Okay. You were driving? Yeah. Okay. Is there any reason why you guys didn't stop and give your information? No. Yes. Uh he just he just told us that like he just took the picture of the car. This driver's license. So he he just uh took the he just uh took the picture of the car. Were you in the car when they happened? You weren't in the car. Okay. All right. Just let her let her talk to him. Okay. So what all happened? I was actually coming from the hillrest which is near by Kazies. I took the right turn when I was coming in my lane. I don't know why he came suddenly and hit me up. I don't know. It's like happened like this. Okay. But I was like stopping the car by myself and I was like sitting over there. He came on me and taunting on me and I was like he said like you hit and run like that. Then I was like no. I was I literally called my friends right now and then they came over and they took me off. Okay. So you were in the vehicle by yourself. Yes. Okay. All right. Do you have insurance for the vehicle? Yes, we have insurance. Where where exactly did you get hit? Yeah, I don't know. I'm not sure because he only hit me. Okay. In the center. All right. She's pretty much I mean and she was the only one in the vehicle. Wonderful. Do you have that paperwork in here? One of them says instruction. Is this everyone's files? Yeah. I mean, he wasn't in the car, but was the rear passenger in the car? There's a rear passenger. Yeah, there's a third guy in the back. Were you alone in the car? Was he in the car, too? Just by yourself. Okay. Okay. Can you just take a picture of that and send it to my patrol phone? We'll do it later. It's six. All righty. I'm going to go run these and see what damage he has. I'm not seeing much here. This is the reporting officer. So, I know you already talked to him. Can you just tell me real quick what happened? What happened? Okay. Like, uh, okay. So, I was driving up Hillrest and, uh, she was coming out of Casey's Casey's gas station. And, uh, were you were you heading this way or that way? Okay. Away from the light. Yeah. away from like so uh she was going straight across the street like straight across to the like across the street or whatever down that street but she like did a weird U-turn like she once she went across she like did a weird U-turn that was coming my way so I'm just like beeping the horn like what the like she just pushed me up the curb and I'm just like what part of the vehicle did she hit you with? Uh like her right the right the passenger side of her car I want to say like the mirror was broken and yeah so kind of be about here on the passenger side. Uh-huh. Okay. All righty. And then um what were you in the first the left lane? The right lane? Uh the right lane. So you're closest to the curb. That's how she pushed you into the curb. Yeah. Okay. All righty. Um just sit tight real quick and I'll be back with you. Okay. All righty. Hi. Hello. All right. So, this is back. This is for the male that's driving. You can hand it to him. This is for you guys. So, you were in the car alone, right, when this all occurred? Yeah. All righty. So, what all happened? like when cuz I'm just I'm just trying to piece piece together what happened. Yeah. When I was coming on my way, I don't know why he came suddenly on this way and hit me. Okay. So, you were back. But so where were you? You were were you leaving Casey's where were you? I was leaving from Hillrest. Yeah, the Casey's. Okay. So, you were leaving from Casey's. Which way were you headed? I was like going on the right side, which is this way. So, you were you make Did you make a left out of Casey's or a right? No, the right one. Okay. Okay. So, you made it right. Yeah. And then how how did you guys collide then? I don't know why. Because what I'm being told is that you kind of left Casey's then pulled a U-turn. No, that's and then that's how the collision occurred. Yeah, that's what he also talked to me. But the thing is that I took the right signal and I was going on the right way. But he was telling me I was going left like near that opposite route and I unexpectedly turned the route. That's what he said. But I was actually in my way which is right to the cases. Okay. So, you you made a right out of the cases. You didn't you didn't get confused at all, make a U-turn or anything? No, no, no. I was just coming on the right of the Casey's. Okay. You were making a right out of the cases. Yes. Okay. Cuz h how did then at what point in time if you made a right out of the Casey's did you collide with him? Cuz what I'm not what's not making sense to me is that if you're making a right out of the cases and then you're said is the damage on the passenger side or the driver's side of your car? The passenger side. Okay. So my question is is how how can you hit his driver's side? You're saying that did you turn in front of him or how did that happen? [Music] Like she's coming from outside the cases. She just told me like I can't explain that. I understand but you weren't there. So I'm trying I'm trying to get what she what happened from her because it's not making sense. Okay. I was actually taking the right from the gies and then I don't know why he unexpectedly came on the middle of the way. Okay. So yeah he hit me like this this way itself but he was telling that I was hited him but it's not the thing. He came from the back and he hited me. Okay. So he came he came from behind you and hit you. Yes. But yet you sure about that cuz I'm sure about that. He came behind me and he came from behind you and hit