[police radio beeps] OFFICER: Mm-hm. [Officer speaking on radio] SARAH: I tried giving him CPR. I- I- the problem is? Is, I fell asleep. I fell asleep. OFFICER: When did you do CPR? SARAH: This morning. When I found him. OFFICER: Before you called? SARAH: YE-ES! [police radio beeps] OFFICER: It's one o'clock right now. SARAH: I tried- I was awake, but I actually got out of the bed at, like, 12:30ish. Whatever. So I came downstairs- [Officer speaking on radio] SARAH: And I was like, "Oh, fuck, he's in the suitcase still!" ♪♫ NARRATOR: On January 14, 2016, 38-year-old Sarah Boone and her young son arranged a photo for social media. In the image, her son is seen inside a partially zipped black suitcase beside an image of the same suitcase zippered shut. The picture, intended in jest, suggests the child was inside the luggage. After the image was posted to Facebook, it triggered an investigation by Child Protective Services. The matter was dropped after it was determined the child conceived of and wanted to do the stunt. In a bizarre coincidence, a second incident involving Sarah and an alleged suitcase prank four years later would devastate a family in Pennsylvania and stun the community of Winter Park, Florida. ♪♫ NARRATOR: 44-year-old Sarah Boone was born Sarah Paulsen on October 10, 1977. She was raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended Edgewater High School and claimed she excelled in all subjects. Her last gainful employment was in 2018. Sometime around 2004, she married Brian Boone, and they had a son. The Boones lived together in Orlando. Although Brian recently claimed Sarah could get aggressive at times -- especially when drinking -- there is no documented history of violent offenses during or before the marriage. She did have a few traffic violations. After around 12 to 13 years of marriage, her husband filed for divorce on November 30th, 2017. According to Brian, one of the main reasons was her increasing use of alcohol; in particular, frequent trips to bars, especially on weeknights. The divorce was finalized in August 2018. Sarah and Brian shared custody of their son and had a parenting agreement. Sarah was to care for him every Monday and Tuesday and alternate Fridays through Sundays. The pair remained civil. Occasionally, when Sarah needed money, he would send his son's mother "a few dollars" from time to time. Following the divorce, Sarah moved to a nearby apartment. Single and unemployed, Sarah relied primarily on alimony payments to sustain herself financially. Unfortunately, her drinking habits continued, and multiple people close to her characterized it as progressively worsening. It was under these circumstances that she met 42-year-old Jorge Torres Jr. [no audio] Jorge Torres Jr. hailed from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He spent some time in Clinton, Massachusetts, before relocating to Orlando. Jorge was divorced and had three children. According to his Facebook page, his last known employment was at a local Ace Hardware store. Unfortunately for Jorge, the store closed, and he became unemployed. He had an unstable work history prior to the store's closure. Jorge enjoyed sketching and listening to music. He was a fan of artists such as Bad Bunny, Lil Wayne, and Maroon 5. In fact, neighbors would often complain about the loud music coming from his apartment. As of 2020, Jorge was working to overcome unemployment, pressure from his ex-wife to provide much-needed financial support for their children, and chronic alcohol abuse. In a sworn statement, one of Jorge's brothers confirmed that it was well-known Jorge had a long-standing problem with alcohol. Jorge came from a large, close-knit family that had previously tried to get him help. [no audio] The following account is based on public records, court documents, police reports, and law enforcement interviews with friends, family, and neighbors. Sarah Boone and Jorge Torres met at a local bar and began dating in January 2017. Their relationship developed quickly. They moved in together in just under three months, and Jorge was added to the apartment lease. They lived with Sarah's son in the Tealwood Parke Apartments on Frantz Court in Winter Park, Florida. It was a 910-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath, multi-level townhome. Sarah paid most of the bills, and Jorge chipped in during periods of employment. For what it's worth, although Sarah and Jorge frequently posted on social media, they never published images of themselves as a couple on their respective social media pages. With that said, many people described their relationship as rocky, at best. Altercations and frequent alcohol consumption were observed by many. In their time together, Sarah and Jorge demonstrated a clear self-destructive behavioral pattern. It would start with alcohol use, followed by a verbal dispute, escalation to physical violence, and, ultimately, police encounters. Arrests -- usually of Jorge -- would always be followed by Jorge being bailed out by Sarah, and the cycle would repeat. Two noteworthy items from interviews were that Jorge would often be seen playing outside with Sarah's son, and the two had a good relationship. Also noted were multiple people mentioning, without being prompted, that Sarah appeared to be afraid of Jorge. Mostly, however, there were accounts of problems with alcohol and violence. On one occasion in the summer of 2019, Sarah's neighbor, whom she did not know well, said he was surprised to wake one morning to find Sarah asleep on the cement floor of his apartment's patio. The neighbor added he mostly tried to avoid her, and in his opinion, she and Jorge appeared to have an abusive relationship. The Tealwood property manager was interviewed and she said she had received between 20 to 30 complaints about the pair, including thudding sounds, banging on doors, and loud music at all hours. In addition, she has witnessed them staggering and highly intoxicated as early as 9 AM. She said she once saw Sarah wandering the grounds, drunk and inappropriately dressed. The property manager approached her and said, "we need to talk when you are sober." When they spoke, the property manager threatened to evict them if problems continued. She was unaware of any issues after that, so she assumed things had improved. The property manager also describes Sarah as assertive. She explained an incident where Sarah claimed another tenant, who knew Jorge from Philly, was aggressive and inappropriate with her. She said, "He was trying to push himself on me." The property manager said she was surprised when Sarah was confronted by the tenant and his girlfriend. The girlfriend was significantly bigger than Sarah. She had a large family who occupied four units in the apartment complex. She also had a reputation for being intimidating. Sarah, although outsized and outnumbered, refused to back down. Asked directly by the girlfriend if her allegations were true, she said without hesitation, "Yes. He sure did." By contrast, some neighbors referred to Sarah as "nice, comforting, and talkative." [no audio] On October 20, 2017, Jorge made a public post on his Facebook page stating he was in a relationship. Five days after, he posted, "I'm no longer the owner of a lonely heart." Just nine months later, they would experience their first documented police encounter. On July 25, 2018, Sarah called 911 to report that Jorge kicked her in the eye. An officer arrived at the apartment minutes later. According to the arrest affidavit, she and Jorge were at a bar when she asked an unknown male for a cigarette. Jorge became upset over it and left the bar. They went back home, and a verbal altercation ensued. Sarah told police she was dragged upstairs by Jorge and kicked in the right eye. She refused medical treatment. The officer then spoke with Jorge. He stated they were arguing when he decided to walk upstairs to avoid Sarah. That's when she grabbed him by the throat using both of her hands. Jorge claims he was having difficulty breathing and began to kick Sarah to get her to stop. Jorge said he believed he would have been unconscious if he had not gotten Sarah off him. Jorge also refused medical care. Deputies stated they couldn't tell who the primary aggressor was, so Jorge was charged with battery, and Sarah was charged with battery by strangulation. Both posted bond and the case was dropped after Sarah and Jorge refused to write statements against the other. A little less than a year later, on June 15, 2019, police returned to Sarah and Jorge's residence. Sarah called 911 and again claimed Jorge became angry with her for talking to another man. She said Jorge struck her on her head, face, legs, and arms while saying, "You're going to die." The investigator noted Sarah had a red lump on the side of her face and scratches on her neck. She refused medical treatment but filled out a "domestic violence worksheet" and said, this time, she was willing to testify. Jorge denied hitting Sarah but was arrested for battery and booked into jail. As promised, Sarah testified in court. Jorge was conditionally released and ordered to avoid consuming alcohol or drugs, have "no hostile contact with Sarah," and "maintain a separate residence." Three days later, Sarah contacted the police again. This time she complained Jorge was using her credit cards without her consent. But, after speaking with officers, she declined to press charges. At this point, the relationship's trajectory had clearly changed, and there was an increased willingness, at least on the part of Sarah, to involve the police. In August 2019, an officer visited the apartment for another complaint of assault. Sarah called 911 and claimed that she was asleep in her bedroom when she was suddenly assaulted by Jorge. He was in a rage and was screaming. He punched her in the neck and pulled her hair. Despite calling the police for help, she said she would not testify against Jorge. The officer observed an old bruise on her right eye. When asked about it, she said it was from three days earlier. Sarah also declared, "I am fed up with being hit." [no audio] Despite a temporary protection order against Jorge, there was yet another assault complaint on September 4th, 2019. The assault led to Jorge's arrest. The case was closed weeks later, and the couple wound up living together again. There was a relative period of peace until February 23rd, 2020. Unfortunately, it would prove to be the calm before the storm. Sarah's next-door neighbor, whose unit shares a wall with hers, stated that sometime between 10:30 to 11 PM on February 23rd, he heard "a very loud crashing sound" coming from Sarah's apartment. It was "as if something had fallen down the stairs." He said it was not unusual to hear an occasional thud coming from that unit, but the crashing sound was far different than anything heard before. "I felt the wall shake as the sound happened," he said. According to Sarah, on the evening of February 23rd, she and Jorge were consuming alcohol and playing games such as hide-and-seek. She said they both thought it would be funny if Jorge climbed into a suitcase. So he did, and she zipped the bag closed. She states she then went upstairs to go to bed and passed out. [no audio] Sarah claims she woke up the following morning, around 11 AM, to her cell phone ringing multiple times. In a sworn statement by her ex-husband, he said he called her numerous times that morning from 11:25 AM as it was her day to pick up their son. Brian called at 11:25, twice at 12:21, and again