Oh, maybe you should go talk to him and ask him about me. >> She was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, DUI. Knowing police officers won't excuse drunk driving, the safest decision is to never get behind the wheel after drinking. Now, let's see what people have been saying about this woman. Her husband didn't answer the phone. This was the best night he had in years. I'll bet her children act more mature than she does. Imagine a woman of this emotional maturity is raising children. There's something so infuriating about people who flip between entitled threats and quivering sobbing. If the drunk driver we just saw thought knowing police officers could save her, wait until you meet this rich Karen who thought the rules simply didn't apply to her. >> You're detained right now pending an investigation of you being trespassed here. Sit down. You understand? You >> sit down. >> Okay, sit down. >> Can you have a seat on the bench for me, please? >> No. You >> Natalia, please. That's not nice. >> Did you order Chipotle? >> No. >> Did you order Chipotle at the wrong name? >> No. >> Wrong name. >> What are you talking about? On May 21st, 2022, officers responded after a trespassed woman returned to a convenience store, threatened employees, and caused a disturbance. >> Okay. Are you supposed to be here? >> Yes. My dad told me with my kid. >> Are you trespassed from here? >> Yes, I am. >> You're You are? >> Yes. >> So, why are you here? >> Why am I here? That is the question. >> That is the question. >> That's the answer. If >> you're not supposed to be here and you've been trespassed here, why are you here? >> Why am I here? That's exactly right. Why am I here? >> Okay, sit down for me. So, you're here to buy a lighter, huh? >> Yeah. But nobody will buy me a lighter. I picked a cigarette off from the 7-Eleven. >> Okay. So, you know you're not supposed to be here. When were you trespassed from here? >> I don't know. You tell me. When is my daddy coming? Let me see. Let me dial his number. Okay. He said he's going to be here in 15 minutes. >> So, what's going on? >> She is not allowed in the store because she was caught stealing by one of our other employees. >> Okay. Did you guys ever report that to us? >> Um Kirsty was it reported? I believe so. >> We're not showing anything in house about a trespass. >> That's my daughter who owns the store. She can explain to you. >> Hi Christie, this is Officer Pratt with the Park Police Department. >> Store employees told officers she had previously stolen merchandise before returning to threaten workers and frighten nearby customers. >> No, I'm about to go home. >> No, you're going to stay here. You're going to stay here. You're detained right now pending an investigation of you being trespassed here. Sit down. You understand? You >> sit down. >> Okay. Sit down. You >> sit down. >> You >> All right. You're You're not leaving. You're staying right here. You >> Okay, that's fine. >> Stupid. >> Who the are you? >> Hey, >> who the are you? >> Natalia, stop. Natalia, >> sit down. Have a seat. >> Why don't you ask her for a later? >> Why is she smoking? >> Why is she smoking? >> Is that your dad? >> Yes, that's my dad. >> To your dad. >> Hey, sir. It's Officer Pratt. Hey, can you have Natalya have a seat for me real quick and we'll come talk to her here in a moment. Can you have a seat on the bench for me, please? >> No. You >> Natalyia, please. That's not nice. Can you please have a seat on the bench for me? >> Natalia. Natalia. I'm I'm I'm sorry. I don't speak English. >> You do? >> No. I'm sorry. I don't It's It's called America. >> Okay. >> Underneath one God. >> Okay. Can you have a seat for me for a second? off. >> Natalia, can you please have a seat for me and we'll come talk to you. >> Are you a robot? >> No. >> Are you a robot? >> Here, I'm going to give you your phone back for a second. >> While officers investigated, she ignored repeated commands, mocked police, interrupted witnesses, and continued creating chaos around the storefront. >> Yes, she did. >> What' you say? >> She threatened to smash me in my face. She threatened to smash up >> Yeah, just like you threatened. >> Back up. That back up. Dad called me. >> Yeah, I never threatened her. I just told her to leave. I told her she's not >> called me on the phone. >> We're going to trespass her now. From here, it'll be an art. And >> no you smoke. >> So, what did she say to you? >> She came in the back and unfortunately the customer that was here that heard it all was gone. Um, but >> Natalia, stop. Go sit. Go sit over there. Go sit over there till we're done here. >> Did you order Chipotle? >> No. >> Did you order Chipotle at the wrong name? >> No. >> Wrong name. >> What are you talking about? >> I don't even like Chipotle. What are you talking about? >> Exactly. You don't like Chipotle? >> Yeah. So, I didn't order Chipotle. What are