Not right. >> Her night ended with charges for DWI resisting arrest and assault on public and medical personnel. Instead of going home, she went straight to jail. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. I have a feeling she's no different sober than she is drunk. You can tell this girl was the high school bully. So many resources wasted on this woman. The bottle may cloud your judgment, but it won't erase responsibility. Lies, manipulation, and arrogance often turn a bad situation into a criminal one. If the first case was wild enough, this woman is here to prove that wet pants won't stop a determined commitment to resisting the police. >> Get off of me. >> I'm not going to get off you cuz you're not resisting. You got piss all over me. >> I didn't pee on you. What the hell with you? >> You just piss your pants. You have piss everywhere. All over you. So, I'm calling the shots here. Get back in the car. DYLAN, >> this is ridiculous. What are you doing? >> On March 11th, 2024, officers responding to a domestic violence call found Carly's car badly damaged in a corn field. Despite the obvious damage, she insisted she hadn't hit a thing. Here's what happened next. >> Hello. >> Hi. Are you Carly? >> Yeah. >> What's going on? You step out for me. >> Okay. Here. I'm not asking you. >> Don't even touch me. >> I am going to touch you. Walk back there. I'm going to make you walk back to my car. You want to play this game? Come on. You're going to go in handcuffs if you don't walk back to my car. >> Turn around. Put your hands back. Turn around. Do not resist. Don't resist. Stop. Stop it. Stop it. Put your hand behind your back. Put your other hand behind your back. Carly, if you don't listen, I'm going to put you on the ground. I'm going to handcuff you. It's not going to feel good. Put your other hand behind your back. >> Now, >> put your other hand behind your back. >> No. >> Do you want to go on the ground? >> Sure, why not? >> Why you two? >> All you have to do is listen. You're the one forcing me. I want to go back in my house. >> You're not going in your house. You're under arrest. >> Why? >> Sit in the car. >> Why? >> Because I just told you you're under arrest. >> Why? Why? >> Done. >> Tell me why. Why am I under arrest? What did I do? >> You need an ambulance. Very good. >> Let me go back to my room. >> Not very happy with you right now. >> Yeah. Doo. >> You got piss all over me. >> I didn't pee on you. What the hell with you? >> You just pissed your pants. There's piss everywhere. All over you. >> Are you serious? >> What is that? What? >> Henry 10. >> OH, HELL NO. >> Get in the car. >> I'm about you. Put your leg in the car. I'm going to tase you. >> Where did you see Where do YOU SEE THIS AT? I'm going to tase you if you don't stop. I didn't pay myself. >> Looks like you did. >> Prove it, Ben. >> I don't need to prove it. >> Ow. >> All right, you're good. >> Prove it. >> I don't want this. >> Um, >> prove it. >> I don't need to prove anything. Yeah. This girl, she fought me. Oh, she needs charges. >> She's client piss all over me. >> She ended up wetting her pants due to her level of intoxication. Rather than feeling embarrassed, she somehow turned it into another argument, repeatedly challenging officers to check her pants. Hopefully, the officer remembered to wash his hands afterward. >> Do you have isn't text message form or do you have like proof of that? >> No. verbal and her even her sister was here because she's her sister is going to Atinson to meet my faith kids mom cuz my kids were down here also and so she had to take them to meet her because I knew you guys WOULD BE COMING OUT and she hit something I don't know what she hit >> and I tried asking her and she's swearing up and down she didn't hit anything and I'm like where's the damage at? Oh, literally looking underneath her car. The radiator is like [ __ ] squish. Okay. Oh, yeah. She hit something for sure. Yeah. Oh, she went in the field. If you just slip those off, you will be charged with the phone and go right back in handcuffs. I'm gonna put them on tight to where you can't get them off. Right now, they're kind of loose. >> So, if you want >> I don't want anywhere near you. >> Guess what? You don't have the option. You don't have the option. >> Get the away from me. >> Not going to happen. >> Yep. When you resist the police, you don't get to tell us what to do. You don't get to tell us what to do at all. Actually, >> maybe I could talk to somebody that's not you >> right now. We don't need to talk to you. I don't Nobody needs to talk to you. >> It's not going to happen. Let me pull my >> You're trying to run away. We're not going to get off of you. >> Let me pull this up. >> Pants would have fallen down if you didn't jump out of a car. >> Oh, maybe because you harassing me. >> You were sitting in a car. Who wants to fall asleep on you? >> Let me spit. >> Spit. >> That's disgusting. >> Sorry. Just try to try to