STOP. >> I'm not doing >> Drop your phone. >> No. Stop. You're not going to take my phone. Stop. >> I got it. Take it back. >> I got this arm. >> Give me the pin. Give me that hand. >> I got this one, too. >> I can't put my hands behind my back. >> Put it behind your back. Put this one. >> Get off of me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You already got a resistance charge. You got this one. >> You get off of me. I'll put my hands behind my back. Put your foot in. >> Put your foot in. >> Yeah. >> Put your foot in. >> I'm opening this. >> PUT YOUR FOOT IN. LET me >> put your foot in. Okay. >> We'll just hobble you. >> Grab a hobble. No. >> I'm sitting here. >> You're not going to walk. >> Stop. >> Hey, listen to me. You're about to get tased. Do you understand me? >> You going to tase me? >> Yes, because you're actively kicking A POLICE OFF. >> NO, I'M NOT. HE WON'T LET ME PUT MY FEET IN the vehicle. He's just trying to put my police. I can put my feet in here on my own. You don't want to tase me for that. >> And knock it off. >> You don't need to tie my feet up. Hey, go down. >> You keep kicking us, so you're hitting your home. >> Grab that strap, Bri. >> Just push her in. >> I CAN GET IN. >> You could have closed the door this whole time. >> Much fun. >> Even after she was placed in the patrol car, she still couldn't sit still, thrashing around as if it was somehow going to change the outcome. >> Please don't touch me, then. Please. >> Then how are we supposed to >> just stay right there and don't touch me, please? Okay. You asked for your inhaler. So, do you want me to take a minute and get up? [laughter] >> No. I want it. Please. >> Well, you're the one contorting yourself like this. I'm not going to let you fly. >> I said please don't touch me. >> Okay. I'm going to touch you. >> Let me have my inhaler. >> Then get up. >> Please. >> Here. Just hand it to me. >> Can you get it from that angle, though? Let me just help you with it. >> Are you ready? Okay. Okay. Ready? Do it again. >> We You didn't even give us a chance. >> I know. I was I just was trying to figure out I got it. >> Okay. Sit back in. >> Like I said, I would have done this for >> No, you wouldn't. So, I would have. >> Well, don't bite and kick police officers then. >> Well, don't pull me down. [ __ ] >> Okay. You're under arrest for battery on the manager, felony retail theft, and then three counts of aggravated battery for hitting us. Move your foot. >> I didn't even take >> Move your foot. count. >> Move your foot in. >> Move it. >> Just move. >> No, it's not. Move it in. >> I'm not playing your game. >> I'm not playing your game. >> You're going to count. So, put your foot in. >> Okay. >> Oh, so you going to grab my feet and you going to grab my hands? >> They're going to get just calm. >> I'm calm down. Cannot let you hurt yourself or >> Okay. I'm not The only way I'm hurting myself is cuz you're holding me down and my wrist hurt yourself. >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm laying here. >> I'm not kicking. I won't kick. Stop trying to strap me up. That makes me go insane. Please don't. Please don't. I won't do nothing. Please. I promise you. I promise you I won't. Please. >> At this point. And you kept kicking. >> No, I didn't. It's cuz y'all kept trying to hold me down. Please stop. >> No. I'm going to get angry. Please stop. Please. >> I won't bite you no more. Please stop. >> She ignored every warning officers gave her. The moment she realized she was facing real consequences, she suddenly wanted one more chance. Unfortunately for her, it was already too late. to be >> exactly >> then just stop. >> Tell him to stop and I will stop. That's the only risk I'm doing this. >> You haven't listened this entire time with us. >> Okay. >> We've given you so many chances. >> No, you haven't. >> Yes, we have. >> No, you haven't. >> But we have >> Stop. DON'T STUPID. STOP. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> WELL, then let go of me. >> But we can't because you're you're kicking. >> I wouldn't kick if you let go of me. I will sit up and I will be calm. I promise you. I'm my mom. I will sit up and I will be calm. Give me one more chance. Please give me one more. >> Please. >> Please give me one more chance and let me sit up. Stop touching me. >> BECAUSE I PROMISE I won't do anything else. >> But can you agree with me that this is hurting my wrist? I have real my wrist. >> Because you won't let go of me. >> You just [laughter] take a breath. >> I can't take a breath cuz let me stupid. >> Look, I told you I would sit up on my own. Let go of my >> All right. Her feet should be over here. I think her head's her head's back here. But she just likes to bite. She likes tick. >> She started moving. >> Let me breathe. >> No. Please let me. She was charged with disorderly conduct, felony retail theft, battery, aggravated battery on police officers, and resisting [music] arrest. Taking responsibility could have ended the situation quickly. Instead, every act of resistance only added