I thought it'd be inappropriate. She was, you know, she's barely covered there. So, [laughter] well, I hope everyone's doing good. I'm a little tired today, so bear with me. Uh should have uh well, I've got about two hours of videos. I should be able to get through them all with no problem, but it's really cloudy. I didn't get enough sleep last night, and I can't wake up without the sun. And we're not going to get the sun, I think, for five, six days. We need the rain, but still, I need the sun. My brain needs the sun to wake up. But, uh yeah, I'll have to work on that. I I when I'm making the thumbnails, I'm so worried about making sure that the graphics are lined up and everything looks like it's proportional. I sometimes forget to put my logo on there. But now somebody can steal that one and use it for their own channel. But uh Oh, good. I'm not the only one. It's It's late in the week. Tomorrow's Friday. Most of you can rest on the weekends. I have to work. Well, not work. This isn't really work. This is very easy. But anyway, I've got uh most of the videos are not as exciting as the ones last night. The first one is I don't know how I missed it. It's like I think it's about a year old. Um it was labeled uh police use excessive force on drug Karen or something like that. I watched it and I was like, are they really using excessive force? I don't know. I mean, we can only see the the tiny little view from the body cam, so maybe they were, but she was putting up a pretty good fight. But, uh, yeah, let's just jump right into that one. And, uh, little bit of a headphone warning, but I did turn the volume down. Uh, so it shouldn't be too loud, I hope. 17th, 2023. Please don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more content soon to come. >> Yeah, it's it's just still odd to just throw it in a in a public dumpster. it. I mean, at the very least, like try and get it down deep into the trash. It looked like it was pretty close to trash day, but still, I don't know. Even glass, I'll put that like in a in a box and tape it up really well and then throw it in the trash bag. That way, you know, cuz just in case the glass like breaks in the trash truck, I don't want any shards of glass to hurt the guys. But, all right. Next, we got a guy who uh he was being trespassed from a marina and he wants to take his boat with him and he's like, "Well, it's high winds today. I can't drive the boat today, so how about I leave tomorrow?" Nope. That's not how a trespass works. You have to leave. And he argues and goes back and forth. He gets kind of annoying, but at least it's not screaming and yelling like the last one. >> His name is Emil Hernandez. We give a good description in our printer. Can't believe that. >> Hey, he's currently on his boat. The goal is to trespass him >> because he's refusing. We gave him this backass. >> I want to drive over that end. So this first go to the second one. >> Okay. We're going to follow you. >> Drive down. Awesome. By the way, >> speaking of Katie's Ed, sorry, I'm a little tired. I'm a little slow. Tomorrow night, I will be joining her and Kayfar on Booze and Body Cam at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. It'll be I'll I'll still do my regular show. I'll probably start a little bit early and then I'll end a little bit early cuz I I'll need a little bathroom break in between. But yeah, I'll do my show. It'll be a little bit shorter, maybe an hour, and then uh jump over to booze and body cam on either Katz or Kfar. >> So, he's talking. >> He's a talker. >> But you want him trespass. You don't want him. You don't want him here. Does he have an idea that you have an idea that you guys don't want to hear? >> We That's why copy of us basically giving them the notice saying you have to leave under these with us. >> Correct. because we uh we would have gave him all the verbal from phone calls, from emails, multiple text messages from my our management saying, "You have to leave here. >> You're done. You can't say anything." He says, "You're I I'm refusing. He just won't listen to us anymore." >> 1159. >> His name is Emil M. Hernandez is his last name. >> Good morning. His his car is here. So you should be on the boat. A little bit. >> Good morning. >> Come on. Let me get this. >> Okay. I'll wait. I'll wait for you. Let's back up cuz I don't know who he on. >> That's why I'm moving about a little bit. >> He hasn't been aggressive. He's just being verbally aggressive. >> Thomas. >> Thomas. You just I got a picture. >> No, you're good. >> I know I'm not real cop, but still like I understand the whole regular face information. >> You a cop this is >> you just woke up with him. >> How are you? >> Unfortunately, I'd hate to be under these circumstances, but we're going to have to trespass you from over here. >> Okay. >> So, they're officially uh coming with us so that we can actually write up the official trespass. And if we were to come back here and you're still here, then we're going to have to be forced to arrest you. >> Okay. But um here's the question I have for you. >> Yes. >> Um >> I'm not trying to stay here at anything like that. >> Yes. >> I'm right now waiting for the weather to allow me to be able to leave. It's not weather that makes >> Is it okay if the weather gets better today that he leaves or you want some light? >> Well, I mean it's just right now. I'm not I'm not I'm a I don't know how that works. >> Oh, no. It's a motorboat and it's windy. Yeah, you can't you can't do a drive a motorboat when there's wind. >> He has a car. >> He was supposed to leave. >> They told me that they notic we're staying. I'm going to pay I'm not paying December. So, I bought the boat here. >> Okay. I'm actually a permanent I'm actually a Here's the thing's the whole thing. >> Well, I'm I'm a resident of the marina >> full time. So, I can't actually be I can't be trespassing. The issue they have is vote. The reason why I can't trespass because >> he can't be trespassed. It's impossible. >> I'm the I'm the >> I don't think you understand how trespass I'm the caregiver to my parents who live here. I >> No, it doesn't. >> I know. But you can't >> I really don't think you understand how trespass if it's private property and they're saying that you can't be here and they're officially calling us. We have to let you know that your contract expired first of all and that you're no longer welcome here >> and if you refuse to leave then we're going to be forced that there's no in between is what I'm trying to explain to you. You you have to leave today right now. You have to leave a >> I am I am okay. >> This type of weather it's just been revoked. It's not safe to do so, >> right? But it's not like a hurricane. We got a lot of people on the streets that sleep outside. Like it's not like >> the rain is it's not like tornado warning or hurricane coming. It's just rain >> and it's pretty much wind and light very light rain. >> You also have a car. So you got to get your stuff and you have to leave the boat with the boat. Well, how you going to move the boat? >> Let's drive it. Drive it. Sure. He can drive it. >> This is This isn't inclement weather. You can drive it, >> right? But this is not safe right this second. So normally for nothing >> normally normally what you would do is you would in a in marine setups like this >> it's not safe to drive it >> for safety for safety when it's not safe to do so. >> And I love how he's being kind of he's being a little condescending to the officers as if they've never done anything with boats. They they live in the area, dude. They they've probably ridden on boats more than you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Normally they give like a 24hour allowment for the weather to >> So So you are able to move the the the boat? >> Yeah. >> Yes. So you got to move not 24 hours. I'm sorry. >> Um if I try to do it now 599494. >> This is very high. >> You don't know how to drive it. >> I am a licensed book. >> Thank you. social media >> trying to meet this boat in this weather is not safe. It's that you'll be under extreme circumstances and this is not an extreme circumstance. The boat is safely attached to a dock and like forcing me to unattach it. >> Well, safely be on the water >> just the reason of >> I've been on plenty of boats and yachts. The wind has I've been on plenty of boats and yachts. The wind has been way worse than this and we've been able to maneuver through the waters with no problem. >> And he also has a car at the marina. He can just get in his car and leave. And they're they're telling him he's asking for 24 hours for the weather to clear and they're said, "No, you have to leave now. You can make arrangements to come back tomorrow and then move the boat." And he's like, "Nope, can't do it." >> That is impossible. But you don't purposely a sound captain doesn't purposely untie a safe boat in the city. >> What's your name again? >> Emil. >> My name is Emil. >> Emil and for example, just how you spell your name? >> E M I L. Yeah. What's your last name? >> Her name. >> Hernandez. >> What's your date of birth? >> Yeah. We're going to make it out of here today. You'll be fine. >> Yeah. I'll be able to get more. It just have to subside a little bit. This is very strong wind. For example, the shadow taste bas >> I don't know. It's from Florida State Body Cam. So, it could be Florida Fish and Wildlife or it could be the whoever whatever county this is in. >> You can't come back. >> If I am. >> So, come on Mill here. It'd be more helpful if you do. I'm listening. You are suggesting if this the goal is to for me and the boat to leave ASAP. >> I hear you. >> It will be faster >> for me to be on premise so that the moment I get a window of wind and go into the council if he comes I can pick up and go. >> I think what he said was fair. Take the vehicle for the day and then come back tomorrow when the wind gust if you forecast like two days. So if I can find a window in between, let me lift this window. >> And no matter how many solutions they try to come up with to help him out, he's like, "No, no, no, I can't do that because of this." No, I can't do that because of this. >> All right. So, look, sir, I think we've talked to you enough >> and we've explained to you Hands out your pocket for me, please. And we've explained to you, we've explained to you what the rules are. This is their property. They want you to leave. They're going to give you an opportunity to move your boat, right? They need you going right now. So, you have to get your stuff, get your car, and you have to leave right now. >> And then you can come back. >> Then you can come back. And when you come back, call us so we can make sure your boat keeps out of their safety. Okay. >> Okay. You guys let me speak to them. >> No, they don't want to talk. >> They They're done talking. They've been talking to us. >> We have We We have to come on, you know, your shoes and stuff. >> Okay. Because what else? I'm in my shoes. Go ahead. Um so once you once I leave um this is against the my parents that live here on further >> this this has nothing to do with them. >> No absolutely nothing. >> But the thing is that what they told me on the paperwork is that this boat needs to leave not me. So the boat is one of these. >> No you have to go. The boat is leaving too but you have to trespassing. What part do you know? >> If we see you again here you will be arrested. Not the boat. The boat can't go to jail. only you being [laughter] >> I'm going to come with you. >> There we go. >> It's a test, right? Yeah. You got to go out of there. Take it. He's out of here. >> Bravo. >> He's stubborn like a mule. >> Yeah. Okay. So, how