aim. Aim right here. >> Back here. >> I don't see. >> Okay. Well, you almost did. >> She was ultimately charged with a long list of offenses, including driving under the influence, resisting arrest, criminal damage to property, assault on a law enforcement officer, and attempted escape. Let's take a look at what people had to say about this woman. When the cop said, "You did this last time." That explains everything. They need to start giving these idiots significant jail time for this nonsense. It's unbelievably satisfying when cops show these kinds of people whose boss what begins as a minor violation can spiral into life-changing legal consequences when alcohol poor decisions and resistance take over. If you thought the last case was extreme, wait until you meet this 24year-old who proves that alcohol and delusion are an even more dangerous combination. Stay far enough. NOBODY GOT your back. >> Okay. >> Get the away from me. >> Just away from me. On December 12th, 2022, a drunken argument between Sierra and her mother ended with Sierra being left at a bar. Go ahead and turn around. >> Keep walking. >> Let's just keep walking. >> After being left at the bar, Miss Pooperpants turned her anger on everyone around her, repeatedly arguing with police and making claims about white privilege before things spiraled further. >> Stop. Don't do >> get the off. >> Well, unfortunately, you don't have that as an option anymore. Okay, knock it out. >> Get the off. >> All right, JUST LEAVE IT. >> GET HIM OFF ME. >> I'M NOT ON YOU. >> JUST TAKE A STEP BACK. I don't want you GETTING far enough BACK THAT NOBODY GETS. OKAY. I got another partner on the way. Soon as he gets here in custody, >> she can go to jail for me. >> All right, you're going to jail for disorderly conduct at this point. Just so we're clear, you are under arrest for assault on an officer. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. Okay? Only reason I'm not putting you in cuss right now is cuz I don't want to hurt you. So, I'm waiting for my partner to get here. Okay? But if you do anything, I will put you on custody myself. No, just just chill for a minute. Okay? Just stay seated for a minute. Okay? >> There you go. Just relax. GET AWAY FROM ME. YOU GROSS ME OUT. SHE COLLAPSED onto the ground, crying and screaming, "Stay away from me!" despite officers simply standing nearby. Backup eventually arrived to help get the 24year-old into a patrol car, but the drama wasn't over yet. Behind your back, >> okay, >> get the away from me. >> Just stay right here. Hey, >> away from me. >> Just stay right here. GET THE GET AWAY FOR ME REAL QUICK. >> GET HIM, BOY. YOU WANT ME TO PUT HER IN real quick? >> I just want to do without hurting her. >> JUST >> GET HER, BOYS. >> HEY, RELAX. Just relax. >> Just chill. Hey, just relax. Sierra, >> come on. Hey, hey, hey. Look, I don't want you getting hurt. If you struggle, you're going to get hurt. >> Get away from me. >> Okay. I can't now. I'm trying to help you. >> Get away from me. I will literally I will literally >> GET THE OUT OF ME. I'M GOING TO I'M GOING to >> Okay. Well, I'm going to get you under arrest. >> Okay. Listen. >> I'm going to get you under. >> You're going in the back of my patrol car. >> Okay. you. >> I WOULD LIKE TO GET >> I WOULD LIKE >> I'M GOING TO GET YOU UNDER HIM. >> I DON'T GIVE A >> Other side. Let's go to this side. Okay. >> I'm going TO GET YOU GUYS ARRESTED. I'M GOING TO GET YOU GUYS ARRESTED. >> OKAY. Do you have anything SHARP ON YOU? >> NO. I DON'T THINK SO. >> Nothing on that side. >> Nothing in THE BACK. >> A CELL PHONE. >> THERE'S NOTHING ON. >> Let's have a seat. Come. There you go. Good job. Have a seat. There you go. Almost a little more. There you go. Spit in. Spit in there. There we go. Good job. >> Despite being medically evaluated and cleared for transport, she remained convinced that standard arrest procedures were actually a kidnapping. You're in luck. That was the fastest I've ever been in and out of the hospital. >> Get me the out of these. >> Yep. We're going to the jail right now and that's when you'll get let out. Okay. I've got discharge paperwork for you for the hospital. for you from the hospital. >> Okay. >> Get me the out of here. >> Yeah. >> Get the off me. >> You need to relax. >> Get the off me. >> Relax. >> GET THE OFF. >> BRING YOUR LEGS out the car. Come on, Ma. >> I'll go over there. >> Come on. >> Get the off me. >> I'm just helping you out of the car. It's okay. I don't want you bad. I just want to get >> Get the OUT OF ME. I DON'T LIE HERE. SO, here's your choice. You can >> I don't WANT YOU. I WANT HER. >> THERE YOU GO. >> OH, I WANT to talk. I might try this right now. >> Disorderly conduct. Assault. Third, obstructing. >> Okay. You guys literally tried to like adopt me. >> Okay. Let's get out of the car here and then we can >> It's called arresting when a police officer does it. >> Get out of the car. You get the hand press