federal judges are not on your side the
Troopers are not on your side and
rulings that go against
federal or state authorities
never result in more freedom never ever
result in more freedom for the people
and I'm going to demonstrate that real
quick here in a second but there was a
guy I remember that guy in the World War
II 1932
1934-ish in Germany with the funny
mustache mustache he said something that
kind of comes into play right here how
fortunate for the rulers that men do not
think there are people who actually
think that they can be ignorant and free
at the same time not gonna happen
because people who are in positions of
power want to capitalize on your
ignorance and there's a technique to
tyranny a very powerful technique and
it's wrought by Propaganda and that is
let's start two lies at the same time
and get the people to argue over which
one of them is true

every single day that we go down this

you need to stop trampling people's

how could it be a bad thing that Kansas
Highway Patrol is being stifled by a
federal judge's ruling how can that be a
bad thing I will demonstrate that but
first there's something called I don't
know if this is appearing on the screen
there's something called the 10th
Amendment anybody ever heard of that
it's part of the Bill of Rights it says
the power is not delegated to the United
States by the Constitution that the
United States is the federal Authority
and by the way the United States is even
according to their own Federal code the
United States is not a country it's a
federal Corporation
accusation without substantiation is the
height of ignorance Brian yes I agree so
let me substantiate that this is 28 USC
3002 15a let me just go all the way to
the top 28 USC 3002 definitions go down
to 15a what is the United States mean a
federal Corporation
do you think the federal Corporation is
on your side
that means every federal judge is a
corporate employee looking out for the
interests of the corporation not the
interest of the people no longer is the
United States a country that's looking
out for the needs of its citizens it is
a federal Corporation according to their
own code but the last
entry in the Bill of Rights which is the
first ten amendments amendment 10 the
powers not delegated to the United
States which is all a sham anyway
who's going to do the delegating oh
human beings who are they delegating
this power to what is the power where's
the power going to oh another human
beings because these human beings said
so that's the fiction and the
Superstition of government that's a
story for the for another day so here we
are we got to deal with it the power is
not delegated to the Constitution uh by
to the United States by the Constitution
nor prohibited by it to the states are
reserved to who the states respectively
or to the people now I'm not saying that
the state power is anything legitimate
but there is one Saving Grace if you can
look at that little germinating seed in
a in a concrete bunker of tyranny and
that is well if the Tyranny gets too bad
in Kansas you can go to Missouri if it
gets too bad in Florida you can go to
South Carolina or you can go somewhere
it's not this all pervasive Federal
blanket over everything and that's what
this was supposed to be the intention of
the 10th Amendment it's like the federal
if the federal bureaucracy gets so big
and so bad then at least you can escape
to these other outlying uh country areas
so what I see here in this ruling is the
judge has no Authority according to the
10th Amendment to to make any ruling in
any state whatsoever because that power
was not delegated to her but
they don't care about that because they
don't care about the Constitution
because the Constitution to them is
meaningless and in essence it really is
meaningless do you think the Second
Amendment is protecting gun owners in
New York City or gun owners in
California or Washington State no it's
like they don't even recognize the
existence of the Second Amendment what's
it even there for
shall not being friends they're like
hold my beer watch me infringe they
don't care State officials local
officials Federal officials as soon as
they get that ring of power they're like
oh man watch this you ain't seen nothing
yet
they're not on your side federal state
local it doesn't matter but here's how
ridiculous this is and a lot of people I
see a lot of people applaud this and I
understand why they applaud it because
it does look good but this is
deception that is more deceptive than
other deceptions is more dangerous
because more more people fall into it
says attacking known as the Kansas
two-step that's been used by the state
highway patrol for years to detain
out-of-state motorists long enough to
find a reason to search their vehicles
you're not even going to believe what
this article says for illegal drugs
violates motorist constitutional right
against unreasonable searches according
to this federal judge which declared
Friday that's uh Friday July 20 21st so
this is a week old
I agree
it's called we call it a fishing
Expedition we call it looking for a
reason to violate somebody's rights when
you took an oath to do the exact
opposite it's called tyranny it's called
waging a War on Americans and this judge
will say it's Waging War but she won't
take the appropriate actions

