on December 21st 2023 an FHP Trooper was stationed at the median of Interstate 75 and mile marker 120 observing Northbound traffic as the trooper was running speed measurements he observed the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed driving recklessly by swerving and cutting off other vehicles the trooper began to attempt to overtake the vehicle and conduct a traffic stop the vehicle quickly accelerated reaching speeds of over 145 mph in a 70 mph Zone have present [Music] now4 for the one [Music] right9 now traffic condition [Music] have9 start heading that way Dr [Music] watch your speed pit maneuver and made contact with the BMW it was not successful resulting in the Troopers vehicle became disabled the BMW continued Eastbound at a high rate of speed moments later another Trooper