more criminal charges to an already bad decision. Now, let's see what people have been saying about this young girl. If that shoplifting team thought fighting police would solve her problems, the next driver proved that arrogance behind the wheel can end even worse. what he thinks. >> Okay. >> I'm actually an instructor for speed measurement. So smart. >> I'm not laughing. >> I wouldn't be laughing. It's a felony. You committed a felony. Don't laugh at that. >> Yeah. I mean, you you're being cocky. You're not even being polite. You're not even using manners. >> Yeah. This has been her the entire time, sir. While investigating a hit and run on September 20th, 2024, an officer spotted a Mustang GT illegally passing traffic before the driver ignored his direct orders to stop and sped away. >> You guys know whose white Mustang this is? >> Uh, tell her to come out. >> Yeah. Can you have him step out? >> Hi. >> Do I look familiar? >> Kind of. >> Yeah, I know. >> Yeah. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're under fleeing law enforcement. Beautiful hotel. White camera. >> What? >> I walked out, flagged you down, told you to stop, and you rapidly accelerated away from me. >> What? >> Yes, ma'am. >> It's all on body cam. >> You just >> Nope. I w I walked out of the road and was telling you to stop. >> You walked out on the road. You >> correct? And I was telling you to stop. It's all on body cam. You're under arrest for fleeing and looting law enforcement. >> Come here. >> Can I just call her mom? >> Yeah, you call her mom. Is that Is that on our phone right there? I am a law enforcement officer fully uniformed telling you to stop because you're passing all those cars in a double yell out. No, you passed multiple. >> It doesn't matter. You still fled law enforcement >> and then you rapidly accelerated as you went by me. You didn't stop. Didn't do anything. Didn't even hit the brakes. >> No, I was going the speed limit across. >> No, you weren't. >> Can I talk to someone else? >> It was just me there. I don't know who you want to talk to. >> Who do you want to talk to? >> Maybe your supervisor? >> Yeah, he's on his way. >> You're more than welcome to. That's for you leading law enforcement. So, >> go ahead and sit down for me. Do you have anything on you because I have a female that's going to come search you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Um, >> huh? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. No, I literally was at I hear her car accelerating rapidly. So, I look and she's in the middle of passing vehicles coming back over. I'm in the road, hands up, telling her to stop. Clearly look like a law enforcement officer. No brakes, no no lights, nothing. She just keeps going, guns it. So, that's fleeing and looting all day long. So, >> can we go to court for this? >> Absolutely. You're going to be going to court no matter what. >> And you said you have on dash cams. >> I have it on body cam. >> Okay. >> Even better, cuz I was right there. >> Okay. >> So, what's your name? >> This is the most ridiculous thing ever. I mean, >> I know. I agree. Fleeing law enforcement is pretty ridiculous. I absolutely agree. And I'm also I'm also towing your car and putting on a 30-day hold. So, >> just letting you know. She insisted she wasn't trying to flee, claiming she simply didn't realize the officer was trying to pull her over. But a phone call to her father would soon lead to an ending she never saw coming. >> Can I talk to him? Officer Ria. >> Okay. >> Hey there, it's Officer R. New Beach Police Department. >> What? Officer who? >> Officer Rier with the New Beach Police Department. >> Okay, good. Good. So, >> literally I'm in the middle of the road. I'm a fully uniformed police officer telling her to stop. Not only does she not even apply the brake, she rapidly accelerates away from from me to the point I have to run, get jump in my car, which was parked several hundred feet away because I was investigating a hit and run crash and now all of a sudden she's gone nowhere. So then I obviously find the car and make contact with her. So I don't need to have lights and sirens on behind or anything like that. I'm a fully uniform police officer. I was given clear hand signals to stop and I have a witness who was the victim of my hit and run crash who watched the entire thing. So, you know, of course, that meets statute requirements for for fleeing and looting. I I I don't mean to be a jerk about it or anything like that, but that's that's where we're at. Okay. >> Um, how far does she go from when you try to uh gesture her? >> Over a mile. So, she didn't try to pull off the road down the street, nothing like that. >> Did she Did she Was she able to see you or >> Oh, yeah. I am I am in a I am in a She just told me I saw him in my uniform. didn't. So, that's all I need like cuz and I know she saw me because I was about in the middle of the road to where she would before she would run me over. So, I didn't want to get ran over cuz she was already doing 65 plus. So, you know, I have everything I need for fleing and looting. It is what it is. So, she she can take it a call. It's going to go to court no matter what. But that that's what I have. It meets statute requirements. Um that that's what we're doing. Okay. >> Okay. Um can you put her back on the phone? >> Yeah, you're on speaker. >> Okay. So, you'll probably be in in in jail for the weekend then. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Because uh you're not going to get get out right away. Why were you going that fast down? >> I I passed one car. I passed one car cuz he was going like 30 and I passed him. >> This is my daughter's phone. It's embarrassing. >> So, why didn't you pull over at the time when he waved you down to stop? Why didn't you stop? >> Cuz it wasn't like he was I I didn't I really didn't even know. I just saw a person in white and black and then >> doing this. >> He had one hand out and it wasn't like he was in front of my car like that. He was just He like literally was from the side like completely the side. I wasn't going 60. That's a hearsay. I was not going 60. From 30 to 60. I can't just do that when I'm in the other line going over to the other side. >> Pull you over. >> He didn't. He didn't. He came over and found my car and pull. >> It's all on body cam. Sir, I was almost in the roadway. The reason I didn't go all the way in the roadway is cuz she was going so fast. I didn't want to get hit by her cuz obviously I could see that she was not slowing down. >> Just a what he thinks. >> Okay. >> I'm actually an instructor for speed measurement. So smart. I'm not laughing. >> I wouldn't be laughing. It's a phony. You committed a felony. Don't laugh at that. >> Yeah. I mean, you you're being cocky. You're not even being polite. You're not even using manners. >> Yeah. This has been her the entire time, sir. >> I know. That's what I don't get with her. It's just totally ridiculous. So, you you don't understand what you just did. >> Instead of defending her, her father called out her entitled attitude, reminding her she was throwing away her future, her nursing [music] career, and getting her car impounded for 30 days. Now, that's what I call good parenting. >> You know what? It's going to take something like this to [ __ ] you up now. And now you're done because you're so goddamn arrogant and cocky the whole damn time when you couldn't talk to the officer normally, but you did it. You had to be a real jerk, didn't you? >> I know you [ __ ] He's got the body cam on. So, you just totally screwed your whole [ __ ] up. Nursing degree, everything. You just did it because you you're being invincible. But guess what? You're going to spend a weekend in jail and you'll see how invincible you are. You know what? It might teach you a lesson now. Maybe you know cuz you just don't listen. >> Don't listen. >> Did you hear dad? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, when you get to jail, you get one phone call. >> Just follow instructions. So you better who you figure out who you going to call, you know, to get you out of jail. So when you call your mom and start bitching at her and stuff, she going to make you sit. You call me, I'll make you ass, too, because I'm not putting up with this [ __ ] You know, you you you got an attitude. It's got to change. >> Got to change. It's ridiculous. So this might be your game changer. You know, you could have been probably polite to the officer from the get-go and you probably wouldn't be in the situation you are right now. And I bet if you ask the officer that your cockiness is probably what put you in that position right there. >> Did I put my shoes back on or just >> Do you want them back on? >> If that's what I'm saying. If your mom can bail you out now or otherwise otherwise you will sit there until Monday. I got to calculate it, but he'll probably be like 2500. >> Okay. >> Do you have an older brother? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I know him very well. Yep. >> He's in what? The Air Force. >> Did you go to high school? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Actually, so you got jewelry on. Um, do you want to leave that with them and not bring it into the jail? Like the earrings and stuff and your necklace? >> Can I take it out? >> Yeah. So if I uncuff you, I have to take him out. You're not doing anything. All right. >> This is me being very nice by So >> Oh, mom. She if we have a problem, I'm going to let her talk to you. >> I'm getting arrested because I fle an officer. Um uh she's going to need somebody to post anything else. >> 10% of probably 2500. >> Okay. Have you ever been arrested before for anything? >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> Okay. >> All right. Bye, Mom. >> Only after hearing the reality from her own father did the teen finally calm down, realizing her confidence behind the wheel had turned a reckless mistake into a felony arrest. Copy. Yeah. >> I don't want you to sit on that seat belt. I'm just going to buckle in. Um, >> you have enough AC? >> Oh, yeah. It's cold back. Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Officer Got. >> Nice to meet you. I'm not really good. >> How long have you been a police officer? >> Uh, a little almost 11 years. >> Oh, wow. Do you like it? >> Oh, I absolutely love it. I mean, if I didn't like it, I wouldn't be I wouldn't be doing it for 11 years. >> How long do you think I'll be there for? >> Well, it depends. I'm pretty sure that it's a uh thirdderee felony, so you'll have a bond. >> So, a couple hours, then you'll be able to bond out. >> Okay. What's up, Kevin? >> Hey, C. >> All right, go ahead and step out. We're going to go on the right side of this car. >> Just hang tight. I'm just going to drive you over here. >> What? >> Yeah. She literally admitted to the entire thing. Like, I I've known the family for for a long time. I played football with her older brother. Yep. I know your dad. I know your brother. I very well. >> Did you play baseball or like football with him? >> I played football with for a long time. >> Yeah. >> I follow him on Facebook. >> Yeah. >> If the crime that I'm charged with wasn't a felony, >> I could have just wrote you a ticket and be done with it. But >> unfortunately, since it's a felony, no matter what, I have to make a physical arrest. >> It was honestly amazing how quickly her attitude changed after her father stepped in. That's exactly why good parenting and accountability matter. >> The camera's kind of covered by that thing. I don't know if that matters. >> Well, if it makes it any better. Uh, that was my captain texting me. I'm probably getting in trouble cuz how fast I was going looking for you. >> Cuz by the time I got back into my car to to go after you, >> Mhm. >> you were so far gone. I I was lights and sirens, I was doing over a hundred. >> So, I'm probably getting in trouble for that now. >> So, that makes you feel any better? >> Do you have any extra waters? >> No, I don't have a pack of water. I had a couple bottles, but I don't have anymore. I have Red Bull if she wants one. >> You want a Red Bull? >> Please. >> She said, "Please." >> You ain't going to get all hopped up on Red Bull, right? Like all weird. Okay, >> I just need something. >> I got you. >> She was arrested for fleeing and eluding law enforcement and also cited for illegally passing in a no passing zone. What do you think about this young girl? Was her father too harsh or exactly what she needed? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. [music] And don't forget to like, subscribe, and turn on notifications so you never miss another video from Easy Body Cams. But after watching one teen get a reality check from her own father, the next driver doubled down, convinced the law, and the officers were the ones in the wrong. >> Do not open my handle because now you're violating my Yes, you are. You are violating my rights. Because you're violating my right, sir. Especially you. This sir right here, nice. This sir right here, nice. You a dick. >> On October 21st, 2022, deputies in Charlotte County, Florida, stopped a vehicle for driving with a broken headlight. >> Hello. >> Hey, how are you? >> Deputy Char, Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. >> Hey, how are you? >> So, uh, doing good. Your, uh, front lights out. Got that headlight out on your right side over there. >> Is it real? >> Huh? >> Is it for real? >> Yeah. So, I was sitting over there and saw you coming up behind me and saw I was out. Do you have your uh ID on you? >> I'm sorry. >> No, you're right. Where you guys coming from? >> Coming from Cape. We're going to Orlando for my sisters. We're going to Halloween night. >> Yeah, that's right. That's fun. >> I'm sorry. I even got my oil change and you know how they do that check thing. They didn't even say anything. >> Yeah, that's weird. >> The left or the right? >> That's your your right side. Uh, do you also have your insurance and registration as well? >> You smell it? >> Mhm. >> So, while you're looking for that, uh, I smell some marijuana. It doesn't smell burn. It smells like it's fresh. Do either either of y'all have a marijuana card? When officers asked about a medical marijuana card, neither of them had one. That gave officers probable cause to search the vehicle. And that's when the real confrontation began. >> All right. So, what we can do, so what we're going to do is we're going to search the car on the premises of that you guys don't have a marijuana card and I can smell it. Uh, if there's nothing in obviously if there's nothing in here and we don't find anything, we'll let you guys go and go do your thing. All right. Do you guys mind stepping out of the car for me? >> Um, no. No, sir. Because I don't understand why you would need to go to that level when I'm just trying to go to my sister's house. I don't even do that. And last time I checked, to be honest, you guys can't do that off of smell. >> Yes. And you have if we have the smell and you don't have a medical marijuana car, we have right to search your vehicle. >> What are you What