rattle also notified the patrol that she
is ready to impose changes not charges
it should be charges
because if you did to motorists what
she's going to say that Kansas Patrol
officers were doing that motorists you
would be up you know what's creek
without a paddle
so she's ready to impose changes in its
policing practices and appoint a special
Master to audit its work for at least
four years so the federal Authority is
going to appoint an auditing authority
over the state Authority and it's all
for your benefit well first of all
that's a bio Catherine judge Catherine
not your honor judge Catherine not even
your judge let's just call her Kathy
let's just call her Karen
the federal judge Karen uh that's a
violation of the 10th Amendment you
can't even make that kind of rule
because that power has not been
delegated to you by the Constitution but
you're going to take it upon yourself
anyway and the people are going to

other you can't have both either you're
for the Bill of Rights and you're
against this ruling no matter how
positive positive it sounds or you're
against the Constitution you're for the
ruling it can't be both
that's why the see it's like they'll
give you some bread crumbs that looks
like it's really good and people will
bite and they'll be like yeah yeah even
though it's a violation of the Tenth
Amendment and then they enact something
that's worse and then people want to
invoke the 10th Amendment they're like
hey you didn't invoke it over here so
you don't even have it anymore
it's such the corruption is so deep the
deception is so dark it's overwhelming
to even deal with and even think about
this stuff it'll really it will
literally blow your mind
when you think about the land of lies
and the illusion of choice that they
give you and the fact that people are so

super overwhelming it's like how are we
how are we even alive how has the world

the changes would include a requirement
that Troopers specify uh I'm sorry let
me just start over the changes would
include a requirement the Troopers
specifically inform motorists they stop
that they have the right to reject a
search or to invoke consent at any time
so the judge is recognizing that there's
a lot of Americans out there who are
absolutely ignorant of their fundamental
rights so I'm gonna make a requirement
that the Troopers remind them hey by the
way you've got a fundamental right to
deny anything at any point in time
that's that's a sad State of Affairs
right there it's because most people are
products of the public fool
indoctrination program the 15 000 hour
indoctrination program called the public
school system which is really the public
school system it's churning out fools by
the boatloads people who don't even know
what their rights are so they can't even
stand on them and if you don't know you
got it right you don't have them because
there are predators out there namely law
enforcement
policy enforcement which are supposed to
be peace officers but they're not like
that anymore they're going to enforce
the political parasites laws they're
ignorant of their rights and so they
can't stand on them because they don't
know they got them
when under the two-step when under the
two-step Patrol officers avoid telling
motorists that they are free to go this
two-step thing by the way is they they
initiate a traffic stop for uh you
didn't turn on your turn signal 100 feet
before your turn you know that's just so
bogus or your license plate illumination
light is out
and then they walk up to the thing they
give the ticket or whatever and then
they end the traffic stop and they take
two steps and they walk back and they go
by the way
oh you don't have anything in your car
you shouldn't do you there's nothing
illegal I should know about is there and
then they re-initiate the stop and then
people who are ignorant of the rights
don't just drive away they stay there
and they start talking they start
flapping their gums and they don't take
the Fifth Amendment and they get deeper
and deeper as this traffic cop which is
just basically an economic terrorist is
just building up a case against you
this judge issued a scathing oh yes
super skating everybody's all shaking in
their boots a scathing 79 page order and
two separate lawsuits filed by the
American civil liberties Union on behalf
of three motorists and two passengers
traveling in 2017 2018 and 2019 from
neighboring Colorado which is legalized
recreational you know what
the judge concluded that check this out
guys listen to the wording
this is the yeah this is scathing this
is scathing on the judge's part on the
Judicial Systems part on the Injustice
systems part on the Troopers part in all
of law enforcement listen to this
the judge concluded that the patrol
targeted motorists traveling around in
Interstate 70 to or from the states that
have legalized either the medical or
recreational use of you know what
with a two-step with the two-step this
is like a two-step policy
you know taking two steps I'm going to
reinitiate the traffic stop so I can
conduct my fishing Expedition and see
what kind of case I can build against my
fellow American you idiots
okay so with a two-step Troopers finish
the initial traffic stop issue a ticket
or a warning and start to walk away then
turn back to talk more to the motorist
that allows them to keep looking for
grounds for a vehicle search or to buy
time to get drug sniffing dogs on the
scene and listen to what the judge says
the judge said the patrol quote waged
war on motorists let that sink in for a
second the judge said that the Kansas
state troopers wage war on motorists
what does that mean that equals Waging
War on Americans what what do we call
someone who's Waging War against
Americans well they call it terrorism if
they come if they thought you were
Waging War against Americans how about
this what if they thought you were
Waging War against politicians what if
they thought you were Waging War against
judges do you think this judge would
look at you just a little bit
differently than she's looking at the
the Kansas Patrol and not just right a
79 page a scathing report but she'd make
sure that they visited your house
tonight kicked in your door and took you
to a federal penitentiary
because you're a terrorist according to
them if you're Waging War against
Americans so she admits that the Kansas
police are Waging War against Americans
now let me ask you this question is it
just Kansas police Waging War against
their fellow Americans
I don't know about you but I call that
domestic Terror and when they lift their
hand toward heaven and put their right
hand on that Bible and they say I Swear
to protect and defend Americans the
Constitution from what all enemies
foreign domestic I would say somebody
who's Waging War against uh fellow
Americans is
doing something that I don't know looks
like domestic terrorism to me
but all she's gonna do is write a
79-page scathing letter and then make
requirements for them to follow and then
she's going to send out her Auditors to
make sure that they're following it you
and I we'd be we'd be rotting in a Cell
in solitary confinement for Waging War
against Americans
what if you set out to wage war against
those political parasites oh man you
were you would be going down that's why
when I was re the more I read this
article the more my blood started to

