So, >> okay. I accept. Okay. >> Well, you have to, >> but if you're not feeling well, you can't fly. >> Do you you get that? >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you're going to have to make other arrangements tonight to go somewhere. >> Okay. or >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Yes. >> If we come back, you're going to be trespassed. >> If we come back a third time, somebody's going to jail. >> I don't want him in the >> I don't either. I don't want anybody to go to jail. >> The woman reported severe lower abdominal pain. The airline denied her boarding and offered a flight the next day. [music] But there was much more to this story than anyone realized at first. >> They have my luggage. What about my luggage? I want my luggage. >> No. Shut up. >> They'll get the bags for you. >> Yeah, they will. You're not listening or understanding. >> I'm not listening. You are not. Okay. >> I just wanted to talk to you for a second. >> I just want to go home. >> So, who is she to you? >> She's my wife. >> That's your wife? >> Yes. >> I just want to get on a plane and go home. >> Yeah, man. But we explained to you several times, but you have to listen to the other officer first before you can even come to that decision. They don't want your wife flying for whatever reason, whatever medical reason she has or anything. >> I mean, that's >> that is the explanation. They can refuse. >> They can refuse. >> Thank you. >> Two Americans being harassed. >> Not being harassed. >> Yes, we are. Lena, >> yes, I am. >> I can't aboard a plane. >> Yes, I am, sir. >> That's not harassment. >> Yes, it is. Why can't I board a plane? >> They just need for stay right there. That's her passport. >> We're keeping you guys separated right now. You guys will get the passport back. >> I need you right here. >> And stay right there. >> I want to call my lawyer right now. >> Call your lawyer. >> Call my lawyer. >> Right now. Right now. She's being retained. >> You are not being detained. >> She is. >> She is. >> I want to call her attorney right now. >> Coming over here. So, step back. >> Call her attorney right now. >> Step back. >> I want legal counsel right now. >> As an American citizen, she wants counsel right now. You got to understand now I can't calm him. >> Well, we we gave you that option, but then you struck him in the face in front of us. So, you can't just slap him in front of us. We thought you guys were just going to walk away, go get a hotel, and be good for the night. But now you guys are creating a disturbance in the airport. >> She did everything she could to keep her drunk, hotheaded husband out of trouble. Unfortunately, that was never going to be enough. >> For what? >> Back up. For what? >> For interfering. So >> interfering with what? >> Back up. >> What is she interfering with? >> No. >> What is she under arrest for? What does she have done wrong? >> Do you need to calm down or you're going to go in cuffs? Relax. I'm half your age. >> Are you Are you on my side? >> Start acting your age. >> I am. And this is my wife. And you have her retained by a bunch of security officers and a bench. We're not my wife. We're the police >> in the American states of telling me to calm down. >> What did I just tell you two minutes ago? >> No. Over there. Walk over here. >> This is my wife. >> Listen, dude. Relax. Okay. Relax. >> Who the are you, >> dude? Relax. You're going to be put down. >> Let go of my wife. >> You're going to be put on the ground. So, relax. >> Relax for what? >> Relax. Put your hands on your back. >> Let my wife go. >> Don't resist. Relax. Stop. >> All right. You're going in cuffs, bro. Take your backpack off. >> What did I do? >> Get your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Get your hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. >> Get this hand behind your back. >> We We got this. >> We get your other hand. Give us your right arm. So, stop position. >> Yes, you're on top of it. >> Roll them a little bit. Put your knee in position, >> bro. Remember, push up. BE THE ELBOW UP. >> I'M NOT. >> PUSH the elbow up. >> Give us your other hand, sir. Don't make it difficult. Loosen up. >> Loosen up. Give us your other arm. >> Even after being taken to the ground and restrained, the husband refused to stop resisting. >> What is wrong with you? >> What the >> How is my wife? >> She's fine. >> How do I know? >> Does he have any uh boarding pass? >> Well, you got my backpack. >> They weren't going to let him on the flight. >> I know, but doesn't he have one? >> They won't let me on the flight. They won't let my wife on the flight. Do you >> What the >> Do you have a boarding pass? >> Yes, I do. >> Where is it? >> It's in my pocket. Unless these took it. >> Why you yelling at me? >> Why? Really? >> We'll check. >> I'm inceding behind my back. GET OUT OF my >> We are getting the punching my >> No, he's home. >> Yes, he is. You queer. >> Where's your boarding pass? >> Really? You going to stick my cash to? >> No. No. board pass. >> Really? You're going to take two grand? >> Your boarding pass. >> Why'd you let me off my handcuffs and I'll be happy to tell you? >> Hello. >> HELLO. [screaming] WHY AM I being handcuffed? >> Why am I being handcuffed? >> Hello. >> We can ask the officer when he get back. But if you >> For what? >> I'm not going to talk. Am I Am I being handcuffed? Really? You wouldn't yell if you were being handcuffed at >> floor of an airport? >> You get these off. >> Get these handcuffs off. >> Stand up. >> It all started from them drinks that you've been having. That's what that all started. Be honest. Right. >> Cancer has nothing to do with this. It all started from the drinks that you could have. I could smell it from here. >> Yeah. >> So that's why you acting That's why he's acting like that's why you couldn't go. Can >> you see the the bottle? >> No. No. >> It's right there. >> What about it? >> It's an open bottle. >> Yeah. >> What about it? >> Can't walk around. >> My personal preference. >> Can't walk around with an open bottle like that. That's part of the reason why we're here dealing with this. That's glass. Can't have glass. >> No. >> Have you figured out where you're going to go? >> You going to go to your hotel? >> How am I supposed to figure out where I'm going to go when my husband is about to be arrested? >> I That's something that he created. You didn't create that. He created. >> It didn't take long for officers to figure out both had been drinking. The wife got to go home while her husband earned himself a much longer stay. No boarding pass on this side. >> He's going to need one. They checked last time we went in there for a boarding pass. >> What am I being arrested for? >> What am I being retained? >> Probably just ordering. >> Get in. mouth. >> Cuz your hands are all twisted. >> Uh I didn't do anything wrong. >> My wife. >> All right, come here. Have a seat. >> I got Alex. We're going to count the money in front of him. >> Your buddy >> because he's your wife. Why do you have my wallet? >> Why do you have my wallet? >> Why? >> That's just procedure. >> For what? >> Just pay attention to your money. Okay. >> I'll wait. >> I got it. >> All right. I'm just making sure I count all your money in front of you. Okay. >> It doesn't matter what money I had. >> You know when you are in >> 120 140 150 160 200 $21. Okay. The husband was later charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer, and trespass after warning before being transported to the Orange County Jail. Alcohol clouds judgment, but it never changes the law. Knowing when to walk away can save you from a night in jail. Now, let's see what people have been saying about this couple. When the man gives you the chance to walk away, you walk away. If you can't fly somewhere without getting stupid drunk, then stay home. FFS. This woman was trying her damnedest to keep her drunk, hot-headed husband out of trouble, but was hugely unsuccessful. That drunk couple wasn't even the worst of it. The next man turned his own wife and child into the victims. [ __ ] YOU COULDN'T SMOKE. YOU WANT TO COME OUT NOW? >> On June 15th, 2025, officers responded to a departure gate at Orlando International Airport after [music] reports of an intoxicated passenger threatening his family and attacking anyone who tried to stop him. >> He's inside. >> They're right here. Right here. >> What happened? I'm off duty from Jersey if you need help. >> Yeah, I'm just looking for the bad guy. Get that guy's inside. He just went inside. >> Sir, come here. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I'm good. >> GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE GET IN THE Get in the GET IN THE GET the Hands are back. GET OUT OF THE GROUND. >> HANDS ARE BACK. GET OUT OF NOW. >> HANDS ARE BACK. HANDS BEHIND AGAIN. Hands again. Put your hands behind your back. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. GIVE ME A COUPLE. ALL RIGHT. You cover him. I'll cover him. >> No. NO. YOU STOP. YOU STOP. 282 show on the side or on your side, bro. >> Roll over. All right. >> Once the suspect was secured, officers interviewed the victim and several witnesses about the incident. So they were sitting next to us and he he was getting kind of loud and then he >> right here right in these seats here and he was getting kind of loud and then um she sitting was sitting next to me and he just he actually said to her not he says oh really I'm being bad and he says I'll drop you right here and I leaned over to her and I said are you So you told her I was going to drop you right there. >> He was going to drop his wife. >> He threatened >> all sorts of stuff. But I did get security and I tried to help. So >> good. I appreciate you. >> Um No, but he was trying to threaten that. And with the girls, he was being aggressive like pushing them like come on. Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to touch you. >> Fine. Oh, so he was pushing the kids. >> Yeah, but it was more for the you know cuz he sees us. He No, I don't even know if he knows where he's at right now. He was cursing at random people like the lady that was sitting there next to us >> cuz on the way here, you know, they were telling us >> that he he had our hands. >> He's trying to pull my hair. That's what they told us on the radio. That's why we're coming fast. >> Witnesses said Ryan became increasingly aggressive after drinking. He yelled profanity, threatened his wife, pulled a woman's hair, and even shoved a child while everyone waited to board. Right here, whatever you want. Make sure he's okay. Double him up. >> You guys pull those out. That's all right. Watch. Watch. >> I got this. Watch that. You watch that. >> Watch that. We got to clean. Clean me up. Take the towel. I drink two. >> Just take them out. We'll be fine. >> I've been told about twice. >> Fire department's going to clean up your blood. >> The [ __ ] is that? >> You got a boo on your arm. They got a gun cleaning up. >> Just give me that. Give me that right now. >> Give me the phone. >> Listen to me. >> Give me the phone. >> You're under arrest. >> Give me the [ __ ] phone. >> Stop. Give me a like a child. >> Give me the [ __ ] phone. >> Let the fire department. >> You want to live or not? >> I'm sorry. Give me the phone or die. >> So, we received a call from the agent at gate 48 that >> I'm going to take it off so I can so you can catch your voice. It's okay. >> That we need a supervisor. There's a a a customer being abusive towards his family. So then I I I'm usually the ramp supervisor, but since she goes by herself, I was like, I'll go up with him. You know what I mean? So I came up and as soon as I came up, she came over here like, "No, we got to call the police cuz he was screaming already." And the gate area and everybody's just staring, you know? And she's kind of >> the wife, her sister, and the kids were like kind of like in the corner like right there sitting in the front. And I was I noticed that there was fear. So then I looked at them. I'm like, "Are you guys okay?" And then she's like, "No, we need help." So that's when I pulled out. I told him to come with me that I needed to talk to him away from the gate area. He just looked at me crazy and he didn't get up. So then I told him, "You guys step away." And I kind of got in between where he was sitting and where she was. And this was right there in the front where the kid with the burgundy. So I told her to come back here where this area is kind of away from him. >> So when she did that, he started following and wanted getting aggressively. So then I >> You're trying to talk to her, right? You're trying to talk to her. >> No, I wanted to keep him away from her. >> You know what I mean? cuz I saw the aggression building. So when he started walking following me like trying to get here to them and I was like sir I'm going to call the police. You need to step away. So then he started walking that way like rushing like he was trying to get away. So the family came here and I followed to see where he went so we can notify you guys. You know what I mean? Not close. I let the distance you know what I mean? And he stopped at 42 and he was trying to blend in. So I came back and as soon as I came back somebody said he's coming back and I looked and I told the family. I scanned my badge in here and I was like, "You guys come in here cuz to me this is a secured area on the jet bridge, you know what I mean? To keep them away." So, I close the door and the kids are crying and they're saying he gets like that when he drinks. He's he's abusive. He gets aggressive. >> He's like the the wife. She's like, "He's going to hurt somebody." >> To protect the terrified wife and children, airline staff moved them into the jet bridge. Ryan responded by shoving an employee to the ground as he chased after them. and he got in again and he kind of again pushed me