your front passenger side. Not this this side. He came he Okay. So he he came from behind you. All right. Cuz then you didn't like Did you make a wide turn? Did you make a a tight turn? Wide a wide turn. Okay. All right. Did you Did you see him coming at all? Yeah, I see him when he was at the signal. Okay. Yeah. Did you have enough time to turn? Yeah, I had enough time. So, that's why I was coming. And then you know that you're you were alone in the car, right? Yeah, I know you're not supposed to drive by yourself, right? You only have a permit. Yeah. So, technically you do not possess a valid driver's license since you were not with a valid driver's license. So, and like I understand like you called your friends to when the accident occurred, but if you were with him, you would have been with a valid driver. You get what I'm getting at? Yeah. But the thing is that they didn't have a parking lot for this car. So, that's why I was like draw like I was taking the car from their home. You can't do that. It's illegal. You can't drive by yourself. It's illegal. Yeah. Sorry for that. Sorry for that. I I understand. But so this is my thing is you can't drive by yourself and then you're driving by yourself and you get in an accident, you know. Yeah. So all righty. And then you're saying that you turned out in front of him cuz that way he he then collided with you and then what was the first point of contact cuz I'm not seeing much contact on the vehicle. Focus on friend side and he came directly like this. I I think he came very fastly this good amount of speed. Okay. What's up, bro? What's up? So, I I was told you have a video of like the vehicles in the roadway. You mind if I can see that? You show that to my partner? Yeah. So, I'm going to be honest with you based on the story you're giving me and the story she's giving me. It's not adding up. And that's not on your end. Uh we looked there's nothing where you where it occur. Yeah, I know. So that's why I'm asking for your video because this is actually they know it was like her trying to hide our face when I kept asking for her. Uh this is more than what I have. So I have a question. So how how did the collision occur? Were was she kind of in front of you when she did that turn or I let her go out, you know? I let her go out in front of me cuz I'm thinking she's going straight across the street, you know, and she was, you know. Did you did you kind of slow down cuz she was slow down cuz she was coming out the gas station already going slow. You know what I'm saying? So I'm just like, "What the hell is this car doing?" You know, cuz I had turned at the light. So I'm just like, "What the hell is she doing? She going across the street slow as you know, like straight across." So I'm just like, "Bro, what?" Like I think I'm not It just happened so fast, but I'm just I don't know if I beat, but I'm just like, "Dude, that is slow." So as I go a little bit, I see her like kind of like turn quick and you know, like a weird U-turn. I'm just like, "Whoa, whoa." You know, and I'm just like trying to beep, but I'm not. Did you Did you slow down like wave for her to go? So you let her go ahead. Okay. And then she she made a she's telling me she just made a wide turn and then you came up and hit her. So that's why I'm trying to figure out I turned in. She came out. She came back to this lane to my right lane. You know what I'm saying? But she was going across the street. Trust me. Like I'm like she was far over. And what you're I'm being honest. I'm not trying to argue. What you're telling me is making the most sense. That's why I'm just trying to piece apart what the heck's going on because I'm just like cuz what I'm getting is like if she if she made a wide turn like that, how are you? It doesn't it doesn't add up. So that's why the U-turn the U-turn kind of makes more sense to me. And um so did she like did she try to talk to you and give you information or she like her window was up, you know? I just come and I'm just like, I just need a picture of you, you know, of your uh of your license and your insurance, you know, and she just like like, you know, give me the finger. And then she's like like on the phone, you know, and I'm just like I'm like, what the hell? I'm just I have to go pick my wife up. I'm like, I just need a picture of your I'm like, do you want mine? You know, and but I'm like, I need hers cuz she hit me. What if she you know, so I'm just No. Yeah. Her confusion was she thought that you just wanted a picture and then you were good. Oh no. So that was the kind of confusion on her part and then the the people that she came they was like listen they was like when they came the dude was like he was like what happened? So as I'm telling him what happened. I'm like she hit me. He's like she didn't hit you. He they kept saying she didn't hit you. I'm like what? I'm like it's damaged. That's why I was getting mad cuz I'm just like damaged. So how did she hit me? And then as I'm showing him the damage. You know what I'm saying? I'm like I'm like why are y'all not giving me your insurance or your license? You know the girl too, you know? and the other dude like somebody else is talking to her and it's like it's like three of them but they're distracting me so they get in the car and go and I'm just like what the So none of them at all attempted to give you any information nothing at all and she she never attempted to give you information one time that's why I'm like that's why I pulled my camera out cuz I'm like okay you don't want to give me