on Friday January 6th 2022 officers assigned to Boston's District C6 and Boston's District C11 drug control unit along with Agents from the FBI executed three search warrants at 15 bden Street in matapan the execution of these warrants and subsequent searches led to the arrest of Kenneth Wallace 43 of matapan this arrest came after an ongoing joint investigation with Mr Wallace as the focus as a result of these warrants officers were able to recover 39 gam of fentanyl 7 gam of methamphetamin an undetermined amount of crack cocaine a loaded Taurus 79 slim 9mm handgun with one round in the chamber and six rounds in the magazine along with a box of 50 rounds of 9mm ammunition officers also recovered an AK-47 assault rifle loaded with 28 rounds of 7.62x 39 mm ammunition some talking to I think 7000 hang Boston police hello Boston police how you doing it's the Boston police okay okay okay okay St wa wait wait oh my God oh my God oh my God wait wait who else in the house there's nobody no is here where is he where is he where's your kid Boston police not any trouble how old is he you're not in any trouble how old is he h four is there anybody else in here that's my girl we're not here for you we have for can all right you know where he's at no he left okay he stays here though he stays here I'm his baby's mother okay does he stay here I I'm just here I get yourself in trouble okay don't get yourself you you trying to figure this out right can it stay here yes or no um no all right listen we're not searching we're just W sure everyone's okay my baby open my baby okay ma' y just kicked oh my God M come get her come get we're going to have to do want to re reunite with you yeah hopefully hopefully every's good everyone's good everyone everyone's good all right yeah [Music] [Music] all right we're running we're running what are y'all doing why all right why you in my pocket though what's going on just listen up all right explain me what's going on what am I being arrested your I justl your right what am I being arrested for under arrest you're being detained all right what cuz we have a search search one for what have search one search all right like I said you have the right to make Sil anything you can be right attorney you can't afford an attorney one will be body cam is on body cam is okay for your protection why are you you understand the right all right do you understand the right right sear one show me the paper yeah I have the papers all right I'm going to show them SE one for me for us why tweaking on me like [ __ ] all right all right so the [ __ ] you acting crazy for hold on hold on we're just we're trying to trying to get through get through what through Kenneth Wallace was charged with unlawful possession of an assault weapon unlawful possession of a firearm unlawful possession of ammunition trafficking fentanyl 36 G or more and possession with intent to distribute Class B substance Mr Wallace was arraigned in South Boston District Court and is presumed innocent until proven guilty