out the way with his body like trying to get to her. >> That's a battery. It's still a battery. >> And you know after he did that, you know, he's trying to get to her and telling her, "We're getting on this flight. We're going to" And he's walking down like there's a plane. I'm like, "Sir, there's not a plane there." >> But the plane had left. >> There's no there was never a plane. I was just trying to keep them secured. You know what I mean? So then he's like, "No, I'm I'm going to go on the flight on the plane. I'm going to go on the plane." I'm like, "Sir, there's no plane there." So he walked all the way down and when he saw there wasn't a plane, then he started walking up and I'm trying to calm him down like, "Sir, let me pull up here. You're going to go on the flight. Your family's going to go on the flight. Just hold on for a second." You know what I mean? And that's, you know, I open the door again. And he came to talk to him and calm him down. >> Uh-huh. To kind of think I'm getting on a plane. I'm okay. So then that I closed it again. And that's when you guys came. >> Or no, the second No, no, no. I'm lying. Cuz when when I came >> No, no, no, no, no. So the second time there was no fight between as soon as he came out, you know, I kind of heard I don't know who showed up first. You showed up first and I got the family out. When I saw you coming, I told him, "Come on, come on, come on." And she kind of went that way. >> But he was coming from here when I saw him. >> Exactly. When he came out, when I opened the door and he came out, I saw you. You were coming. So then the family I told him to go this way like, "Come on. Come on. Grab the stuff and go around." >> Gotcha. The wife and witnesses told officers Ryan often became violent when he drank. This time they genuinely feared someone was going to get hurt. >> Let me ask you this right here. You said that you were drunk. I'm going to ask you a personal question. This this is just me and you talking. Were you drunk or are you drunk? Do you have a problem? Both. Hey, honesty. I like it. Both. I like it. You know, and this is not how to begin or end a vacation at all. Did you understand what the officers were there for? >> I never said I didn't. >> I'm But I'm asking you. I'm asking. >> I understand what they're there for. Yeah. I understand what he's here for, guys. And so is he. You're here for your family. For >> I understand what you're here for. And I love the military. I'm here for the military. So I appreciate that. >> I'll do anything I can. I will just be >> Oh, give me give me about 500 push-ups. I'll do >> I like to say, why don't you just comply with the oxy what they needed? is my wife and uh her sister, but it's I would I would I 100%. >> No problem. >> Ryan admitted he struggled with alcohol and had drunk too much. Unfortunately for him, every moment of his outburst had already been caught on camera and witnessed by dozens of people. >> Cuz you're a big guy. >> Yeah. >> All right. Look at me. Face me. >> Not a big guy. >> You're a big guy. You're bigger than me. bus and watch your head. Okay, >> there you go. >> All right. Now, see if you can kind of kick in. >> Scoot yourself back a little. >> There you go. You got it. >> Watch your feet. >> On the cage there on the on the race car. >> All right. >> We're going to turn on the AC for you. Okay. >> Love you. >> All right. >> Thank you. Ryan, 34, was arrested and charged with child abuse, disorderly intoxication, domestic battery, and resisting an officer with violence. He was booked into the Orange County Jail, and permanently banned from flying with United Airlines. What do you think about this man's behavior? Should airports ban alcohol altogether, or does it all come down to personal responsibility? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. And don't forget to like, subscribe, [music] and turn on notifications so you never miss a new video from Easy Body Cams. If the last guy turned the airport into chaos with alcohol, the next woman is about to prove that adding money and a massive ego can make things even worse. >> I snatched something like this with my hand. Like this. Like this. I did not say anything negative to her. I just >> I just picked up a little fat. What's the problem? They serve me the alcohol in the plane. >> On December 15th, 2024, officers at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport responded after an intoxicated passenger repeatedly caused a disturbance at the boarding gate. >> Um, she smells of alcohol. The agent asked, "Hey, can I see your ID to get your new boarding pass?" She went to going off