on April 18th 2024 an officer from the ocean ridge Police Department was dispatched to an intersection in response to a disturbance when he arrived on scene he found Robert Noble a man who was clearly intoxicated and causing a major public disturbance after being removed from a local restaurant gu Following over a quter mile he won't stop following me okay we already got into an alteration he stilling follow me across the bridge I've just been walking with my girl that's all I'm doing he just continue to follow me he's intoxic he came out of the wind he I'm I'm Chris Chris and my name is not Chris my name is Jarrett I have no idea who he is he won't stop leaving the alone all right a cheeseburg and he threw a cheeseburger at my girl the bridge I didn't touch him at all swear to God he beat the out of me man I've I've been in your police station tonight this guy beat the on me for no reason dude I'm this guy why why would he have to beat the Shad here he punched my face I never