do we proceed? So when you get back here, call us and we're going to do what we call a civil standby. Just call 911 >> and we're going to do what we call a civil standby. Super supervised that I'm leaving, right? >> Huh? >> Super advised that I'm leaving. >> Yeah. Not and not just that you're leaving that you get yourself and that nobody damages your property that make everything that everything's done safe. It's not just to make sure that you leave. It's not make sure you get all your stuff. >> Okay. Now, what do I do? Okay. The border is gone and I'm gone. I I I I live here. >> You don't live here no more. >> Your contract is expired. You mean you're not over. >> That's something that you haven't discussed with manager. to the manager and they can work out >> he's being trespassed from the marina and he's saying he I can't move the boat cuz the winds are too high I guess 20 30 mph winds are too high for that boat. So now they're telling him all right you physically you have to take your body and get off the marina and you can come back tomorrow and get your boat. So he's not being trespassed off his boat but if he doesn't want to take the boat he's still got to leave one way or the other and he can just come back later and get his boat. I have >> Well, that's what I'm saying. >> That's something that you have to discuss with management. It's not our choice. The choice is what I'm saying. >> 859979. They tell you they show me the email. Can I show you the he showing it to me already? Okay. And he's giving you several times to Yeah, but he's doing some misting the same stuff. They both the issue that is being trespassed. I didn't even film it. You heard what I said about talking to management when in reference to you staying here. >> Get get with management. Okay. >> Now he's conf he's like, "Well, I don't understand why my boat is being trespassed. The boat isn't you are not that. >> Can you explain to him? >> Sorry. >> So his biggest thing is that he know that you guys don't want the boat here. It's always been an issue with the boat being here in the situation. But his parents live here. So his biggest >> his parents live here. So his thing is >> his parents names have been in the boat. The city has grandfathered in all the previous people before Oasis and Alliances took over to let them live here. But anyone new is not allowed to live here. So his parents are here to come back here. >> Correct. Technically they visit if he wants to visit his parents. That's my new manager's level. But he can't live here. His parents are the ones under my caregiver. >> Correct. But it's under you. It's under Miami. I can replace it because they're elderly couple who needs help and they're registered caregiver. Okay. For the reason they has been here for four years getting here for seven now you're listening that because I bought the neighbor's vote that now I had res. That's why I come here today. You have been taking this personally and trying to turn this into like an addiction when he was to be a victim of me. I live here. >> So he's been evicted in the boat. >> Correct. At this point, it's at this point of the constant uh constant back and forth that it's just we're done with all of this and we've already told them this classic. Get with management and see what they can work out with you. But for now, you're not allowed to come back. Okay? >> Come back. I told her not to ride. Okay. If you need to come back, call us so you don't go. Okay. >> All right. See you later. Have a good day. Okay. Okay. All right, guys. I took it from your head like I was passing it to her. Hello. >> Oh, well, you end with a kind of a weird smile there. I got to get that off the screen. Just weirded me out. So, he didn't get arrested. He finally leave. He He finally left, but it took him forever to leave. Jeez. And I tried to be nice to him all weekend and he played nice and he's just he's pissed about his current reality. But I'm I'm going I'm going to if I sit here. >> Are you still there, Mom? >> Yeah. >> I know. They're in the room and the officer knows. And in the first video, this was the other way around. The mom was there filing the complaint and he was on the phone with his mom. Now it's the other way around. >> They're not dangerous. He's going to kill me. >> I don't I don't got time for this. I just started the best job. >> Ain't nobody got time for that. >> Chill out. >> Let Let me just figure this situation out because, you know, at this point, you don't you don't have any cameras in here or anything. >> I have nowhere to go. But he's going to me. I'm serious. He's going to like my sleep or something. >> He can be 51 back in here. The suspect might be around the corner in here according to the phone. >> Is that where he's at? If I'm right here with you. >> Give him a second. >> Need something. >> He can one of those bones. >> There he is. There you go. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Turn away from me. Turn away from me. He went to court. I promise you guys, I have nothing to hide. I would tell the judge right now. I just >> Exactly. >> Yes, sir. >> Turn away from me. Yes, sir. I promise I've done nothing. Turn away from me. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your Okay. Yes. Okay. >> Neither one of them. >> This is the thing. >> Yes, sir. >> We're coming in here. You said that you're hiding here. He's hiding there. >> He's hiding away from you all because >> he got blood marks on him. You don't have a single mark on you. >> But I think he just ran away and jumped the fence or whatever. >> Didn't tell me that. And didn't also tell me that you tried to bite him off or fight him off that. >> No, I I just grabbed him and tried to do whatever I could do. I would I will move I will go to my friend's house or a hotel to get away from him. >> At this point, we cannot find the primary restaurant here. >> Can we agree to let us both go and get away? >> You will go both in. >> I haven't done anything. I promise. I promise. >> It's not something that I can understand. You're going to have to go and talk with the judge. >> I haven't done anything. I promise. This is like heartbreaking to me because I all I did was call you to protect myself. I swear on everything. Yeah, >> you guys you guys obviously were in a physical altercation tonight. >> No matter what happened, >> looks like you guys got He said you pushed him. You said I've never pushed >> Listen. Hey, you're doing a lot of talk. >> And it looks like such a nice place. It's in Key West. The weather's beautiful year round. Nice little porch. Man, I would I would be so relaxed if I lived down there. >> Just listen. >> Yes, sir. >> He said you pushed him and you said he pushed you. You guys were in a dating relationship, so it's domestic no matter what. >> Date, one more question. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, before everything started. >> Yes, sir. >> Like the fight and everything. >> What's this thing about a video that he showed you? >> Him and his boyfriend having >> Okay. >> So, that was close. Yeah. >> I don't want to see that. >> I think he was just trying to hurt me. >> We're not going to see because he showed you the video the him and the boyfriend >> yesterday. And then he tells you that just to re just irritate me, I guess. >> Is that what is that how all this started? >> No, sir. >> Tourism born. >> I don't know where this happened. >> It just came home and it happened. >> I think it's just a heated moment. Like I don't know where it came from. I wish I knew. I guess when passion is involved, the heat of the passion, you know what I mean? >> So as soon as you walked as soon as he walked into this house, >> he started he started off. Yeah. He went he went a little nuts and I was just like I don't know where this is coming from. I felt >> and he decided to leave or you decided to leave the house. >> I walked out trying to get away from his aggression. >> Okay. >> Yes. He pushed me. So I think I fell through the gate cuz it was open. I'm pretty sure. >> Through the gate. >> I think so. >> Okay. All right. Stay. >> Yes, sir. According to arrest reports, officers continued their investigation and ultimately identified the man with visible injuries as the primary aggressor in [laughter] the incident. The second individual was released from the scene without charges. As a result of the investigation, the man was charged with battery, adding to charges stemming from a previous incident just weeks earlier. The case remains ongoing with a court hearing scheduled for late May 2026. Well, maybe we can see uh the court case on uh Law Talk with Mike or uh Collins channel. [laughter] I don't know if they'll uh I don't know if the Florida case will I don't know if that'll be live streamed or on Zoom, but we're going to move on. We got a uh boyfriend and girlfriend. They went off to some fancy resort. Apparently, it was $10,000 for the weekend, and she tipped I think it was the band. Uh, yeah, it was the band. I remembered that. $1,100. And the boyfriend got upset and they got into a fight and one thing led to another and the police got called. >> April 26th, 2026. Officers were dispatched to investigate a possible domestic incident. >> And I'll be right back. >> Look like I'm a problem. >> Who you talking to? >> My cousin. >> Just hang up. We can call her back. >> Let's take Let's take a deep breath. >> I know. Let's take a deep breath. >> You don't know. >> Okay. Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Let's take a deep breath. Try to gain some composure here for a second. You're all right. You're here with us. What happened? [laughter] >> My boyfriend did the same [ __ ] to me. He's done to me the past 2 years, which is gaslighting me and making me look crazy, but it's all out of reaction again. And I know it is. And I'm so frustrated by it. I tipped the band money and he got mad about it. >> Okay. >> So then he [laughter] after leaving me, he came back in and said, "I can either sleep with him or stay." [laughter] And I said, "I'm going to stay." Like I did them. >> Where were you? >> Sloppy Joe's. >> Okay. >> And I said, "I'm gonna stay. I'm not going to be >> I I'm having trouble understanding her because she's she I think she's kind of acting a little more hysterical than she actually is. So her words are kind of dropping off halfway through >> anymore. So he said I'm going to th out. >> So [laughter] I all my room I go away. >> So then you guys get like an argument or something and then >> Yes. We got into an argument and of course he starts up recording you. You look crazy. You looking crazy. >> Did he threaten to hurt you at all? >> Not this time. All the time. >> Like previously, >> but but just now he didn't threaten to hurt you at all. >> This time it was I mental hospital. >> You have your IV on you? >> Yeah. I don't want to press charges on someone. >> Well, listen. How long have you been dating him? >> 2 years. >> Okay. So, >> I shouldn't have called. I should have made it bigger than >> Can I explain something to you real quick? In the state of Florida, there are no press charges, not press charges when it comes to a domestic situation. Okay? So, if we if we can't establish anything happened, cool. You're obviously leaving. So, we'll find you find you somewhere else to stay. So, you're separated. >> Okay? >> But I we can establish that something physical did happen, then we go a different route. However, right now, we don't have the I don't want to press charges, I want to press charges option because in the state of Florida, domestic situations, which is what this is because you guys have been together for a while, is [snorts] up to us. Get your ID for me. We're just going to put you in the call to say that we talked to you and then we're going to go up there and we're going to talk to him. >> He's going to say that I shoved him. He's going to say that I did. >> Did you shove him? >> Recorded. He said that he started recording after I shoved him. And I know that I did shove him because he started saying all these things to me and I was like, "Are you kidding me again?" >> We can watch it together. >> So you pushed him is what you're saying? >> Yes. >> Going to jail now. >> It's all I don't know what to do. Everybody told me I shouldn't get back with him and then I >> There we go. >> Okay. Well, it up again. There you go. >> Relationship advice. I was engaged for 2 years. Nobody knows your relationship like you do. Okay. >> And I shouldn't [laughter] even back with him. >> Okay. And I don't want to go to jail. I'm so >> You're not going to go to jail. [laughter] >> But what if you said that I pushed and you guys believe me? And then this is going to make me go to jail. >> It's not about believing. It's about >> saw what happened with Taylor that girl. Everybody believed her and then they made her go to jail. >> It's not Listen, everybody was right. Everything was right. >> Melissa, that doesn't matter right [laughter] now. >> Listen to me, please. I know you're scared. I know you're frustrated. I get all the things. It's all right. >> I call that a frustration. >> Listen, I need you I need you to listen. Okay. We take both sides. You're leaving. Okay. So, we're gonna All we attempt to do is make sure everybody's safe. >> We separate the bag of needles. Okay. You're obviously leaving. We're going to go up and talk to him. What I need you to do now and try to find another hotel >> because we the only thing I care about is your safety and where you're going to stay after this. >> I was going to say it's on my phone because at the end I was fighting with him for his phone. So he's it's all going to be on me and then I don't care what he says. Listen, I don't care what he says. >> It's on proof. He says on the video that I'm fighting with him for his phone and look at me. >> We're going to deal with that later. If that's the case, we'll deal with it later. Has he been drinking? >> Is he drunk? >> He's been drinking the same as I have. So yes. >> All right. So we're going to have a cop come. So you're both drunk. >> I guess keep it down here. >> Yeah. >> Have somebody go. >> He's going to take care of you for now. Okay. Well, we go. What? >> We show you. I don't know. >> You can show off. Show me. Show me. >> So, my So, I just arrived. I don't know what happened. They're going to go there. They're going to investigate. Did he ever put his hands on you or >> No, he's just made threats in the past. I shut [snorts] >> Did you put your hands on him? >> Because he made claims against me and I've got frustrated and I broke with the things he was saying to me yet again. You take me out yet again. Everything with him is zoom in control. >> So listen, as long as there's no physical, nobody put >> pushed him. So now >> I mean push him. It's not like if he was approaching me and he just pushed him. >> I don't know what we should have shoved him. But I'm just >> n and you shouldn't have aditted me. So I went to grab his phone. >> And then I started to grab his phone and then we fought about his phone. And then he was like, "Look at what she did to my hands." And I was like, "Look what you did to my hands over it." Wasn't that just his dad? >> Very disappointed in you. >> A bad guy. I've seen the video recordings about that girl. Aren't I going to be the one in trouble now? >> Did he ever touch you before you pushed him or did he was he? >> Not tonight. >> Okay. So, after you shoved him then what happened? >> Then he grabbed his phone saying, "See, she just shoved me. She just shoved me." >> Well, this is a $10,000 a weekend resort. So, she wanted the fancy vacation that the the boyfriend. So, they got back together. the the boyfriend could provide that. So, but now she's going to jail for it. >> After he said things to me again, like he has the damn years. >> After [laughter] you shoved him, he didn't shove you back or touch you. >> No. And then after that, we had a conversation and then it was, "See, she's fighting me about my phone. See, she did this to me. See, she did that." But never mind the fact that the past two years, I have literal texts of him saying, "I want to hire somebody to beat the [ __ ] out of her. I want to fly down there and slap the out of her. >> Well, did you call or did he? >> Why I called? Cuz he kept telling me. >> He kept telling you to call? >> Yes. >> For what? >> Because if I have such a problem with club police because he's kicking me out of his hotel room that he paid $10,000 for for the whole weekend for his birthday after we broke up a month ago because I was finally done with this [ __ ] and he hasn't changed. >> Ray Bar Hotel >> and now he's saying I'm drunk. I have an alcohol issue. I don't have an alcohol issue. I've never ever been in trouble for alcohol. I don't drink and drive. I'm going to put reasonably so all of these things into my car and then go find somewhere to stay. Then it was call the police because they're going to >> arrest you for public intoxication. Yeah. >> No, we don't do that. But I would not vehicle if you drink. >> No, I wasn't going to operate a vehicle. >> Must be nice to have that kind of cash in my car. Okay, Elisa, I feel like you're working yourself up a little bit. >> You know I >> So, why don't you stop talking and let me talk? >> Yeah. You showed up because you called us. >> The boyfriend's probably young, too. >> We're investigating what happened. Officers are done with our investigation upstairs. More than likely, you'll go about your business. We'll assist you in the best way we can and getting you into another hotel, and then it'll be perfectly fine. Obviously, you'll have stuff to figure out with whatever this kid's name is, but in terms of like being so upset because you think you're in trouble and all that, stop because you're not in trouble and everything's okay. >> Get some help. >> Relax. Take a deep breath. Stop talking cuz you're kind of getting down a little rabbit hole. >> The boyfriend's statement was not captured on BWC. But according to the arrest report, the argument began after she tipped the barb band $1,100. He then kicked her out of the hotel room he paid for and she attacked him on camera. I got to read you something before we talk about it. >> Yep. >> I'm getting arrested. >> Oops. >> Got to read something and then we'll go from there. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be against you in court law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her with you while [laughter] you're being questioned. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Do you understand your rights as I've explained them to you? >> Yes. Okay. Having these rights in mind, are you willing to answer any of my questions? We need verbal affirmations and so it's just yes or no. >> Do you want to answer any of the questions I'm going to ask? >> Like do I wait? >> Oh, that's for the whole weekend. >> Oh, I don't know. Good deal. >> Okay. Yeah, I I guess. Yeah, I can answer. >> Okay. So, they're they're going to be very direct questions. Did you hit his phone out of his hand? >> Yes. I grabbed it and I went to pull it out. >> After you did that, >> did you lunge at him and fight with him over his phone? Yes, I tried to fight for his phone because he was trying to record me after he didn't even tell me he was recording me for the entertainment. >> Listen, he's got an injury to his right forearm. In the state of Florida, battery, whether domestic or not, which in this case is domestic, is an unwanted touch or strike that he didn't want you to hit his phone and he didn't want you to lunge at him to get to get his phone. So, you're going to be under arrest for battery. >> Okay, >> there we go. >> Now, listen. Listen. Do it again. I understand everything he said beforehand. >> Get yourself worked up. >> It's documented. >> Okay. But because of your actions, hitting him and struggling with him over the over the phone, we have enough problem to cause >> to arrest you for battery. You understand that? Do me a favor and turn around. Put your hand behind your back. Don't struggle with me, Melissa. Just >> turn around. >> Don't try to run. >> It really is. >> We're going to handle that here in one second. Okay. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> I didn't. No. So listen, listen, listen. >> Oh, here we go. >> We're going to go to the jail. Okay. You're going to see Listen. You're going to see a court or you're going to see a judge in the morning. >> In the morning? >> Yes. In the morning? Okay. What we're trying to do you out by putting all of your stuff in your car when >> it's 3:00 in the morning. What do you think? Judges are just sitting around like, "Well, somebody get arrested at some point. I'll just sit here on the bench and wait." >> You get out whenever that is. At some point tomorrow, you can Uber back here and get your car. wanting away from him. >> I understand. But listen, >> it's not I understand cuz he's allowed to act like this. >> It's not even about how he acted. It's about the decision you made to hit his phone out of his hand and then try to wrestle his phone. You understand that, right? >> Yes. >> Stand right here and face that way. >> You good? >> Yep. >> Let me get this seat belt on me. I know it's hot back here. >> Okay. Listen, >> this is super straightforward. Okay, >> listen. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> I have an image in my mind of what he looks like. >> I was engaged for 2 years. >> Not good. >> I was in a kind of a similar situation. Okay. In another state. >> That's true. They're saving money already. >> Now, in the state of Florida, like I told you, we don't have the luxury of >> Oh, yeah. That was a great show. >> Okay. Sometimes in the past, the victim says, "Hey, I don't want anything done." And they dropped it completely. Okay. I'm not saying that's what's going to happen, but in the past that >> I know the feeling. >> Okay. You understand that? Okay. So listen, your life's not ruined, okay? It's it's a misdemeanor charge through battery, but >> but like I have text message proof of saying I want there the [ __ ] out of you just for saying that. and like with all these double standards and all this reactive things like he's allowed to say things to >> okay she keeps referring to a text message and it sounds like a friend of the boyfriend sent the boyfriend a text message saying that and she's saying that that's proof of something some other person said they might want to do something to you >> and I know I shouldn't have grabbed this phone and I'm sorry that I did but how come he's allowed to do all these abus He's next to me and I can't defend myself though. >> They should never have called. I didn't know. I thought you guys would just help me get away from him. I just thought I need help. >> I don't know >> for us to both separate for the better for both of us and not us get in trouble. I didn't want him to get in trouble. >> And he's the one that's been abusing me mentally for 2 years. I don't have like a lawyer that I know to help me in this situation. And I am not a violent or mean person. I know I'm not. And everybody I know I know you're not. >> Should I call my cousin whose boyfriend is a homicide detective in Miami instead of my mom cuz he would have more experience? I don't know what to >> You just