screaming, "Oh, fuck." Like, why are you asking for my ID? They never ask for my ID. So, the agent called me over. I'm like, "Ma'am, you know, it's policy for us to identify who you are." And she's like, "No, y'all have never done this. You're racial profiling me." And I'm like, "Ma'am, this is a, you know," and so that's when I smelled alcohol. So I'm like, "Ma'am, you know, have you had you did my checks? Have you had anything to drink today? You know, do you feel okay?" The [ __ ] are you worried about it? You shouldn't be worried about it. >> What's her name? >> Uh, I'll say what he's saying about me to him. AB: >> Absolutely. I'll come talk to you if you just want to go hang back. >> All right. Can I hear what he's saying? Because I think it's false. >> Well, I Okay. One second. >> All right. So, but yeah, she >> you asked her about how much she had or whatever and what she said >> and she's like she should tell me that's none of my [ __ ] business. So, I said, "Okay, ma'am. Well, you know, I can unfortunately I can't smell it, you know, and I have the right to ask this question before you board." She's like, "No, you don't [ __ ] don't. You know, you raise your profile." I'm like, "Ma'am, no, I'm not." So, I said, "Okay, if you feel okay, I can board you." She goes, "Well, you have no choice." So, I went to give her a board test. She snatched it. She's like, "You know," and I said, "Oh, absolutely not. Step off." So, I pulled her. >> So, you guys were going to let her on. >> Yeah. I was going to let her on and then she had to snatch it and just kind of draw the line there. >> So, and I was like, "Oh, absolutely not." Cuz I didn't let you scream at scream and cuss at the age and scream and cuss at me and I was still going to let you go. >> And then you snatched it and keep cussing and screaming. So, absolutely not. Get off. >> Okay. >> And where's your flight to? >> She was going to >> Kentucky. >> No, she was on a flight that just went out. Um, >> I don't even remember where it was going to be honest. >> Are you dealing with a flight? 539 [laughter] >> here. Okay, let me talk to you over here for one second. >> I just I've never been in a police situation. >> You mind if I um >> 63 years? >> Hey, quick question. We're good. We can talk right here. You good here? >> I'm just going to sit down cuz I know I'm going to be here for night now. My brother died. I've been away for 3 weeks because of his death. I'm back. He's got to with me and now I got to have I can't get home quickly from someone at the gate my pass cuz it had taken so long to get it. And >> do you mind if I see your >> What? You >> mind if I see your ID? >> What? >> Your ID? Can I see your ID? >> Thank you very much. >> No problems. >> Thank you. I'm a freaking multi-millionaire and I never qualified. >> Y >> speaking with officers, Bridget bragged about being a millionaire, blamed everyone else, and insisted she'd only had one drink despite her behavior suggesting otherwise. >> While she was handing me my team back, >> scanned it. And I, after so much frustration, I snatched it like that. I snatched it cuz I wanted to get on the plane to get back to my family. I've been away from 3 weeks, December, my brother died. I lost Thanksgiving, everything else. He sees me snatch that. And I didn't mean to snatch it from her. It was in my own mind. Snatch. Get on the plane. He didn't like the way it looked. Calls the cops and now I can't go home on my free flight. >> Okay. >> Free flight. >> Okay. Well, if they can deny you boarding for any any reason, >> that's fine. And it sounds like they just denied you. >> Figure out what I'm going to do. >> Yeah. So, what is a free flight. >> No, not tonight. Not with >> I did. I did. >> So, what is your plans now? >> I have no plans. I'm asking you. You tell me your plans. Ask that black guy what his plans are. What is his plan for me? >> Do I have a plan? Do I need to get a hotel? >> Yeah. How did you get here? >> A flight from Omaha, Nebraska, where my brother died 3 weeks ago on this couch. 