Trying to get some help cuz my Wi-Fi flies off at the house. I'm trying to finish school and everything. And my wife's off. So, I can't finish my school work if my, you know, you know, do school if my wife is off. I've got child support, but I don't receive child support until next month. So, I'm struggling financially with money and everything. I was trying to ask for some help. He got my like he started yelling at me. I walked up to him, as I said like this, asked him not to yell at me and he pushed me. So my brother intervened. My brother don't put up with that stuff. Obviously, I'm his little sister and everything. And so then my brother, you know, you can see pushed him off. And then the girl pushed him to the car, told him to leave. She hopped out and started swinging on me. He started swinging on me. So I just threw him off. I I got involved trying to pull marks on me cuz like 26. I'm a big guy. I'm a big guy. I ain't no cap. But when you got two people on you, it's kind of hard. It's kind of breathe. It's kind of hard to breathe. I'm not gonna lie to you guys. You know, [ __ ] did happen. I did push him off the porch. He did not have his right to put his hands on my sister on my property. So, where I live at. Um uh yeah, I understand you guys got called. I understand the situation going on. So, you got an ID on you or something like that? Yeah, I only have picture ID. I never uh got my address when I was down there living with my girlfriend at the time. Changed. This is mine. And uh he was still holding the baby. So, I grabbed the baby, the car seat, and took it in the house. My sister's like, "Jerry, I must talk to him because what she said she's going to talk see if she can talk to him and ask she can get some help." And when I took the baby in the house, let's go sit down on the couch. I can open the door, show you how far the couch is, away from the door and everything. And I hear him yell at my sister telling my sisters, "No, uh, I'm getting sick and tired of helping you. This is the This is like uh what did he say? How many times he said this? How many times he said this? I've asked him multiple times for help." And he said, "I'm getting sick and tired of it." And when when I come outside, he was in her face. So I I was still letting him talk, say what he had to say. But then my sister said, "You know, I'm getting sick and tired of this. Can you get off the porch?" He wasn't getting off the porch. So I literally stepped I was behind my sister like this. And I moved my sister out of the I was like I was like bro I was like you need to go. Okay. So I pushed him off the steps right here. He fell right there and he got up and he like run at me. So I pushed him down the hill again. I told him to leave. Get in the car and leave. Jayla hopped out of the car, grabbed me grabbed me while I was like I he she literally grabbed him like this and everything. So I ran down and tried to pull her off and she turned around, grabbed me by my hair. If you can't see this is a bite mark. She bit my face is probably swollen. I can barely feel my face. I need to get some pictures. My lips, my my lip is busting. I don't even know how I got even got hit in the face. I don't understand how she bit me. I was just scratches. And so I've been like kind of putting it in my pocket, recording secretly. Um ours conversation, stuff like that. Um, you can't see any of the video, but I can pull it up. Um, I walked up, Jerry was there. He was like, he said, "What's up?" and whatnot. I'll skip through it to where me and her were communicating. And then this is where it all escalated. I got a question for you. long shot, but I highly doubt that you will help. I have no Wi-Fi. I have no way to contact nobody. So, if you want to be able to contact me to get your daughter, I need help to pay the Wi-Fi bill. There ain't no way I'm helping with that. You hit me with everything else, man. So when you guys went down in the lawn like what happened from there is that when you I didn't even get into the yard. I got out of the car cuz he shoved him all the way from the porch. There's that hill. They slid down it. Yeah. I slid and you can see the So he slammed him up like towards the car. So I hopped out of the car because he's fighting him to shove him off. And then she ran down from the porch and grabbed me by the head hair and started swinging and I did bite her cuz grabbed me by the hair and swinging on me. Yeah. And then the boys were off wherever. My glasses are still somewhere on the ground down there. And um so since I was trying to get them separated so we could leave like the baby's on the porch and everything like we just want to go. You should even hear him in the like he's like there's no need for this. Like there's no point for this. And then so she like would not let go. So we're just sitting there. I don't The boys are fighting off to the side or whatever. We were right next to the car on the sidewalk still and she's like yelling at me, "Oh, you swung on my brother." And I'm literally as we're holding each other's hair. I'm like, "No, I didn't." I go, I tried to get between them. I didn't want them to like start fist fighting and like this be really bloody. Like I wanted it to stop. And then she's still like, "No, you did. You did or whatever." He goes, "I'm not going to." And I'm like, "Let go." I go, "This is stupid." Or whatever. And then like the boys were already separated. I go and then she told me to let go. I go I go, "Both of us let go." And then we both did. And then that's when we like Jerry came running again or whatever. He got in the car. We both got in the car, slammed the door as he he tried to bash on the window as we're pulling out. The tires squealled and everything. And then we just made a ying and pulled back. So cuz we figured He was was like right about here. I think she tipped my tooth when I this and I just my tooth is missing. Okay. I'm sure you could probably see the tire marks. Like I he he came running fast as I said like I was like dude I there was no need for this and I'm going to get y'all. Like I'm going to um call the police because there was no need for this. There were kids outside. Um, Ella, she's like, you can't hear her me and her getting yelled at for saying hi to each other in the video. We don't say hi to her. She's a like what, five years old? But from the sound of that audio, that contradicts what they're saying and they're primary aggressors cuz he comes out being aggressive and she makes a comment that I'll fight you right That's what I told him as I think they started it. So, I'm going to site those two for disorderly. Cool. Yep. All right, guys. Here's the deal. Obviously, they have conflicting stories, but they have most of the incident recorded on audio. Okay? So, what you told me up here, what happened isn't the whole truth. You came out being aggressive, being the primary aggressor. You even made a comment about I'll fight you right now before the fight started. So, you're both going to be cited for disorderly conduct. Okay. All right, sir. Give me a little bit. I'll get you the citations. I'll give you court date. We'll be out here. All right. Cool. Yes, sir. The judge can say that she can be in there. That one's yours. You're clearly not understanding what I'm saying. They're trying to work with us here. Please stop. Well, then I'm going to get him for trespassing on my property. That was the That was the agreement. But you didn't come out saying anything about that. You just came out yelling saying, "Do that. I'm not going to do that." You went after him.