need bail. Does take experience. >> I'm just scared it's not going to work itself out for me because nothing but him has. It's >> The woman was charged with domestic battery. The case is still pending. Yeah. What am I supposed to do? His friend said mean things to him and I looked at his phone and I saw the text messages. They were so mean. Well, she's uh somewhere down in Florida. Maybe we'll see her again. I'm sure we will. Okay, the next two these are actually the last two that I've got, but they're both pretty long. Um they we get to see the FSTs. One of them he the first one that we watch he refused the breath test so we don't get a BAC. The last one she's the lady from the thumbnail. We do get a BAC. It not in the video but it was in the uh video description so I know what the number is so we can play the guessing game in the second one. But this first one you guys let me know what you think as they're doing the FSTS. I I don't know if I agreed with the what the officers did. Is that him? >> Yeah. >> That's our That's our guy right there. >> Okay, sounds good. This officer, what's going on, man? For a little bit here, figure out everything from there. Yeah, absolutely. Talk to me. What's going on, dude? >> Just another day of my life. >> Okay, so what exactly happened? >> Arguing in like I told him coming up, brakes locked up. I hit my brakes. What I did, operation literally locked up like she slid. I just slid. So what I did, cut my wheel, shot the median, caught her acid right there. Shot off over here. Okay. Have you uh been drinking at all or? No. Okay. When was the last time I didn't two days ago? >> Okay. All right. Um can I talk to you real quick? >> Yeah. Two drinks two days ago. But I see odor when I was speaking with him. Two different >> I can't I can't smell the odor. So the problem is right now obviously based on when but we got pretty much sitting right over there and when I was by his truck but I'm going to go back and smell his truck and see make sure that the cab didn't smell but >> okay >> I'll probably talk you know for a minute. >> All right. You got to be very careful about the questions you ask this kind of stuff. >> So um let me I'll be right back with >> Okay. Yeah. I'll hang out. I keep talking. All right, man. So, uh, where you coming from? >> Fort Myers. >> Fort Myers. Uh, what are you coming over here for? Just been here or >> No, sir. I was coming out, hang my buddy for a little bit, shoot back on and go home. >> What do you do? >> Power lines. >> Power lines. Oh, nice. On the truck and stuff to get in the thing, go up. >> Yes, go power [ __ ] >> Okay. Did the medics check you out or? >> Uh, they asked Bonnie. No, I was fine. I just I got Look at my My seat was far enough back. Seat was far enough back it when it hit it and just barely talking. So, >> all right. Sounds good. >> Yeah. Right now, we're just hanging out. My partner just see what uh next steps we need to take and we'll go from there and then hope we get you out here. All right. >> Hey, Mike. Nice to meet you, man. Oh, got Marseilles. Heck yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, we're going to finish uh completing the crash investigation here in a moment. Um let me speak with Officer Low and we'll get everybody what they need and then we'll go from there. All right. >> And we'll do our thing. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Okay. All right. Sounds good. All right, buddy. Mr. Barry, Mr. Do you mind getting off the phone for a minute? I'm going to explain the crash results. All right. So, based on our crash investigation, we'll find you at fault offic uh he claims his uh brakes locked up. He he pressed his brakes to stop and the all the tires locked up and he slid off the road and went over the median and hit another car and they think he's drunk. >> He might be based on what we have also. So, we are going to be changing hats now, shifting to a DUI investigation because some impairment had some impairment indicators on scene. I smell some alcohol odor emanating from your breath. >> You've got some glassy eyes. >> Slightly uneasy on your feet. >> You understand what we're going with? >> All right. So, for now, >> I at least got to hold on to your phone. >> I'm sorry, but I got to miss phone calls. >> Well, not right now. All right. >> Just cooperate. I'm going to give you back. Okay. I promise. All right. The biggest thing is we're going to run you through a few tests, right? To dispel our fears of you being under the influence. So, we're just going to run you through some exercises and you'll be good to go. If not, we'll go we'll take our next step of what we have to do from there. >> Do you wish to participate in field sobriety exercises? >> I'd rather make phone call first. >> I can't do that. >> I'd rather make a phone call first. >> That that's not going to happen. >> So, here's the thing, right? If you if you refuse to uh participate, listen, let me talk. >> If you refuse to participate in these field exercises, right, then we're going to have to make a judgment call and place you under arrest. >> Yes, sir. >> Right. But if you partake in these exercises and you dispel our fears, then you'll be good to go. Does that make sense? So, are you willing to participate and feel soiety? If >> I can make one phone call, >> there's no phone call here. >> I can make one phone call. >> There's no phone call here. >> Listen, man. We want you to particip It's not just to dispel our fears that you not operating the vehicle. >> We have to go based on what we observed thus far during our interaction with you. >> Yeah. >> So what's those? >> They'll explain demonstrate it all. They're going to be >> all you explain them first. >> No. Do you want to So we can explain them all. We're going to go over to this parking lot right over here. All right. So all right. Sounds good. Hey man, can you stay with him? I'm going to pull my car in there so we have the camera. >> Okay. And then we'll explain demonstrated as well. Okay. >> At any point, >> you can refuse. All right. But like I said, if you refuse, then we're going to go have off of our observations and our observations of what we're observing is that you do the influence. However, this is why we want to go through these exercises. There is no phone calls here. That's not how it works because currently you're detained driving under the influence investigation later. Okay. We cannot let you make any phone calls. >> When the time presents itself, we will be able to do that. However, we are going to escort you over the parking lot. All right. >> If you want to go ahead and move your car right now. >> Yeah. >> Hey, man. When did >> Yeah. When I got into an accident uh before back in December, I had to lock up the brakes and I have anti-lock brakes, but you could feel the brakes like the anti-lock was going on and off. They were pulsing. They kept, you know, they lock up and then they release. They don't just lock up all of a sudden. All four of them. Maybe one would malfunction, but yeah, you're right. All four. >> See over there? What's that? >> What did he say? We're going to demonstrate everything. All right. So, Officer Wall is going to be explaining some things. He's going to give you some instructions, okay? Just for how you're going to listen for this test, okay? And then we're going to go from there. Well, >> I would recommend a doctor, but chat GPT is probably the best place to go for medical advice. >> All righty, man. So, uh, for the first thing I'm going to do, we're going to check your eyes, right? you have any medical conditions I need to know about the contact regular. >> Okay. >> All right. So, what we're going to do is we're going to proceed with this test and if it guarantees you obviously we'll go from there. Okay. So, what I'm going to have you do is you're going to look at the tip of my finger right >> here. Go ahead and remove your hat. >> Well, well, before I do these tests, I want to see what all the test I'm going to do. >> Hey, Ziggy. >> So, like I said, I'm going to check your eyes. Right. You're just going to follow the and I'll explain to you as we go. Right. >> And from there, it's going to go into a >> Take your hat off. Just put your head down there where your elbows are. It doesn't matter. >> Hey Jerry, good to see you. >> Then from there is going to be a one leg stand. >> So right now I'm going to be looking for you equal pupil size, right? So all right, you're good. >> Oh no. All right. So go ahead. Uh stand with your feet together, arms down at your sides. All right. We're going to run through this again. All right. Look at the tip of my finger and follow with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand the instructions that I have provided to you? Hopefully. All right. Yeah, we can't see his eyes, but when he does the walking turn and the one leg stand, that's where I was like, I don't know. That's playing. All right. So, you're going to go ahead. >> Yep. Just keep your hand down almost. >> Yep. >> Well, I did say at the beginning I was kind of tired today, so I'm a little slow on the uptake. All right. Relax. 66. Okay. >> It's not a pass or fail, man. >> Yeah. We can't give like a grade, so to speak. So, >> yeah. >> All right. So, for the next thing, what we're going to do is I'm going to have you step right here. Just picture this as an imaginary line, right? >> No, it's uneven. Yeah, I don't like that. Here, come over here. >> Yeah, this is good right here. I didn't realize it was uneven. >> So, this next exercise >> this is going to be like Yeah, it's going to be a straight line. So, uh what you're going to do is you're going to stand with your feet together, arms down at your side. I'm going to do this with you. So, you're going to stand like this. Stand like this. Arms down at your side, right? Feet together. You're going to go ahead and place your right foot in front of your left, ensuring that your toes touch the heel of your left foot or the toes of your heel of your right foot to the toes of your left. So, go ahead, do that. Right foot in front of your left. >> Are you more comfortable with boots or >> you good with them on? Hands >> out of your pocket. >> So, from here, as you you're going to walk, all right, you're going to be looking down at your feet. from here. >> So, you're going to go ahead and count out loud, ensuring you're taking heel to toe steps. So, it's going to be one, two, three. All right. You're going to take a total of nine for demonstration purposes. Stay in the stay in the middle. Get you're good. You're going to take a total of nine steps. All right. When you get to your ninth step, so I took three obviously for demonstrational purposes. You're going to take a series of small steps to turn around. It's going to look as such. One, two, three. All the way around. I'm not going to turn your back my back to you. >> Yes. Like that. So, small steps. Yes. And then you're going to do the same exact thing. Nine steps all the way down. So, one, two, three, all the way to nine. And then you'll be done. Okay. Do you have any questions? Nine steps. >> Nine steps down. Small series of small steps right there. >> So then here we're going to back up. >> Just imagine. Just imagine a straight line in front of you. If you deviate off that, that's okay. >> Imagine. >> Yeah. Right here. >> You're going to count out loud. Nine heel toe steps. Just like that. Hands down at your side. You're not going to raise your arms. >> If you sway for balance, don't let yourself fall. Step off the line at that point. Okay. >> And if you step off, continue where you left off. Count out loud. >> Let's see how he does. >> 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Spin it. This just like just like I told you right here. Good luck with this. Keep going. >> One. 3 4 5 I mean I'm going to run you through that one. >> I've seen much worse. And this is where I was I was starting to get kind of skeptical of what they were doing. I didn't see him do anything. He wasn't swaying. He didn't miscount. He did the the turnaround a little bit off. But then the officer's like, "Oh, hold on. I'm going to explain it to you one more time, and I want you to do it again." >> One more time. So, cuz I didn't properly explain to you when you get to the end. So, when you get to the end on your first round, not instead, >> your lead foot will stay planted, right? Your lead foot stays planted. >> The lead foot stays. >> And then you take a series of small turns. >> Just like how he's doing. >> Yep. Just like how I'm doing. So, nine, right? Your lead foot stays planted. >> All right. >> And then you turn around, return nine steps. Do you understand? >> Yep. >> Okay. Let's go ahead and run it again. >> Put your left foot on the line. So, put your uh line left. This is the line, right? You see the line? >> But the line's perfect. >> Yeah. Don't worry. Doesn't necessarily have to be straight. >> So, the line the line is right there, right? The line stays right there. You can follow the line all the way. Right. >> It is pretty straight to here. Right. >> Doesn't matter. Okay. >> Right. Just put you through the left line. >> Yeah. I think so, too. Right foot on the line. >> No, I'm just talking. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot in front. >> One. >> Right. How many time you left foot on the line? >> He knows. Right foot in front of it. Push your heel to toe. Stay in that position until I tell you to begin. When I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel to top steps down that line like so. >> One, two, three, and so on until you get to number nine. >> When you get to number nine, you're going to leave your front feet planted. And with the other foot, you're going to take a serious small steps like so to turn around. And then you're >> after he does this one, wait until he does the one leg stand. >> I come back and then heel the top step. stream with one two three and fall until you get to number nine. You got to be looking down at the front feet at all times. You have to count out loud every step. Okay. You cannot use your hands for B. >> Follow the line. You follow this line or you want me to walk straight until you get to number nine? >> Yes. >> Okay. Once you start the evolution, do not stop until you have completed. You understand the instructions. >> Understand? So, you want me to pause or walk straight? >> I told you to take nine heels steps, right? So, whatever that takes you, >> but I'm saying you want me to follow the line like you were saying before. You want to go straight? >> Follow the line. >> Follow the line. We're doing the line, right? >> Okay. >> You're walking on the line. >> All right. Left foot. >> Correct. Ready. We're going to start. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 We already provided you the instructions. Keep going. >> Oh no, he did that wrong. Must be drunk. 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 I just I only got two. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> And I can barely hear him cuz the leaf blower of course is in the background. But they were asking each other, "Did you see anything?" And he's like, "No, did you see anything?" Well, all I got was these two and I couldn't see his list of what two he got, but >> next one leg stand. Yep. >> All right. So, the final exercise is going to be the one leg stand. So, what you're going to do is you're going to stand, put your feet together, arms down by your side. It doesn't matter what foot you choose. It's of your choosing, right? So, you're going to go ahead and lift that foot up that you choose. For me, I'm choosing my right. You're going to place it 6 in above the ground, about the size of a soda can. You're going to stick it out and look down at it and count 1 1 2 100 3 100 4 100 until I tell you to stop. Do you understand the instructions that I had provided to you? >> 1,00 2 1 3 1 >> Yep. You just You're going to have your foot extended out >> and about 6 in off the ground the size of a soda can. >> And you're going to count 1 1 2 100 3 100. Do you understand the instructions? I >> believe so. >> All right. Go ahead. Stand with your feet together, arms down at your side. You wish to take your boots off or do you want boots on? >> Okay. He said he wants boots off. You got cameras. Nope. Boots on. You may begin when you're ready. All right. Nice. 1 2 1 3 1 You got a new gun on your feet. 4 100,000 5 100 6 100 7 100 8 100 9 100 8 1 >> I mean he's messing up the counting a little bit but I I don't know. He's not swaying at all. He's He's not moving. 11,000 12,000 13,000 14,000 14,000 15,000 16,000 17 You stop. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Just uh uh you stay with them. >> So I only got the one with his hands. Was it to pointed >> uh outward? in the air. >> His toe was in the air. >> So, >> I don't think the toe in the air would be sticking out. >> So, 104. >> It's the only one I got obviously instructions. >> He's got to repeat instructions numerous times. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Thursday. >> So, they're marking them down because he asked to asked them to repeat the instructions. But somebody else pointed out earlier, they got three different officers and they keep bouncing around giving them instructions. Yeah, it's a little confusing. Plus, there's their leaf blowers in traffic. And >> there you go. >> Yes. Okay. >> All righty, man. You're under arrest for driving under influence. Relax for me. Relax. >> He's making a phone call real quick. >> Nope. Not right now. >> You can make a phone call at the jail. relax. >> This is a stretch. I just don't know. I'm going >> to hold my >> All right. Do you know your dad's phone number by heart? I'll call him off my work phone. Can we get over here? the car. >> Well, let I can let them know what's happening with the investigation. Okay. And your phone's going to go on property and everything. So, >> yeah. >> Unfortunately, he refuses. I But it I don't can't remember if it said at the end uh if the charges got dropped or or what. What's the date on this? Yeah, it was July. So, maybe maybe they did say. I don't know. >> All right, man. Just go ahead. Follow me. Going to go to the other side of this car. >> Yeah. Spread your keyboard for me. Jam. So, I'm just going to make sure you have nothing on. You have nothing messed up. Don't be sticky. Army in any way. You don't have any knives, weapons, or we already have a wallet here. >> Okay. Well, here we'll get it, buddy. >> Bingo. >> Just relax for me. All right. Hey grab bag can't go with you. You toss the trunk for you. You got it. >> Yeah, that was something that they did mention. They asked him if you had anything to drink. And you know, normally in these DUIs, they go, "Well, yeah, I had one drink earlier, but it was like hours ago." He said, "No, I haven't had anything to drink." And they said, "Well, when was your last drink?" He's like, "I don't know, like maybe two days ago." Oh, well I smell alcohol coming off of you. I didn't hear him slur. I saw him do the tests. Maybe they did smell it on him. I don't know. All right. Go ahead. Have a seat for me. Watch your head. Yeah. No. No. Yeah. Oh, the cats get extra food tonight. Well, >> when they were asking him to do the uh the FSTs, uh they were like, "Well, you know, I smell alcohol emanating off of your breath." Okay. Maybe. >> No, I'm good. Okay. >> I was just making sure the camera was on. >> Yep. Got his property. >> What are you going to ask him next now that he's in your car? >> Yeah. Um, so Adam what's next for the normal course of the DUI that's >> I haven't done yet. >> So we go for field soiety. >> So now we're you know he's under arrest, right? Yep. So we're going to call one male 105. >> Yes. >> Yeah. I mean we're not there. So yeah, maybe maybe he did have one drink and he just lied about it. Maybe they do smell a little bit of something on his breath. But yeah, I if I were him, I would have done the opposite. I would have refused the FSTs and gone for the breath test. But he went the other way and did the FSTs and he's refusing the breath test. >> After that, how are we going to determine the alcoholic content of the >> Oh, breath PTO. >> Yep. >> So now you have to ask him. >> Okay. Would you be willing to provide? Yeah. >> Yep. And have your card ready? Do you have your implied consent card? If not, I have one. I think I got one here. Right here. Implied consent on beer cans in the back. One empty. They're all cold. >> Okay. They're cold empty. Did you take pictures of this? >> Okay. >> One cold empty. The rest are full. >> Okay. spread out the crash pictures. There's video of the crash as being okay. We're going to make sure there's been submitted to the station without being taken from you. >> So, they're going to be submitted. You can pick them up. This is going to affect anything with your right to the fire. All right. So, you >> I don't know, man. That's up to the people that are in charge of that. He's going to ask you a couple things and I'm going to call your buddy James here. >> Would you call him Rick right if you don't mind calling him right next to me? Yeah. Yeah. Once you ask you a couple questions. Okay. >> Yep. >> All right. So, um I'm going to be asking you for a breath test sample. So, I am now requesting that you submit a waffle test of your breath for the >> I ask you. Okay. Oh, okay. I thought we had that. That was >> Okay. Uh would you be willing to uh partake in a breath breathalyzer test? >> No, sir. >> No, sir. Okay. So, I'm going to have to uh read this out to you. So, if you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of one year for the first refusal or 18 months if your driving privilege has been previously suspended for refusing to submit to a lawful use of your breath, urine, or blood. Additionally, if you refuse to take the test I have requested of you and if your driving priv uh privilege has been previously suspended for a refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath, urine or blood, you will be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law. Refusal to submit to the test I have requested is admissible into evidence any criminal proceeding. Do you still refuse to submit to >> DUI was dropped? Okay, I forgot that at the Okay, so the DUI was dropped and he pled no contest to reckless driving, which he was driving reckless if he spun off the road and went over a median. >> You still refuse? You want to take the test? >> You don't want to take the test? >> No, sir. >> All right. All right. Watch your feet. >> All right. It's a double refusal. All right. Call out 10:15. >> Yes, sir. >> Single refusal. >> Double refusal. Oh, the single the single refusal for the breath. >> Here's his phone, by the way. All right. All right. Well, that one just kind of ends. All right. Florida cop camp cam. Well, at least they gave us the the conclusion of it. So, the DUI was dropped. This next one, I had a similar reaction when I was watching the FSTs, but they don't tell us in the uh in the video. Well, I said that a minute ago or before that last video. They don't tell us in the video, but it was in the uh I think in the title or the description of the video. So, I know the BAC. We do get one. So, after you after we get into the FSTs, you guys can make your guesses. >> Hey, how you doing? much in Tley's apartment. Is everything okay? >> You're all over the road. You're You slammed the curb back there on Howard. >> You're speeding up, slowing down. Is everything okay? >> Radio off. >> Is there anything [music] wrong with the car? >> Um, >> I do have to get washed, so I do know that. >> Okay. >> I just haven't done that yet. But here's my registration. >> Is there anything wrong with the car? I need to get >> or anything like that? >> Um, just my arm fracture, but that's not like anything medically like disabling me. Not like diabetes, like you know, high blood pressure. Oh, no. >> Vertigo, anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. So, can you hop out real quick for me? >> Yeah, of course. >> Remember that she mentioned her arm is fractured. >> Yeah. >> Sorry. >> She forgot her shirt. If you want to throw the paperwork back in the car, I don't need it. >> Just step back this way. So, you said you guys were coming from where now? >> Downtown. >> Anywhere in particular or >> um just a couple bars. We're visiting friends and stuff like um my friend's boyfriend, he just came in from Philadelphia. >> Okay. >> So, then we like met up with them after like on our way home. >> Okay. >> But, um she did have a shot there. I didn't I didn't drink at all. >> Okay. How much have you had a drink? >> Um, I had one drink at 7 p.m. >> Okay. >> And then I haven't drank since. >> One drink. >> So, >> just one. >> Well, so you haven't had anything since 7 p.m.? >> No. >> Okay. >> No, cuz we went to happy hour or not happy hour on first Friday. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Would you mind if I checked your eyes as part of field sobriety to make sure that you're okay to be driving? >> Um, I've never done one of those. So, can I just get an explanation of what I feel? >> Yeah. So, first there's right now I'm I can sol you tell me that you drank at 700. That doesn't really compute with me. >> I did throw up. I like forced myself to throw up because I ate gross pizza. >> Okay. When was that? Gross pizza. >> Um I ate the gross pizza at like 11 and then I threw up at like 12. >> Okay. >> But like I didn't throw up like willingly. I like forced myself to. >> Okay. >> So I don't know if like maybe it was still in my system. >> Well b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b based on your driving and and as I'm speaking with you, the the kind of indications that I'm seeing. I'm I'm concerned for your level of sobriety. Um I'd like to like to exercises to kind of give me a better perspective of whether you >> I've just never done that. So, if you could like explain. >> None of it. None of it's meant to confuse you or anything like that. I'm I want to make sure that you understand it. >> No, no, I don't I don't care to be confused. I'm literally >> Yeah, that's how I got the thumbnail. >> So So you are you all right with that? >> Yeah. No, I'm fine. >> Just hang tight right here. I'm going to turn these front lights off so they don't flash you. >> Okay. >> In her case, gross pizza. >> Gross pizza abuse. >> Johnny, do you wear glasses or contacts? >> No. >> Just a white glasses. No, but you're not you don't you don't have contacts in right now. >> Like prescription, >> right? >> No. No. >> Okay. Go ahead and put your feet together for me. Hands on. >> Does it matter that? >> No. Right now, I just want just want you to stand like that. >> I don't know. >> Can you see my light right here? >> Yeah. >> What color is it? >> And if the pizza is gross, why would you keep eating it? After the first bite, I'd be like, "Oh, this is nasty. I'm not eating this." Red. >> All right. What I'm going to do is I'm going to move this red light from side to side. >> What I want you to do is follow light with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. >> Okay. >> Okay. No, keep your head still. Focus on the red light though. >> Not according to KFAR. Oh, New York City pizza is so good. >> Focus on the right hold. >> Sorry, it's just I I don't mean to >> 20 years ago, I would have looked at her outfit and been like, "Oh, yeah." Now I'm I look at her outfit and I'm like, "Put a shirt on." I mean, come on. It's not like you're going to hide them covering them up with a shirt, but still >> laugh at this, but like I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I smoked before I went out, so it might >> Okay. >> I think so. Focus on my robot. >> I've made gross chicken salad. It was a shame. had to throw it all out. >> Focus on the whole time. >> Sorry, >> I've never done this before. I do apologize. >> She's fashionable. >> What? How are you not a fan of pizza? Who doesn't like pizza? >> Can I do this away from that light? >> What do you mean? >> Cuz like whenever you move it over there, I always that light. >> Tell you what, does that make it a little bit easier if I put my finger behind it? >> Can I turn this way? Tell you what, why don't you turn face this way? >> Not like Okay. Yeah. I just don't want to be in my eyes. I keep looking at that one. >> Her friend back there. Friend. Uh, not again. >> Okay. >> Um, >> he says, "Janna, >> yeah, >> when when she steps away to do the walk and turn, you'll you'll see it. It's uh rather revealing. >> I'm seeing some things in your eyes that's giving me some concern as far as level. So, will you participate in the remaining field soiety exercises?" There's two more I'd like you to do. No, I have to do it. >> Okay. Tell you, I'm going to have you just >> Yep. >> step right over here. >> Stand right there on that white line. I'm going to adjust my car and come right back to you. >> Especially not with the cops. >> All right, Jonah, are you comfortable wearing these shoes? >> Um, yes. But I do have a question. >> Sure. >> So, I can't walk in a straight line sober. >> Okay. >> Like cuz my feet point inward. [laughter] So, whenever I take a step, >> that's another thing you'd never say to the officer. I couldn't do these tests sober. Officer, come on. You got to give me a break here. >> In. >> Okay, >> that makes sense. Uh, a little bit. >> So, do you want me to take my >> Just do me a favor. Just stand over by the tree. >> She's having a good time. I want you >> A lot of people have like duck feet. >> Sure. >> I don't have that. Like I I like physically like it feels duck feet. >> So like I know how like people like walk like I don't really know how to do that. But I walk inward. >> Like my feet just naturally go inward. So like whenever I turned one and then one >> but like it's it's never like toe to heel if that makes sense. Like I physically that feels weird to me. Like it feels uncomfortable. >> Are you diagnosed with any kind of medical issue with that? >> Um I've never like asked a doctor to I haven't been to a doctor like since before college. Okay. Like since like um freshman year of college, like before I started college, I had like my college what's it called? Physical. >> Sure. >> Um and then ever since then when I doctor cuz I like haven't needed to like for like any physical or anything. But like I never mentioned anything. They just always knew. It was always the same doctor. >> Okay. >> I keep that in mind. Um, you know, I I'll take that. >> I just that like if I needed to do something different >> when I used to smoke every day uh like an hour and I'd go out and do errands. I I'd smoke in the morning, hop in the shower, and then just go out to the grocery store and all that. The last like six months or a year that I smoked. It was like maybe once a week I was done for the day. There there's two there's two more standardized exercises. Okay, that's fine. >> I will say, you know, touching walking heel to toe in a line are two of the things that in mind, but those aren't the only two things that I'm looking for. >> Okay, so that doesn't matter, right? Like I don't Do you want me to take my shoes off? >> I want you to do it however you feel like you want to be the most >> I love these boots, so I'd rather keep them on. >> But I just don't want that to be like, oh my god, she's like walking. >> I love these boots. I'm never taking them off. That's fine. >> All right. Tell you what, do you see the uh you actually see you see like the black strip between? >> It's better than the first lady. Yeah, like the gravel. >> Yep. >> So, I want you to stand right there on that. I'm just going to call it the black strip. >> Okay. See, but like I can't. >> No. >> Like I like this. Can I stand like this, if that makes sense. So, that's okay. I got very little done. Sideways a little. If if you're if you're as long as you're on the line and if you're touching, if your feet kind of go at an angle both sides, I'm fine with that. If as long as they stay on the line, >> as long as they stay on the line, that's that's fine with me. >> I'll touch on them heel to toe. Well, I'm going to tell you exactly what I want you to do. They didn't used to dress like just step back for me. Okay. Go ahead and put your left foot on the line. >> There you go. Take your right foot, touch heel to toe in front of your left foot. Okay? Hands down by your side down by your sides and just stay like that until I tell you to begin. >> Okay? When I tell you to begin, what I want you to do is take nine heel to toe steps down the line. Okay? >> Okay. I want you to keep your hands down by your side. >> Does it care like I don't know if I will, but like if I go past that weight line, it doesn't matter, right? I I want you I want you however many nine takes you, that's how many I want you to go. Okay. >> As much as I'm picking on her outfit, she doesn't seem that impaired, just like the first guy. I mean, she's a little spacey and she did admit to having a drink and then smoking earlier. >> So, I want you to keep your hands down by her side. I want you to look down at your feet. I want you to count each step out loud as you take it. >> So, this is one, correct? >> It will be anything until I tell you to. Okay. So, it's going to look just like this. Can I take like a little space? Like does it have to be on it? Is it just It just feels like kind of awkward. >> What do you What' you say? I didn't hear what you said. >> Um like do you care if I take like a little space in between? Because it kind of like squishes my thigh and it doesn't feel comfortable. >> Well, did everybody squish squish a little bit. Okay. I'm not asking you to to walk like that. >> This just feels like I'm like clenching and I just want >> Yeah. At this point, >> I'll do it. I'll do it. I promise I'll do it. didn't make any sense. I just want her to ask because it just kind of >> feel uncomfortable. >> So, um again, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps on the line. >> Awesome. >> Keep your hands on by our side. >> You're going to look down at your feet. You're going to count the car. How did you take it? Yep. >> Okay. So, it's going to look like this. >> One, two, three, so forth, so until you get to nine. >> Okay. So, it's one, nine. >> First step is going to be number one. Okay. >> I don't know what she's talking about. >> Correct. I want to know what >> Once you get to nine, let's say this is my ninth step, you're going to keep your front foot still. You're gonna take your back foot off the line and take a series of small steps to turn around just like this. Okay. Once you get turned around, >> she doesn't like squishing her thighs together when she walks. >> Nine more heel to toe steps back down the line just like you did the first time with your number one. >> Okay. >> So, one, >> two, three, so forth. So, until you get to nine. Okay. Once you start, I don't want you to stop. >> Any questions about anything? >> Okay. So, when I do the nine, then I go one, two, >> I think it's part of the it's just strap. So imagine this is my ninth step. Okay? So this is I just said number nine. >> So you're going to keep your front foot still. Take your back foot off the line. Take a series of small steps and turn around just like this. >> Okay. So >> So I don't want you to spin around real quick. Take a take a several controlled steps to make sure that you're spinning around under >> under control. >> Okay. Did you Did you see how I did it? Don't spin. >> Don't spin. You're going to take a series of small steps to turn around. So like this. That probably confuses everybody she dates. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Do you want to go out on a date or not? >> Still back foot off the line. Serious small steps to turn around. >> Yeah, she's young and uh >> Do you understand the instructions? >> Yeah, we're going to do nine straight. I'm going to turn back onto the line and then do nine down. >> So, nine steps just like I showed you. Turn around just like you next time. >> Nine to back just like I showed you. Hands down by your sides. >> All right, Erica, take care. Step out loud and once you start, don't stop. >> Okay, >> you understand? >> Is it getting that late? Oh, I guess it's almost 4:00. >> Go ahead and push your right foot back touching heel to toe. Oh, hang on. Hang on. >> Sorry. >> All right. And then you can go ahead >> do handstands and walk backwards on your hands. >> Right. >> That's one. >> Just like I showed you. Just like I explained it to you. >> But that would be one, right? >> Correct. >> Oh, the top. >> Two. >> Three. >> Four. Six. >> That's really best. You don't want to look at the traffic. It just stresses you out. >> Find something. Find something fun to watch on your phone. >> Just like I showed you. Just like I explained it to you. >> I mean, she's not doing great, but >> right. >> Just like I showed it to you. >> I mean, she's doing okay. She's not doing as well as the the last guy. One, two, three. >> That's okay. You can relax. Okay. >> So, just stand right there on my flashlight. There you go. Turn. Face. I think she is a little bit together. Hands down by her side. >> Yep. Down by your side. When I tell you to begin, what I'm faster one foot approximately 6 in off the ground. It's about the length of dollar bill, can of Coke, somewhere in there. Whichever one you want to. Okay. So, don't do anything until I tell you to. [laughter] I'm going to show you. >> I didn't catch that the first time. the length of a dollar bill. Like, what are you trying to imply, officer? She knows what a dollar bill looks like. >> Raising my right. If you feel like raising your left, that's perfectly fine with me. Okay. So, both legs straight, hands down by our side. You're going to raise one foot approximately 6 in off the ground and point your toe forward in front of you. You can relax now. Point your toe forward in front of you to keep your foot parallel with the ground below you. >> Want you to look down at your toe. I want you to count out loud. 1 10 1 2 1 100 3 100 4 so for so on until I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Now, if for whatever reason you put your foot down, >> starting at 1,00 >> right? So, 10001 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 >> 1000 3 So4 so Okay, if you put your foot down, pick it right back up and continue where you left off. >> Okay. >> Any questions? Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> All right, you can go ahead and begin. >> 1,00 1,002 1003 1004 >> Why don't you look at your toe while you're counting? >> What? >> Look down at your toe while you're counting. >> 1006 Wait, do I restart? >> Don't you keep going? >> Okay. 1007 1008 10090 101 >> I can never hear anything over the vacuum >> she's doing all right >> 156 2017 120 you can relax okay feet together hands down by our side all right what I want you now is just go ahead and put your hand joint back for me so what's going on right now is you're getting placed under arrest for driving underneath influence. Okay. >> And remember, she said she had a fractured arm. >> When we get down to booking, we're going to ask that you submit to a breast info that's going to measure the amount of alcohol that you have in your system. All right? If you don't, there's some penalties that will go along with that. Namely, your license will be suspended for a period of one year for a first refusal or 18 months if your license has been previously suspended for a prior refusal. Okay. >> But why? >> Based on the totality of the circumstances, your normal faculties are >> I won't give it away. >> Okay. So, hop up this way. Do you have anything in the car that you want to take with you? >> Oh, no. I'll get demonetized. >> Yeah. Can I take my phone and my >> We'll grab it. I'm calling your mom. >> So, will you provide a breath sample when we get down to booking? >> Do I have to? >> Well, if you don't have to, but you will. This is going to get suspended for a period of 1 year for refusal. >> If you do, if if you blow above a 08, it'll be a 6 month suspension. If you blow below a 08, it's a it's not a suspension. >> Okay. But like >> I've never seen a soda can. >> We've already been arrested. So you're under arrest period. >> So that's that whether or not you blow it doesn't have any effect. >> What's the reasoning on that >> based on the totality of the circumstance driving? >> I don't know what totality >> means the whole picture. Okay. So you're not >> contact with you and the the field exercises. >> Can you tell me what I did wrong? >> So here tell you what going to grab a seat in here for me. >> Okay. All right. Just grab a seat for me. This hurts. This hurts. >> And like I said at the beginning, she said she had a fractured arm. She didn't say anything about the cuffs hurting until she gets in the back of the car and she's by herself. Now it hurts. Thank you. >> Could be. I've had fractured bones. It hurts immediately. Oh, we got a tie with the guesses here. She's pulls, which isn't going to help. >> Oh, 674 671. >> Stop pulling on the cuffs. It's going to hurt your arm more. no longer combined operator 99 >> ar at least with the black and white it's not quite as revealing she's as soon as he closed the door he said she said ah it hurts and then she starts tapping on the door to try and get his attention We're going to be 1025 with the subject immediately north of the speedway pretty much across the street. >> It hurts. It hurts. >> I guess it'll be left. >> It hurts us. Hey Chelsea, how you doing? [snorts] Yeah, in this part it gets kind of slow, but he eventually comes back and yeah, I think she's 22, so I'm almost 50. That's very, very young. Looks like a kid. >> [snorts] >> Hey, Janette. How is that tapping gonna? >> Nobody's going to hear that. >> 61. >> 61. >> Could be except >> it's been almost 22 years since I've dated. >> You're going to have to call transare directly. I can send you the 108. >> Please do. Yeah, for me it was uh 98 alone. >> But I'm not as young as I used to be. I guess none of us are. I remember 1989. That was a fun year. I started high school. Started playing in the marching band. [laughter] And again, if she has a fractured arm and she's doing that with her with one arm, it's pulling on it. I'm assuming the arm that she's not hitting the door with is the one that's fractured. She's pulling the cuff on it and making it worse. Do it with both hands. >> Help. Help. Help. Wait. >> It hurts. >> It burns us so bad. Why didn't you say that when they were putting the cuffs on real quick? >> We all have that problem. >> Listen, it's got to be on, but I can put two sets of >> I know. I know, but >> where where's your arm broken at? >> It's fractured in my forearm. It hurts so bad. >> Oh, her forearm is fractured. Come on, lady. Behind your back or is it the actual handcuff on your wrist? It's a handcuff on the broken bone. >> So bad. Why? Why isn't there a cast or a splint on you? >> No, no, no. Take this one off. Take that one off. >> No. If you immediately get loose, it hurts so bad. >> It hurts so bad. >> Stop spinning. >> Well, if she's not lying about having a fractured forearm. >> Stop spinning. >> I don't know why she doesn't have a cast, but yeah, she's probably being genuine with crying. >> She's been decent so far. Well, we're all middle-aged >> about that. We're not young. We're not old. >> No. >> No, I don't care. >> I never get carded anymore. >> Not that I drink, but >> I can't even do anything. Don't >> know. >> You can't. Yeah. >> I want to. So, Janna, put your palms together like you're going to break. >> Every time I've had a fracture, they put it in the cast. >> No, I can't move my arm. >> I can't move this arm back. It's fractured. You can feel it. It's right here. >> Tell you what, grab a seat. Broken bone. Make it a little bit easier on you. >> Okay. >> And she could have said something when he was putting the cuffs on. >> Yeah. >> Frank, you should have been sent to your MD there. [laughter] I could have tied a shirt around and made a makeshift sling. >> If the other cuff hurts, is there anything I can do? >> I've already done a lot for you already >> by putting the two. >> Relax. And >> most time that that's kind of reserved just for people that are really big. >> I'm sorry. My arm is just fractured. >> No, I'm not. I don't want you. >> Yeah, I'd have to have something to immobilize it. >> That one just hurts just the way I have to like hold my other arm. I don't get carded for anything. >> I'll try to get you. >> They won't even let me in the clubs anymore as fast as possible. >> Thank you. >> So, can you explain this to me because this has never happened to me and I literally I promise you I haven't used since 7 p.m. >> Well, like I said, I believe that your normal faculties are impaired. >> That's not based on my >> That's not smart. Even at 22, >> at least go for a physical body. Is there anything I did? >> Uh, well, like I said, it's a culmination of many different things. It's not one specific thing. So, your driving is what first kind of drew my attention to it. Uh, you know, in my contact with you, I tell >> when was your birthday, Janette? >> Which is why I asked you to do the field exercise and they did the field exercise and I saw further indications. >> Was it just my personality? >> No. >> Can I ask more? >> No, ma'am. You weren't arrested for your personality. It's because you admitted to drinking and you admitted to smoking pot. >> Personality. >> Can I ask more like more information? >> I mean, I'm not sure what else I can explain to you. I mean, like I said, it's there's certain things that I'm looking for. >> Just not gross pizza. >> And I saw many of those things, >> but it wasn't my like feet placement. I told you before you even started. >> Oh, she asked for details to duck. >> It wasn't my duck feet. >> Okay. I just didn't want it to like be taken the wrong way cuz I like promise you like I literally can't walk unless my feet hurt inward. >> But I knew she was guilty as soon as me. Like I'm not even drunk. So like I'm just confused. Somebody else said that earlier. >> I don't understand what's going on. This has never happened to me. >> You're going to jail. It's pretty soon. >> So, I was just a little confused. >> You'll get out in a few hours. >> I forgot her name, but yes, it does. >> Um, so what happens from here? >> So, from here, literally, >> I'm going to ask that you submit to a breast sample. We measure amount of alcohol you have on your system. Uh, from there, you'll get booked in for DUI. Uh, you have to stay for a minimum