58 years old. >> Where What did you Did you consume alcohol tonight? >> What? What? >> Did you consume alcohol tonight? >> Uh, one drink on the plane. >> On the plane here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> And then uh >> Why does he think I snatched? Because she was giving me a hard time. >> What's the problem? They served me the alcohol in the plane. >> Okay. >> On the way here. >> The problem is if the way you are conducting yourself, >> I was not conducting myself anyway. He looked at it a certain way. All I did was snatch because there was like >> they were there was delay and I snatched it and he didn't like the way uh an offense. He says, "Yes, I can tell you that snatching like that." >> Despite being given one last chance to board, Bridget ripped the boarding pass from an employese's hand and continued berating the staff. The airline quickly changed its mind and deficiently she wasn't happy about it. Well, I don't know what time it is because I knew what time I had to get on my plane >> and I know it's all I know I'm getting maybe you should ask me what time I was going to get into Asheville and when my husband's going to pick me up and that's 10:30. I've already told him to pick me up at 10:30. So, whatever time it is now. I go from Omaha to Dallas, Dallas to Asheville. Of course, I don't know what time it is. I just know what time I'm leaving. And now I've lost my flight. Now I've lost my flight. >> Now I've lost my flight. He told me I couldn't make my flight. >> So he totally just because of the way I snatched >> that one paper ticket. >> Maybe it was because you were causing a disturbance. >> I was not causing you didn't like the way I snatched it. I asked you. I said, >> "Are you telling me that the way I snatched?" No, I want to explain again because you didn't understand by what you just said. I said to that black guy, I said, "Is the way I snatched my ticket that's all I did >> that made you do that?" He said, "Yes, that's all that took me. If you snatch a ticket aggressively, >> they were going to let you fly." They were. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I snatch They were They had already scanned. Your actions caused you not to get? >> I snatched something like this with my hand. Like this. Like this. >> After assessing the situation, officers determined Bridget was publicly intoxicated and placed her under arrest inside the terminal. >> Turn off for me. >> Okay, I got it off. >> All right. >> Wait. Wait. >> Nope. You're being placed under arrest for public intoxication. >> Okay. Can you take my breath? Look, I don't want your breath. >> No, but a look of intoxication is not intoxication. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Whatever. Who's going to take my stuff? >> It's going to come with you. >> Oh my god. My phone's on the floor. >> I'll go. >> Can we put it in this upper zipper? >> Yes, we will get >> Let's put it in the upper zipper. Can I see you do that right now so I know where it is? >> As soon as he moves you back in. Well, I'd like to see that before I go. Thank you. >> Oh, hi. >> Hi. Sorry. >> Did you want to >> Would you like to do that? >> Yes, I will. >> I can go out to the car. >> No reason. I mean, do it right here. >> There you go. >> You guys are all good. >> Is this all this all you were traveling? >> I'm going to Yeah. I have two bags checked in. All right. >> Fre travel. All right. 47. 47 custody in custody at 1920. >> Is there any point where they took her blood alcohol? >> I don't I don't I'm not asking for your blood alcohol. Well, I know, but I wish someone would because then I could just say I was just like they were the dick. >> Even in handcuffs, Bridget insisted she wasn't drunk and kept arguing with officers, leaving everyone around her shaking their heads. >> Do you have anything on you that could hurt me? >> No. >> Okay, ma'am. The other guy who snatched them and now I'm like in the throws of the police. I can give the answer in a language that is true. As long as I give the true answer, you shouldn't worry about my tone of voice. >> Well, well, that's your generation. >> Okay. >> I say no, I mean no shame down. Can I have it? >> Can you give me? >> No, my hands are behind. >> I'm going to double lock them so they don't turn on you and unlock. So, just turn around. Face that door. I'm going with it cuz that black guy said the >> He's back in his standard. >> It doesn't matter what color he is. You keep >> No, I know. I just can't I'm identifying him by that cuz there were three people. >> No, there were three people and I'm identifying him by that. >> That makes it I mean cops do that all the time. So why can't I? Okay. >> Right. There was a white girl, a black guy. >> Yeah, Bridget. Right. Okay. Step down here. >> You don't need to help me. Thanks. >> No, I need to help you. >> No, you don't. >> Okay. >> I'm not drunk. Maybe. >> Yes. Uh, >> you know, hold on. >> What? >> Bridget was later arrested and charged with public intoxication. Sometimes losing your temper causes more damage than the alcohol itself. A little respect might get you on the plane, while arrogance can end the trip in handcuffs. Now, let's see what people have been saying about this woman. You'd think