so so let's get this clear the judge a
federal judge says that Kansas Patrol
officers those state troopers are Waging
War against Americans bet it's happening
in Tennessee
bet it's happening in California bet the
same thing's happening in Florida I bet
the same thing's happening in Maine you
better believe it's happening in all 50
states that means
they're admitting that people who are
supposed to be protecting and serving
you are actually Waging War against you
under the guise of you committed a
traffic violation now let's see how much
we can find on our fellow Americans can
you think of anything more evil I I

other than doing bad things to little
kids
which this does do bad things to little
kids because you're basically
economically terrorizing their parents
you know if you got kids listen what she
says the judge says that the patrol
waged war on motorists and then she says
the war is basically a question of
numbers stop enough cars and you're
bound to discover drugs
and what's the harm that the few
constitutional rights are trampled along
along the way she wrote
guys I don't know about you but this
sounds awfully familiar to me it sounds
like a conspiracy it sounds like a
violation of 18 USC 241 conspiracy
against rights and 18 USC 242
deprivation of rights under what color
of traffic law
this is another example where traffic
law trumps individual rights in the
minds of the oligarchs
and what is the prescription for both 18
USC 241 and 242 well if they find you
guilty of conspiring against someone's
rights and let me read it if two or more
persons conspire to injure a press
threaten or intimidate I would say

uh politician yep whoever
police officer whoever
under the color of some laws no any law
any statute even traffic law yep
ordinance regulation or custom willfully
subjects any person any person yep in
any state territory Commonwealth
possession or District even the District
of criminals the District of Columbia
Washington DC Yep this covers it
to the deprivation of any rights
privileges or immunity secure to
protected by the Constitution what's the
final if if they've they're found guilty
they can be they can be fined they can
be imprisoned or maybe what judge
not even in the judge's purview all
she's going to do is write a 79 page
scathing oh my God hey I I take great
comfort great solace in the fact that
this federal judge wrote a scathing
letter to the Troopers they don't care
the judge doesn't care the guy who's
going to audit the auditing master or
whatever doesn't care
this is all a bunch of nonsense to make
the peasants think that something's
being done to secure rights thank God
for the federal judge
how fortunate
for the rulers that men do not think
neither the patrol nor Kansas Attorney
General Chris kobach's office responded
immediately to the text and email
messages seeking comment on Friday the
pro Patrol has defended its tactics as a
response to the I-70 serving as a major
Corridor for drug traffickers and yet
you'll have 18 wheelers with shipments
and shipments and shipments of legalized
drugs you know those opioids that cause
the opioid epidemic but because it's got
Pfizer or moderna or Johnson and Johnson
on the side of the truck well that's
that's legalized drug trafficking that's
okay right there
because that doesn't infringe on the
government because they're all in
cahoots together see the thing that
government hates is competition they
just don't want you traffic the CIA can
do it but if they catch you trafficking
with shake you know shake just little
bits of you know what on your floorboard
oh you're going down buddy but you can
at the time it takes that cop to write
the ticket or put the cuffs on you and
throw you in the back of his Cruiser how
many CIA planes have just gone overhead
taking plenty of those opioids across to
whoever needs them
because as of 2002 after that that
incident that happened in New York City
Lower Manhattan on in September of 2001.
remember what happened there and then
that gave them justification to invade
what oh Afghanistan and what's

