on February 8th 2024 officers from the delr beach police department responded to a domestic violence report when officers arrived on scene they were met with Michael Marx who aggressively hurled racial slurs and insults escalating the situation then um I told her I said you need to get out and you need to leave um not so good um she um um punched me in the face and and and um she grabbed my legs she pushed me into the um it's a little backwards but she pushed me into the um closet and my son grabbed her off my legs and told her to leave I pushed her out the door and separated us and she said [ __ ] give me my bag and I handed him the bag to give to her okay and when you say she uh she was punching you about how many times would you say she hit you probably about five or six five or six times and she hit you where again was it that she hit you in the fa PR mhm where else she hit me in the neck she hit me in the arm um when she pushed me in the closet I fell all the way into the closet like I was sitting in the closet okay and then when all this was going on you said for most of it there was nobody there was just got to yes and then your son came in and and moved her out M told them told her to stop you know hitting you walked her outside she said she wanted her bag and I gave her a bag that's all she asked for was her bag I hand I even handed her a pair of shoes she had no shoes on I was trying to be nice okay and then that's what she left yeah my tooth hurts a little bit too Fire Res no I'm all [Music] right okay all right do you know where uh where he went prob in my mom's house where's your where's your mom4 Bergen DF berf yeah uh Del Beach Florida that's out west PB all right so I got your statement he's getting your son's statement and then uh we'll go ahead and um and give him all the information have uh you know C them again and then uh we'll go ahead and have him come talk to you and let you know was the next thing may but like I was telling your son um how long has she been staying here uh a couple months couple months so technically because you guys allowed her to live to stay here we can't force her to leave she has to leave on her own will since she wants to leave grab her and go um he told her to leave but what she said is I'm she said grab the bag and said I'm just out of here I'm leaving yeah so all did she grab all the stuff or just a bag if she grabbed all of her stuff she would need like for your quad car okay so [Music] right so I just got here you guys started a physical altercation because what started it I was just trying to get her off of me okay no no but like what start hard did everything it's because we're well I had a couple Bears okay she had like 11 legal to drink oh I know she had like 11 um I told her I don't want to be with her anymore so you guys were dating yeah we were going to get married okay you guys engaged yeah [Music] okay were okay were yeah and you guys were living together yeah okay and you both all right and then you guys were drinking and then what happened what what was said um I I basically told her to leave and she freaking just went off on me cuz you wonder in the house somewhere no okay but she like you said she was staying there m okay and then you guys started getting a physical alteration and then she grabbed her stuff and left yeah okay all right just give me one second all right did you strike her back in any way she get her off of me so you pushed her off of you or did you slap her I pushed her off of me you pushed her off okay but she came at you yes okay and you already got one statement on all right all right uh you still have ID you already have her all right we'll we'll come back up there okay yeah we'll come back up uh we have her she's going to come back here to explain her side of the story but my grandma is bringing her I don't know I don't know how she get back here all I I just don't want I just don't want you guys to be out here as well and then they escalate to another situation so let her just talk with her yeah my grand she went to my grandma's car I don't know what so let us let us talk to her and then we'll come back up and let you guys pushing me and stuff she started pushing you yeah and then and you didn't start to push her no okay and then what happened from there and then she told me I need to get out I'm a snitch I'm calling the police I said well what else am I supposed to call the police or just let your let your son or or you whoop my ass here cuz I can't fight you people so she's saying that you pushed her that you started it I that's not how it went though but if that's if that's if that's how you want to take it you take me to JS I have no word about I don't want to I just want to get down to the bottom of this you guys live together in the house okay all right so what else happened she said you were drinking too much you're saying that she pushed you she push she kicked me in the head she kicked you in the head yeah there's no Mark or nothing but she kicked me in the head all righty and then what else and then we started arguing and stuff and I said well then I'm calling the police because she told me oh you got to get out I said I'm going to get out with all my stuff here I've been here over 6 months okay and um you can't just kick somebody out over 6 months and living somewhere you know and so I left with his grandmother that's that's her mom yeah she stay she stay yeah I need her to stay cuz I might need to go stay with her okay all right yeah yeah we'll just have her stay CU I don't want to go out in the cold I I understand nobody's going to put you out in C but we need to get down to the bottom of this because this stuff can't happen no all right but you're saying that she hit you