off. >> PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ME. You have 5 seconds to bring your feet up. I'm going to pull you out of the car. I DON'T WANT >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> That's how that works. >> What the Get it up. >> Can I not let you After all that screaming and resistance, she walked away with three charges: resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and thirdderee assault on a public safety officer. Let's see what people have been saying about this young woman. Her punishment should be that she has to watch this video every day for the next 5 years. She has done this since she was a child, and no one ever told her no. Please show her the entire video in court. Please. She really, really needs to see herself. No amount of perceived privilege can erase unlawful behavior or protect someone from the consequences of violence and chaos caused by intoxication. Up next is a woman who seemed convinced that both 911 dispatchers and police officers were supposed to follow her orders. >> Why can I have another officer here, please? That is my right. >> THAT IS MY RIGHT. >> But the situation quickly spiraled in the exact opposite direction of what she had imagined. THEY DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. It is county 1183. They handcuffed me for no reason. Where are they taking me? >> Hold on, sir. >> Step in the car. >> On April 3rd, 2026, Mary called 911 four times in one day over issues involving a no contact order against her ex-boyfriend. When officers arrived to help, she refused to cooperate and insisted on speaking only to the officer she wanted. Here's what happened next. What happened? >> I haven't been able to access the phone. >> What's that? >> I would like to speak to another officer. And if you're powderly 1183, I would like to speak to another person. >> Okay. All right. Well, another officer is on the way. >> Not the same one that came last time. >> Nope. Different one. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. >> So, why do you want to talk to another officer? What's going on? >> I just don't feel I >> Yes. Yes. I tried to use his >> Thank you. I am >> I'm fine, >> but this person is not okay and is clearly violating the restraining order and there are four charges against him. >> Okay. There's nothing that I can Do. You want me to make him teleport like in front of me? I can't. >> What do you want me to do? >> Why would you say that? >> Because we already told you that we have to find him, right? >> No, I don't feel And this is the same officer as last time. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. I took >> That's not officer. No, the other one with the blue eyes. Okay, >> that came. >> Well, you have us here. So, what? >> No, I need another officer. >> I need you to help me understand what is going through your mind right now. >> What's going through my mind is that Sean Singh is violating a restraining order that has been filed in the state of New Jersey. >> Okay. >> He also has an arrest warrant out for him. >> Okay, we've established that. So, what else? >> I understand that, but I was told by Jersey City Police myself and they have a record of that. And if you could actually contact them in front of me, I would appreciate that. >> Okay. >> They have a full record of that. I know the detective does the case. This is a real case. >> Okay. But what does that have to do with you standing right now is >> the restraining order? >> I don't know if I'm going to go. Maybe I'll go to Jersey City tonight. My dad lives there. >> Okay. There's nothing saying that you can't do that. >> And maybe my dad will come here to stay here to feel safer. Or maybe we'll leave Mwa because this is very unsafe. Okay. And we have several detectives from the NYPD on the case. >> Okay. >> NYPD or Jersey City? >> Both. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to uh I'll tell you what. I'm going to call a resource for you for you to talk to to try to screen this. A screener. >> Not a cop that you don't have to It's not going to be a cop. >> I have another phone here. >> Okay. What is that? >> I can find out who's coming here. I will call the police and see the badge number. >> Yep. >> Powderly 1183. No core 1157. >> We saw that you guys were here. We have a ring camera. >> Okay. >> Just so you know, everything's being recorded. >> Recorded, too. >> Yep. >> All right. Just give me one second. We're going to get someone on the phone. Hopefully, that can get us all answers. Okay. >> Why don't you You want to come over? >> Yeah. I would like to. >> No. No. You can't leave. >> I wouldn't like to. >> You can't leave right now. You call 911. You ask for help. We're here to help. >> Okay. But can I just stand here? >> No. We're in the middle of the road. Let's go over here. Okay. Let's stand over here. >> Finding her ex-boyfriend wasn't enough. Mary even tried to customize the officer responding to the call. After dialing 