on December 30th 2023 the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about an unwanted guest when deputies arrived on scene they were met with sanseri garee who was about to turn a simple trespassing charge into a list of felonies how you doing what's going on um i r like uh like a rehab house uhhuh and I'm a former resident coming back he has been he's been out of here for like 4 months came back maybe like uh 2 months ago and I'm like what are you doing here you got to leave yeah he comes back tonight he don't want to leave he's like do something and he has a history of uh ions so just get get okay he's in the backyard of my the house the way partn yeah yeah like uh you just want him gone yeah do you want him trespassed or just gone for the night he's not supposed to be here but I'm afraid he might come back cuz he's I heard a story from my boss tell me he heard a story that he got no fight with the police that's why I want to warn you guys I don't know how he's going to react he's about this tall and he's heavy set uh black gentleman named Sans okay um Ro see here for you said he was here previous yeah yeah and then uh well he's a schizophrenic when they him so this hasn't become that with this guy but he started getting aggressive and I was like well if you don't leave I'm going to call the cops you said he was last him where like in the back uh yeah the house is over here he was in the backyard cuz he knows some of the guys and I told the guys listen don't don't agitate him just get the come do you know his information off top of your head like first last day birth uh I know his name the S guest do you know how to spell it he's he's in his late 30s I don't know where he came from he said got out of the hospital I don't he's been gone he's not a part of part of this house for like 6 months so I don't understand but he's has a history of going back to where he he originally was at so I got you um Gentleman on the property it's not supposed to be here um I guess you said 6 months ago was the last time he was uh in this facility ended up showing back up the told believe kind of Fus for to him from what the fights law enforcement so you want to get additional um what's he wear uh he has like a like a baseball jacket kind it was dark so it it looked Navy and white do you have you want or St uh what's that detail so trespass is if he comes back within a year he's going to go to jail want him gone for T night I can ask him to go but I can't force him to go yeah I want to trespass cuz have a I run a halfway house I have