you talking about? >> Exactly. What the are you talking about? >> Well, well, sure. Because of her erratic behavior. Um, I happen to have my phone talking with my daughter and I have my glasses on. I took my glasses off. I've set my phone. my glasses on the beard display at the back just >> did you feel like you were she was going to physically hurt you? >> I did because she did step towards me and it may show that on the camera. >> Okay. >> Are you Gucci? >> Are you Gucci? Not right now. >> Okay. >> I'm not No, I'm not Chrissy. But she's >> she's fine. She's fine. >> What? I didn't >> I was just going to call you. >> Yes, I'm fine. I'll talk to you later. >> And he's the one that her sister. >> Okay. >> Okay. Anyway, um I said another customer came in and went to the back to get beer and she came in behind him and I said, "You're not allowed in here." >> And she followed him to the back. So, I went to the back and I asked the customer, I said, "I am so sorry about this." I said, "Please ignore her. She's not allowed in here." >> She she she >> Natalia, stop. Let her talk and then we'll let you talk. Stop. >> Stupid. >> Stop. >> Smash up your [ __ ] Your glasses. That's what I'm going to smash up. Your glasses. >> Smash up your >> And you guys want to sign a complaint for this kind? >> Can I sign one for salt? She didn't actually touch me. >> So the assault is the threat or taking and for the actual >> disruptive peace for screaming and all that story. Yeah. >> Yeah. I mean Yeah. I know. >> I've met you before, haven't I? >> I don't. Um like I said, we we can't have her here. >> Okay. No, we'll promise. We told her she's no longer allowed in. And >> she's being held. She's being held captain. All right. >> Dollar Tree. Dollar Tree. >> Hey Christie, it's Officer Pred again. Um, yeah. So, for the signing of the complaint for the assault and disorder of conduct, I would just need mom to come to the station to sign the complaints. >> Yeah, I got my other employee there. Please do whatever you can to throw the book at that woman because I swear to God, this is the last time that I'm going to put up with it. This is insane. This don't make any damn sense. That woman, I will literally personally, and then none of this recorded cuz you're on my mom's phone, I will I'll bring you $1,000, right? Now you smash her. [laughter] No, we don't do that. And everything is recorded on a body warn camera. So I'm just >> You are on speaker phone now. >> The victim reported the woman repeatedly threatened to smash her face, prompting officers to pursue assault and disorderly conduct charges. Um >> she kept saying to smash her face. >> Yes. The employee to the other the employee and caused a scene in the store which disrupting other customers. So they went under trespass and signing. >> Okay. You're adamant on the signing, >> huh? >> You're adamant on the signing. >> Yeah. >> I talked to the store owner on the phone there. And >> they're going to come in and sign complaints then station. >> She's being held captive. She's being held captive. No, but they said don't come back if you don't work here. Do I work here? Do I LOOK LIKE A HEAVY MACHINE OPERATOR? Do I look like a heavy machine operator? No, but I your master. I the master of the Orland Park 71. 7-Eleven is where it's at. 7-Eleven. 7-Eleven. That's where I your master. I a guy at 7-Eleven. I the owner. That's what I did. >> That's it for me. Okay. Can you stand up for me? Stand up for us. Okay. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're going to be under arrest for disorderly conduct and assault. Okay. Okay. >> All right. We're going to be right this way. Okay. >> Sorry. You got to focus grab me on you. >> No, I don't. >> Why don't you go yourself? >> Okay. >> Oh, she's real funny now. She's real funny now. Yeah, >> her outburst didn't stop after the arrest. She kept insulting the officers on the way to jail, but that part of the encounter wasn't captured because the body cameras had already been turned off. She was charged with aggravated battery on a peace officer, assault, and breach of the peace. The trespass order isn't up for debate. Returning to cause trouble only makes the consequences more severe. What do you think about this woman? How entitled would you rate her? Let me know in the comments below. And don't forget [music] to like, subscribe, and turn on notifications so you never miss another Easy Body Cams video. Leaving the convenience store behind, we head to a quiet neighborhood where what seemed like a routine call quickly spiraled out of control. >> Going intoxicated. >> Yeah, >> because uh I've been in Texas. I just got back today. Yes, I've been drinking wine. >> I'm going to calm down. >> Don't do that. >> That's the property line. >> That's stupid. Don't do that. I'm not obstructing anything. >> I want to be heard. >> Own this property. >> On September 12th, 2023, officers responded after a wealthy homeowner repeatedly called 911, insisting her neighbors property and parked vehicles were violating her rights. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Did you call? >> Okay. >> Did you call us, too? >> I Here's the [clears throat] thing. Record it. I really don't care. >> Oh, no. You're fine. >> This guy's turned into a bee. >> Okay. >> A jerk. He's a young punk [ __ ] >> That's okay. So, the other party lives over here. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Okay. 1980 I bought that house. We bought that house. My husband and I. >> Okay. So, you lived there, too? >> No, I lived here. We lived here. My husband and I lived here. We bought that house. >> Okay. Okay so I'm going to calm down. I'm I'm at this point. Okay. So, I come home from Texas after a week being gone. >> Okay. >> She repeatedly bragged about living there for decades, demanded the police settle a civil dispute, and even called the fire department to get involved. >> No, that was a camp. >> No, I'm good. I'm good. >> My father-in-law was a sheriff, so you know what I'm saying. >> Oh, someone's asked. >> Anyway, go ahead. >> Uh, just as you know, it's not electrical. How are you? >> I mean, I'll just leave that on your own. We're just stupid. >> We're just closing the loop with you. You're on your property right now and that's fine. >> Okay? But what I'm saying is you're animated. You're causing this to be a bigger issue. It needs to be. Now, listen. >> The rightway here, that's going to be a civil issue. Okay? >> Civil means >> civil means you need to go talk to a lawyer and uh >> either take him to small claims or figure something out. talk to an attorney because that's >> talking money. >> Yeah, because that's that's a land issue. >> Okay. Do you own this property? >> Are you waiting? >> I'm on my own property. >> You're obstructing. STOP. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> STOP. I told you what would happen. >> Stop. >> No, I [ __ ] up. >> Get on the ground. STOP THAT. >> [screaming] >> YOU BROKE MY leg and my arm. I'm not kidding. Stop. >> I can't. God. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. MY LEG'S BROKE. >> NO, IT'S NOT. >> DAVID. YES, it is. Yes, it is. Oh my god. He broke my leg. >> Okay, >> it's broke. No. Stop. >> Yes, it is. [ __ ] I already squad this way. Right. >> I want ambulance. 911, please. I didn't cross it, David. >> You didn't cross it, but you're not allowing us to talk. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Yes, you did. >> Here. Your glasses are right here. >> I don't care. My leg is broken. Oh [ __ ] I'm not like my leg. >> I'm on my own property. You can't arrest me. >> Obstruction. You're yelling at this guy while we're trying to talk. struck. >> Ma'am, >> he wasn't yelling at me. >> He wasn't because he couldn't get a word in and we're trying to make you guys stop. >> Oh, >> okay. >> Sir, my leg is broken. >> Okay. We have an ambulance on the way to check you out. >> Thanks. >> Okay. >> After ignoring repeated warnings, she physically obstructed the officers, forcing them to arrest her while she loudly accused them of breaking her leg. >> What? What does that matter, man? >> Does it have to be cut off by circulation ability? >> Which one? >> That one. >> Okay, I'll loosen it. >> Oh, my legs broke. I can tell you this. Oh, his legs broke and that was ridiculous. I have seen a lot of [ __ ] on TV, but that >> Okay. >> Oh. Oh my god. You know, I was hit up by a car at 65 miles an hour. >> I'm a bicycle >> when I was a teenager. When I was a teacher. Guess what? >> Okay. What? >> I broke my collar bone only. >> Okay. >> How does that make you feel now? Jackass. >> I don't ma'am. I don't know. >> Take me jail for being calling you a jackass cuz you are. >> Okay. No. The reason I'm taking you to jail >> is obstruction of public intoxic while you're intoxicated >> and a ri and got a rib. >> Okay. Well, >> oh that's hurry up. Ambulance 911. You need to get my phone and do it. >> No, they're coming. We already called >> jackass. You know it. >> Okay. >> I bet you're 24 years old. >> You'd be off. >> How long have you been in the police office? >> Long enough, man. >> Really? >> My husband. Oh, God. Jesus Christ. I hope you're happy. Take me to jail now. >> Who Who are yelling? >> Yeah, you should be yelling and take me to JAIL NOW. RIGHT NOW. >> Who are you yelling at, ma'am? She's over here in this guy's yard. >> Uh, good. I had to walk away though. >> I don't have your death authority. I get it. >> Yeah, I get it. >> Doctors later confirmed she wasn't seriously injured and her lawsuit against the department for excessive force was ultimately rejected. She was arrested for obstruction and public intoxication. Money and a big house don't put anyone above the law. Respecting legal boundaries is a lot easier than dealing with the consequences. Now, let's see