911 yet again from a gas station, she was about to learn that emergency services aren't a concier service. >> I wouldn't like to stand anywhere. What are you doing? >> It's officer P. Jesus. [ __ ] >> You don't have a warrant. >> All right, let's involve A WARRANT. HELP. HELP ME. PLEASE HELP. HELP. I DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. NO. STOP. STOP. PLEASE HELP. SIR, HELP. PLEASE, SIR. PLEASE. NO. Can I have my shoes, please? >> Yes. You're going to get your shoes. >> You're not under arrest. >> What are you doing then? >> HELP ME. PLEASE. NO. YOU DON'T HAVE A RIGHT. >> YOU DON'T YOU'RE NOT UNDER LET ME GO. LET ME GO. LET ME GO. NO. NO, NO, NO. >> CHRIST, >> LET GO. YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. You don't You don't have a word. YOU DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. >> YOU'RE GOING TO HURT YOURSELF WHEN YOU STOP. >> OH MY GOD. >> YOU DON'T HAVE A WOOD. I HAVE I have a tractor with you. Right up. >> You're not IN ANY TROUBLE. NO WAY. PLEASE HELP. PLEASE HELP. PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER SIDE. >> OKAY. CAN YOU JUST get one more car? >> Yes. I'll get your shoes. You're okay. >> You don't want Why are you arresting me? >> You're not under arrest. We're going to a hospital. >> Can you tell me what's going on? >> We're going to a hospital. Stay in the car. >> Yes. >> No. >> We're going to go to a hospital. >> Why can't I have another officer here, please? That is my right. You'll get You'll get >> That is my right. >> My parents know where I am. Okay. >> Yes. >> They know where I am. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What are you doing? >> We're taking you to the hospital for a screening. >> Hospitalage. >> No. >> Yes. >> Can you contact my parents? >> Yes. >> Please do that right now. >> You know their phone number? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Please contact my parents. >> Are you going to relax? >> Yes. But please call my mom and dad and I >> I'm going to put your shoes down on the ground. Put your feet here. >> Can you please call them in front of me, please? >> Yes. Yes, we can. >> Why does no one believe me? We have this. >> All you have to do is get out of the road. >> But I didn't understand what's going on. Why'd you handcuff me? >> We were trying to get you screened >> parking lot >> and you're trying to fight us in the middle of the parking lot. >> Wait, why do I take these off? >> No. >> No. >> But why? >> You're trying to run away. >> What do you mean? You're looking like being charged. No, because why did you grab me like that? That freaks me out. Can you please call my parents? I know you had to get out of the room. Please call my parents. We're going to go down to the hospital and then we're going to call your parents. >> NO, CALL MY PARENTS NOW. PLEASE. I need to speak to them. I'll tell them where I'm going. >> Do you want to talk to your parents? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you sit in the car and we'll talk to them? >> No. >> The only way I'm going to call your parents right now is if you sit down and >> Can I stand? I'm not moving. >> Who is that? Your mom or your dad? >> Dad. I'll talk to him. >> I want to speak to him. No. No. Dad, please. >> No. Don't do this. I need to speak to him. >> Is this Mary's father? >> Oh my. >> Hello. How are you, sir? >> Dad, come to my law. Dad, COME TO MY LAW. THEY TOOK ME. THEY DON'T HAVE A WARRANT. IT IS COUNTY 1183. THEY HANDCUFFED ME FOR NO REASON. WHERE ARE THEY TAKING ME? >> Hold on, sir. Step in the car. While being handcuffed in the parking lot, she cried for help and actively resisted. Despite officers explaining the situation, she kept demanding her parents and insisting she had done nothing wrong. So, she called 911 cuz she was concerned about it. So, we went there and talked with her and she seemed a little disoriented, like she didn't really know what was going on. Um, but we ended that and we left the house and she wound up coming to another store down the street and called 911 again. So, she seems kind of like she doesn't really know what's happening here. We were trying to figure out her baseline like mentally where she's at. >> My first name? >> Matt. I'm I'll lower the window so I can talk to you. >> No. So, we're in we're at a gas station right now. Has she not had her medication? We're at the sitgo, but I think we're going to be taking a ride down to the hospital for a mental health screening. >> You dropped it. I'm I'll give it back to you when we get I'm going to give it back to you to uh I'm sorry. What's that? >> At Angelberg University Hospital. >> So So we have to go to Bergen Bergen Regional Medical Center for a mental health screening. >> No, because she have she have all the records in >> No, I I understand that. So 262 runs out of both hospitals. Uh the the help center, >> but uh per policy, we have to go to Bergen Regional. >> Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. >> Hey, Mary, here's