW WHAT A NECK INJURY. >> LAY ON YOUR STOMACH. >> I PHYSICALLY CAN'T. >> She has a neck. >> Damn. Do you not know what a neck injury is? Spinal cord. >> Sophie. Sophie. >> Tell them to get off of me. >> Two officers. >> I literally just got attacked and they're attacking a LITTLE0B GIRL. Two officers that weigh more than 15. >> Do we have any mutual aid coming? Can you CAN YOU >> I WANT ALL RIGHT NOW BEING RECORDED. >> They're being recorded. >> Get out of here. >> STOP HITTING ME. >> STOP HITTING ME. >> LAY ON HER STOMACH. [screaming] >> TAKE that hand. >> We need to get her hand. >> Stop. GET THE HANDS OFF. GET HER HAND OFF. >> [screaming] >> GET BACK >> Let's get her up. >> Stand up. >> All right, Sophie. >> Roll on your side. >> Roll to your butt. >> WATCH THESE PEOPLE BEHIND US. LOOK, >> I can't walk, bro. My neck, >> Sophie, CAN YOU RELAX? >> I CAN'T. HE'S DRAGGING ME. >> Stand up. >> I can't, bro. My neck is >> all right. MAKE IT SLOW THEN. >> I CAN'T WHEN HE'S DRAGGING ME IN HERE. The moment she was cuffed for resisting and trying to run, Sophie suddenly claimed she had a serious neck and spine injury. But while demanding an ambulance, she seemed perfectly capable of moving around. So officers chose to take her down instead of using a taser. >> What's wrong? >> What do you need to talk to me about? >> Give me one second so I can catch my breath. >> That's fine. >> That's fine. problem. I'm being detained >> for recording. And this is the officer I'm being detained by >> and I did not do anything wrong but record. >> I did nothing wrong but record. >> And this is the officer who is detaining me. >> He's holding me. So I am in custody and I did nothing wrong. Badge number What's going on? Why do we get called here? >> Okay, so the reason why you got called here is because the mother and father are having a dispute. >> Who's mother and father? Cuz I don't know anybody here. >> Father is Jamoka, the black man. >> The old the older guy. >> The older guy. The black guy. And then the mother is the wife going inside. >> That that lady right there with the shorts, whatever. >> The one right there standing next to the tall boy in the door. You see right there? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. That's mother and father right there. >> Okay. Um, they were arguing all night. >> Okay. >> So, Sophie got irritated because she found out that her father was cheating. Um, >> who's Sophie? This person. >> Sophie's in the car. She's detained. >> And that older black dude, that's her dad. >> Stepfather. Her stepfather. >> Okay. So, then Sophie is the woman's daughter. >> Daughter. Yes. >> And black dude is stepfather. >> Yes. She got mad that uh he was cheating. So, it's just been an argument all night between them type thing. And then you guys pulled up, you know, and she I she got out of line 50, >> you know. So >> go ahead. >> I totally understand where you guys take that from. >> You can advise South Milwaukee. We still need them here, but they can slow it down. >> But yeah, that's far to my knowledge. >> So who started fighting? >> Uh, nobody was fighting as far as I know other than the mother and father. >> Those are the only two I know who were fighting. The all of us we were fighting. Why is why is she so fired up? >> Because she just found out her dad was cheating [screaming] on her mom. That's why she's really angry. And that's why I tried to talk her down, you know, but you guys kept like trying to grab her. But at the end of the day, I understand where you guys are coming from. >> Well, what you have to understand is we got a call, >> okay, >> that said there's people here fighting, >> okay, >> I roll up here. I've never met any of these people. I don't even know why she was screaming at me, >> okay? And I apologize acting how I was acting. >> She's she's here. She's part of this investigation. >> She has to identify herself and she's not free to leave. >> Okay. >> She tried to leave and that's when she started fighting with us and that's how things became how they became. >> Right. I just want to state my name. My name's Gabriella. >> I'm going to get your name from you in a little bit. Okay. >> Yes. >> But that's as far as I know, you know. >> So that's why that's why we did what we did. >> She's up here fired up. >> Okay. >> She can't leave. She tries to leave. >> We stop her from leaving. >> Okay. >> She was hit. She was kicking me in the ass. She swung at him the whole nine yards. >> Okay. Right. >> I heard that she said she bit her. I did not see her bite her, but I got bit. >> And then here's the here's the problem cuz I got I got you. I got him. I got everybody I got everybody running up on me telling me telling me they're going to beat my ass. Okay. Yeah. I didn't hear that, but I was anonymous. >> Not a part of that. You know, >> I understand where you're coming from. It's your prediction. >> Was there Was there phys was there was there any physical fighting that took place here? >> Fighting none. >> Why is everybody outside here? >> Because they were arguing in the house >> out of county. >> Is there any geo restriction? says instate pickup only. This being miscellaneous fields for restrictions and it says FTA body only. >> You have a warrant for your arrest right now. >> Uh yes, out in Anno, but I just got that fix. I just got that fixed. >> Okay. So, as of right now, that's still active. >> Okay. >> So, what what we're going to do is you're detained, right? >> Okay. >> You're going to sit in a squad car. I have to contact that agency. >> Okay. I have to make sure that information is current and accurate. >> If you took care of it, we'll just let you go. If