restrictions on the patrols policing
that she plans to impose giving the
parties in lawsuits until August 7th to
tell her in writing why she shouldn't
Troopers would be required to get a
super listen to this
this is like telling Al Capone
uh Al Capone's men okay you're gonna
have to have a higher Mafia Thug his
permission to make sure that you can
bust somebody's kneecaps now
says Troopers would be required to get a
supervisor's approval to conduct a
vehicle search in other words hey if you
want to violate somebody's right you
need a supervisor's approval never mind
what it says in the Fourth Amendment
about not infringing
and the patrol would have to keep a log
of such requests and who approve them
you think and and don't worry we'll
investigate ourselves and we'll let you
know if we committed any wrongdoing try
that on the roadside when they stop you
for a traffic stop do you know how fast
you were going say what officer uh you
know you roll your window down you go
hey I'll tell you what officer let me
investigate myself and I'll get back
with you and I'll let you know what we
found out that ain't gonna watch man
no but they expect you to let them get
back to you and then they never do or
when they do it's heavily redacted

interested in transparency maybe the
government has something to hide from

guy knew his rights and he took that cop
to task and the cop backed off because
it's like oh I can't take advantage of
this guy oh knowledge is power and he's
more he's showing himself to be more
powerful than me he's questioning me
he's putting it back on me he's taking
the coal and putting it into my lap and
now I gotta deal with it and I can't
because I'm used to people just rolling
over

and pressure drivers to submit to
Extended detention so that they don't
feel free to leave while you're not free
to leave by the way you know I say all
the time on this channel what trumps
individual rights in the minds of a

all of your rights you're not free to

can do anything with everybody knows

do the things that it's going to take to
completely dissolve it and that's what
needs to happen it doesn't need to be
rehabbed it needs to be dissolved
the ACLU of Kansas and other civil
rights Advocates have argued for years
that the patrol has subjected out of
state motorists to searches that violate
the Fourth Amendment of the U.S
Constitution you think that protects
people against unreasonable surges and
seizures and the ACL goes this is a huge
win no it's not no it's not this is a
diversion this is not a huge win a huge
win would be hey let's abide by the 10th
Amendment hey let's clean in-house any
trooper that we find to have been a
terrorist an American or Waging War
against motorists Waging War against
America Guess what at the very least
they lose their job and they go to jail
for life
and the best case scenario is make an
example of all those trooper and there's
hundreds there's thousands of Troopers
who do this every day
they prey on Americans ignorance because
the Americans don't know their rights
and they give up their rights and the
Troopers move in for the kill because
they're not interested in obeying or
honoring their oath they're only
interested in increasing the coffers of
the state so they can get an attaboy
back at the station a plaque on the wall
and a nice little raise and a nice
little bonus for Christmas time and they
can tell their kids that they did they
they secured freedom and they protected
democracy today

for anyone else who travels in Kansas
highways it's it's a lie it's not a win

which are you are you a sovereign are

jurisdiction of what

you and it's right for you to be
obligated to obey our rulership or we

became more visible after Colorado
legalized recreational marijuana almost

legalization of any drug

judge wrote that State traffic laws
listen to this listen to this admission
the judge wrote that State traffic laws
create a host of possible reasons to
stop a motorist initially what's she
saying let's translate that she wrote
that traffic laws are used as a
justification to Trump your individual
rights you thought you had individual
rights but because we have traffic law
you don't
utter

insanity but she added that the factors
Troopers used to justify having a quote
Reasonable Suspicion about a possible
drug crime such as a motorist travel
plans are so ordinary and benign that
they could apply to thousands of drivers
here's an example
I don't know how long ago it was but the
DEA admitted in some reports how they
profiled what they thought were drug
traffickers debording commercial
airlines
some DEA agents said well what makes it
obvious to me is if the drug trafficker
gets off before everyone else
other DEA agents say well what makes it
obvious to me that they're a possible
drug trafficker is that they get off the
plane after everybody else so they can
blend in other DEA agents said what
makes it obvious to me that they're drug
traffickers is that they get off in the
middle of the plane so they they can mix
in with everybody else
so you get difficult different criteria
on what constitutes Reasonable
articulable Suspicion from people in the
same Department which means everybody is
a potential drug trafficker in their
eyes therefore everybody is guilty until
proven innocent and they can they can
use any justification and pull anything
out of the hat that they want to to make
sure that you're guilty
that's how evil the system is that's how
stacked against you this deck of tyranny
is
and for that people don't see it and
fight against it and and us getting
together remember they thrill at and
derive power from dividing us remember

said he said if you would love wealth
greater than Liberty the Tranquility of
servitude because guys there's there's a
certain there's a measure of peace that
comes with servitude

to know you're in a fight because
there's always going to be some