your dad. >> Your dad? >> Yeah. >> No, wait. But dad, you're going to be driving there now, right? >> And what is your which car are you using to drive there? And you realize that I don't have like the the >> I don't have anything like I don't have like paperwork anything. I'm just me myself. >> Okay. >> Can Wait. Can we No, Dad. Please. This has to be you. This has to be verified somehow. Like they just handcuffed me for no reason. >> Are you Is mom on the way to what's the what's the name of the facility? Bergen Regional Medical Center. >> I told him, >> "Are you coming?" >> I'm here. >> Correct. I'm an investment in New York. >> Oh, you're in New York. Okay. >> DAD. >> OKAY. No problem. >> DAD, PLEASE COME TOMORROW. Don't trust. DAD, PLEASE. I DON'T THINK they believe my story. Please come here. PLEASE. DAD. DAD. DON'T BELIEVE MY STORY. Please come. >> We're going to we're going to head down to the hospital. Okay. >> I'm going to be dead. >> Dad, >> Dad, please come. >> He's on the way. >> All right. Bye-bye. >> Mary's father wasn't exactly shocked. After hearing about the repeated 911 calls and running around town, he explained that she had stopped taking her medication and headed to the hospital to retrieve his grown-up problem child. Um, she apparently has a record with Anglewood Hospital for mental health episodes. So, he seemed to understand when I said we're going to go down to the hospital. >> So, you feel like she's definitely giving you enough for uh you to >> Oh, yeah. She was running all throughout this parking lot in front of cars and Okay. >> Yeah. Completely uncooperative. So, we try I called 262 to do the screening, but uh he was on the phone as soon as they answered. So, >> um, yeah, she was a hazard running through the road. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You say pedigree and everything. You want to take a ride with him? >> I'll take a I'll uh follow >> we can either follow I'll probably I'll probably go with you given how high rate she is, but >> we'll drive at headquarters and I'll walk out with her. >> All right. See how this goes. >> You're going to walk in here like a lady. >> We don't want you to drive and walk in like a lady. You did not send me properly earlier. >> Okay. I have this this paper. I wrote my name and Officer Mullen's name on it. Okay. I'm going to put it in your left pocket here. >> No, you did not. That is being reported on body cam. >> Yes. >> And you're placing that in my pocket? >> Yes. >> Why is that? >> Cuz it's yours. You wanted it. >> Who said that? >> Okay. >> No. >> All right, fine. I'll take it. No. No. We got to go this way. This store here. >> Despite her condition, Mary still faced charges for misuse of 911, obstructing law enforcement, and resisting arrest. Let's see what people have been saying about this young woman. Not having absolute control is killing her. She's crazy. Enough said. Involuntary commitment was made for people like this. Leaving the gas station and its tears behind. Let's see how Brookfield police dealt with a self-proclaimed queen of hideand seek using one of the jail's specialized restraint chairs. Yeah, really. >> You're being detect. >> Stop. You're going to get on the ground. On the ground. On the ground. out of here, bro. >> All right. >> On November 26th, 2024, 19-year-old Kylo walked away from her court supervised group home in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and reportedly told her roommate she was going to play hide-and-seek with the police. Here's what happened next. >> I'm Amber. You're not. >> I'm walking over to my house. Where's your parents? My parents over there. >> Where? Give me their address. Stay right here. >> Stay right here. >> No. Walking. >> I'm not chasing. Not chasing you around anymore. Go. >> I know you're playing around with us. >> No. >> This isn't fun. >> No. I'm walking to my parents house. >> Stay right here. You're not going to walk anywhere. >> I'm Amber Schultz. I'm walking. >> You're not Amber Schultz. >> Yes. >> No. Tell me where your parents live. >> My parents live 4467 North. >> So, you're making it up. >> Stay right here. Stay here. Stay here. Stay here. STAY HERE. STOP. >> This isn't funny. Stop. >> You're being detained. >> You're being detained. >> Stop. You're gonna get on the ground. On the ground. On the ground. >> You got it. >> Yep. >> All right. Dump these. You can do one or two. >> Uh, you can get one. You got it. >> All right. >> Carla, stay on the ground. >> All the names. Stop. Swear to God. >> Bravo. >> Stop. >> 512 or you stop. >> April. Abram. >> You good with her? I just want to give you. >> Huh? >> Now >> stay on the ground. >> Anything to search or >> I got a knife on me. >> Where's your knife? >> Watch out. I got a knife on you. >> Where is it? >> I got a knife on you. >> Are you just threatening it? That's not smart right now, Kyla. >> Thank you. >> I'm going to bite you. for 