you didn't take care of it, then we'll go about it how we got to go about it. >> That sounds good. >> Okay. >> According to Gabriella Sophie's friend, she lost her temper after learning her stepfather was allegedly cheating. She insisted the incident was only a shouting match and never became physical. >> I didn't do want to know what's going on, right? >> Okay. There was no commotion when y'all pulled up, right? >> I wasn't here. >> Okay. Well, whatever. That officer chef cover whatever the >> was here. Correct. Was there a commotion? >> Yes, there was. >> No, there wasn't. >> Okay. Well, we got three calls here. So, >> Well, you're tripping. There's four corners to a block. >> Okay. And they named your address. >> No, they didn't. Cuz I just heard on y'all's speaker. >> That's how I know you're a liar. cut. >> You're a little You're doomed. I'm sorry. >> No, I don't want to talk to you. You away. Officer Kaminsky. Bring Officer Kaminsky. Bring Officer Frick. Take me to the emergency room. Officer, >> do you want to give a statement? Finish. >> Take me to the emergency room. My neck hurts. >> Do you want to finish the video? >> Take me to the emergency room. My neck hurts. I need medical attention. We're going right now. >> We got to get YOU CAUGHT. >> NO. GO RIGHT AHEAD. >> YEAH, cuz it's okay though. >> You understand? You're under arrest right now >> for obstruction and resisting. >> No, I wasn't. So that's fine. Put me in the handcuffs and call it a day. >> Relax, please. >> Relax, please. >> All right. He's going to lock it so I don't get locked. >> Double lock it. I got out the first time. Can get out again. >> Come on. Make sure you double lock it. I need a medical attention. >> I need medical attention. >> I'm going right now. >> I need medical attention. >> I'm going right now. The moment officers mentioned the three emergency calls, Sophie declared the rookie officer a liar and began demanding management like an unhappy customer at a luxury resort. The only problem, she was under arrest, not reviewing hotel service. All day and all night >> restaurant. It's embarrassing when >> you're in custody. We're going to turn the television off. >> They hide behind their parents. >> I really want to counselor, but I want to feel confident enough to work with you that you've not >> custody for what, officer? In custody for what though? >> You're in custody. >> What am I? What am I getting custody for? >> You're in custody for disorderly conduct. >> From who? For what? For what? >> For what? >> Can you swing back in there? >> For what? >> Disorderly conduct. >> I want your badge. I want I want your camera on when you tell me that. Go grab it. >> It's on. >> Okay. Go grab it while you was on Instagram. Go grab it. >> Let go of this cord. >> Let go of this corner. Let go of it. project that go ahead and have a seat and I'll be right with you. Thank you. >> Stop. >> Stop. You just punched him in the face. >> Are you okay? >> Stop around. Let's get this cord out of here. >> I don't give a leg. >> Hold both her legs down. I'll take her arms. >> I don't GIVE A HEAD. >> WATCH OUT. We're going to bring this out. >> You just knocked me in my SIDE CAMERA. >> And we're in a double handcuff. I feel bad. >> Officers honored her request for medical treatment and escorted her to the hospital. But instead of ending the night peacefully, Sophie saved her most spectacular performance for last, striking an officer in the face while doctors were trying to assess her condition. After all that, Sophie racked up two felony assault on an officer charges along with disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. If you have an injured neck, [music] then it's a good idea to comply. And it's on camera. Yeah. And everyone watching that camera sees you acting a total fool and being put in your place. Odd. This terrible neck injury didn't stop her from fighting. Don't make someone else's drama your criminal record. Fake injuries and internet lawyer tactics [music] only speed up the trip to jail. If the last suspect was an expert in imaginary neck injuries, our next contestant is a young mother promoting a revolutionary new idea. Smoking for the good of the kids. >> Get out of the car. Get out OF THE CAR. NO, >> I did not. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the You just put a cigarette out. >> NO, I DIDN'T. I PUT it the out. Get out. You're going to get sprayed. Get out. You're going to You're going to get sprayed. Get out. Get out. You're going to get sprayed. Get on the ground. >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? I AM ON THE GROUND. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> On June 23rd, 2023, what started as a simple traffic stop for a tail light violation quickly became more complicated when the vehicle's owner managed to provide two different home addresses in less than a week. Here's what happened next. >> You're driving with no tail lights. >> You didn't. You got to put the thing there. >> Yep. You have your driver's license. >> Yeah. >> Registration, insurance. >> No one's wearing seat belts. That's safe. >> I got to pull the insurance up on my phone. >> Who's the owner of the car? >> I am. I got to pull the insurance up on my car. >> What's your current address? >> That one. I haven't been here very long. Been here like 4 days. >> 4 days. Yes, this is my address. >> Well, you have two different addresses. Which is it? >> This one. >> Okay. Well, you just told me it was this one. >> No, I didn't. I meant this one on my ID as I was pulling it out. I didn't say that one. I said this one as I was pulling it out of my wallet. >> I'm asking you and referring