at 12:49. She answered on the last call and informed him she found Jorge dead in the suitcase. Brian said she was "freaking out" and asked him to come over, but he urged her to call 911 instead. Call records show that before she called the police, she called Brian back to ensure he was on his way. Finally, at around 1 PM, Sarah called 911. Ambulance personnel noted Jorge had a "small laceration" on his lip and "what appeared to be some bruising around his eye." He was confirmed deceased by the Orange County Fire Department. Meanwhile, Sarah was questioned outside. OFFICER: You can't go back inside. What's going on? Wha- Who was he to you? Boyfriend? SARAH: Yes. For like three and a half years. OFFICER: What happened? SARAH: He and I were- We drank last night. We had a- OFFICER: Can you pass this to the- around to the FD guys? They need to sign that, for sure. OFFICER 2: They're with me. [both speaking, indistinct] OFFICER: No, no, no. Each of them has to- 'Cause this might be a real scene. So each of them has to put their name- OFFICER 2: Normally we all just- I just put everybody. [voice on police radio] OFFICER: Um, what's going on? I just got here, so fill me in. SARAH: No problem. Like, he and I were putting a puzzle together, we'd been doing some artwork together. OFFICER: You were putting a puzzle together? SARAH: Yes. We have a puzzle that we started in there. OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: We'd been doing art, taking stuff off the wall to make new art put up there, like having a good time with one another, but we were drinking, we had a bottle of wine last night. OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: So then it's like, we decided to play hide and seek, right? OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: So he gets in the suitcase, okay? OFFICER: Who is this guy? SARAH: That's my ex-husband. My former husband. OFFICER: How did he- He lives here with you guys? SARAH: No. I called him over here. OFFICER: Okay. Okay. SARAH: I didn't know what to do. OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: I- I didn't know what to do. Whatever. So I came downstairs- [Officer speaking on radio] SARAH: And I was like, Oh, fuck, he's in the suitcase still! That's when I found him, and I took him out, I tried doing CPR, and then I called him, and then I called you guys. OFFICER: Did he get here before the fire department got here? SARAH: Who? OFFICER: Your husband? SARAH: Yes. Yes. OFFICER: Your ex-husband? OFFICER: Okay. Where does he live at? SARAH: Uh, right down the street. OFFICER: Okay. So you were playing, and... Who zipped him up in the- SARAH: I did!! But then I fell asleep! OFFICER: Okay, okay! Sto- You're okay. I don- I wasn't here, I'm just trying to figure out what happened. SARAH: I fell asleep! So I don't know if he suffocated, or, like, had an aneurysm or a heart attack, or what! OFFICER: What kind of medical conditions did he have? SARAH: None that I know of! OFFICER: Nothing that you know of. OFFICER: He didn't take any medicine last night? SARAH: No! No! OFFICER: No medicine. SARAH: All we had was a bottle of wine. Literally. Just a bottle of wine. OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: Doing puzzles. Artwork. Then we decided to play hide and seek. OFFICER: Mm-hmm. SARAH: That's all that happened! OFFICER: Okay, okay. SARAH: So I don't know if he had a heart attack or what in there. Like I don't know what happened. OFFICER: So how long were you doing CPR on him prior to you calling 911? You tried that all morning? SARAH: Yes. OFFICER: Okay. SARAH: And then I called him while I was doing CPR. OFFICER: What time did you start? Probably- Give me a rough ballpark? Here, let me fill this deputy in, okay? SARAH: Please, may I have my Dr. Pepper? I am so cotton-mouth right now. [wind against microphone] OFFICER: Ma'am, and you can't talk to him until we get done with [indistinct] okay? SARAH: Okay, fine. Just don't leave, okay Brian? OFFICER: Thank you, ma'am. 'Preciate it. BRIAN: Well, I'm gonna- OFFICER: Thank you. BRIAN: Have to get Lucas. SARAH: I know. OFFICER: Do me a favor. Stand over there by that car. Give me one second. [wind over microphone] [voices on police radio, indistinct] Just give us a second, okay? SARAH: May I have my Dr. Pepper? [voices on police radio, indistinct] It's on the counter. OFFICER: I can't remove anything from out of the house. [voices on police radio, indistinct] SARAH: I'm so thirsty! Like, I'm making- OFFICER: Here. I'm gonna sit you down, 'cause I don't want you passing out. This is probably a lot for you to deal with, right? SARAH: I need water. OFFICER: Sit. Sit, I don't want- SARAH: May I have some water? Just water. OFFICER: I can get you some water, okay? Just- I want you not on your feet, 'cause I don't want you passing out on me. [voices on police radio, indistinct] SARAH: I need- Can you find me water. OFFICER: Okay, I'll get some for you. [voices on police radio, indistinct] NARRATOR: After the field interview, officers were not sure they had enough probable cause to make an arrest, so they told Sarah she was free to go. However, before she left, they asked if she would consent to a forensic download of her cell phone, and she agreed. A digital forensic investigator began the process at the scene and found incriminating evidence on the phone that contradicted Sarah's account. Two files on her phone showed Sarah recording video. One recording began on February 23rd at 11:12 PM. Note to the viewer: I thought about whether to show this video, as it is quite unsettling. However, as the key documentary evidence in this case, it would be irresponsible not to at least touch on it. Therefore, I will show a small clip as that's all you really need to capture the spirit behind what transpired. Here is the video, which began recording on February 23 at 11:12 PM. [gentle background hum] SARAH: [slurring] For everything you've done to me. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. SARAH: For everything you've done to me. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. SARAH: Fuck you! JORGE: Sa- SARAH: [laughs] JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. SARAH: [laughs] Fuck you. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah! SARAH: [laughs] Stupid. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. SARAH: [slurring] That's my name. Don't wear it out. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah, I can't fucking breathe, babe. Seriously. SARAH: Yeah. That's what you do when you choke me. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. Sarah! NARRATOR: Detectives asked Sarah to come to the Sheriff's Office for a follow-up interview. They told her it was to discuss autopsy results. However, they did not reveal before the interview that they had found video evidence. [no audio] [thump] [items hitting table top] [computer starting up] [paper rustling] [voices, indistinct, growing louder] CHELSEA: I'm gonna have you sit in the green chair, it doesn't move. Appreciate you coming in. SARAH: Yes, ma'am. And I- I wanna ask about these, whenever you have a moment. CHELSEA: Sure. Um... So, obviously, um, you received his autopsy. So, I'm gonna read you your rights again, because I- we have to talk about that, and since I'm talking about the incident, we just have to do it. Just like we did yesterday. SARAH: Normal protocol? CHELSEA: Just like we did yesterday. Remember, I read you the rights- your rights? SARAH: Yeah. CHELSEA: Yeah, so this is the exact same thing, but since I'm asking you follow-up questions, I need to read them to you. Okay? SARAH: Sure. [click] NARRATOR: Notice how the detective attempts to downplay the meaning behind reading Miranda rights. She states it is simply "protocol" that rights are read and says it in a reassuring tone suggesting it's no big deal to be Mirandized. While not entirely untrue, it is misleading. If you are being Mirandized, you're in police custody. You're not free to go and will either be arrested or questioned as if you are a criminal suspect. There are Miranda exceptions, so you should contact an attorney if you find yourself in this situation. Before you condemn the officers, however, remember -- they're playing by the rules. In nearly every state, it's legal for police to use deceptive tactics while interrogating adults. These detectives are using the methods available to them to uncover the truth about what happened to Jorge Torres Jr. CHELSEA: Alright. So... You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer before and during questioning without charge. If you cannot afford a lawyer, and want one, one can be provided for you before questioning without charge. Has anyone threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to me? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: And do you understand what I just read you? SARAH: Yes. CHELSEA: Perfect. Okay. So, this morning we went to his autopsy. Um, and, we were informed of some injuries that he has, by the doctor. So, I wa- SARAH: Where? CHELSEA: Um, so he's got- [coughs] scratch marks to his back. SARAH: I know what that's from. CHELSEA: Okay. And, um, it's called a contusion, do you know what a contusion is? So like, basically you're getting hit, and then, you know, you get a mark from it. You'll get bruising. SARAH: [inaudible] Like someone hit you, or something like that. It's called a contusion. So he had some injuries to his left shoulder. Um, he had, um, he had a cut near his, like, lip. We could see- you could see his, um, his mouth was a little swoll- SARAH: I haven't laid a hand on him. CHELSEA: Okay. I- [coughs] SARAH: Also, too, he fell off my son's bike. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So I don't know- And he's notorious for running into the wall? Or the hall tree? So I- I don't- CHELSEA: Okay. Okay. What a- What about the scratches? SARAH: [sighs] Sex. CHELSEA: 'Cause there's also- Sex? SARAH: Yes. CHELSEA: Okay. 'Cause there's also, like, uh, like a scratch, on like the back of his neck? Like, kinda like going- but it's like going straight across. SARAH: I... have no idea what that's from. CHELSEA: [coughs] And they're all recent. Like they, they- they occurred recently. It wasn't something that occurred post, or that occurred a week ago, or two days ago, three days ago. They definitely occurred, you know, the night leading up. So when he was- SARAH: In all honesty? All honesty. We have not gotten into it. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: That's why, like- The only thing I thought you guys were gonna ask me about -- which I was gonna be honest with you anyway -- are the scratch marks on his back. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Everything else, I have no idea what it is. No idea what it is. Nonetheless I've had my son over at the house, too, so... I mean... CHELSEA: Oh, your son was there- When? When was he last there? SARAH: Oooohhh, gosh. CHELSEA: By my understanding he was there, like, last Tuesday? SARAH: Last- I don't know if it was Tuesday? But yes, he was there last week. So... CHELSEA: Well, we're talking about Sunday. SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: We're ma- we're just talking about what occurred Sunday. CHELSEA: 'Cause like I said, the injuries are- They occurred within that time period. SARAH: So you're talking, like, day before yesterday? CHELSEA: Sunday leading into Monday. You called us yesterday at 1, so, but the incident- You guys were painting and stuff the night prior. SARAH: Correct. CHELSEA: So, we're talking about Sunday? SARAH: That's why I'm thoroughly confused. Because we had a good time, CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: sitting on the back porch, having wine, and smoking a couple of cigarettes, and then decided to go inside and literally paint, do puzzles, and play. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And listen to music. That's why- Nobody got out of sorts. Tha- This is what's- Mind-blowing to me. Like I don't- CHELSEA: [softly] Okay. SARAH: I have no clue. Nobody laid a hand on anybody. CHELSEA: He also had, um.... Like on the left side of his forehead, he had basically bruising. Um, and, um, on like his head and skull. SARAH: I have no idea. CHELSEA: As if something hit him. [both speaking] CHELSEA: With considerable forced trauma. SARAH: I have not touched him. I have not touched him. I have not touched him. SCOTT: Then how would he get those injuries? SARAH: Tell me and we'll both know. I have not touched him. CHELSEA: Yesterday, when we took photographs of your overall body, um, and they did the buccal swabs, did they go under your fingernails? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: Okay. Are you willing to let us- SARAH: Absolutely. CHELSEA: -swab underneath your fingernails? SARAH: Go for it. CHELSEA: Okay. [coughs] SARAH: I have no idea. And I don't wanna seem out of sorts, but, I have no idea. We had a good day. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: It was a good day. We've had good days, lately. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Even considering everything that's going on with our jobs, and life in general, and ex-wives and everything. It's been good. Like, I don't even know where this is coming from. [both speaking] SARAH: I don't even know. CHELSEA: Yeah, you said the last physical was, probably, you said, I think, what, a month ago? When you got the last injury? Right? You said that was a month ago? SARAH: A few weeks. Give or take, yeah. CHELSEA: A few weeks? That was the last, like, physical altercation between the two of you? SARAH: Um... CHELSEA: You said a month ago he hit you with a curtain rod. SARAH: Yeah, with a curtain rod. That's why I can't believe you guys didn't take that, either. CHELSEA: [coughs] Well. SARAH: Like, we've been good. I don't know if, like, it's since the last time he got outta jail? Like, we've been good, and he's been having his classes. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And his- seeing his probation officer, who's amazing. So- SCOTT: What do you mean by good? What's your definition of good? SARAH: The probation officer? SCOTT: No, you said you guys have been good, what's your definition of- SARAH: I'VE been good. I don't think you all understand. He comes at me all the time. He comes at ME. So it's either, I flee, or try to go upstairs and go to sleep. That's usually what it is. And I don't know if you talked to Brian about any of that, but most of the time when I flee, I go over there. So... CHELSEA: Right. But you're saying you guys have been good, and when I asked you yesterday, there hasn- The last incident that you could remember was the curtain rod incident, which you said was a month ago. So- SARAH: Give or take. CHELSEA: Right. So, what do you mean by he comes after you? Like- SARAH: He gets... belligerently drunk. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Like, I don't know if you all have looked through my phone yet, and seen any of the pictures and the videos that I've taken. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And the- At one point, I started documenting everything. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So you all will see in my pictures, bloody fingers, split forehead, he split my nose. I've got this- CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: I don't know if Brian told you about it, where I had to have almost, what- I had one really bad surgery but then it got really really really really bad, where I had to go, like, four or five more times afterwards for them to tend to it. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: From him poking me in the back of the leg. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: So it's... SCOTT: Then why are you still with him? SARAH: Everybody asks me that. When I tell you guys this.... [tearful] I really love him. Like, I do. And I feel like I can help him! Like, I feel like I could help him. Which I did, because he's come a really- He came a really long way from where he was in Philadelphia to moving back here and dealing with everything else that he's been dealing with? CHELSEA: Mm-mm. SARAH: I've really helped him. I've bailed him out of jail, what, three times. I've gone to every single hearing, and every single arraignment. Everything that I did for him. Gone to see all his public defenders. Go to the state, I've gone to the state. I've d- I did everything for him, because I'm trying to help him. Because I have... I had hope in him. [sobbing] And he was trying. He was really trying. Just, and then he started to think about things, and it just- I think he gets overwhelmed, and then it's like, the next thing you know, he's drinking. So it's like, Oh man, I know where this is gonna go. So I'm gonna go upstairs and read a book. Or I'm gonna go for a bike ride, or I'm gonna do something else. Where I don't wanna drink. I don't wanna drink! The occasional wine, whatever? Or if it's a weekend. That's when you have a good time. You don't have to wake up the next day. I have to wake up the next day and do things. I have to tend to Lucas. I have to take him to school. I have all this stuff to do. He doesn't know how to... I guess, maintain himself? Where I can do fifty things at once, and still know the fifty things more, previously, prior that I need to get done. He can't process like that. He didn't process like that, so it- He would literally -- not literally, but -- had smoke coming out of his ears. So the next thing you know, he doesn't want to deal with it. I'm gonna go get something to drink. So, the majority of the time, I would hang out outside, or do something, else, because I don't wanna drink. And every time, EVERY time. His job broke his heart. And it made me sad, because he had so much pride in his job. And the store that he took care of, so much, totally went downhill. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And that... broke his heart. Because he had put so much work and effort into fixing it up. And his manager was... awful. And basically gave up on all of the employees. So I think that had a huge bearing on why he would drink so much. His ex-wife? Is bonkers. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: She was all over him, all the time. Send me money, send me money, send me money. [hands smacking together] How can I send you money when I don't have a job? And he's still trying to take care of me and Lucas by paying a bill here or there, getting some groceries. So he always had something on his mind. Which is why, again, [tearful] I got the puzzles and the paint. To try and get him off of it so we don't have a drink. Or, he doesn't have a drink. So when you all see my phone, you can see all of the damage he has done to me, and the videos of him smashing my television, because he's belligerently drunk. Where most of the time I just don't wanna be there. And I try to help him. I try to calm him down. CHELSEA: Hmm. SARAH: Eventually he just passes out. CHELSEA: Well, yesterday you made it sound like you guys were just drinking, like, a glass or two, like yeah you obviously had the bottle but you- SARAH: I mean, yeah. CHELSEA: But you told me on the- Yeah, but you told me on recording, like, that you were not drunk, he was not drunk, you guys were having a good time. SARAH: I don't get- I CAN'T get drunk. I- Number one, I do not want to get drunk. I don't like being non compos mentis. Having my wits about myself. I don't like feeling out of control. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: So... CHELSEA: I'm just saying, you're- you're making it sound like, like he's a raging alcoholic today, and yesterday I was kind of asking you those questions, and you're like... a little defensive. Like, "No, we're not alcoholics, he"- SARAH: I'm not. CHELSEA: "We are not," you know. But you guys were both sober, on Sunday, to your knowledge. Because when I said you went and passed out, you were like, "No, I didn't pass out. I just fell asleep." So now it's kinda like, what is it? Is- Were you guys drinking and it got out of hand? And- SARAH: Noo! CHELSEA: -it got physical? SARAH: NOO! CHELSEA: Or is it- SARAH: Sunday was one of the better days that we have had in quite some time. He's dancing with my dog. You can see that too, on the pictures? Him loving the dog. He looves the dog. And dancing around, having a good time, and just... Just being happy! Kinda thing. He doesn't know- I can't- I mean, I can get, like... maybe two, three glasses of wine. And I'll be fine. But I have to have my wits about myself because I don't know what to expect. CHELSEA: Well, let's talk about Sunday. What was Sunday? How were you- Like, how many glasses of wine did you have, how many glasses of wine did he have? The bottle was gone. I mean, I don't know if you poured any out- SCOTT: Two bottles. CHELSEA: Yeah. SARAH: No, that was from previous. CHELSEA: [coughs] You said that there was a half bottle left over- SARAH: Yeah, about this much. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. And then, um, that you had went- Well, I don't even know how the wine- How'd you guys get the wine... for Sunday? SARAH: I'm guessing he went to Publix. He's- CHELSEA: Does he do the- Does he, like, leave the house and you stay home, or do you go to Publix? [both speaking] CHELSEA: Like, 'cause when you- SARAH: Sometimes I'll go with him. CHELSEA: Okay. Did you go with him Sunday? To Publix? SARAH: No. SARAH: So, most of the time, what happens is, because of the convenience store where we get cigarettes is here, and then Publix literally is cattywampus to it. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So what he'll do, is he'll start, go by Publix, and then on the way back, catch the convenience store. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So- CHELSEA: So that's what he did Sunday? SARAH: I- I'm guessing that's what he did, because next thing I know he's walking in with a bottle. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So that's him trying to be nice, so I don't have to go out and do it. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: That's him trying to be nice, so I don't have to go out and do it. Plus there's stuff that around the house that I had to take care of. So that's usually what will happen. Or I'm folding laundry, and he'll go run out and do whatever. CHELSEA: Okay. So... Where were you guys at on... hm, on drunkenness, non-drunkenness on Sunday? SARAH: I- CHELSEA: You told us you weren't drunk. SARAH: No, I was not drunk. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: I was not drunk. So, with him- I don't know... I- I know when it's like, Oh, okay, man- Where I have told him, "Slow down. It's startin' to catch up with you. Slow down. Slow down." And another thing too is, I don't like listening to music with him, because he gets too involved in the music, and the music that he listens to is... a little rough around the edges and like, just... It makes me fractious, listening to his music. So... I kept asking him, "Let's not- Let's just you and me talk. You and me'll just be the ones that are talking." Which was fine. Cause, I mean, he- we were playing with the dog, whatever. And then it's like, okay, now let's do the painting. We just did the puzzle, took a break, now let's do this. Sure enough, sat down. We're sittin' in there talking, laughing, talking about new movies- We're watching movie trailers... while we're doing painting and all that other stuff. So it's still background noise to him. Because I think that's what he's used to, is having background noise? Where me, I can sit in here all day with not... a peep. But he always has to have some kind of background noise. Which I didn't mind, because the trailers were cool. And he was interested in showing them to me. Getting excited about movies that were out. Or upcoming. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So- CHELSEA: On your laptop, you're talking about? SARAH: Mm-hmm! CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: And I mean.... And then it- w- it was- CHELSEA: But you said it was a good day, like, you guys didn't have any, have any r- [sighs] Uh, conversations about your relationship? You guys didn't go down, like, the rabbit hole? Like, had too many to drink, and you guys started getting- SARAH: When I- Nope, when I tell you this? It made me so happy that he actually listened to what I had to say. With, just, "We'll get through it. This'll be fine. It's just- It's- It's a small hurdle that you and I together will get through." Because- CHELSEA: You're talking about the money, jobs- SARAH: Jobs. [indistinct] Yes. CHELSEA: Nothing relationship-wise, though. Like, no issues, relationsh- Like, did you guys have a conversation about your relationship? Or was it just about- SARAH: Just what's going on right now. CHELSEA: Got it. SARAH: I tried to evoke it from him, so he gets it off his chest. Because I call him "the volcano," where eventually he's going to erupt. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: And what he has learned in his classes, is to communicate. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Which is a huge thing in a relationship. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: Where he has been practicing communication. So he actually talks to me about things. And unburdens himself. Put it on me! I'll sit there and try and figure it out for you, like I have almost everything. CHELSEA: Mm-mm. SARAH: Not a worry, just tell me, get it outta you. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: But it was- When I tell you, I was so happy, like it was such a good day. I kid you not. The weather was beautiful outside. I'm the one that had him go inside, so we can do puzzles and painting and listen to music or whatever else he wants to do. So then he starts doing whatever it is we're doing, together, in the living room, and then starts talking. Because I think he gets comfortable, with, Okay you know what, we're here, it IS a good day. Let me go ahead and explain myself. So I know. Nobody else knows, but I know. Nobody knew Jorge better than I did. I say that I knew Jorge better than himself. And I tried in every way, shape, and form. Ask everyone. I helped him. I took care of him. [tearful] I miss him a lot, and I didn't even sleep last night. I miss him a lot. CHELSEA: I mean, is there any chance it got to be too much for you, and you couldn't handle taking care of him, and trying to... SARAH: I never stopped! I never stopped! CHELSEA: 'kay. SARAH: That's what I'm here for! [tearful] I never stopped! I'm here now 'cause I'm still trying to help him. CHELSEA: [sighs] Yeah. We just don't- I mean, it's unexplainable how he got these injuries, and- SARAH: I have no idea! CHELSEA: -you were the only one with him, SARAH: [forcefully] A hundred percent, right hand to God. I have no idea how he got them. Nobody touched anybody! Nobody touched anybody. CHELSEA: 'kay. Um, you had mentioned that you take, uhh, you would take photos, videos, just kinda like a proof, and just in general- SARAH: Yeah, I started documenting at one point. But that was- That was waaay before.... I think the last time that he got arrested. Where he was flying off the deep end. CHELSEA: Mmmkay. SARAH: But then I had him bailed out. I got him out of jail. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: But because he had violated the pre-trial diversion? They- This time it's probation. So, you don't have a choice in it. You have to go to see your probation officer. You have to go to these classes. It's court ordered. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Where it took him awhile to get used to it, and understand -- they're not messing around. I even went down and met his, uh, probation officer. Which I say, I- she- she- she's wonderful. That's one of my questions too, I need to talk to you about. Hugged me. And said how much she knows that I take care of him. She called me personally, one time. When Jorge was at work. When he was working. Forty-two minute phone call. She and I just saying how grateful she is that Jorge has me. And she knows how hard I'm working to help him. Just as she is, and just as the classes will. So once he started actually going on a regular basis to the probation officer, and then to his... substance abuse class, and his- I don't know what "BIP" stands for. Batterers intervention program. CHELSEA: Hmm. SARAH: And actually listening to what it is everyone had to say? He changed. Like I could, I could see a change in him. Where before, lashing out, he would think about it. And would always come home and show me his papers. [papers rustling] And we would look over his papers together. Where it's like, "Wow! You actually are learning this in class?" And some of the stuff that they would show them, like videos? He would come home and be like, "Sarah, I'm so sorry for what I've done to you." Because for a video that he watches to make him feel that way? Where it's like, "Oh man. I have done her wrong." But he's changed. He changed. CHELSEA: And that's why you're still with him. Even though he's done all these things to you, and- SARAH: When I tell you I love him, I love him. SCOTT: When you have- When you love somebody, you have limits. SARAH: [tearful] Everybody tells me that. All my neighbors told- tell me that. The office, property manager. SCOTT: At some point, somebody... gets enough, then they have to do something to defend themselves. SARAH: I would just flee. And I don't know if you would like to see on my phone -- or, I think it's, I think it's actually on a laptop -- I actually- because, and you have to understand, too, I have -- like, prior to classes and P.O. -- kicked him out, how many times? I had him arrested, how many times? SCOTT: But you also went down and bailed him out. SARAH: I know! SCOTT: The next day. SARAH: I know! CHELSEA: What's on your laptop? SARAH: Um, what was I gonna tell you? Oh! Previously, CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: I actually looked up how to file a restraining order. CHELSEA: Oh, okay. SARAH: Because I would kick him out, his parents -- because of them constantly having to take him back in, his bags of clothes, all his stuff -- the one time, the last time, the father came out and- irate. And just, not even- I thi- don't even know if he knew Lucas was in the car. Just opened the back of my car and just started throwing all his crap in. Just throwing it, like, THROWING it. Like the car would jostle, he was throwing all this stuff. At that point, because I continually did it -- not continually, I think I did it three times. And he has nowhere else to go. They got fed up, and said, "Nope. Either you're staying there, or you're staying here. But if you're staying here" -- at their place -- "it's permanent. You're not going back over there anymore." So, what happens is, he pursues me. So, I don't know if y'all know where Cady Way Trail is? CHELSEA: [inquisitive sound] SARAH: Okay, so we- It's literally right, right there from our apartment? CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Would ride his bike to work, but before he would leave extra early and come up to the wall, stand on top of his bike and poke his head over, 'cause he'd know that I would be outside having my morning cigarette and cup of coffee. Where- and I would also know, too, what time he would get off of work, where I would know, come getting off of work he's going to do the same thing. So it's not like I ever got, like, a break from him. Where I told you all yesterday, or whenever it was. I started to feel that it was too much togetherness. And when you have too much togetherness, friction happens. So, "I'm gonna go ride my bike. I'm gonna go upstairs and read a book." But what he- Every- What did he say, every waking moment he wants to be with me. So.... And, mind you, our townhome is either upstairs, or downstairs. So, it's like, "If you would like to sit downstairs, and watch a movie or play on the laptop, look up some jobs, you're more than welcome to. I'm just gonna be upstairs maybe watching one of my shows, or maybe reading a book." So- And then, when that would happen, [breathes out] "We really needed that. So what's for dinner?" And then we would cook together. And eat dinner. And then crawl in the bed and watch a movie. CHELSEA: You're talking about, this is like, recent? I don't- You kinda, like, lost me. Like, when, what are you talking about? SARAH: It was while, like, a little while ago. CHELSEA: Okay. CHELSEA: Earlier you were talking about, now you're talking about tension building up and that you need space, so, have you been feeling that way lately? Or... SARAH: No. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: No. Okay, my thing is, too, so you all know- Oh, I hate that you can't talk to her, but, um, Dee, his ex-wife? When I say a monster, she's a monster. Like it does- She withholds her- their children from speaking to him. So he gets upset about that, and then she's like, completely berates him. About money, about the father that he is, what he did to her, all this other stuff. It doesn't matter- I mean, mind you this has not, like been recent, but- Which is why he doesn't even bother calling anymore. Because he knows that he's- she's gonna answer and he's gonna have to talk to her, so therefore he can't talk to his daughter. Though other time, he'd talk to her. Made her talk to Cookie. That's on my cell phone too, so you can see it. CHELSEA: Mm-kay. SARAH: It doesn't matter- Like... Like, it doesn't matter. CHELSEA: What does she have to do, though, with anything about... what happened Sunday and into Monday? SARAH: No, I'm just saying, like, previously, CHELSEA: Ah, kay. SARAH: Why the incidents- What happened is, she plays a big part in it. CHELSEA: Mm-kay. SARAH: The job, and money, and groceries and all that. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: Secondly, I- When I tell you this, I have no idea. I have no idea. SCOTT: Is there anybody else at the house? [both talking] SCOTT: Roommates? SARAH: Nope, just me and him. CHELSEA: Umm... Since talking yesterday, do you remember any, like time, timelines better? Like what time, uh, you guys were playing? What time you- he was zipped up in the luggage? What time you went upstairs? SARAH: I told you- We started because we ha- We cleaned the house a little bit, did some laundry. CHELSEA: You started the activities around 4, you said. SARAH: Yes. Around 4, 4:30ish, and then... CHELSEA: You just said that it was dark when you were playing hide and seek, and I'm just curious if you remember... SARAH: Yeah. But when we were outside, that's where we would start. And... CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And talk about things. And then eventually I was the one that had him come inside. So we could- SCOTT: About what time, do you remember what time that was, is what she's asking. SARAH: Mmm.. [mobile device beeps softly] CHELSEA: And you said you went up- went t- you went up to bed around- SARAH: Midnight. CHELSEA: Midnight. SARAH: Ish. CHELSEA: Fell asleep around 12:30 ish. But those are the only times I have. So I have 4, and I have midnight. So there's a big gap. So I'm just curious, like, if you recall when you went upstairs to hide in the shower? Or... SARAH: Like when we started to play, hide and seek. CHELSEA: Mmm-hmm. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Well. We went inside, probably about... If I had to guess, we weren't out there too long. Maybe about 6? Ish? Then- CHELSEA: You're talking about, from hanging out outside and like- SARAH: Mm-hmm. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: Well, we have two beach chairs that are out there. CHELSEA: Right. SARAH: And just enjoy the weather. CHELSEA: Gotcha. SARAH: Plus it started to get dark, and gnats and mosquitoes... CHELSEA: Yeah. SARAH: So... Let's go inside. I don't wanna be out here anymore. CHELSEA: Mm-kay. SARAH: "Alright, let's go." So we're doing whatever, we did it for awhile. Because that puzzle, I don't know if, if they took it, or you saw it... Um, worked on the puzzle again, finished it. Started to paint- Well, started to listen to music for a little bit. Started to paint. Uh, "Can we turn the music off?" No problem. Started to talk, paint, whatever. Maybe.... Gosh, that puzzle. We worked on that for probably a good hour and a half? So, 8:00ish? CHELSEA: Is when you went to hide upstairs? Originally? SARAH: No, that's when we were, like, painting. So, then it's like, Okay, well, I- We can't- I don't wanna paint anymore. Let's just- Uughh. C'mon. Okay, you wanna play hide and seek? What he does is, okay, Tag, you're it. Well so, okay, we know. Okay, take off. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: That's what we did. CHELSEA: And then you went upstairs, and then he didn't come up, and you came down. And the suitcase was there originally, because you guys were planning to do donations including- SARAH: It was already there. CHELSEA: Um, have you guys ever played the- You said you've played hide and seek like, probably three times in your relationship? SARAH: Mm-hmm. CHELSEA: When you have played, have you ever zipped him up in a suitcase prior? SARAH: No! CHELSEA: Okay. So it was just kinda like, that prop was there. SARAH: Yes! CHELSEA: And it was there. SARAH: Yes! CHELSEA: And it was in play because- SCOTT: Why do you say it like that, though? SARAH: I would never do that. SCOTT: You would never zip him up in a suitcase? SARAH: It- CHELSEA: [mumbling] Well, I mean- SARAH: I mean, we were playing! CHELSEA: No, I know but- SARAH: That time, but- CHELSEA: I'm say- Well, I'm talking about hide and seek, which is a game, so... SARAH: The suitcase, originally, is in our closet. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Buried all the way to the back. If you s- I know the CSI people saw our closet. Our closet needs to be cleaned out, really bad. My son's clothes need to be cleaned out really bad, because they don't fit him anymore, and I'm tired of looking at 'em. So he took it upon himself, including that suitcase, to take it downstairs so we could get all of our clothes, our donations and everything, and just leave the whole thing. By the clothing and shoe thing at my son's school. CHELSEA: Gotcha. No, we're just ask- I'm just asking out of the, in the past, like- have, have you ever zipped him up in anything, jokingly or not, but- SARAH: No. CHELSEA: obviously I understand you know, you're claiming that Sunday, it was a joking matter, you were laughing, he was laughing. But what I'm just asking is, in the past. Like is it something that- SARAH: Absolutely not. CHELSEA: -you guys normally do. SARAH: Ab. Solutely. Not. CHELSEA: Okay. Umm... SARAH: We were actually, this last game, running out of places to hide. Because we have a townhome where it's upstairs or downstairs. So. SCOTT: Right. SCOTT: Um... Okay. So, do you remember making any videos, or maybe having any conver- anything- any photos, videos that you remember doing on your phone on Sunday? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: [coughs] No? SARAH: I think I took a picture of a dog. CHELSEA: Okay. But your phone is password protected, you have the password, he has the facial recognition. So it's not like someone else could be on your phone. SARAH: No, I have both. But- CHELSEA: You have the face and the password. SARAH: Yes. CHELSEA: Yeah, but he only has the face. Correct? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: To be able to get onto your phone, you told me that he looks at the phone. SARAH: Oh, I misunderstood. I thought you were asking if I did. Yes. It's me. CHELSEA: Okay. Does he have access to your phone? Cause you said it's a shared phone. SARAH: Yep. CHELSEA: Okay. How does he have access? SARAH: "Sarah, can I borrow your phone?" Yeah, it's right there on the kitchen counter. CHELSEA: Yeah, but how did he get into it, 'cause it's password protected? SARAH: So he'll come and give it to me and I'll just do the face thing. Where, sometimes too, like, he'll joke with me and say, "Okay, I need to borrow your phone." And he'll hold it while I'm cooking or doing something, do the facial recognition. CHELSEA: Okay. So he doesn't know the password, and he doesn't have the facial recognition. SARAH: No. CHELSEA: He is the only other person that would use your phone, I'm assuming, SARAH: Yes. other than you. SARAH: Well, Lucas. CHELSEA: Right. But Lucas wasn't there Sunday. SARAH: Right. CHELSEA: Right. Um... So, to your recollection, no videos on Sunday? SARAH: Not that I'm aware of. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: I mean, like, I maybe took a picture of them, the two of... Tess and- CHELSEA: The dogs. SARAH: And Jorge and hi- them dancing, but, I mean- Or it's just Tess. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. Okay. Umm, so I have something that I wanna show you that we found. Um, and it was from your phone. SARAH: Mm-hmm. [computer slides on table] CHELSEA: Can you see it? [hard drive spinning up] SCOTT: Can you move it around [indistinct]? JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH: No, I don't remember that. SARAH'S VOICE: For everything you've done to me. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH'S VOICE: For everything you've done to me. SARAH: Your battery's about to die. SCOTT: It's shutting down. CHELSEA: Oh. Okay. SCOTT: Let me... CHELSEA: Battery doesn't last very long. SCOTT: Yeah, used to last a lot longer than that. I don't know what happened. CHELSEA: It's okay. Let me just grab something. SCOTT: All right. [door clicks open and shut] SCOTT: No, I was just simply asking cause, um, you had a, a look on your face when she asked you if you've ever done that before, you looked kind of shocked, and- SARAH: No. SCOTT: 'kay. Wh- Why did you say it like that? Like.... SARAH: I don't think you all understand who I am, where- SCOTT: Okay. Well, tell me. SARAH: I mean, I've always been a straight-A student. I am an outstanding mother to my son. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: I excel at everything. I.... I would not do that. SCOTT: You wouldn't lock some- zip somebody in a suitcase? SARAH: Well, I didn't, like, completely lock it. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: I mean, I opened it with one finger. I left enough in there for him to get out. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: And I wasn't planning on going upstairs, and going to sleep. SCOTT: Okay. [door closing, computer moving on table] SCOTT: No, it was just the way you said it, you- SARAH: You guys are scaring me. SCOTT: Why? CHELSEA: We just want you to watch this. This came from your phone. Don't you wanna know what's on it? SARAH: Yes, please. [hard drive spins up] [key tapping] SARAH: Is it long? Because I don't know how much I can take. CHELSEA: Mm-mm. SCOTT: No. [Windows audio notification] SARAH: I don't know how much I can take. CHELSEA: [muttering, indistinct] SARAH: Do I have to watch this? SCOTT: Well- SARAH: I continuously throw up, I don't sleep, I don't want to see it if that's okay. CHELSEA: Well, it's on your phone. And you can either explain it, or we take it for what it is. SCOTT: Yeah. We're just trying to give you the opportunity to tell us what's going on. JORGE'S VOICE: Help. SCOTT: That's it. SARAH: It's that long? CHELSEA: Two minutes. SCOTT: [muttering, indistinct] SARAH'S VOICE: ...everything you've done to me. For everything you've done to me. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH'S VOICE: Fuck you. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH'S VOICE: Fuck you. CHELSEA: And this is- That's you. Your voice. SARAH'S VOICE: ...stupid. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah! SARAH'S VOICE: That's my name, don't wear it out. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah, I can't fucking breathe, babe. Seriously. SARAH'S VOICE: Yeah. That's what you do when you choke me. JORGE: [muffled] Sarah. Sarah! SARAH: I don't wanna watch it, please. CHELSEA: Okay. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SCOTT: Last- last time we talked to you, you had said that you put him in the suitcase, he had two fingers hanging out, and you went to bed- SARAH: I flipped him over! JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah, I can't breathe, babe. SARAH: I flipped him over! And that's where it was. SCOTT: There's two different videos and a still picture where, yeah, it shows you flipping him in different positions, and him saying that he can't breathe, and you saying fuck you. CHELSEA: So this is upside down. So, in order for him to have gotten into it... SARAH: It was flipped up. CHELSEA: Right. It was flipped up normal. SARAH: Yes. CHELSEA: Like, as if you're packing something. So, this is upside down. SARAH: Guys, this is killing me right now. CHELSEA: So this image, it's upside down. And then, this small video that occurred eleven minutes later, it's flipped over s- the other way, closer to your dining room table. SARAH: 'kay. CHELSEA: Now he's obviously still in there. So he didn't- How did that- How did it go from the back to the front? SARAH: I flipped it! CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: My plan was not to go upstairs and go to sleep. CHELSEA: Well, that's what you did. SCOTT: Yeah. SARAH: But not intentional, though. CHELSEA: No, you told me you went upstairs because- [both talking] SARAH: Look. Stops here. CHELSEA: -you were getting ready for bed. SARAH: Stops here. CHELSEA: Okay, but- SCOTT: Where's here? CHELSEA: Show me where you can see any fingers coming out, 'cause there's the end. SARAH: It's- it's- and his head's right here. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: So, going like this, rather than going all the way up, it's like this. CHELSEA: But why is he saying, "I can't breathe," and why is he pushing on it as if he can't get out? SCOTT: I mean, it doesn't show a hole. CHELSEA: You c- There's no hole. There's no fingers. I don't see his fingers. There's no hole. SARAH: I don't know what you want me to tell you. Like I don't know, like, what you want me to tell you. CHELSEA: I'm just showing you, I'm just telling you what we see. And what we've heard from the other video. SARAH: I understand. I understand. CHELSEA: He's begging to- le- for you to let him out. You sound... You're laughing in the beginning, and then in the end it sounds kinda like a- SARAH: [firmly] No. It's not malicious. SCOTT: Well, saying "Fuck you." SARAH: It's not malicious. SCOTT: Then what is that? CHELSEA: What does "Fuck you" mean, to you? SARAH: Well- CHELSEA: Like if you were to s- If I were to s- tell my partner- SARAH: Oh, like he does. Like- I get called everything but a white woman, so. SCOTT: Mm-kay. SARAH: I- My intention was not to leave him in there. Please understand that. My intention was not to leave him in there. CHELSEA: But you went upstairs thinking that he could get himself out- SARAH: Yes! CHELSEA: But the video shows- [both speaking] SARAH: That's what I told you! CHELSEA: -at no point can I see his fingers, [both speaking] SARAH: "He'll be up here any minute." CHELSEA: [indistinct] CHELSEA: And then thirty minutes later, he didn't show... [both speaking] SCOTT: And he's telling you he can't breathe. SARAH: And I didn't wake up. [both speaking] CHELSEA: Do you think he's joking? SCOTT: He's not able to get out. CHELSEA: You told me he was laughing and I- [both speaking] SARAH: We were, before! We were! CHELSEA: From the video, there's no laughing. SARAH: When he first got in there? Both of us were. CHELSEA: So how long was he in there for? Like, this video is at 11:12 when it starts, so is he in there for like a long time prior to you recording this? SARAH: No! No. No. CHELSEA: So it goes from funny to no longer funny, since you're the only one laughing. SARAH: But I didn't think that he... was, like, panicky! Like, I didn't- I- CHELSEA: So pushing up on a suitcase, saying, "Sarah, Sarah, Sarah" SCOTT: "I can't breathe." CHELSEA: "I can't breathe." SARAH: Jorge has done that in the past, before, too, where it's just like, he thinks that he's, "Woe is me," kinda thing, where it's like I don't- CHELSEA: Well he's never been locked in a suitcase. SARAH: No. CHELSEA: that- where he couldn't get out. So... SARAH: It's kinda- I thought it was CHELSEA: And you know the oxygen- the boy calling wolf. Crying wolf. Kinda thing. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: And again, my plan- CHELSEA: But, but nowhere in there is he laughing, is he joking. He is begging. And you're the only one laughing. SARAH: Okay. CHELSEA: And you're the only one saying derogatory comments. Like you're mad.. SARAH: No. Please don't... I don't mean to sound negative, and I don't know if I can say this, but, like, it's like you guys are trying to like, feed me. Like. CHELSEA: No, I'm just trying to show you a video that you no longer want to watch, because you probably don't want to know the outcome of how- and what you said. SARAH: Well, I know what.... CHELSEA: You know what's on that video now? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: You remember making that video? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: Why don't you remember making the video? SARAH: Probably 'cause we had been drinking. CHELSEA: But you weren't drunk. SARAH: N- Just because I went upstairs and- Just because you're drunk doesn't mean- SCOTT: You told us- You told us several times that you were not drunk. You said that you had your wits about you. You said he had his wits about you. SARAH: Mm-hmm. SCOTT: You said that you don't like not having your wits. And my experience, if somebody cannot remember doing something to the extent of making two videos and a vide- and taking a photo, they are intoxicated. SARAH: Okay. I understand where you all are coming from. [both speaking] SCOTT: Well, we're just trying SARAH: I get it. [both speaking] SCOTT: to make sense of it, we're trying to SARAH: I get it. [both speaking] SCOTT: figure out what you're saying. CHELSEA: Okay. We're trying to figure out [both speaking] this video... SCOTT: You explain it to us. We're listening. SARAH: I just did. Like, we were playing, and then, like I thought it was [small laugh] My plan was not to go upstairs and go to sleep. My plan was not to- "He'll be up here any minute." SCOTT: Okay- CHELSEA: But you willingly went upstairs and went to sleep. No one forced you to go upstairs and get ready for bed. SARAH: My plan wasn't also to leave him in the suitcase. CHELSEA: So why didn't you take him out? SARAH: Because I went upstairs. And then I fell asleep. CHELSEA: But why didn't you consciously think, "He's asking to come out, he can't breathe-" SARAH: I didn't do it intentionally.. SCOTT: What do you think is going to happen, if you leave somebody in a confined space like that? SARAH: Well, I thought by not zipping it up all the way, it would be okay. My plan was NOT to leave him in the suitcase. SCOTT: Then what was your plan? SARAH: Waiting for him to come upstairs. CHELSEA: Then when he didn't? SARAH: I- fell asleep. SCOTT: You said you were up there thirty minutes. After thirty minutes, somebody not coming up.... CHELSEA: Knowing that you- that the last time you saw him was in the suitcase, thirty minutes later you're like, "Hmm, maybe I SHOULD go check on him? Maybe I shouldn't?" SARAH: No. [both speaking] CHELSEA: Well, that didn't cross your mind, SARAH: That's like- [both speaking] CHELSEA: because that didn't happen. SARAH: That's like- That's like an assumption. Like, that's what you all are thinking, just- SCOTT: We're asking. SARAH: It's the whole.... SCOTT: You tell us. SARAH: It's... the drinking. That's what it is. It's the drinking. I thought it was, like- I thought he was okay. Like, I didn't [stammers] You all- SCOTT: He's telling you he's not. He's telling you, "Sarah, I can't breathe." He's saying your name, and you're like, "That's my name, don't wear it out." SARAH: Guys, that's how we are. With each other. Like, he has- Nobody understands our relationship. This- This whole suitcase thing? Never happened before. CHELSEA: Would you leave someone else in a suitcase? Would you leave Lucas in a suitcase? Jokingly? Cause it was a joking matter, you put him in there jokingly. Would you leave Lucas, jokingly, in there? SARAH: No. CHELSEA: And you love Lucas, right? [both speaking] CHELSEA: And you loved Jorge. SARAH: I wouldn't do that to him, either. SARAH: I wouldn't do that to him. CHELSEA: So... [both speaking] CHELSEA: I just... SCOTT: Well... SARAH: Well it's not like- Again, I don't think you all understand. Like, it's... CHELSEA: I mean... SARAH: It's not my in- That was not my intention. SCOTT: Well- SARAH: Y'all don't have any idea what I've done for him. SCOTT: But by your acts, I mean that's exactly right. You get to the point where you've done so much for somebody, and they- SARAH: No. SCOTT: -don't show you any appreciation. SARAH: He did. SCOTT: Not by, by your words and the video. I don't get that. SARAH: He did. SCOTT: Because you're bringing up the fact of, when he's choking you, you can't breathe. That's how you felt when he cheated on you, you couldn't breathe. SARAH: He did not cheat on me. SCOTT: And you, verbally, several times, told him, just, Fuck you. [both speaking] SCOTT: Well, you said it in the video CHELSEA: Well, you said it in the video, but you won't let us play the rest of it, [both speaking] CHELSEA: because you don't wanna- SCOTT: And you, you told him- SARAH: When I say "cheating," it's- It's on his phone. SCOTT: Okay. Cheating is cheating. And if you t- CHELSEA: I think so too. SCOTT: Exactly. CHELSEA: It's your definition of cheating, though. So, I mean... SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: That's what ch- the word "cheat" means. SCOTT: And that's what you told him in the video. "That's- I couldn't breathe when you cheated on me." SARAH: No. SCOTT: "That's how I felt," when he said, "Sarah, I can't breathe." And you told him, "Fuck you." SARAH: I don't know what you want- This is... [both speaking] CHELSEA: Life-changing. SCOTT: What would you say if somebody told you that they had done this? SARAH: Done what? SCOTT: Zipped somebody in a suitcase and went up and went to bed? SARAH: Do y'all not think- So you all think that I was like, "Oh good, I got him in there, now I'm gonna go to sleep"? Is that what you guys are trying to assume? Or trying to, like... CHELSEA: We're just, the video... is very portraying of the opposite of what you told us. SARAH: No. CHELSEA: It does not... It is not leading up- It is not matching what statement you gave us, in the car. SARAH: So- CHELSEA: And that's why we want to know- [both speaking] SARAH: And I don't remember hearing this. CHELSEA: The injuries- The injuries are not consistent with what you've told us. So we have a lot of inconsistencies, and this video... explains itself. It really, truly does. SARAH: You don't think that I have thought about that? CHELSEA: Thought about the video? Or thought about- SARAH: But no, again- if you don't mind, please. So you all are assuming that, it's like, "Oh good. Now I've got him in there, now I'm gonna go to sleep"? Is that what you all are assuming? CHELSEA: Well, it's not an assumption when that's what you told us is what happened. SCOTT: That's what happened. CHELSEA: And the video.... SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: Y- I mean.... SARAH: I'm not gonna say.... [both speaking] CHELSEA: You thought he could get out on his- SARAH: [indistinct] SARAH: Yes. CHELSEA: But the video showed that he cannot get out on his own. SARAH: But I- But when I unzipped it, I unzipped it with one finger. SCOTT: From the outside. SARAH: But, it had the hole in it! CHELSEA: And you're claiming that it had a paperclip, so y- that's what assisted you in doing it. SARAH: No. CHELSEA: That was what you told us. SARAH: When I had my sweatshirt, I said I thought it had a paperclip on it. It's got- CHELSEA: But the zipper part is broken, that holds- SARAH: Yes, which is why we were gonna donate- CHELSEA: Yeah. SARAH: I- I just- SCOTT: You were able to unzip it from the outside. Very easily. Cause that's the way they're designed. SARAH: But, you could on the inside, too. I don't know how- CHELSEA: So why wouldn't he have gotten himself out, if he could? [both speaking] He was [indistinct], SARAH: [shouting] I don't know! [both speaking] CHELSEA: begging, asking. SARAH: [regular voice] I don't know if he saw, like, where the hole was! I don't know! SCOTT: I didn't see a hole. [both speaking] CHELSEA: No one sees a hole. SCOTT: I didn't see the [both speaking] CHELSEA: You're the only one that s- SCOTT: finger sticking out. CHELSEA: That's what I'm saying. Like, he's in one position, and where his head would be, we should be able to see fingers. And then when it's flipped over, onto its right side, again his head is closer to us, facing the video, so we should be able to see fingers. And we don't see anything. We see no movement of him trying to unzip it, or physically unzipping it. All we see is pushing up. Trying to push out of it. SARAH: Please do not assume. CHELSEA: I'm not assuming. I haven't assumed anything. I follow evidence. SARAH: But my intention was not -- again -- "Oh, good. I've got him in there. Now I'm just gonna go to sleep. CHELSEA: What do you think someone that knows nothing about this, or hears just a little bit, like, "Oh, they were playing around in a suitcase"- [both speaking] SARAH: "She's been drinking, CHELSEA: and then, and then [both speaking] SARAH: and probably went to sleep." CHELSEA: watches that video? SARAH: That's what happened. CHELSEA: But you'd let him out before- I mean, you put him in, so why didn't you take him out? SARAH: Because I was upstairs and I fell asleep. CHELSEA: No, before you went upstairs. You like consciously had to walk upstairs. Do y- I mean, you- obviously you remember going to bed, 'cause you were able to give me a time frame on that. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. CHELSEA: And you specifically told me that. CHELSEA: That you went upstairs. SARAH: I don't- My intention was not for this to happen. I am sick about it. I've never done anything like this before in the past. I'm sick. Especially with that. I thought I couldn't sleep last night? I don't know- SCOTT: Well, here's the thing. You tell us- last night, you vividly remember this when you told us last night, that he was laughing, you were laughing, you put him in the suitcase, he has two fingers sticking out, and you go to bed. Now we see something totally different, and it actually shows you upset and, again, using, uh, derogatory terms to him when he's begging for his life to get out of that suitcase. SARAH: So- [both speaking] SCOTT: So when you say we're assuming, SARAH: But my thing is with it is that- SCOTT: we're not assuming. We're telling you what's on there. SARAH: But the finger? But- So- It just happened to be that whenever I was videotaping or doing whatever else it was, had- just happened to not have that in it. SCOTT: Oh, okay. And you- also in the video, you can't see any holes. There's nowhere in that where the zipper separates and you can see a hole. If there's a hole, he's pushing on it, begging you to get out, we should probably see that- that hole was [indistinct] CHELSEA: He eventually would have been able to get out. SCOTT: Yeah. SARAH: Alcohol- CHELSEA: Based off what you're telling us, he should have been able to get out. SCOTT: Okay. CHELSEA: But the video... shows him attempting to get out, begging to get out, and he can't. So that's- that's just what we're trying to figure out. I don't know if maybe you had too much to drink, you zipped it up all the way, and then, you know- SARAH: I did not zip it up all the way. CHELSEA: 'kay. Well. SARAH: I did not. Zip it up. All the way. This is horrific, okay? Horrific. CHELSEA: It is terrible. SCOTT: Yeah, [both speaking] [indistinct] SARAH: Horrific! I don't think I'll ever be right because of this. Ever be right. Dealing with everything else that I have in my life, SCOTT: Mm-hmm. SARAH: personally, and then this? SCOTT: Mm-kay. SARAH: Whom I loved? It was not intentional. I will put my hand on the Bible. It was not intentional. I would not do that to him, nor anyone else. SCOTT: But you did. SARAH: Not. Intentional. SCOTT: You intentionally went up to bed, [both speaking] you intentionally left him- SARAH: I didn't intentionally go to bed, SARAH: because I'm thinking, [both speaking] "Okay good, he can get out." SCOTT: Hold on, hold on. How did you not intentionally go to bed. You said you went up to- upstairs and got into bed. That's intentionally going to bed. SARAH: Waiting for him. SCOTT: And he doesn't come, but you don't go down to check on him. SARAH: So I happened to go to sleep. When I say, "Go to sleep," [both speaking] SCOTT: And what do you normally do SARAH: doze off [both speaking] SCOTT: when you go to bed? SARAH: or whatever you're gonna do. SCOTT: What do you normally do when you go to bed? SARAH: What do you mean? SCOTT: What is a bed for? Going to sleep. SARAH: Right. [both speaking] SCOTT: So you go to bed to do what? SARAH: But obviously you can tell, too, that [both speaking] SCOTT: You go to bed to do what? SARAH: you know, I had been drinking also. SCOTT: Okay. You kept telling us, "Hey, I wasn't intoxicated. I wasn't this. I wasn't that." SARAH: Being drunk and intoxicated, which -- yes, you could tell that I had been drinking, but- SCOTT: Okay. So if you weren't intoxicated, then why would you ever leave somebody in a suitcase that's begging to get out, that's telling you they can't breathe? SARAH: If I weren't... If I hadn't been drinking, you- you still think it would be the same thing? Where it's like, "Hop in. Uhhh, I'm gonna go to sleep." Is that what you all are trying to do? To portray me as? SCOTT: We're not trying to do anything. I'm simply asking you to explain to me what happened. SARAH: Everything was fine and dandy. [both speaking] SCOTT: I wouldn't call it fine and dandy. SARAH: Everything! was fine and dandy. [both speaking] SCOTT: Explain to me how. SARAH: You all don't- Okay. For, for me to tell you this, again, mind you I've been without him for a day now. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH: I don't know- JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH: I- I mean I don't know what you all want me to tell you, JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH: because this was not, in any way, shape, or form, hand on the Bible, intentional. SCOTT: Mm-kay. So you just left him there to- SARAH: I didn't kill him. SCOTT: You left him there to teach him a lesson? JORGE'S VOICE: I can't breathe. SARAH: [shouting] I didn't mean to leave him there! That's what I'm trying to tell you! JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SCOTT: You got up and walked away. How's that not intentionally leaving him there? SARAH: Because I'm looking at the hole, knowing that it's o- it's there. He'll get out no problem. JORGE'S VOICE: Sarah. SARAH: Because you- SCOTT: And then he doesn't. SARAH: But the- SCOTT: And you don't go check on him. You say you're up for thirty minutes, and he doesn't come up. You don't come down and check on him?! SARAH: I'm in the bed! CHELSEA: You even moved- SARAH: And dozed off! CHELSEA: I mean, you moved- You admit to moving the suitcase. Like, over. So. SCOTT: You roll it. CHELSEA: You roll it o- Like, it's not like- SARAH: I didn't want him to [indistinct] like that! SARAH'S VOICE: [indistinct] SARAH: Don't- SARAH'S VOICE: [indistinct] CHELSEA: You didn't want him to be upside down? How'd he even get upside down? SARAH: I- SARAH'S VOICE: Fuck you! SARAH: You guys are killing me right now. CHELSEA: I just want you to hear... SARAH'S VOICE: Probably shut the fuck up. SARAH: That's how he talks to me most of the time. [cell phone dings] SARAH: I don't know how- I don't know how you want me to say it. SCOTT: I'm just trying to figure out what you would expect to happen to somebody when you leave them in a suitcase. SARAH: I didn't mean to leave him in there. SCOTT: [sighs] Okay. CHELSEA: What's your reasoning for, um, not calling 911 sooner? SARAH: Because I didn't know what to do and how horrific it was. I called Brian, and, like, what, five minutes later I called you guys? Not even five minutes. Nonetheless that I had to, like, try to d- I was trying to do CPR! I was trying to do CPR! I had to get him out.... and try to do CPR. And then call you guys. And it was continually doing CPR with the dispatch on the phone. Where he had me count out loud, to help me focus on what I was doing. SCOTT: Hm. CHELSEA: It just.... I don't know how.... I mean, you, you can sit here all day long and say, "I thought he was going to get himself out," but that's.... He didn't, and you went upstairs. And you stayed there for thirty minutes before you fell asleep. SARAH: Ho- But can I say too, like- CHELSEA: You chose not to, ever, at any point during that thirty minutes, walk back down and check on him. SARAH: No, wait one second. Because I know, like, with you all and then like, 'cause you continually asked me, like, time frames. Time frames, time frames. Where I told you, like, I don't bother even looking at the clock most of the time. So it's like a guesstimate. So I- for all I know it was.... maybe it was ten minutes. SCOTT: 'kay. But the point is, you left the living room, where he was, begging for help and went upstairs. SARAH: But again-! SCOTT: Regardless of how long you were there, you left. [both speaking] SCOTT: You say [indistinct] him. SARAH: I thought he was the boy calling wolf. Again. SCOTT: Okay. CHELSEA: So when he asked to be let out, like what's your reasoning for not letting him out? SARAH: When I was upstairs? CHELSEA: No, when he's asking on the video. He asked multiple times, he asked to be let out, "I can't breathe," what- like, why didn't you let him out? [cell phone dings] SARAH: Well, number one, I- Number one, I had no idea it was going to end like THAT. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Number one. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: Uh, number two? Just, uh, you know what? I'll give you five minutes or so in there. That's- I'll give you five minutes or so. SCOTT: Five minutes for what? CHELSEA: Well, based off the videos, one video's at 11:12 and the next one's 11:23, so you actually gave him at least eleven minutes, per video recording. So my, my thing is, when it stopped, he asked multiple times, I mean why? Why did you not let him out? It's just a simple question. SARAH: I- To be honest with you, I, I mean, I.... don't know. SCOTT: Were you punishing him? SARAH: No. Just- SCOTT: Well that's what you're saying in the video. CHELSEA: "This is what you get." This is what you make me feel like. SARAH: See, and then it's all backfired on me. Like it's all backfired on me. And I understand the severity of this, I just- SCOTT: He's dead! SARAH: IT'S AWFUL, I know! SCOTT: Okay! SARAH: It's awful. And I will tell you both this right now, too -- I will never drink alcohol again. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Like, I will never drink alcohol again. I don't care what it is, in any way, shape, or form. I am- SCOTT: But let's get back to this. What was the reason for leaving him when he's begging to be let out? I don't understand that. SARAH: What I have a feeling was -- and again, it's the whole time frame thing, you've all- SCOTT: I'm not asking a time frame. I don't care about a time frame. SARAH: So. SCOTT: He's in the bag saying, [both speaking] SARAH: I went- and I- SCOTT: "I can't breathe" SARAH: My God. SCOTT: And you say, "Fuck you." SARAH: When he- So, like, for, like the whole few minutes that he was in there, like I- CHELSEA: Minimum of eleven. But yes, go ahead. It's a few. Eleven. Minimum. SARAH: But- SCOTT: From one video. CHELSEA: Well, in between the two videos. [both speaking] It's eleven minutes. SCOTT: Between the two videos? Okay. CHELSEA: Yeah. SARAH: So, so what- what's the question again? SCOTT: When he's begging for his life, telling you he can't breathe, let me out, and you say Fuck you, why don't you just let him out? What are you trying to prove to him? SARAH: I don't- [sighs] SCOTT: There's obviously something in your head that you were thinking of when he was asking to let- be let out, and you're like, "You know"- SARAH: Again, it's the boy calling wolf. SCOTT: Okay, but where's this game end? I don't- Do- You say this is a game, [both speaking] you've got [indistinct] in there- SARAH: Obviously, like the wrong way. SCOTT: So what was your intention for leaving him in there? SARAH: And it's not fair. It is not fair. You guys are trying to, again, "Oh, he's in there. Night night." SCOTT: That's what happened! [both speaking] SCOTT: That's absolutely what happened. SARAH: Not intentionally! SCOTT: How's it not? You got up off the couch, walked up a flight of stairs, and got in your bed. SARAH: Thinking he was going to get out! SCOTT: And he didn't. And you still didn't go down and check on him. SARAH: And it's the whole thirty minute thing that