17. >> I'm going to bite you. >> You see any pockets up front? I see. >> Yeah, I think we're good on this side and roll it towards me. >> Oh my god. No. OUT OF HERE, BRO. >> STOP. >> Need me. >> Need a cage that we're going to need. >> You got one. >> All right. Pull it out. >> Oh, no. You got one here. I'm sorry. I didn't see this mark. >> Just check. Nothing in her socks or anything >> or like in her cav area or anything. Ah, nothing's better than my shoe. >> You'll get him back. >> I DON'T see nothing. Stop. >> Good enough. You just want to go right here? >> Yeah. >> All right, Kyla. If we get you to your feet, are you going to cooperate? >> Is that a yes or a no? >> Myself up. I'll need you up in yourself up. >> Sit up. >> Just like that. Perfect. >> All right. Bring your bring your feet and as close as you can. >> Oh yeah. >> We're going to lift up. Can you pop that door? >> So move your move your right side. >> Passenger side or driver's side. Good. >> I'm good with it. One, two, three. >> Perfect. >> Okay. Hold on. >> You guys want to walk walk around? >> Oh, you got Yeah. >> Oh, I'm dropping. >> You're not dropping anything. >> Come on. Let's go. We're so close. Come on. >> Come on, Kyler. Come on. No. No, bro. >> Yep. >> All right, step your feet up. Get your feet up. Perfect. Sit down. >> Apparently, Kyla believed that repeating Amber Schultz often enough would create a new legal identity. Instead, officers handcuffed her and ended the fantasy almost immediately. >> All right, Kyle, you want to have a step out? >> No. You got to have a step out. >> No. >> Okay. >> I don't need to get out of now cuz I didn't do anything. >> Kyla, you need to get out of the car. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. So, no. I'm not You're making So, if if you resist us trying to get you out of the car, either you're going to get hurt and if we get hurt, it is a very serious charge. Felony prison time. Okay? It doesn't matter. It does not matter. >> I didn't do anything. >> We're past that. Okay? you can fight that later. >> We're just asking you if you can please comply with us cuz we don't want to get you hurt. We don't want to get hurt. And like I said, if one of us gets hurt, that is very bad for you. >> Okay? It's it's a it's a very serious felony charge. Felony means imprisonment in a Wisconsin state prison from one at least for one year. So, you'll be incarcerated in a prison for one year. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. so that you can fight later. Okay. But right now, you got to go with the program. >> I'm out of here. No. Why? >> Either way, you're going to go. You're going to be inside there. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. Is there any Is there anything I can tell you >> to voluntarily exit the car? >> Because then we're going to have to forcibly remove you from the vehicle. >> I ain't going in. >> Okay. Do you want me to go to the other side or drag her over here? >> Okay. All right. >> I ain't going in. >> Out of here, bro. I swear to God. >> Out of here. You're too bad, bro. Get the out. >> Where God? >> Stop it, Kyle. >> Why do we do this every time? >> It's so much easier for you and us if we just go with >> just go with the program. >> Out of here. I didn't do >> like >> So, we're going to sit in this first bench. Okay. >> You're going to face the window. Have a seat. >> Out of here, bro. >> Have a seat. >> Where? Where? Out of here, bro. Out of here. So, so Carla, just an FYI, because we've been doing this so much, coming here is going to be probably what's going to happen most often now because we're not messing around with taking you back and dealing with you the next day. Okay? Things are getting more serious. So, you have to start thinking about is it worth it? Because we're not going to just be taking you back there, calling crisis, and then them doing nothing and then and then you go on your way wasting all these resources trying to find you. >> Then stop TRYING TO FIND ME. STOP GOING OUT AND LOOKING. >> WELL, that's our job. Okay? You don't NEED TO GO OUT AND LOOK. >> That's our job. >> We do because you're ordered to be there by the state. So, you have to be there. >> And No, I don't. I DON'T HAVE NO ORDER TO BE THERE. >> YOU DO? >> NO, I don't. >> You do. >> Otherwise, we wouldn't be here. >> There's no protected placement there. No. >> No. >> Then then why don't you find a different house to stay at? >> Well, that's supposed to suck. >> That made no sense. go all the way up back up to Marina. That's where the I'm going. >> Main thing is Kyla >> or I'll be next. Next time you do this, think about because probably nine times out of 10, we'll be ending up here. Okay? And and today it's a weekend. You're going to be sitting till Monday, okay? There's no court in the weekends. You got to see a judge in order to get up. >> According to Kyla, police should have ignored the missing person under court supervision and focused on