are you talking? >> So, we're going to ask you again to get out of the car >> nicely. And then if I have to say it again, I'm gonna rip you out that damn window. Those are your options. >> Why are you being so aggressive? >> I'm not because we're already I'm already asking you once and he's already asked you once. So just get out of the vehicle. >> Yeah, because obviously because I don't understand. They're telling me like for no reason talking about, oh, if you have your medical marijuana, they want to search my car, everything. I don't understand why. I'm just trying. It's already late. It's already 9. I'm on late to where I got to go now. They're talking about it all for a headlight when I didn't even know it was out. I went to the oil place today. They even did the check of all of it. Didn't even say anything. So, I thought I was on my clear. So, I don't I I don't understand why you're going to this college, sir. I really >> can. >> Because you can. >> Can I talk to your supervisor? Can you >> Can you get out of the car? >> She kept accusing officers of violating her rights after every warning. Too bad for her. She had picked the wrong day to argue with a couple of nononsense cops. >> You are violating my rights, sir. >> All right. >> You are violating my rights, sir. >> No, that's not fair. These idiots need to get off their phone when the cops is doing a traffic stop. Ridiculous. We obviously need to make driver's ed mandatory, and it needs to include a whole section on how not to act when you get pulled over by the police. I got a cuff on him and when we got him against the ele so when you had the spray out are you you know you said >> I did not spray him. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So when he he when I was trying to get him calm down is when he freaking damn motion towards me and I said I'm going to spray you. >> Okay. >> Then I pulled out the spray. >> Okay. >> Um everybody else started clearing. I tried to calm him down. I even had Josh try to talk to him. >> He wouldn't calm down. >> I told him that he today he was going to go >> if he doesn't freaking damn cooperate. Finally, at one point I said, "Hey, it's already too late for everything. Turn around, put your hand behind your back. Trying to do this as peacefully as possible." >> Yeah. >> Kept on resisting. That one hit me. >> Okay. >> Uh he threw a kick on me and then we tried to get him and like said, we just kept bouncing back and forth with him until we finally got him. >> Here's here's the thing though to think about. Should he be bracketed or should he be taken to jail? Um, I mean they can do that at the jail. >> The student was arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and battery. One meltdown ends, another begins. This driver will show how a routine traffic stop can quickly spiral into a disaster entirely of her own making. On October 8th, 2024, officers pulled over a female driver after clocking her at 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Officer Boss from Barland Police Department. Okay. The reason for the stop is for your speed. You know how fast you were going? >> Going 65 and a 45. You got the driver's license and insurance with you. >> Who you calling? >> My Okay. Is there >> I'm trying to >> Oh, all right. Do you have a copy of your driver's license? >> No, I don't. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> No. >> You've never had a driver's license? >> I have. You just don't have it with you. >> Okay. It looks like the the actual insurance card is is ripped off of this one. >> Okay, ma'am. Why don't we just start with uh Do you have any ID card on you whatsoever? Anything with your name on it? What is in those cans there? Margaritas. Do you have a wallet or anything on you? So, you have nothing with your name or anything like that? >> How old are you? >> 21. Okay. What's your first name? I can't I Sorry, I can't hear you. Okay. I'll be right back. All right. Just stay in the car. Here's what I have you do. All right. Cuz I can understand what you're saying. So, if you could please type your your full name in there with your date of birth so I can make sure that you do have a valid driver's license. Why do >> cuz I have to make sure that you have a a driver's license. >> 20. I'm fine. >> What are you doing on your cell phone there? I'm sorry. >> Okay. What are we What are we trying to do? >> Well, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on here because she's not really talking to me. I don't know what her name is. I don't know if she has a driver's license. I don't know if she has insurance. She's going 20 over the speed limit. So, You didn't give me insurance. You gave me the top of an insurance card, but the actual insurance card was ripped off. There's no insurance on there. I don't even know your name. What is your first name? >> No, you're not telling me. You're You need to tell me what your first name is. You have no ID on you. You don't have a driver's license, will you? >> Okay, that's okay. You can drive your grandpa's