to this one. So, before you go down the road of attitude, you cut it. You understand? You picked the wrong cop today. >> Start recording, please. You are already being recorded audio and video >> on my end. >> I have a body cam. I'll take your driver's license again. >> I'll take your driver's license. >> Would you like my insurance also? >> Yes, please. And I'm asking the driver because he's the one operating the motor vehicle. So, I'm still waiting on the insurance, please. >> You're asking insurance? >> Yes, the insurance. >> Okay. >> Insurance is on her phone. You really shouldn't be smoking with a baby back here. So before I take you >> before I take you to jail for for endangering him, I would suggest you putting that out. >> Instead of explaining the address discrepancy, she demanded the driver film the cops. Meanwhile, officers discovered an infant sitting in a cloud of cigarette smoke. Being warned about it did not improve her attitude. >> So put the cigarette out. >> Why do you have such an attitude? >> Put the cigarette out. Thank you. >> Did you just >> No, I didn't. >> Get out of the car. JUST GET OUT. NO, I DID NOT. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Get out of the You just put the cigarette out. >> No, I didn't. I put it the out. >> Get out. You're going to get sprayed. Get out. You're going to get out. >> You're going to GET SPRAYED. GET OUT. Get out. You're going to get sprayed. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> NO. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY? >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET SPRAYED. >> Hold on. Hold on. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're going to get tased. >> I'm calm. >> You're going to GET TASED VIDEO. >> LET HER GO. GOD. >> Let her go. Let her go. >> Get on the ground. >> ARE YOUING SERIOUS? I AM on the ground. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You mother. >> TURN AROUND. [screaming] >> Turn around. >> Let's get some other units over here. Taser to point. >> Serious. Get your hands on your back. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. She made a bad move. Turn around. Hands behind your back. >> What did I do? Sit in front of my truck. Sit in front of my truck. Sit in front of my truck. Sit down. Sit up. Feet up. Cross your ankles. >> Bad move. >> You can slow it down. Bamboo drive. >> Put the cigarette on me. >> Screw it over there. >> Rather than put out the cigarette, she flicked it straight at the officer. Seconds later, she was introduced to a taser and a pair of handcuffs. Her response: deny the whole thing while standing in front of multiple cameras. How's my son in there? >> Unhandcuff her. Make sure she doesn't have no weapons so she can take care of her kid. >> Whose kid? Whose kid is >> I live right? >> Okay. Someone responsible that can take care of that kid, please. 21. >> So, wait. She's the mother. >> I'm the mom. >> The one that was smoking in the car. Okay. >> And we were moving and then you pulled us over. M stop. Everything you do, >> everything you did, everything you're doing was recorded from the beginning, from the get- go. Audio and video. Okay. On my body cam. >> I'll put in my report. >> Yeah, probably fennel or uh Yeah, probably fenel. >> Oh, yeah. There we go. >> Oh, Jesus. That was like really Yeah. All right. >> Yep. Dope right there, brother. And it's fentanel. I [ __ ] shoot. That's a light. >> You don't shoot your fentanyl? >> I don't shoot. >> You smoke it? >> I don't even smoke it. No. >> Okay. You eat it? >> No, I don't evening do it. >> No. And ears. That's right. All right. >> I really don't do >> Here it is in your pocket. You don't do it. No. >> Police soon found an even bigger issue hiding in her pocket. Fentinel. Naturally, she denied owning it and acted as though the drugs had magically appeared there while she was traveling with a baby. >> I tickle tickle tickle. I tickle tickle tickle. >> Whoa. Is that my body camera? It's a teddy bear. It's a little teddy bear. Let's go look in my cruiser real quick. Whoa. Whoa. Look at all the bright lights in there, bud. Whoa. You standing up. What are you doing? Oh my gosh. What are you doing? What are you doing? The bear's falling. Are you holding on to my store? It's a weird question. Are there diapers in that car? >> I was, >> dude, he is plum pool. >> Let's go look and see if we have some diapers for you, little dude. Oh, boy. Here we go. All right, dude. You ready? You ready? Here we go. Good job. I know, right? It's super stressful out here. It's like all cold and dark. What's up with that, dude? You'd be such a good boy. Oh my god. Little homie, your diaper is fuller than anything. What's up with that? Wa! cleaning a little diaper. Here you go, buddy. Ready? Ready. YEAH. GOOD JOB, LITTLE GUY. YOU'RE DOING so well. You're such a toughy. You're such a ty. Yes, you are. Good job. Fresh and clean. Fresh and clean. Fresh and clean. you. Here you go, big hos. Good job, dude. >> You going to take him home? >> He was going to go home with us. >> No. >> And that kid. >> He wants us to call X and go with child endangerment, child neglect. >> Just saving this little man makes my saves taste so much better. >> Oh, yeah. 100%. Poor guy. >> Yeah. >> And he's such a good baby, too. >> All right. I appreciate it. and I'll I'll call you back. >> Yeah. Now, >> by the end of the stop, she was facing charges for assaulting an officer and possessing fentinel along with allegations of child endangerment for exposing an infant to such a dangerous environment. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. The fact the baby did not seem at all frightened when chaos erupted all around him is very telling. Probably the best interaction with an adult this kid has ever had was with this officer. [music] The cop cares more about the kid than the kid's own parents. Don't try to prove how tough you are by smoking around a baby and throwing cigarettes at cops. The cigarette may burn out in seconds, but the [music] consequences of a taser ride and a pocket full of fentanil can follow you for years. Welcome to the stage of a genuine Gen Z superstar determined to show the world that 19 is plenty old enough to make spectacularly bad decisions. down you WHY >> I'm going to tell you >> why you DON'T GIVE ME A boat I All right. >> On November 18th, 2024, Thomas's stepfather called police after a household demolition project got underway. The moment officers showed up, Thomas abandoned the wrecking crew role and switched to the misunderstood victim routine. Here's what happened next. >> What's up, buddy? What's going on, man? DON'T HIT ME. >> While Thomas was busy explaining how unfair life was, his mother revealed that alcohol and drugs were also involved. He then helpfully backed up her story by trying to climb into a police car and swinging at an officer who got in the way. want to your [ __ ] side. [ __ ] you. >> Calm down. I don't want to hurt you, buddy. Relax. >> Help me. Why you hurt me if you don't want to hurt me? >> Well, obviously you trying to swing at me. >> I'm not playing those games. >> I'm trying to find out what your PROBLEM IS. >> MY PARENTING PARENTS. >> SO, what's what's the issue with your parents? >> THEY DON'T WANT ME HERE. I'm not >> Hey yo, >> I'm gonna tell you why. >> Why you [ __ ] you? >> Sir, >> I'm not one of them. You >> could have >> restrained after rushing toward the police cruiser, Thomas fled into a neighbor's yard and started yelling about racism. The argument quickly fell apart when he realized Officer Joseph was black as well. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. I got you. Don't give ME I gotell move. Turn over. use the control. >> Even after repeated warnings, Thomas refused to cooperate and kept resisting. The result was predictable. A taser ride that put an abrupt end to the standoff. Unfortunately, the real chaos was still waiting inside the police cruiser. >> Why is sitting my dog, bro? >> They they nice. >> What What's your issue tonight? We're trying to help you. >> We're trying to talk to you and you're just not listening. So, obviously he's going to jail tonight for battery and law enforcement. So, battery means >> punching, kicking, hitting the police. >> All right. So, that's what that's number one. And resisting cuz he's he's trying to fight us while on the ground. So, he's going to jail for two things. And obviously, he's intoxicated. >> All right. So, we're not charging him for that, but he's going to jail for that cuz we're trying to talk to him. We're trying to give him We're trying to talk to him. When I got here, >> all I trying to do is trying to talk to him, trying to calm him down, trying to figure out what's wrong with him. He start going to other people houses. They are my stepdad and my and my stepmom. They don't want me here. They hate me. [laughter] You don't know why he's alive? Of course, you don't understand. >> Inside the patrol car, Thomas continued his meltdown, hurling insults and racial slurs at the officers. At one point, even his own mother appeared fed up, admitting she could no longer control her son's behavior. After punching at an officer, trying to climb into a police cruiser and repeatedly resisting, Thomas earned himself two criminal charges. Battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting with violence. [music] Let's see what people have been saying about this young man. He's got some anger issues on top of whatever he used. I'd be mad, too, if my barber did that to me. If he wasn't a short guy, I probably wouldn't have laughed when he tried to climb into the police car. But I did. It looked adorable somehow. If your plan involves getting intoxicated, fighting police, and then yelling racism, don't be surprised when the taser [music] remains completely neutral on the issue. If the previous case featured the classic racism card, this one stars a young man whose drug enhanced main character syndrome convinced him that reality simply didn't apply to him. >> Hey, stop. Hey, that's far enough. Get off me, man. Get off. Get off. >> Stop resisting. >> Video games weed. >> If you combine that, you get aggressive. Like I I eye looking. >> Bro thought he was still in GTA 6. On June 2nd, [music] 2024, the whole thing started with a pretty simple call. A young man was casually strolling down the middle of the road, blocking traffic, and making himself everyone else's problem. Hey man, stop right there. Hey, stop. Hey, >> that's far enough. >> Get off me, man. Get off. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop it. STOP IT. [screaming] GROUND. >> YEP. You want to take off me? >> Whoa. He just swore on me. >> Get off. Get off. You're >> Get off me. I'M JUST WALKING. >> GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. >> One taste. >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind the back. Hands behind your back, dude. walking. >> Hands behind you. >> Give me your other hand. >> We're both together. >> Just walking. You guys assaulted me. You do realize that, right? Just because I wasn't following the street rules doesn't mean that I should be treated like this. >> I can't breathe. Can you please just let off your knees? Give me just a second. >> Hang on, dude. I was just walking. You guys touched me. You do know that. >> You swung on me. >> You tried. >> YOU TRIED TO PUNCH ME IN THE FACE. >> You assaulted a police officer. >> Let me pass. >> You literally grabbed me. >> I don't know if you >> just walking. >> I don't know if you know this. Walking in the roadway is against the law. Told to get out of the road, Luke responded by trying to phase through the police chief like a video game character. Moments later, a taser provided a very persuasive argument against that plan. >> Just so you know, that taser didn't feel like >> 512. That's weak. I still stand to both of you mother and the handcuff. >> Well, you know what? But >> here's the deal, man. We were trying >> trying to what? Ruin my day? >> No, we were trying to not hurt you. >> We were trying to be nice >> and then you decided to swing on us. >> How old are you? >> You grabbed me. >> How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> Oh, perfect. >> You grabbed me. I didn't even do nothing. I swung because you guys were both hitting me. >> We weren't hitting you. >> Youing grabbing me. I was just >> You were not complying. >> I shouldn't have to. It's a free country. I'm not. >> Here's the deal, man. You have the right to remain silent. Why don't you use that? >> You guys are a bunch ofing [ __ ] >> What's your name, dude? >> You know what my name is? You guys all know who the I am. >> No, we don't. >> Yes, you do. >> What's your name, man? >> You guys talk about me all theing time. I'm the most popular man in thising town. >> If you're so popular, what's your name? >> You know who I am. I'm Luke. >> Luke what? >> But I don't ask to be popular. I just know I am cuz everybody watches me all the time. >> Luke, what's your last name? >> Luke. >> Yeah, you're messing with Matt's son. Good job, man. >> Who's Matt? >> Matt. >> I do. You know >> that taser was weak as >> I believe you. >> Yeah, the old one was better. The one before that was real good. >> But do you see I was just walking even though I wasn't walking on the sidewalk. You guys grabbed me. No, nothing [ __ ] happened. You guys >> You remember when I told you to step over on the sidewalk so I could talk to you and you ignored me and kept on walking? >> I'm allowed to keep walking >> and then you tried to walk right through my sergeant. >> I don't owe you. >> Sorry. >> I am my own person. You can't keep landing. >> You can't walk in the middle of the road. You get hit by a car. >> We don't want you to get killed. >> It's my life. I'm allowed to gamble it any way I want. >> Not exactly. >> You're allowed to do whatever you want. I'm allowed to do whatever I want. >> Well, that's not exactly true. You can't just Yeah, it is. You can't just do whatever you want. >> Luke proudly claimed he was famous and that everyone knew him. Yet, when he introduced himself as I'm Luke, Matt's son, both officers looked completely lost. At that point, they genuinely started wondering if he was an Andrew Tate super fan. You said the taser didn't hurt you nowhere, right? >> Nope. >> You said we didn't hurt you. >> Stay down there. >> You said we didn't hurt you, >> huh? >> You said we couldn't hurt you, right? No, you guys did not hurt me. >> Okay. >> I'm just minding my own business and you guys are the ones >> That's exactly That's exactly what we were doing. >> We're minding our own business trying to do our job. >> By approaching me, >> we're trying to help you. Trying to keep you out of the roadway so you don't get run over. >> By approaching me, you were minding your own business. >> Luke, believe it or not, >> we we received a call. >> Believe it or not, we don't want you to get over >> costumes. That's what the you guys are. >> Believe it or not, we don't want you to get run over. >> I ain't going to get ran over. Well, walking in the middle of the road. Don't you get that? >> There's sidewalks on both sides. >> No one willing hit me. >> There's sidewalks on both sides of the street, man. >> You guys just don't want it to be known that no one willing hit me. That's what it is. >> Look, I'm going to ask you a serious question. Have you done any illegal drugs today? >> Have you used methamphetamine? >> I smoked weed. >> You smoked weed? Did you? Have you used methamphetamine today? >> No. >> Okay. The reason I'm asking is your eyes are like super pinpoint like your pupils. >> Are you sure you haven't >> play a lot of video games? You You know how you have to watch your eyes and >> Okay. All right. >> Video games weed. >> Okay. >> If you combine that, you get aggressive like eye looking. >> Okay. No methamphetamine, nothing like that. >> Nope. >> Okay. All right. Asked why his pupils looked the way they did, Luke offered a groundbreaking scientific theory involving weed in video games. Unsurprisingly, the officers weren't buying it. >> See, I'm not the aggressive one here. >> Neither am I. >> This is >> He's got some taser bars here. Roll over here, bud. He's got some taser barbs in his back and in his legs. >> Um, >> yeah. If you guys could remove him and just give him >> a quick assessment. >> He's telling us that he doesn't have any injuries or anything. literally just walking. You guys [ __ ] grabbed me and threw me on the ground. >> I was just walking. >> Do you want me to take it off here? >> No. >> Why do you guys even build that those churches? Huh? It don't mean to you guys. >> What are you talking about? >> You know exactly what I'm talking about. >> No, I most certainly do not. >> Okay, Luke. >> Yeah. >> You hurt anywhere? You have any injuries at all? >> I'm just hurt by you guys. >> Okay. here. >> Any health problems? Do you take any medications? >> No. No medications? Just smoke weed. That's