this because whenever there's mention of a gun in the vehicle description matches perfectly and everything else we are going to absolutely and like I told him when we went up to him I'm like listen he's not under arrest but we can you know detain you to make sure that everything goes nice and smooth and I understand he doesn't like us before he's never even been putting cuffs you know but the the thing is is we got we got a lot of people saying that's what happened um we got I mean a gun I mean everybody it's late County everybody's got a gun and yes with the new laws that just passed you know what I'm saying yeah you know and but that's not illegal it's it's correct but the evidence added up to us having probable cause we had a gun that there is a gun on Jay we had to do it I did something yeah well we did what we did what we had to do based on the information we had you know I like that but he did not brandish a gun I understand but and I can see that and I will put that on the Bible I'll put that on my mama I'll put that on everybody in a perfect world in every case we go to we'd have a video footage and we can know exactly what happened and that's why the courts are there we do what we have to do basically evidence that we have what we the basil evidence we have now he's going that could change you know as well I mean anybody that knows anything that has known anybody that's been in trouble knows that what you get charged with and what you actually get convicted of if you get convicted at all are two different things my main concern was his safety okay and so because he's never been in this situation before I understand given what what happened in New York oh he's from New York Tennessee yes he is from New York he just came down here so given where his mindset is coming from New York with cops um and never being in handcuffs before you can only uh yeah with this one throwing him straight to the ground when he's just saying please I was there too that's not what happened you don't resist us whenever we're telling you that you're not under arrest and put your hands behind your back every single time uh he he's like I'll put I'll put my hands front we don't at that point we're not the ones negotiating we never negotiate when it comes to that um not because we're jerks he does you know yeah and I am more worried for his safety yeah well charges okay I rated assault with a deadly weapon why is he getting assault with a deadly weapon there's no deadly weapon was vanished well that's what you're saying they're saying something else how many people are saying it doesn't matter regardless we have enough probable cause so that's what he's getting there was only two people and so I'm not here to argue I'm not here to argue the statements I'm just here to tell you what he's being charged with okay uh possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony resisting which would be aggravated assault with a deadly weapon okay um uh resisting which would be him not wanting to put his hands on his back and possession marijuana does he have a marijuana card I do okay that's my marijuana I understand but it's um it wouldn't matter much because it's not packaged properly supposed to be in the container otherwise everybody would say yeah I got that from dispensary that kind of thing what I I just I understand my name everything all right that's the least of his concerns to be honest with you but what we are not going to do is we're not going to take your car's evidence okay because it was using a crime and I'm doing that because honestly you've been being pretty cool and I appreciate that and there's honestly no sense in us taking it it's just ridiculous that we would have to deal we took we are taking the gun for for evidence okay if all this if all this gets you know if all this um gets blown over or whatever happens if he's not convicted then he could get it back yeah it'd be from FDLE and it takes