of 8 hours from the time of the arrest. Well, that's 8 hours from the time the handcuffs went on, >> which is what time? >> Which is okay. >> Okay. She has to stay in jail for 8 hours. >> Okay. >> So, from there, if it's just a misdemeanor DUI, which is all that I see at this current moment. >> And how do they like decipher? >> How do they decipher >> decipher? >> Do another breath test. >> How do they decipher whether or not like it's just a DUI or >> I don't know like what the different range I haven't looked at your license yet. So, I don't know if you have if your license is good or you don't know if you have a problem. >> If everything everything else is good, then >> it's just regular >> and that's just the 8 hours and then what? >> Uh then there's a $500 borrow that yourself. It's kind of up to you and then from there it all goes through the process >> and then what >> it goes through the process. So you're no know the lawyer here talk to the state attorney. They'll you know figure out what they're going to do if trial alternative. >> I can't hear what he's saying. >> One of those things happens. >> But like do I stay in jail that entire time? >> No. So you're going to stay for 8 hours. Uh >> no matter what. no matter what. And after that, you'll >> Can I sleep? >> Yeah. You're You're probably going to be in a big waiting room kind of like at the airport >> with all my stuff with me. >> What do you mean? >> Like, do I have to watch after my phone and wallet? >> So, all your stuff is going to go into secured properties. Have that stuff in your trunk. It's going to go with you and it's going to be put in your >> Take care, John. Whenever you get released, I'll get it back to you. >> Okay. So, I don't have to hold T-Rex sitting there with these people. >> You won't have anything to >> Okay. So, they can't like steal that from you. >> How often does this happen? >> What people get arrested for DUI? >> Um, just like is that like what I'm getting categorized as? >> Yes. >> You're not categorized. You're charged with DUI. That's it. >> Every day. >> Every day. >> Every day. >> I haven't even drank since 7. >> I'm not talking about you. You ask how many times? >> What? >> How often do people get arrested for DUI? >> I mean, yeah, but like >> right now there's three other people in my squad that have arrested. >> Yeah. >> You're not being categorized. He's very right. He's very correct. It's exactly why I picked the video. But >> that and I didn't think she did that bad on the FSTs. So, I was kind of surprised when I saw the BAC at the end. >> What do I have to do for this to not happen again? >> Don't drink and drive. >> I didn't even do either of those. I haven't smoked. Well, I smoked at 6:30, but >> I never watched any of the Harry Potter. >> I drank one drink at 7 and then I I mean, I did drink a second drink at 7:00, but it was 5 and then I caught myself >> and then I told myself I'm not leaving until after 12 >> and then I didn't leave until later. >> I'm good at the orange outfit. >> So, what do I have to do next time? Just not do anything. >> Yeah, I mean that would be the best thing. >> Don't drink. >> How does like the what is it? blood alcohol content. >> Yeah. >> BAC >> or her intellect. >> How does that work? >> Uh what do you mean? >> Like how does it get calculated? >> So I'm going to ask you to do a breath sample. >> But I don't have to do one of those, right? >> Well, if you don't, like I said, your license will get suspended for 1 year for a first refusal or 18 months if you had a prior refusal. >> Okay. But >> yeah, I think it was I was too old when they came out. >> That whenever anybody asked me to do a BAC test, don't do it. I I have no idea. >> Is that in my best interest now or no? >> Well, like I said, there are potential outcomes with the breath. Okay. Number one, if you don't do it, your license gets suspended for a year. Guaranteed minimal. Okay. >> Okay. >> Uh and potentially up to 18 months if you have a prior suspension. >> But what does that mean? Like suspension just means I can't drive. Right. >> Right. >> And if I do drive, >> what do you mean if you do >> on a suspended license? >> You're basically like your license is suspended. Like you can't. >> Oh, so like I fully cannot drive like not even to the grocery store. >> I mean you could you could drive purposes only license which would give you the ability to go to work or school or grocery store or stuff like that. >> Okay. >> Um I mean that's something that you know a lawyer can kind of work with you for or I say you don't need a lawyer but most time a lawyer kind of works with you to try to uh try to get one of those. >> So either you don't do it and it's a 12 month suspension. If you blow above a 008, it's a six-mon suspension. And if you blow below a 08, it's non suspension. >> Yeah, I didn't think about that. >> Okay. So, right now, my best thing to do is blow. >> I mean, that's when you sign for your license, you're signing that you're you're going to submit to a pro. >> I just want to know what the outcome is, whether >> the car, I don't need it. >> Oh, crap. >> Oops. I didn't mean to do that. I was trying to pause it and get it back to the right spot. No, I was going to say she's she's like we've all met people who they can't take like more than 10 seconds of silence. I think she's one of those. She can't just sit back there quietly and >> Okay. So, right now my best thing to do is blow. >> I mean, that's when you sign for your license, you're signing that you're going you're going to submit to a press. >> I just want to know what the outcome is whether I blow or not. >> Well, like I said, I I just explained the three. >> Yeah. So the the if I don't blow at all, it's 12 months and then we figure it out if it's more than that or not. >> Well, what kind of microphone is at least 6 months or does that change? >> All right. Have you ever been arrested for DI before? >> Never. I've never been pulled over for this. I don't know what's happening, dude. >> Maybe she's smarter than we thought. >> That's it. >> What if I blow tomorrow? Or that doesn't matter. [laughter] >> It's either >> blow tomorrow. >> Okay. What if I come back next week to do the breath test? >> 12 months. If you blow above a 08, it's 6 months. And if it's below 08, it's nothing. >> Okay. But if I would have been driving, it doesn't matter. Like if I blow it's going to be 6 months or nothing, right? >> If it's above, >> she's paraphrasing. >> Yeah. It's either 6 months or nothing. >> Okay. But if I don't blow, it's 12 months. Correct. >> Or more. >> No, it's just 12 months. >> 12 months. That's 12 months. That's it. >> So, let's say you have a prior DUI. I'm not saying that you do. I'm just using an example. >> Yeah. >> DUI and they refuse to do a breast sample. So, they don't blow on the first time. >> Yeah. >> They get arrested the second time and they don't blow again for the second time, then it becomes 18. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Am I allowed to like drink anything beforehand? >> No. >> Okay. So, it doesn't matter if my mouth is dry. Nope. >> What? >> I just have to blow. >> It's air from your lungs. >> That's up to you. I can't force you to do it either way. It's not like, you know, squeeze your belly and make air come out. >> It's just air. You don't need saliva. >> You just blow. It's like you're blowing up a balloon. >> Oh, >> saliva for a breath test. >> Okay. No, >> she's the future. >> I say, >> I do say I do want to blow it. Then what happens? Like obviously either the 6 month or the nothing. >> 20,000 questions. >> But then what about after that? >> What do you mean? >> Like do I stay in jail longer? >> What? How? How? >> No, you'll be in for 8 hours. >> Has no uh >> So it's 8 hours no matter what. >> Yeah, me too. >> And what happens here? >> It's like she's never been out of the house. 55. >> Jeez. >> What happens where? >> In jail because I've heard very scary things and I really don't want to be raped tonight. >> Uh, it's not like TV. >> What? [laughter] >> So, I just sit there with a bunch of people. I don't have to worry about them bothering me. >> They keep all the the girls together. They keep all the boys together. >> And if I get bothered? >> What do you mean? >> And the guards will come over and tell people to stop bothering you. >> The uh officers in there will keep people from, you know, acting out. And if they don't, >> well, that's what they're >> She really is. >> Um, can you fix my dress? >> Yeah, there you go. >> Please fix her dress cuz we don't have a blur box today. >> Yeah, she'll just be thrown in with all the men dressed just like that. It'll work out great. >> Which one's your bad hand? >> The left one. This one. >> Come over here. >> All right. So, we're going [laughter] to go through this green door over here. But she knows what lava is >> straight ahead. >> Yep. >> Sorry. It's just I just got a pain. >> Oh god. >> Oh, that would have been great if she [laughter] >> How do I breathe? >> Sorry. >> Can you show me how to do that? like if I get stressed it like over >> at least she was being decent. She's she's not too bright but >> it's just cuz like I haven't like moving yet. >> It's just when she gets stressed she has 500 medical issues. >> All weapons secure. >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> She has a bad skeleton. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. And and now we're done. And that's the end of her. The BAC result, at least according to the video description, was.133. And I saw a few uh.3s. There was a 139. I think Caroline guessed that. But uh yeah, a couple of you were really close. Got it. All right. That's the last video I have for today. I was uh I went over to YouTube Studio to see if I've been given the raid button yet. No, they haven't given me the raid button yet. So, I don't know who's on. Um I don't know if grammar school is going on today. If he is, he should be starting around now. If not, then enjoy the rest of your afternoon. And I will be back here on this channel tomorrow. Um uh I didn't plan this out. I guess I'm going to start at 6:15 instead of normally I'd do 6:30 because I do need to finish probably about uh 7:40 or so. I need to give myself a good 15 minutes before booze and body cam. So yeah, I'll be doing my show. I'll start at 6:15. There'll be maybe a 15 20 minute break and then I'll be on uh Katiez and KFR's Booze and Body Cam. That'll start at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow night. So you can join either one of the channels. They simoc cast the stream on both channels. Uh oh, there we go. Grammar is on at 1:30. All right. So, Grammar's on in 7 minutes. Go over to see grammar in 7 minutes. You got a few minutes to go to the bathroom and grab another drink. All right. That's all I got for you. Uh what time? Saturday. Saturday will be 2 p.m. And Sunday, I've moved that uh I was starting at noon. I'm going to push that to 1 pm and do a little bit shorter stream. Those uh three-hour streams are really wearing me out. So, yeah, that I'll be doing closer to two two and a half hours. That'll be kind of the the longest streams that I'm going to do from now on. Uh but yeah, I'll be back tomorrow 6:15, so 15 minutes earlier than normal. And I will see you all next time. Take care, everybody. [music] >> [music] [music] >> Thank you for watching. Goodbye for now. Don't you [music] go screaming. Don't you go. Yeah. We hope you enjoy the show. We'll meet again [music] on another day. Just don't you screaming, don't you go yelling. We hope you enjoy the show. [music] We had some fun. We had some laughs. [music] But it's time to go.