literally all I do. And that's legal. But not for my age cuz I ain't 21. But okay. >> Yeah. Might as well get out of the road. >> All right. You ready? We're going to stand you up. One, two, three. Up. There you go. >> Which car you want them in? >> Uh, mine's got a little more room. >> So, is this what these Andrew tape videos are? You say what these what tapes are? >> Andrew tape videos. You know exactly what I'm talking >> I have no idea what you're talking about. >> Pat him down. I'm going to shut my middle divider. >> Stupid all you pockets. There's a phone. >> No weapons or anything. >> I understand. No weapons or anything though. >> None. Uh, no weed cartridge. >> Wait, try the left side. >> That is >> There it is. You going to have a seat? Watch your head when you get in. That's all we had on. >> Yeah, I think we know, but I have no idea who this kid is. >> I am. After mixing underage weed use, highway wandering, and a punch aimed at a police officer, Luke successfully unlocked a collection of charges that included felony assault, obstruction, failure to comply, and resisting arrest. Let's see what people had to say about this dude. Drugfueled genius. Tune in for the next adventure of Luke Street Walker. Dear parents, please acknowledge if your kid is a piece of [ __ ] It's your job to stop that, not everyone else. Don't blame video games and weed for your parentless behavior. Coming up next. >> No, I want to call my attorney right now. >> If you have the right, you call your attorney and I want to do that right now. >> No, I'm calling my attorney. >> The right to remain silent. >> I want to call my attorney. >> Say can be held against you in the court of law. You have this thing. Please let me call my attorney. >> Stop in this [ __ ] >> Let me talk to my attorney now. >> All right. I will tase you. Taser. Taser. Taser. I will tase you. >> THIS AIN'T GOING TO STOP. >> STOP IT. >> YOU'RE GOING TO kill me. >> On July 2nd, 2024 at a Toyota dealership in Green County, Ohio, police were called because a woman was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Chala Long explained that her cousin had abandoned her on the side of the road after a night of heavy drinking [music] and asked the police for a free ride home to Dayton. Is >> she a customer, sir? No. >> Okay. Hi. How are you doing today? >> Good. Am I like violating something? >> Are you violating? I don't know. >> I was just trying to just get a ride back up. Can you give me a ride back up? >> Back up to where, ma'am? >> Like towards state. >> Okay. Well, let's start with this. Do you have your ID with you so I know who I'm talking to? >> I'm just trying to get a ride back. But if you can't help me. >> Well, I might be able to help you, but I need to know who I'm talking to. Do you have your ID with you? How how did you get out here today? >> My cousin dropped me off because she was like speeding and I didn't want to be with her in the morning. >> Okay. >> I know it's Memorial Day weekend. We were drinking, driving and whatnot and I told her I didn't want to be involved with her activities >> and she's left me on the other side of the road. >> Okay. >> So, ever since then, I'm just been trying >> Mhm. >> to get her right back date 10. Okay. So, >> can you help me with that? >> Maybe. We'll see. Uh, do you have your money with you, though? I'm not saying I won't. >> I know you won't. >> How do you know? >> Cuz I can tell. >> It's not It's not It's your job. >> It's not my job. I get people rides back to Dayton all the time. >> What do they think I'm like harassing our um property or something? >> Do they think? >> Yeah. >> The Toyota dealership called so said that they had asked you to leave and that you didn't leave at first. >> I was talking to one of her. Um, I don't want to bring him. If you can't help me, sir, can I please just continue with my journey? >> I'm not saying that you can't, but they were concerned that you may be on something or maybe you've been drinking. I'm >> not. >> Have you been drinking? Cuz you just told me that you guys were drinking. >> I'm not on that. >> That's fine. >> I just want I have to head back towards date. >> That's fine. But we have to ask those questions. I have to make sure you can care for yourself. >> Can you take me back to school? >> As long as you can care for yourself. Yes, ma'am. >> Can you please do that now? I need your ID first. >> Well, then I want I want to walk. >> Okay. Well, hold on then. >> I'm on house arrest. I don't want to violate nothing. If if anybody feels while I'm walking that I'm threatening them, then you can do your job. But right now, I just want to be left alone. I just want to be able to scream when I want to scream. Please let me feel. I don't want to fail. >> Okay. >> I don't want to get in the way. >> You can follow me. >> Hold on. They asked me to leave and I have it took me like 10 minutes. I'm not going to lie, I pack my tobacco. >> Okay. >> Instead of handing over her ID, Chala explained that she was grieving her late father and therefore apparently entitled to use an entire commercial district as her personal therapy room. >> Right now, you're being detained. Her chances of simply walking away were disappearing fast. >> He's going to read your Miranda rightites. Okay. >> I want my um >> I suggest you can fly. Just listen to him. Apparently deciding that kicking the patrol car and yelling at officers wasn't enough, Paula somehow freed a hand from her cuffs and attempted an unauthorized exit from the cruiser. The officers were less than supportive of the idea. >> I'm going to have to rest. >> Let's get it. >> Let's [screaming] get you