drug crimes instead. Unsurprisingly, officers didn't find that argument very persuasive. Stop showing up. You have higher crime. Go get the drug crime, >> right? And you're wasting all of our time. >> GO GET I AIN'T WASTING YOUR TIME, BRO. You can go find some other crimes to mess with. I ain't no crime. I'm just a girl that's running away from her home. Bro, police girl. After that one night, I SWEAR TO GOD, LET ME DO WHAT I WANT TO DO. >> This is how we play. This is how we play. >> That's all right. >> I need to see. >> No, there >> you're going to hurt yourself, dude. >> Huh? There we go. >> How do you want to deal with this? I mean, I'm just going to let that's extremely extremely uncomfortable. She'll get there really quick. >> So, enjoy it. >> Kyla, you need to get up now. >> Hey, Miss Kyla. Ready to go. >> We want to get you out of here. Get you into something comfy. Get you off this bench. So, I need you to sit up for me. Okay. >> All right. We're just going to scoot your legs up. We just need your legs up. We just need RIGHT THERE. >> OUT OF HERE, BRO. >> ALL RIGHT. >> All right. Scoot over this way a little bit. >> Out of here. >> Okay. All right. M. We got to get you. We got to DO SOMETHING. >> NO, I DIDN'T DO GET THE TITLE. KYLE KYLE DOING ANYTHING. KYLE KYLE KYLE, can you TALK FOR ONE SECOND? IN ORDER TO DO THIS, RIGHT. SHE'S GOING TO WALK HERSELF. THAT MIGHT BE UP to you. All right, Miss Tyler, I just want to let you know that we have to get you patted down to get you into our facility. That's what I see happening. >> So, the moment jail staff moved to place her in a restraint chair, Kyla began screaming, crying, and throwing herself onto the floor, it was becoming clear that her hideand-seek game had ended very differently than she imagined. I SWEAR YOU NEED >> YOU NEED TO HEY, PLEASE. Please stop. >> I want you. Ready? You're going to stand up. Walk to the chair. You're going to stand up and WALK TO THE CHAIR NOW. >> ALL RIGHT. GO UP. COME ON OVER. >> Turn around. transition her overind. >> In the end, Kylo was convicted of resisting and obstructing an officer, sentenced to 2 years of probation, and ordered to pay $914. For our final case, we headed to a Florida bar that became every officer's worst nightmare. This self-proclaimed party queen didn't just skip out on a $500 tab. She also treated the back of a patrol car to a destructive combo of spitting, screaming, and an extremely unpleasant surprise. On May 4th, 2024, officers responded to a bar where an intoxicated woman had accumulated a bill of more than $500. After her card was declined, she refused alternative payment options offered by staff. Here's what happened next. >> Can't make a payment. It's over a $500 tab. this that I ain't doing [ __ ] So, she needs to leave on top of that, but obviously y'all would like to get y'all's payment. >> Yeah. Are you going to pay a $500 check? >> Yeah. >> If you want to, you know, pay a check. >> What's going on with you? >> I'm doing an ID with you. >> Let me see it. Thank you. >> What's What's going on with you today? >> Nothing. Okay. You might have been had a little too much today. Little too much. >> Yeah. So, you know, in state of Florida, when you have when you overdrink, they have to stop serving you. By law, they can't keep serving you. Otherwise, they can get in trouble. cuz you can get sick. >> Come closer to me. >> Well, I I don't want to get too close cuz you know I don't want you your bag to fall. >> Well, can you come closer to me? >> I'm You can't hear me? >> I can't come closer. >> I don't want to come closer. Yeah. Stand here. All right. Listen. So, you can't have any more alcoholic beverages. Okay. Um, but if you can have at this point, it's more get yourself back to, you know, to where you can get your faculty together. >> Yeah. >> Built up a tab. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I've paid for it. >> You did. >> I have. >> You can ask him. I have >> told me that. They told me that you hadn't taken care of it. >> Acknowledge them. Let's acknowledge them. >> All right. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I'll get them for you. Okay. >> No. >> Does she Has she taken care of the tags yet? No, she hasn't paid her t. >> Hasn't paid her t. Okay. >> Her debit card wasn't working. >> Okay. Cuz she has to call the bank or something and tell them because they think it's fraud. Okay. >> But I offered her she paid Apple Pay through, but she'll give me her phone to pay the Apple Pay. >> Okay. Okay. So, basically what's happened is they tried to use your card and it got declined because they think that it's flawed, the bank. So, what you have to do, which I don't know if you can do that now in the state that you're in, is contact the bank. Not going to work. You have Apple Pay, they can they'll accept Apple Pay. So, if you want to utilize that, that would be the thing to do is utilize your Apple Pay. So, let's take care of the bill and then let's