a multi-millionaire Karen would be today's biggest airport meltdown. Wait until you meet this Karen who somehow made everything even worse. >> Oo, that's a song. >> I need to be there because he's going to be disconnected tomorrow. It's not my problem and not my fault. On August 14th, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after an outofcrol passenger attacked airline employees following a denied boarding incident. >> Manager broke two monitors, >> got denied boarding for her behavior. >> She was on a flight that had it took off, had a maintenance problem, had to air return. So, as she was boarding the second flight, she got upset. >> And then it went from there. >> 94. We're 1012. What's the subject? >> Hi. >> Hi. >> What happened? >> What happened is that I had a breakdown because this >> Go ahead. >> Just keep talking. >> Oh, okay. >> I've been waiting for this flight after 45 minutes. that I was hitting the road after all the time that we need to wait, right? [laughter] I was >> get off the phone and tell us what happened. Huh? >> Tell us what happened. Forget about >> it. Just my mom. It's my mom. >> Okay. So, get mad. Mad investigating. Mad. Mad. >> Mad. >> How old are you? >> She's 75. >> How old are you? >> I'm 46. >> Okay. You can talk without your mom. >> So what happened? >> So this is what happened. I get into a breakdown because I was talking with my mom as the hallway in a louder voice. >> So one of the guys come to me and screaming at me that the people don't need to hear my conversation which is I'm agree. All right. But right now I'm really frustrated. I am in medications just because my brother is dying. He's going to be disconnected. I need to be there because he's going to be disconnected tomorrow. It's not my problem and not my fault. >> So, what else happened? >> What else happened? That I get angry and I hit all the computers and everything because I told them, "Okay, I can you you kick me out of the flight. Okay, that's perfect. Huh? Well, give me my money to buy another ticket in another flight, right? Because it's not my mistake that after 45 minutes the Southwest be on the air, go back to MCO because one of the tire is damaged. >> So what else? After you hit the monitors, then what happened? >> Nothing happens. I calling you. Nothing happens. I'm being here. At first, her story sounded reasonable because no one wants to miss a flight after waiting for hours. But once officers interviewed the witnesses, her version of events quickly fell apart. >> Two flights wasted. Two flights wasted. Two flights. Two flights. Three planes after 45 minutes. >> Call the police. >> You want to press charges? Oh, you got you got two viewers out of it. So, >> do you know how to work axon? >> Yeah. >> I just talked to my station manager, Raphael, and Yes. >> Okay. Can you going to ride a stand for me? >> Yep. >> Okay. And apparently she broke um >> and then she hit me on the wrist of her phone and kicked me. >> Okay. >> Um, how much is this going to cost? >> I have no idea. >> Estimate Each monitor is probably $500. >> So I would say,000 people too. So that's probably >> cool. Yeah. >> According to witnesses, [music] she used her phone to smash several ticket counter screens before attacking an airline employee. Security cameras backed up every word. Oh no. >> Uh manager wants to press charges. >> Who's who's primary on this? >> I want to press charge. >> Okay, we'll we'll we'll settle that out. We'll settle that out. What happened? >> Stop moving. >> You want >> I want to press charge, too. >> Okay. Okay. We'll get you to write a statement. Okay. >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving. Just stay still. >> She's closer. She's >> Why? I'm >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Don't do that. >> Because you broke Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Yeah. And they broke my heart. And they broke my flight. It's not a crime. >> Uh, it's not a crime, Dad. >> No, that is not a crime, right? >> Smaller. >> That is not a crime. >> Uh, to mess up with people's life. >> That is not a crime. >> All right. All right. No problem. >> That is not a crime. >> You got ID. Stop. Stop moving. Stop moving. >> Just release me. >> Stop moving. >> I will not stop moving. >> Okay. I need you to stop moving. >> I have my I have my medication. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. Wow. >> Walk with me. >> Yeah. >> Come on. >> I hope that you do that. >> No, I just don't want you to move. >> No, I I just want that you do that to your family members when they die. When they are dying. [snorts] >> I have a good liar. >> Come on. >> Don't worry. >> Come on. Come on. Don't stop walking. >> Okay. So, what is the pace that I need to walk >> right here? Stop for one second. Stop. >> Okay. >> Stop moving around. Okay. What do you want me to do? >> I want you to stand still. [snorts] >> Come on. >> But you are hurting me. You're hurting me, man. I am not resisting. >> Yes, you are. >> I How? How? How? How am I resisting? You have me bended over. >> Because you're expering your arms and you're trying to get out of these handcuffs. >> [laughter] >> Okay. My lawyer is going to see all the bruises. >> Oh yeah. >> Oh yeah. >> Is there an elevator over here? >> Yeah. All the bruises. >> Elevator. >> All the bruises >> to get downstairs. [snorts] >> All the bruises. >> I got her. >> Is there an elevator down here? Come [snorts] on. Walk. Walk. >> OH YEAH. LET me walk. Why you are still doing force on me? >> Pushing up against back. >> I am not resisting. >> Okay. >> I am not resisting. I'm telling you that it's hurt. >> SEE MY HANDS ALREADY. >> Even after being confronted with video evidence, she insisted the airline had ruined her life and repeatedly claimed she was the real victim. >> How do we get out of here? [snorts] Right there. Door to remain closer. The stepping [snorts] open. >> Stop pulling me. >> Can you stop? >> You are pulling me. You are pulling me. >> Abuser. You are an abuser. All of you are an abuser. those abusers. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> You understand? Stop pulling me. You're done pulling me. You understand me? >> You are >> walk slowly. You pull me again, you're going to the ground. >> Yeah, I know. That was the one that I used to. >> Against the car. Against the car. Walk to the car. Spread your feet. While being escorted out, she repeatedly pulled against her handcuffs, accused officers of abusing her, and threatened to sue instead of cooperating. Get in. Get over right there. Yes. >> You got any information on her? >> That's Armani. Armani's got everything. >> All right. The airport. >> Are you listening to me? They're trespassing you from this airport. You cannot come back here for one year. Okay. If you come back, you are subject to arrest. >> You understand? How I going to get to Puerto Rico to bury my brother? >> You would you would you would have to take another another uh airport? >> What airport? >> Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville. >> How I going to get there? >> I don't know. I I don't know what to tell you. You have to figure it out. But if you come back here, you will be arrested if they want to press charges. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. She was later charged with battery, criminal mischief over $1,000, and resisting an officer without violence. After dealing with one airport Karen, Orlando officers barely had time to breathe before another passenger proved alcohol could be just as dangerous. On October 18th, [music] 2024, officers responded to a TSA checkpoint at Orlando International Airport after a Spirit Airlines passenger was deemed too intoxicated to fly. Is he gone? No, >> I don't think so. >> Okay. Hi, sir. How you doing? >> Okay. >> My name is Officer Richardson. I work for Orlando Police Department. Okay. They're not going to let you fly. >> They're not going to let you. >> Listen to what I'm saying. >> I'm going to take you out. I don't want to hear that. No, >> you're going have to rebooked. Let it out. Let it out. I appreciate that. All right. But you understand what I'm telling you. [groaning] >> You understand what I'm telling you. >> Why? >> Because you're intoxicated. >> And why? >> Because you're intoxicated. >> Oh, that's for me. >> Yes. All right. So, are you going to go and let's figure out a way to get you home or you want to go to jail? It's up to you. You're a grown man. Make sure I get on that pan. >> You're not going to get on today's >> What's your name? >> Officer Richardson. I already introduced myself. Did I introduce myself to you? >> I'm going to try to help you if you let me. >> That's all I can tell you. >> I want to get help. >> No, you're not. >> Okay. Now, I'm getting ready to let you go. If not, you don't need them. >> We'll get out of here. >> It's on you now. >> Okay. >> You be boss. >> I appreciate that. Airline staff refused to let the heavily intoxicated passenger board. Even [music] so, he kept screaming that he wanted to get on the plane and fly home. >> I'm going to get I'm going to see what the next flight is and rebook. Now, I can rebook you. I'll bring you the ticket. You're going to have to sit here and get yourself half sober before the ticket.