ready. You ready? >> So, she slipped all the way out OF HER CAR. We're going to keep the head right in there. Okay. Just keep that right there. >> The taser delivered a remarkably effective attitude adjustment. Moments later, Chala went from fighting officers to admitting she was high and demanding a hospital trip. The officer politely declined to join her newfound sense of urgency. By the end of the encounter, Chalahu was facing charges for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer along with a serious probation violation that sent her straight back to jail. For today's grand finale, we head to Wisconsin where a couple decided that if you're going to start a fight, you might as well do it directly inside a police station. On October 7th, 2024, a couple took time out of their day to confront what they considered a major public crisis. [music] A newly installed stop sign near their house. They brought their concerns directly to a public safety building. Here's what happened next. >> Hi, how's it going? >> What's going on today? >> Okay. >> Thank you very much. >> What's that? >> Um, we'll be able to step in and make a formal complaint about >> You did that already, right? >> No, this is another You got another police contact or what? >> Whole another situation just with um police contact and um just with regulations being put out I guess on my streets without it being public notice or anything as well. Like I just want to talk about the stop sign, the the recess stop sign that's there. >> Okay. >> Um it wasn't there before and I also talked to Swaban in the city and they said there was no no doicile for a stop sign to be put or even put up. We just want to know how the other day he got arrested for supposedly running that stop sign that didn't >> arrested for it. >> Yes, he did. >> Yes, he did. >> Either way, >> arrested is the same thing in the back of it is the same thing and our lawyer has explained to us that it is the same thing >> under the fact that it was an illegal stop. It was but um >> so how is it that arrest ran a stop sign that didn't exist and now a stop sign just appears on our really make a complaint? >> Because the chief requested it be put there. But why is that? >> So that it can uh >> there was no there was no there was no regulation. There was no regulations or code guidelines or anything. >> Let's go ahead and >> so I I don't understand why you want to complain about a stop sign >> because of the fact that it was we had recording of who was told to put it there personally. The employees that came >> decided to speak with us personally. >> Okay. >> And they were given instructions on to just randomly come put that stop sign there. Right. The chief of the chief of police, my boss, directed that it be put there so that >> chief of police, your boss. >> Okay. So, is he aware of the arrest and the detain that happened to me? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, he watched the video, correct? >> Correct. Yeah. >> So, after watching the video on me screaming at your your officers for arresting me for the stop sign that's not apparently there, there's apparently now a recessed portaotti stop sign on my street. >> A recessed portaotty? Yeah, that's what we call them. Um, and cuz instruction we call them like porty potty. They're like porta potty signs. It's port. So basically little small recess stop signs, playground stop signs, like kids that play stop signs. It's not a a legitimate stop sign there. It's literally a >> So you're saying it's not a full size normal stop sign. >> It's [clears throat] literally from here to put there personally by the chief. >> And the chief said that it makes doesn't really make sense to have one dead end have a stop sign and one not have a stop sign. There was not one on either of them and I have pictures to prove that. >> Okay. So, just like and there's still not one at the other one. So, I'm still not understanding how is it that again he left his house at 11:30 at night and was I know that they I watched the video. >> So, then why is there any confusion about why we're irritated that you guys can just throw up a stop sign now after you stop? The village has the right or the ability to put traffic control devices up if they see fit. >> And they had the right to just arrest him for making one up. >> I'm not going to argue with you. He was not arrested. >> Believing the stop sign had been strategically deployed to ruin their lives. D'Angelo and Holly took their grievances to the police station. D'Angelo then strengthened his case by arguing that the sign looked like something you'd see outside a portable toilet. >> We've also >> Okay. Well, there's also other things that have been gone on in your street before that you may not be privy to. Well, they should have privied us to it because now Well, that's not my problem because I'm falling under duress to it and y'all are arresting me for no reason because of it. >> We didn't arrest you. >> So, I don't know what you think that putting somebody in the back of a truck. >> So, the discovery happened you guys already by chance. >> Okay. Is that your the basis of your complaint today is a stop sign? >> Basis of all of it. The harassment that all the police officers in here know what's going on and you guys think it's a game, but nobody wants to see me outside of a uniform, do they? You have anything else today? >> Nobody. >> I'm not. >> And I haven't threatened any officer. I said sign a waiver, which is an agreement between two people to do something rightfully. >> Maybe I suggest you get a copy of the video then before you start talking. >> I already have it. We have the