car. That's fine. But I need to make sure that you have a valid driver's license. Instead of answering simple [music] questions, she chose to scroll Facebook and pretend the officers didn't exist. I guess basic human communication was asking a little too much. What is in those cans there? Margaritas. Do you have a wallet or anything on you? So, you have nothing with your name or anything like that? How old are you? 21. Okay. What's your first name? I can't I Sorry, I can't hear you. Okay. I'll be right back. All right, just stay in the car. Here's what I'm going to have you do. All right, cuz I can't understand what you're saying. So, if you could please type your your full name in there with your date of birth so I can make sure that you do have a valid driver's license. >> Now, I got to do >> cuz I have to make sure that you have a driver's license. >> 20. So, >> you didn't give me insurance. You gave me the top of an insurance card, but the actual insurance card was ripped off. There's no insurance on there. I don't even know your name. What is your first name? You know, you're not telling me. You're You need to tell me what your first name is. You have no idea. You don't have a driver's license, will you? >> Okay, that's okay. You can drive your grandpa's car. That's fine. But I need to make sure that you have a valid driver's license. >> As deputies uncovered more violations, including driving without a valid license and open alcohol inside the vehicle. She continued acting as if none of it was a serious problem. >> You did have Okay. The reason I'm asking, >> is this at home? All my stuff. The reason I'm asking you is because if you were issued one ever, we would be able to see that, but it's showing that that that nothing's coming up with that being the date of birth. >> Okay. It's leading me to believe that you might not be being very truthful with me. Okay. So, we can do a couple of things here. I need to figure out who you are. I can do that here or I can do that back at the PD. Okay. Okay. So, if you're lying to me about your name, then you need to give me the right name or else I'm just going to bring you back to the police department. I'm going to arrest you. Bring you back to the police department to fingerprint you and figure out who you are then. Okay? If you're lying because you have warrants off your arrest, that's probably something we can handle out here. Okay? Because Illinois doesn't have cash bail. So, there are things we can do out here to get you home tonight. If you're going to continue to lie to us, then I'm going to have to bring you back to the police department. I'm going to have to fingerprint you and I'm going to and if it comes up that you're lying about your name, you're going to get an obstructing charge. Okay? So, it's your choice. If you get arrested, it's your choice how you want to proceed. >> Okay. I'm out there. >> Can I can I get my phone cooked in? >> No, you can't have your phone right now, bro. No, because you're being detained right now for five separate charges. Okay. You can minimize that by cooperating and giving me your name. Cuz the fact that you're thinking about it tells me that you're lying about your name. >> I'm not going to know my name. >> So, what is there to think about? >> I'm not thinking about anything. I'm I gave you my name. Like, I'm sitting here for school. >> Okay. So, that's the final answer. >> No. >> No. Just give me your name. >> I'm trying to give you my name. I shouldn't give you my name. I have no ID. >> What's your name? >> I'm going to give it to you. >> You're not getting back in the car right now. You are not getting back in the driver seat of that car. >> And if you try to get back in the driver seat of the car, I'm just going to place you in handcuffs. You have one option right now to not get arrested right now, and that's to give me your real name and your real birthday so I can figure out who you are. That's your only option. If you have misdemean if you have misdemeanor, >> so what is your first name? Have borrow pen, please. I'm still shy. >> Realizing her story was starting to fall apart, she made the worst possible decision. One that left even the officers shaking their heads. >> All right. When was your ID issued? When did you get it? >> You said a while ago. I don't know how long ago that is. >> I'm trying to show you one in my phone. >> In your phone? >> Yes. I have a picture of my in my phone right now. >> Okay. Stay right here, please. Could you please hand me the keys to the car and then could you please hand me your phone? >> No, stay over here. Okay, >> we're done telling you stay over here. Okay, back by the bumper. Hey, stop. STOP. Stop running. >> Local until we get her in custody. If you got a K9, too, that'd be greatly appreciated. >> See your hands. >> Stop. I'm going to get on the ground now. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. We got it. >> The escape lasted only moments before deputies caught up, placed her in handcuffs, and ended what had become a completely unnecessary foot pursuit. >> Could have been much much easier. I got her. You good? >> Got a handcuff key so we can lock this. >> 20. We got her in custody. She was charged with driving on a revoked license, obstructing identification, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, resisting a peace officer, speeding, and transporting alcohol as a driver. For our final case today, one stubborn decision turned a simple traffic stop into a long list of criminal charges. On December 7th, 2025, officers stopped a vehicle for speeding and failing to use a turn signal. >> Officer Hos going to police. They got a body camera around. Resent pull overs. For one, you didn't use a turn signal when you're coming out of Cadillac tax and you're going 48 on Main Street here. Is there any reason you're going so fast? >> I didn't hear anything you just said because >> All right. I pulled you over because you didn't use a turn signal coming out of Cadillac Jacks and you're going 48 on Main Street here. Do you know the speed limit here? >> I do. I live here. I have to pee. I'm going down the street to my friend's house and I was in Cadillac Jacks. They didn't want to let me go to the bathroom. >> I can't hear you. Say a little bit louder. >> I said I understand what you're saying. You said I was going over the speed limit, leaving Cadillac Jacks or whatever. And I wasn't trying to. I'm going to my friend's house. I have to use the bathroom. >> Okay. Um, they weren't trying to let anyone use the bathroom after, you know, 2:00. They shut it down. Um, and my friend lived off of like Four Seasons very closely. >> Okay. >> I was trying to get out of the parking lot, so that was that's my only excuses. There's really no excuse. >> Okay. >> I just have to pee and I just want to go to the bathroom and get to my friend's house. >> Okay. Do you have your license? Yeah, >> just insurance. >> Um, my insurance was on my phone. >> That's fine. How many drinks would you say you've had tonight? >> I haven't really been drinking. I really just have to pee honestly and I'm not trying to kill myself. I've peed on myself in the car and it's not pleasant trying to get that out. >> I got you. I can kind of smell it on you though. So, just you want to be honest and just tell me how much you've had. Not sure. >> What's that? >> I can't hear you. Sorry. >> I can't say anything. >> Hello. >> Once the officer detected the smell of alcohol, he asked her to step out for a field sobriety test. Unfortunately, she seemed determined to become the Karen of the day and refused to exit the vehicle. >> I need to just make sure that you're good to drive. So, I'd like to run you through a few tests. If you're good to drive, I'll get you out of here. Okay. >> Get out the car and >> you are going to get out of the car. If you don't get out of the car, I'm going to take you out of the car and you're going to get a resisting charge and you'll go to jail for that. >> As of right now, you're not going to jail. >> What's that? >> I haven't done anything wrong. I just want to go to the bathroom. Can we go to Hooks and I can pee and I can do your check? I just really have to go to the bathroom. Like I I've already peed on myself a little bit. >> Okay, I'll tell you what. If you want to hop in the back of my car, I'll take you to the police department. You can go to the bathroom there. I can run you through the test here. We can come back here. >> I'm not doing anything. >> I'm gonna have you step out of the car so I can run you to these test. Otherwise, I'm going to take you out of the car and you're going to go to jail for resistance. >> Well, that's I guess my right. >> So, are you going to get out of the car or am I going to have to take you out? >> Why do I have to get out of the car? >> Because I'm telling you to Pennsylvania versus Mims allows me to order you out of the car. >> What am I getting out of the car? >> Pennsylvania versus Mims allows me to take you out of the car. >> Illinois. >> Doesn't matter. It's a Supreme Court case. >> I wasn't skiing. >> Are you going to get out of the car or not? >> Wrong. I'm not going to get out of jail. >> This is your last chance. I'm going to have you get out of the car. If you don't, I'm going to take you pulled over. They're trying to take me to They're trying to take me to jail. He's trying to open my car. Don't No, cuz I can really have my window pulled up. And now you're Now you're using excessive force. >> Go ahead and step out of using excessive force trying to pull me out the car. >> No. Like, get off of me. >> No. Get off of me. Get the off of me. >> If I have a bruise, >> that's on y'all. I'm chilling. >> OW. OW. Get the off of me. No. They're They're hurting me. They're hurting me. They're hurting me. >> They're hurting [crying] me. They're hurting me. I haven't done anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. That's crazy. And I'm going to have a bruise on my face and my knees and my chest and my arm. >> Help me. G to the mirror to look at my location. >> Sit on your side.