what people had to say about this woman. One drunken neighbor feud finally came to an end. But the next Karen wasn't fighting over a property line. She was fighting the police inside their own station. >> You can't come down here. I refuse to take my citizen complaint affidavit. >> On June 5th, 2024, officers at the police station were dealing with a woman who insisted on filing multiple complaints. >> I am here today. It is not the same complaint. >> We have tried to help. >> IT IS NOT A SAFE. >> People come in here and scream and yell when we have people in here trying to get the same complaint. The one about pretending to take complaints has not been made. I only discovered that today when I got my copies out AND SAW YES, YOU HAVE NOT. You have not. You are not tempted. I put in multiple name and YOU HAVE NOT. NO, the ones that were faced were about two in totally different things because you have antagonized me. You're touched by belongings. You have no right touch by belongings. I had business here and I was undergoing that business. I was citizens in the lobby and they do not have to listen to kick myself. Well, I guess they should care because you should have filed a policy. THE POLICY IS TAKE my true to your complaint. >> There is no complaint to absolutely no complaint that you >> not going to keep taking the same complaint over and over again. And I explain that to you. The fact that you don't like Don't get in his face. >> Don't Don't get in his face. >> The fact that you don't like that >> you can touch my things and I can't get in the person's face. You can touch my things and I can get in your personal space. Now you're touching me. >> Instead of speaking to the officers like a normal person, Karen started screaming and repeatedly got right up in their faces, turning the situation into complete chaos. >> Stay away from him. Don't get in his face. One of these three complaints THAT I HAVE TODAY IS about officer coming down here on the 17th and pretending to take two citizen affinities. I have not in any moment before this at no moment before this have I put in a complaint about that. So that is not a repeat and rather than taking which this policy says you must do, you validated it and pretended the material I was showing you didn't exist. I have given you what you requested. >> Yes, boy. Thank you very much. There is no reason I want to leave here. I can get out my book and sit here and read as much as I'd like. >> You can sit here and read all day, but you can't stand here and scream and know there are PEOPLE IN HERE. >> YOU CAN'T COME DOWN HERE. I REFUSE to take my citizen COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT. THERE is no margin for you to refuse. >> Mr. Patrick, >> it does not SAY THERE ANYWHERE. LADY, PLEASE. >> You're >> You need to leave. >> You're almost No, >> I got you. I have more of these to fill out. >> No, we're not. >> I have two more. I'm >> You're not taking the complaint. >> I have a complaint about Gregory lying to me on the phone yesterday that's getting filled out right now. >> We're not taking it. No. >> Yes, it is. >> I have that one and yet another one that's file. I paid on taking them and having you come to my house as your policy says that you will do. And nobody told me when I called here on the 5th asking how >> you nicely leave the >> it doesn't know you you as WE ESTABLISHED YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO make me leave the lobby. >> You have no right to leave making me leave the lobby. >> I was ready to file a complaint myself because my ears were bleeding. And despite repeated orders to calm down or leave, she refused, insisting she had every right to stay as long as she wanted. >> Literally lying. These aren't creepies. I have never written about that pretending. They pretended to take two citizen complaint affidavits. They put the numbers on the pages. They went back there and made a copy for me. Two copies cuz they were two separate complaints. Numbered the pages for each of them and then didn't sign them. And then Shields COMES DOWN HERE GOING, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT you're talking about. There's only two. Mr. Patrick, stand up. Stand up. >> Please stand up. >> Um, stand up. >> Bash you nicely. Put your hands behind you back. >> Oh my god. No. This is NOT OKAY. THIS IS NOT OKAY. PLEASE, somebody do something about this. This is not okay. Crosby, please. This is not okay. THIS IS NOT OKAY. THIS IS NOT OKAY. This is not okay. This is not okay. This is not okay. This is not okay. Please. Please. Please. Please. I am under arrest for no reason. I am under arrest for no reason. I am under arrest for no reason. When officers decided to arrest her for disrupting the station, she immediately screamed that her rights were being violated and resisted being handcuffed. >> You were wondering me. I wonder you arresting me. I wonder why are you arresting me? I had every right to sit in this lobby until I was listening to everything quietly. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. >> OH MY GOD. YOU ARE HURTING ME. YOU ARE HURTING ME. >> You look relaxed. You are You are You are breaking my violating my rights. You are absolutely violating my rights. You are violating my rights. I was seated quietly filling out a campaign and you all did this to me. Absolutely. I cannot believe this. I cannot believe this. We're >> at the point with these poor choices right now. >> We have a female. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Put your foot down. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Why am I BEING ARRESTED? WHAT WAS I DOING? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? Why am I being arrested? Why am I being arrested? Why am I being arrested? We established that I am allowed to sit there quietly and fill out a forum. We established that. Why are you arresting me? >> I got >> Why are you arresting me? >> Get him. >> What right do you have to arrest me? >> What right do you have to arrest me? >> What right do you have to arrest me? >> What right do you have to arrest me? She insisted she was just quietly filling out paperwork and demanded the officers explain the law. So, I guess all that screaming earlier counted as quiet in her world. >> You have no right to be arresting me. >> You are hurting me on purpose. I am not doing anything to to provoke anyone. I am not resisting arrest. What are you Why are you doing this to me? as I can. >> All right. You haven't got anything on here? >> No, I don't have anything on. >> You can get one more. Okay. There is no reason to be arresting me. I was sitting quietly in a lobby filling out a form that it is my right to fill out and these officers came up and arrested me. >> Told Jimmy >> told me to stand. >> What do you mean? >> Told me to stand. Told me to stand. And I have every right to be sitting there. >> What law was I breaking when I was sitting there? >> What law was I breaking when I was sitting there? What law was I breaking when I was SITTING THERE? >> STOP. >> NO. Answer me. What law I was breaking? >> Are you on any medication? >> I think this one. >> Yes, I am. has anything that you're going to need to >> I need some juice cuz my feet are burning which is the reason I was doing this. >> So that's not kicking anymore. That's because my feet are hot. >> Well, you had a chance to sit in the car body. >> You had a chance to sit in the car. on the hot. >> Well, you were standing on my foot and I didn't say anything illegally. You're arresting me illegally. I have every right to sit in that lobby and fill in a form. I have every right to do so. You don't have a right to tell me to leave. Officer supervisor, you don't have a right to tell me to leave. >> You can't tell me to leave. She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. The last Karen couldn't stop arguing inside a police station. This next one tried a different strategy and it didn't work any better. On April 6th, 2026, police pulled over a woman after discovering her vehicle registration had expired since 2024. Pop the window down for me. >> That's expired. >> Okay. I'm officer Fent Lake Stevens with police audio recorded. Reason I stopped you is your tabs are expired. 2024. Any reason they're so far expired? >> No, sir. I'm going to videotape this for my >> Great. I am too. I need your driver's license, registration, insurance, please. >> I need your driver's license, registration, and insurance, please. This is a lawful stop. You are required to identify yourself with all three of documents. You've traffic infraction and now that's a lawful detention. Now you need to give me your driver's license, registration, and your insurance. Are you going to provide me with your driver's license, registration, and insurance? >> Great. That's awesome. I need your driver's license, registration, and your insurance. I'm >> not. >> It is obstruction for you not to provide that information for me. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Didn't ask. I need your driver's license, registration, insurance. You need to identify yourself. driver's license, registration, insurance. When my sergeant gets here, if you're not going to comply with that, we're going to break the window and pull you out of the car. We've got a uh traveler who doesn't want to give me any ID and she's refusing to identify herself, so she doesn't need to. So, she does. >> The classic I'm traveling line was all the officers needed to hear. They immediately knew they were dealing with a sovereign citizen. >> How are you? >> I'm Sergeant Hinimman. So, failing the ID is going to get you in jail. >> I'm traveling. Okay, you're going to be traveling to jail if you don't identify yourself. >> Okay, so driving is a privilege, not a right. And you have to