see if we can get you. >> I have my card and my license. >> I have your driver's license. I don't have your Apple Pay. You can't do Apple Pay with a ID. I I need this. Sir, do you hear me? >> I hear you, but do you hear what I'm saying? >> I do. >> What did I say? >> You said that they're not allowing me to kill my card because you're saying >> No, no, they're not. It's not them. It's your bank. Your >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Your financial institution, not here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, >> you have my card, sir. >> No, I have your ID. I don't have your card. And I can't use your card. I don't I don't want your card. >> I obviously I would never give it to you. >> Right. Okay. So, >> are you here with me? Do you hear me? >> What are we going to do? >> Yes or no? Do you hear me? Yes or no? >> I hear you. >> Okay. >> I'm wondering um what card should I give you? Um can you check if I gave you a card? >> Gave me a ID. >> Can I have it? I need this for I need this ID cuz we have to go somewhere with that card. >> No, she had another one, but she jumped in the pool with it. >> No. >> Do you have your card? What card are you going to take your tab out so we can go? >> I thought that I gave her my card. Can't she look for it? >> Well, you said you have your card. >> That's what I'm saying, sir. >> Well, if you have your card, then there's no point in looking for it. You know where it's at. All right. What are we doing about your bill? >> I want to pay. >> Okay. Well, pay her your bill. So, pay the bill. >> Can you ask her if >> She's right here. >> Can you ask her if I'm if I have my check there? Cuz I thought I gave her my card. >> Do you mind if you ask her, sir? >> She just told you she doesn't have the card. >> Well, I'm asking you. Do you mind if you ask her? Somehow she became obsessed with recovering a bank card she never handed over. Then she chose to argue with officers from point blank range, which went about as well as you'd expect. >> I'm not scared of that. >> Yeah, you should. >> No, I Yeah, you should. You should >> do it. >> Excuse me. >> In about two seconds, you're going to get this officer. Excuse me. I'm asking this officer. What? Turn around. >> I can I can pay the bill. >> Come on. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're under arrest. All right. You want to put your shoes on or no? >> I do. >> Okay. Go ahead. I gave you an opportunity. You don't want to listen. So now you're going. >> Will you tell me your name? >> Come on. >> No, we're not going to do that. I'm just putting my >> stand up. Stand up. Come on. >> Hey, my stuff is over here. >> Stuff is in my hand. >> No, my jacket. My jacket is like right back here. My jacket is just right back here. I'm not going against you, sir. My jacket is just here. Sir, >> we're not going back over there. Let's go to the car and we'll find the jacket. If they find it, we'll go to the car. Come on. >> So, we were with her pretty much all day. There was a couple that was here that live local. >> Uhhuh. And they were basically praying on her all day. >> Nothing I can do about that right there. >> Did she What did she do to warrant go and jail? >> You watch it? >> I I watch. But hold up. Husband's a police officer. >> So then if they approach you and so if they approach you and get in your face, then what do we do? >> Ask your husband. If a person approaches you and gets in your face, what do the what does he do? >> I mean, I don't have a choice at that point. She already drew the line in the sand. >> Hey, do you mind if I just put my uh cards right here? That's what I'm doing. >> You want to put it in your bag? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay, we we'll take care of that. >> Okay. Can I just put my cards? >> Come on. Go ahead. Let it go. >> No, I >> You don't want to let it go? Okay. Well, you hold on to him until we get to the car. >> Why are you taking me to jail? >> Actually, I got to have a seat. Come on. There you go. All right. Listen, we got to do with that. When we don't listen, we got to do what we got to do. You know, >> she told me that she has a flight today cuz she's blacked out. She's not going to remember this. >> She's not going to remember. >> She's going to have missed her flight. She can't get on a plane like this no matter what. >> They're not going to let her in the airport like this. >> They'll be calling They'll be calling us in a minute. >> I just had the situation to escalate to you. It doesn't. So, you just got to sober up. You don't have any ties to the community, so you got to go to jail. Let's turn up the air so you can get yourself some air. >> I was giving you all the air. >> There you go. All right. So, here's the deal. Why are you spitting all over the door? No. Don't put your feet out. Remember what I told you. Keep your feet in. >> No, you don't. You need to keep your feet in. Keep your feet in. Listen. >> All right.
