medical marijuana state along with being

as you're above the age of 21, you don't

a medical marijuana card to possess
marijuana here. Now during this
investigation, as they're doing an
inventory of the vehicle, obviously
they're going to tow it because she's
under arrest. So they're doing an
inventory and they find this marijuana
and they're like, "Oh. Oh, what do What
do we do here?" Um
That's a That's absolutely perfectly
acceptable. It is an exception to the
requirement for a search warrant is that
they're going to tow that car. So they
need to make sure that there's nothing
crazy in there before they tow it and
they find the weed.
She was charged with it. Not a big deal.

any sort of probable cause or without an
arrest happening. They did everything