identify yourself >> and and you have to identify yourself or you're going to end up in jail for failing to identify. Okay, it's a misdemeanor. >> So either we can break this pretty little window or you can provide some sort of identification of my partner here. You can also sue for breaking my window because I have not >> and you can claim to sue. You can try to sue >> or I can break the window. We can pull you out and go to jail. >> The crime is failing to identify like I just explained. It's a misdemeanor and it's going to end up with you in jail if you don't do that. So, this is your last chance or else we're going to go that route. >> Have you provided my partner with identification? No. So, failing to identify as that RCW and that's the misdemeanor and I can give you a business card if you want. So, you can stop. >> Huh? >> I'd love that business. >> Okay. So, hop out of the car and we'll we'll cross that bridge when you want it. But as of now, you're under arrest for failing to identify. I can't hear if you're thinking I'm listening to whoever is talking on the phone. >> Okay. So, I can't hear him. If you're >> And he was saying that I have not committed crime. I know I have. >> You have failing to identify is that crime. >> I'm not driving. >> You're You're going to be traveling to jail. You're failing to identify. It's a misdemeanor. I provided you ample warnings to get out of the car and to cooperate and you're not doing so. So, if you're listening to your husband, he's giving you bad information. >> What's your bad? >> 133. You just took down my whole name. So you can tell your husband >> that I don't want to break your window. >> It is. You see the red light there? That is recording. >> Even after the sergeant explained the consequences, she ignored the officers and kept taking instructions over the phone instead, pushing their patience to the limit. >> Failing to identify yourself on a legal traffic stop is a misdemeanor crime. I'm going to end up breaking your window. The car is going to end up getting towed. You're going to end up in jail. I need to prov give me identification and you can go ahead and roll the window all the way down. You can go ahead and hang up the phone, too, because you're an adult. You can handle this by yourself without your husband. You done? >> I'm done. >> Okay. It's 1941. Resisting with code four negative on the >> I'm at the Arco. I'm nine. I'm nine. Where are you taking me, sir? >> Jail. >> Where? Which one? >> We'll We'll tell you in a second. You're the adult. We'll talk to you and your >> phone and my purse. >> Do you give me permission to access your vehicle? Get your phone in your purse. >> I do give you permission to search your vehicle. >> Didn't ask for that. >> I would like my purse and my phone. >> So, this is why I'm talking to you, ma'am. If you give me permission to get these things for you, I will happily do so. >> I would like I give you permission to get my phone and my purse and backpack, please. Say it one more time. >> I give you permission to get my phone and my purse and backpack. >> It's on the on the dashboard. >> You can hang out here so you can watch what I'm doing for you. Okay. >> Phone giving it to my partner. And what else? Gray bag. Black bag. >> Black bag. That black bag. And then I have a green purse. >> Black bag. Green purse. >> I'm not going to lie, that was the coolest window smash I've seen in a long time. By then, the officers were probably sick of dealing with people like this, especially after a long night. >> You can put it on me. Okay. This is a little weird. >> You have keys for this. >> Actually, can you take it off? [laughter] I can't have that. Um, >> do you want it forward? >> Yes, that's better. >> Cool. >> Um, >> are there keys for this? >> There are, but >> Okay. I'm actually going to have my other partner search you. She's here. You mind doing a search for me? I appreciate you. >> This is Officer Vancou. She's going to assert you incident to arrest. Okay. >> Okay. >> 194 rotational for me. >> Yeah. I have a t-shirt on and a bra and I have a EMF device around my neck. Looks kind of funny, but it helps. >> What's going on with this >> radiation? Oh, I I was moving today. Can I go? >> Okay. Okay. Does it come off? >> Yeah. Take that off. Back pocket there. >> I don't think so. >> All right. I'm going just take the hat off. Make sure nothing in here. All right. Back of my hand. >> Can I have my my belt back on, please? >> I didn't take Oh, the moving belt. >> Yeah. >> Um once we get through with this. Um Okay. Is it a regular bra? Sports bra that goes >> um regular bra. >> Okay. All right. So, back of my hand. >> Okay. That Do you want it slid out of your way at all with the hat? I like it kind of um split in the back and coming forward on my hood. It's like when I'm wearing a hood. Does that make sense? Like kind of part it in the back and bring some