on Saturday January 13th 2024 around 1:15 a.m. officers observed a vehicle traveling roughly 15 miles over the speed limit before taking an illegal turn officers conducted a traffic stop they not only observed an open beer bottle in the back seat but also clearly saw the handle of a firearm protruding out of one of the passengers inside coat Pockets this passenger was later identified as Tevin Ramsey 28 of Boston how you doing are you flying hey hey how's it going oh God I was flying I you got that open container back there too what are you guys doing where at got on you be right there I see it h on you huh I'm a passenger I know there's an open container in the car am I drinking it though it doesn't matter it's in the car why you pull us over there hold on hold on wait wait wa hold what's up dude we uh nice right is that 4 hours is s Charlie 435 you me onene then all take me off upon searching Mr Ramsey officers recovered a tan polymer 80 handgun with one round in the chamber and six rounds in the magazine Mr Ramsay was placed under arrest and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm unlawful possession of a loaded firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition he was arraigned in Dorchester District Court and is presumed innocent until proven guilty yo uh Holmes got it oh okay all right he's already out here yeah got Holmes got it I put it he's got he's got a gun