full video. >> Then you should know you're not being truthful right now. >> I don't give a you're talking about you're not being truthful. >> Your officers aren't being truthful either. >> Kind of a habit. >> Okay. >> Well, they were. >> Yeah. >> So, when this reach Listen, when this reaches the news, understand deputy, what's your name? You do know that what you're saying right now is going to be the news, right? >> Yep. >> And my mood and what I'm saying to you right now makes sense and you're trying to deny the fact that the stop sign is there to regulate me. >> That's not regulating you. >> What is it for then? >> I already told you we are making it so that it's >> So what was I just the guinea pig? The pre interrupting me. We're done talking. >> Was I the Was I the pre-top guinea pig? >> Was I the pre-top guinea pig for the stop? Well, I'm here. You guys like me being here. Write the >> After learning the sign was installed due to safety concerns, D'Angelo accused police of corruption and threatened to blast them online. When officers told him to file a complaint himself, the situation only got worse. Now the stop sign is there after it wasn't. Explain to me why are you and your personal chief taking an executive ORDER TO PUT A STOP SIGN there when it wasn't supposed to be there. So now you guys know what you did after your chief watched the video. After your chief watched the video, I want to give you the basis of my complaint. >> After the chief watched the Don't touch. After the chief watched the video, now he turns off the light. >> Now he turns off the light. Angela, let's go. >> Big baby, you piece of trash. Get the out of my way. >> Come on. And guess what? You should let me say something. >> If I want to walk, I'll walk. You guys can't make me walk. >> I'll walk. My neck. >> Being asked to leave was apparently too much to handle. D'Angelo responded by pushing an officer, earning himself a taser demonstration. His girlfriend immediately joined the action, helping turn a police station into the least successful WWE try out in history. >> You're a racist prick. >> You're a racist. You know that you're one racist. >> One racist. You >> got to settle down here. >> No, I'm good. Watch this. You push me. Watch. You push me. You should have never touched me or my girl you came to fight to complain about your racist ass people and you're mad. You want to turn the lights off on us conversation. >> I trying I was trying to explain you. >> This is exactly the situation. >> Yeah. Go members go. This isn't even the first complaint or the second complaint or the third complaint about Ashwaba. They have been harassing D'Angelo ever since I've known him. And before I've even known him, he's lived here for almost 3 years. And this is constant. And I'm here trying to help him. [laughter and gasps] I'm here trying to help him. And it's like it's like this is a giant nightmare that we can't wake up from. And the people that are supposed to be helping us are the ones who are doing wrong against us. And I don't understand how to make it stop. So, the reason now we're in here trying to make a complaint about the fact that this stop sign just appeared and he won't even take the time to to to make the complaint for us. He just shut off the lights on us and said, "Get out." >> Okay, >> this isn't acceptable. None of this is acceptable. The fact that I am in handcuffs is not acceptable. The fact that D'Angelo is in handcuffs is unacceptable. ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS COME IN HERE AND MAKE a complaint about the harassment. >> Okay. >> So, going to jail. Okay. So, I'll be transported to >> Yeah, you have a report with her. >> Okay. Um, so you're going to go to jail for >> for disrolling conduct, resisting and battery to an officer. >> So, that's where we're at right now. He is also going >> Why? What did What did I do to deserve those charges? Tell me what I did to deserve those charges. I've never been arrested before in my entire life. I came in here today to get help [laughter] to make a complaint >> and I am in handcuffs now and so is D'Angelo. >> All I can say >> because we asked for help. >> I understand that. So my point of view, all I know is that when I came out, everyone was sprawled on the floor fighting. Okay? So I wasn't there beforehand. All I know is that I helped take you into custody, which is why you're in handcuffs. So I don't >> He was being arrested and you interfered with that arrest. You can't do that. Okay. If you would just stood there doing nothing. >> Stood there and do nothing WHILE YOU WHILE YOU DO THAT TO HIM WHILE YOU WHILE YOU BOTH ATTACK HIM AND PUT him in cuffs for no reason and tase him for no reason. You're kidding. >> So >> would you stand there if your wife was being treated like that? Do you think that you would stand there and do nothing? You'd stand there and do nothing. >> That's where we're at right now. Okay. >> What's wrong with you people? >> You will have a court date to explain your side of the story. >> What's wrong with you people? Safely in handcuffs, Holly tearfully claimed they had only come to file a complaint. The problem was that the cameras had already recorded the pushing, fighting, and resistance that followed. Both were ultimately hit with a long list of charges. D'Angelo faced everything from disorderly conduct to resisting an officer. Although two felony charges were later dropped, he still received probation and strict supervision. Holly didn't fare much better, serving two days in jail and paying $1,198 in fines after being convicted of assaulting law enforcement, obstructing an arrest, and disorderly conduct.