hair forward on my right and hair forward on my left and then I push my hood up other side and then kind of scrunch my hood up a little bit. >> The attitude completely changed once she was under arrest. Suddenly she became polite and cooperative. Looks like watching her own window get ripped off was all the reality check she needed. Yeah, they're tight actually. Are they >> Can they They're way too tight. They're very tight. >> Let me kind of see. So, I can get my whole finger through here. And that means that >> How about on this side? Cuz it's same. Same. So, maybe if you rotate your wrist. Um cuz they're they're an oval shape. Okay. So, he'll be with you in just a second. >> All righty. Ma'am, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to speak to a lawyer and have them present while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning you if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions. Do you understand these rights if I explain them to you? >> Yes. >> Perfect. So, your wallet's going to go with us. Phone's going to go with us. The purse has a bunch of other random things in it that went back into the car. So, I grabbed your priority items and they're going to go with us to the jail. Okay. >> Can you The window's broken. Can you cover it up like a backpack and my stuff so someone doesn't just get it? >> It's going to get towed and then we'll do an inventory of the things that are in there. >> Okay. >> And then is there a way you want this turned off so you have battery? >> That's a good question. Yeah, I'd be good to turn it off. All right. It's the top right button and then I think the second button down on the left. Um and I Oh, there you go. Yes. >> Perfect. >> Okay. All right. Step on out for me. Okay. >> Step up on the curb. Watch the curb. After you. She was charged with driving with expired tags, obstructing justice, [music] and resisting arrest. And finally, let's wrap things up with a Karen who truly believed the neighborhood revolved around her. On September 27th, 2024, officers responded after a woman illegally entered her neighbor's property and grabbed the homeowner during a dispute over leafblower noise. >> What's that? Hey, ma'am. Come here. I got to >> Hold on. I got to We got to talk to you. So, you can't take a walk over here. Come here, ma'am. Ma'am, I'm talking to you. Come here. I'm telling you. Just sit tight here for a second. Okay. Can you tell me what's going on? Why are we here? >> Because they're provoking me. What? What does that mean? What does provoking mean? [snorts] >> Hold on. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> You're make They want to make me the bad guy. >> I'm So I'm I'm talking to you and you are not free to leave. Okay. So, you can't walk away from me when I'm trying to investigate if a crime occurred in my house. >> No, we are here right now. So, you chose to walk over here. >> Mhm. >> I am now addressing you out here. Okay. >> Okay. Fine. >> So, can you tell me what happened right now? Last Sunday between 4:30 and 5:30, they were making this obnoxious noise. As you can see, my deck is straight ear. >> Where do you Where do you live? >> I live right there. >> What's What number? What house number? >> 56. >> So 56. And they live over here. So a couple hundred feet away, >> I guess. I don't >> sure. Okay. [snorts] So what happened on Sunday? I came over and told them that there were some rules in the association about making that noise. They said, "You're new here. You don't know what you're talking about. We've been here 30 years." Basically, they could do whatever they wanted. They continued. >> Okay. >> Convinced her neighbors were breaking HOA rules, she took it upon herself to enter their yard and stop the leaf blower. That's where everything went downhill. >> Continued all day Monday, even as late as 7:00. part of the day Tuesday. On Tuesday, we had a board meeting. I spoke to the president of our board, told him about this. I asked him, "What could I do >> on a Sunday evening like that?" He said, "Call the police." Well, that was not something I wanted to do. Okay. So, when they started up again, Sunday at 5, now does that sound like they were intentionally trying to aggravate me? I think so. I came over to talk to her. She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Let's slow down. So, what do you mean when you came over? You talked to her. >> She was on her deck. Okay. Making noise. >> Where did you go? >> On this side of the deck fence. >> Okay. >> I said, "Can you turn that off? Can I talk to you?" >> Did you go inside her house? >> No, not at that point. >> I was trying to talk to her. >> So, you you were talking essentially outside where we were originally. Okay. Then what happened? >> She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Okay. >> She completely ignored me. pretended I wasn't there. I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine. >> What