information let me record you real quick but soon as I record I seen like three four guys running out I'm just like what the I'm like let me put my phone up Did you observe anyone in the offending vehicle at the time of the incident? No, no one was with her. No one was there. She was 33 34. It was just her in the vehicle. I actually got it on. Okay. Yeah, that was the only video was just her trying not to hide her face and then like picture on the plate. Affirmative. So she never tried to give you any information? No, she never did. No. Okay. All righty. That's why That's why I chased them. They ran They ran all the way like Geico Apartments. They ran back there. If his camera came back there, they ran back there. I chased them back there. Then they came right here on foot or in the the vehicle. They were driving around driving around. All righty. Well, I got this for you. So, this is just today's incident. Have you ever gotten a bike crash warrant before? Yeah. Okay. So, it's just bycrash.com. You can go on and view it. Um 5 to 10 days. It's $15 if you go on and view it. your insurance can view it for free. Um, this is today's date. That's me, badge number 34. I'm officer Jaci. The report number for all this. U my partner also to help you out put a bunch of phone numbers and contact information for her in case your insurance needs it, but it'll all be documented in the report. I'll get done for you tonight. Um, do you have any questions for me at this time? And then all my information is on the other side. Yep. And then if you need to contact me for it, just call the non-emergency number. And then I work at night, so I'll get back to you when I can. Okay. Yes, sir. You need anything? You all good? No, I can go now. Yep, you're all good. So, I have a question. Yeah. Um, when you're involved in the accident, you got to give the other party information such as your insurance. Um, is there any reason why you didn't give him your insurance or anything? Yes, obviously. Like, uh, I'm not asking. I'm asking her. I was actually didn't have any insurance. So, that's why I was like that too. He was actually Okay. But the the thing the thing is is even when he pulls up, you got to give like a phone number, some way to contact each other. And then you also you got to give them their insurance and everything else and possibly report it. So that's the thing is you you guys didn't give him you didn't give him anything as the driver involved in the accident. You didn't give the other party anything. You guys just left. No, no, no. The thing is that I was actually stopped a car. He was actually like taunting on me like give me your learning license. Get up, get up. Like he was actually scolding me. So that's why I thought I was like stopping my call and call my friends instant. Then he came. I understand. But the stuff he was asking for is what you have to provide. You got to provide your information to the other party and then you also have to provide your insurance and things like that. So, is there any reason why you didn't do that? Is there any reason why you didn't provide any of that information and you guys just left? Yes. What What's the reason? What are these? The thing is that he actually captured the picture of the car. Okay. Carpet. So that's why I thought like what's the like he actually took the picture so that's why I was being calm. Okay. So that's why you still got to you got to give him your information and he didn't do that. So that's the thing. You get what I'm getting at? The thing is that he actually asked me for the driver's license. I was like I don't have it like I am was telling him like then at that particular time he was like instantly capturing the picture. So that's why at that time I was actually having fear because the way it's not a thing but still like he t on me very hardly. So that's why I was like not at all speaking. Actually he took the picture itself. Yeah. But he took a picture of your plate and not your insurance or anything that you're supposed to provide at a scene of an accident. That's my thing. And even when your friends show up and even if he's the only guy with the insurance, your friend next to you, you still got to supply that. That's your time that you go, "Hey, pal, can you show them the insurance?" Instead of you guys just pile in the car and leave. You understand that, right? You got to provide the information. I go, "Okay." And then you guys also can't just leave. You guys leave left and you had to call 911 and follow you guys till the cops showed up. You can't do that. So, and it's also kind of interesting to me is like you don't you can't be driving on your own and then your friends show up and then your buddy that can drive hops in the driver's seat. Yeah. So, do me a favor. Hop out of the car. Hop out of the car, please. The rest of you guys can stay in the car. You agree? You could you could set that stuff down on the seat for a second or put it in your Can you put that in your pockets for me? Okay. Okay. Okay. [Applause] Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. You're under arrest. All right. You're just going to get some tickets and then you'll be out. We got to take you to the police department and then we'll do that. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. [Music] All righty. Okay. You have any weapons on you? No, I don't have You can take me out. Okay, we will. All righty. So, I'm not going to tow the car. You can come pick her up at the police department. Okay. Can you come now? You Yeah, you can come now.