do you mean you went onto the deck? How did you get into the deck? >> There's an opening right in front of those. >> So, there's a door to the to the unit. >> No, there's How you ask your companion how he got on the deck. There's a gate in front of the door to the house. Okay. There's a gate onto the deck. I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine to get her to stop and listen to me. >> She started yelling, "Don't touch me. Don't touch me." >> The dog was barking at the door. The inside door was open. I knocked knock. There was somebody sitting in there. She saw me. I knock knock knock again. She ignored me. I opened the door. I don't remember if I walked in. I said, "Can I talk to you?" Something like that. And then she started screaming at me. So I came out and I called you folks. Maybe she thought the HOA handbook came with a free pass to trespass and put her hands on other people. >> Okay, that's why I went over there, but here we are anyway. >> When you're grabbing the leaf blower, did you just grab the leaf blower? Did you grab her? >> I had no idea. I was so annoyed and aggravated. >> So, you were grabbing something? >> I was trying to get her. >> Do you remember if you grabbed anything, though? Like, did you physically hang on to something? >> I touched something. I didn't. >> So, you did grasp at something is is what you're saying. You grab >> I tried to. I don't think I actually grabbed anything, though. >> Do you remember grabbing her arm at all to prevent her from trying to blow >> the leaf blower? >> She was pointing it at me, so I may have done that. >> She was starting to point it at me. >> Well, there is a mark on her arm. >> Okay, then I guess I grab >> So, you grabbed her arm. Okay. With >> my finger. The big issue we have here is number one, >> why would you go into somebody's home and confront them like that? >> Number two, wasn't thinking straight. >> And number two, do you think it is all right to grab somebody in their in their own home on her deck like that? >> As I said, I wasn't thinking straight. >> I'm I'm just asking, do you think that's okay? >> I think if somebody's ignoring me >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Do you think it's okay? >> I did not go over there with the intention of grabbing her. >> But you came over there to confront her about the leaf blowing. You You didn't? I went over to tell them I didn't want to call the police. >> Well, just moments earlier, she admitted walking onto their property. Now she's claiming she never went past the front door. That's about as blatant a lie as it gets. >> Where are we going? Where are we going? Think of walking. >> We aren't going anywhere. I am stopping to talk to you. And I said, "You cannot leave because we are past the point here right now." >> I confess. I confess. I went up on her deck. I tried to grab something to get her to stop making noise and listen to me. If I grabbed her arm, I grabbed her arm. >> You can't do that. >> Okay. I can't do it. >> You absolutely cannot do that. >> Fine. I agree. I can't do it. >> Absolutely. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. I'm going to need your basic information. Okay. 95. >> Let me get her info first. Okay. >> So, I did have a conversation. >> Not right now. How do you spell your last name? Um, after talking to her, she did admit to going onto her property and attempting to stop her. She did say that she grabbed onto something and she did acknowledge that she obviously entered her property without that consent. So, you do understand that you can't do that regardless, right? >> Mhm. >> Even though she still insisted she was right, she ended up in handcuffs after officers reminded her that being a neighbor doesn't put you above the law. >> If your hands behind your back, you are under arrest. Okay. For heaven's sake, >> we are past this point, ma'am. Okay. >> Well, they must be loving this. >> Okay. >> Will just a moment. My husband has >> Where is Is he home? >> Okay. Is he home? >> He is home. >> You won't be gone very long regardless cuz you're going to have to come back. We're not You're not being held in jail, okay? You're going to get your charges, your documentation, and then you're going to go to your court date. I can walk better if you both want to go. >> That's fine. I'm just guiding you, ma'am. >> Thank you. >> I'm glad to see you're making light of all this, especially when we're trying to reiterate what you did is obviously not okay. >> You should call 911 regardless of what's going on. You aren't the police. You don't have the legal authority to go to somebody's house to do that. >> Let us do our job. >> Well, I told you my intention. >> Well, your intention and where you're at is different. So, we'll go walk over here. She was charged with aggravated battery and criminal trespass. What do you think about this woman?