you guys were trying to, but whatever. SCOTT: I don't care about thirty minutes. [both speaking] SARAH: I- for all I know it was just ten minutes. SCOTT: He's begging for his life. He's begging for his life, he's telling you that he can't breathe! SARAH: I don't know what you want me to tell you. Like I don't. I didn't -- intentionally -- mean for this to happen. [both speaking] SCOTT: Then what did you intend? CHELSEA: But you can't tell us why. you left him in there and went upstairs. That's my only issue. Like, what am I supposed to write? What do I write? SARAH: So my thing is, though, it's what I have a feeling is, I went upstairs and just hit the bed. Kinda thing. But, again, I'm thinking, "He'll be up here any minute." But then I... go out. CHELSEA: But my question is, why didn't you just let him out prior to going up? SARAH: I don't know why. SCOTT: He's begging to be let out. He's not laughing, he's not having fun. [both speaking] SARAH: I don't know. I don't know- SCOTT: This- you said this- you said this was supposed to be fun. You were laughing before. Before, you said, he was laughing, you were laughing, you went upstairs, he had his fingers out of the bag, and he was playing. Well, obviously that's not the case. SARAH: So, are you guys w- So what is it you're trying to, like- CHELSEA: We're just trying to figure out [both speaking] SCOTT: Why. CHELSEA: Why. SARAH: Why? What- Why- SCOTT: What was your motivation for leaving him in the bag? CHELSEA: Why he was left in the bag. Why did you- SARAH: I didn't have any motivation. It was me- He and I having a great day, fooling around and being stupid, and apparently me going upstairs and going- and hitting the bed. Not going to sleep, where it's like "Hmm, I'm tired now. I'm gonna go to sleep." SCOTT: That's excluding -- You know, that's a good analogy for the day -- excluding the fact that he's got a, a bump on the back of his head, a bump on the front of his head, and his lip is busted. [both speaking] SCOTT: And he has a bump on his eye. SARAH: Oh my gosh. SCOTT: I mean- SARAH: I don't know what you all want me to tell you. Like, this is not fai!r At all, at all. SCOTT: Yes. SARAH: That you all are assuming that that's from me. SCOTT: Where else did it come from? CHELSEA: If you were- Say it's opposite. You were in the suitcase. And you're asking to be let out. Would you hope that that person would let you out? Like, you're asking to be let out of a suitcase, should they not let you out? SARAH: E- eventually. [cell phone dings] I'm guessing. I mean, I don't- I'm blaming it on the wine. SCOTT: Blaming it on the wine? SARAH: So, you guys are like assuming that- CHELSEA: You keep saying we're assuming. We're not. We haven't assumed anything. SCOTT: We're asking you questions. SARAH: But you guys are assuming that that's what I did. SCOTT: No. By what- SARAH: Like, this is-! SCOTT: The facts of what happened. We got there, you said you pulled him out of the suitcase, you said you went up, you went to bed. We're not assuming that. These are the facts that you're telling us. [both speaking] SARAH: But 'went to bed' is like, "Oh I'm tired." SCOTT: Now we're asking you to explain them. SARAH: "Oh, I'm tired." CHELSEA: Well, that's what you told me on a sworn recorded statement yesterday. Because when I said, "Oh, you went upstairs and passed out?" you were like, "No, I did not pass out." You got attitude with me because you were assu- You thought I was assuming that you were drunk. So that's, that's an assumption. That was an assumption, when I said you passed out. And guess what, you corrected me. SCOTT: You were very adamant about the fact that both of you had your wits about you. What's your favorite word to use? SARAH: Compos mentis. SCOTT: You've used it today, too. That- to say that you guys were within your, within your wits. There's two- two empty bottles of wine. SARAH: No, but, we didn't drink both of 'em. SCOTT: I think you did. SARAH: Mmm, we didn't. CHELSEA: There's receipts for the same exact day. SCOTT: They were both purchased yesterday. So I don't know how you didn't. Cause they weren't there the day before. SARAH: The one was! SCOTT: There's two Publix receipts from yesterday. SARAH: Mm-hmm. SCOTT: Only thing purchased on either one was a single bottle of wine. Two of 'em. So we have each bottle of wine that was empty in your garbage can, that you purchased yesterday. Or he purchased, but that you two would have consumed, together. SARAH: Okay, well, I- [stammers] CHELSEA: I mean, there's receipts, so it's not even worth the- SARAH: So this is- So I don't know what you guys are- I don't, I don't know. CHELSEA: We were just hoping that we could figure out why you- SCOTT: What was the motivation? SARAH: There was no motivation. CHELSEA: Well... SCOTT: Well, we're watching a video that, after talking to you, everything was "laughing and fun", now we're watching a video where it's not laughing and fun. He's begging for his life, and you are, in a very angry voice, telling him to fuck off. SARAH: Nnno. SCOTT: Yes! SARAH: Not- SCOTT: That's absolutely what it was. It's not an assumption. The video's there! We played it for you. SARAH: So you guys think that I intentionally... [both speaking] SCOTT: You did. You got up, from the couch, CHELSEA: It doesn't matter what we think. [both speaking] SCOTT: and walked up the stairs. CHELSEA: It doesn't matter what we think. SCOTT: Walked up the stairs and got into bed. That was intentional. There's no way of getting around that. You intentionally did that. Nobody drug you up there. You didn't float up the damn stairs. SARAH: Okay, well it's not fair. It's not fair that you guys keep trying to say that that's what I did. CHELSEA: I don't know what to tell you. SCOTT: You told us that. You didn't go upstairs? SARAH: Again, there was a hole in the suitcase! I unzipped it from the hole, with one finger! SCOTT: Well, the damn hole didn't do him no good, did it? SARAH: But he could push it open! [both speaking] CHELSEA: No, he couldn't. SCOTT: Did he? SARAH: I- [both speaking] SCOTT: No! CHELSEA: The video showed him pushing up. And if he could push it open, why wouldn't he have gotten out himself? Why would he beg you to open it? SARAH: Okay- SCOTT: And tell you he can't breathe? SARAH: Okay. I- CHELSEA: If someone can do something for themselves, they're gonna do it. They don't need assistance. Unless they need assistance, and then they- SARAH: [shouting] So, well, why wouldn't he start doing it? CHELSEA: [loudly] 'Cause he couldn't. Cause it was all the way zipped. SARAH: Okay. It wasn't. SCOTT: You can see it. SARAH: I intentionally didn't do it! That, I intentionally did not do! SCOTT: What's that? You intentionally did what? SARAH: Zip it all the way. [small sounds of disagreement] SARAH: He nor I -- nor I -- CHELSEA: Well, he's dead [both speaking] as a result of your actions. SARAH: -laid hands on each other. CHELSEA: He is dead as a result of your actions. SARAH: I understand that. CHELSEA: So... SARAH: That's why I- SCOTT: You two didn't lay hands on each other? SARAH: No. No. I don't have anything. SCOTT: Huh, you're right. SARAH: He doesn't- Whatever that is? Whatever this, whatever it is? SCOTT: He does. Huh huh huh. SARAH: See, this is what happens. It's not FAIR that you guys, just because he has those, automatically blame it on me! Like- [both speaking] SCOTT: When [indistinct]? CHELSEA: What about when CHELSEA: you had your injuries, and he gets arrested? Is that not fair? SARAH: Really? Like, really. SCOTT: Yes! CHELSEA: It's the exact same thing. SARAH: Really. CHELSEA: He has injuries. You have injuries. Like, what does that mean? SARAH: I don't have any injuries! [both speaking] CHELSEA: Correct, [indistinct] SARAH: Because he and I have not been at it with one another! CHELSEA: [coughs] So, every time that you guys fight, you both hit each other? So you should have probably gone to jail all those times that he went to jail for domestic? SARAH: No! Oh, the one time I did. But he completely, completely trashed the police report. Cause that's nothing what happened. Because the reason I got taken in was because my story was different than his. So I'm being portrayed as, like, this... abuser. CHELSEA: We're not saying that he doesn't abuse you. SCOTT: Absolutely. CHELSEA: We're not saying that. SARAH: So I'm the one that's being portrayed as the abuser? CHELSEA: Because he [indistinct]. SARAH: I have never dealt with anything like this before. I don't know what to do, how to do it. And I always know what to do and how to do it. This, I don't know. So I don't know, like, what's going on or like... SCOTT: We are simply trying to find out as well. Again, we got one side of the story. You're telling us, we're going with what you're saying but then we find stuff that negates what you're telling us. SARAH: And I don't even remember doing that. SCOTT: Okay. You're telling us that we're assuming stuff, but what we're simply doing is telling you what we saw in the video- SARAH: I understand. SCOTT: -and repeating what you told us. SARAH: I understand. Because I don't remember that. SCOTT: Okay. Doesn't mean it didn't happen, just 'cause you don't remember it. SARAH: So, is the texting thing something about me? Like, what's- CHELSEA: Is the what? Texting? Oh, no, I'm texting. [both speaking] SCOTT: [indistinct] SARAH: You guys are scaring me, so, like, I don't know what to expect- I mean, I had questions of things that I should be taking care of. Like, I don't- CHELSEA: What are your questions? SCOTT: I mean- I got one last question, I just- I mean, you re- You realize you're the person that killed him, right? SARAH: I've thought about that. SCOTT: Okay. You left him in a bag when he's begging you, saying, "I can't breathe. Let me out," and you said, "Fuck you." And you got up off the couch and went upstairs and left him in that bag. SARAH: Not. Intentionally! [hands slap against knees] SCOTT: Again- SARAH: I would never do that to Jorge! SCOTT: You did! SARAH: Not intentionally! SCOTT: It happened! SARAH: Know that! SCOTT: I don't. SARAH: Know that! SCOTT: You got up, and you went up to bed. SARAH: Alcohol is a shitty thing. It's alcohol! It's not, again- CHELSEA: So alcohol is the reason that you killed him? SARAH: You all- SCOTT: Please sit down. SARAH: Listen to me. SCOTT: Please sit down. SARAH: You all- Listen. I... did not... not... intentionally... kill him. CHELSEA: Okay. [both speaking] SCOTT: So your intention was, what, SARAH: I don't know what it is [both speaking] SCOTT: to... punish him? SARAH: I need to do, or how to do it, or what to say, or how to say it. SCOTT: But you're- But what was your intention, [both speaking] Just to punish him? SARAH: Everyone knows! Everyone knows everything that I've done for Jorge, and love him, and continuously help him throughout his life. With me. And made him a happier, better person. SCOTT: And everybody has their limits. SARAH: Everyone knows that. SCOTT: Everybody has their limits. SARAH: So it's like, Okay, so while we're in a good place right now, I'm gonna snap? Is that what it- While we're in a good place right now. CHELSEA: Well, you did! SCOTT: Absolutely! I got you on video screaming, "Fuck you!" CHELSEA: "This is what it feels like when you're choking me." This is what it feels like when you cheat on me. SARAH: Which was however long ago now. CHELSEA: You said it! SCOTT: The video's from last night. [both speaking] CHELSEA: Clearly [indistinct] SCOTT: So it wasn't- Yeah. CHELSEA: There's still feelings towards it. You wouldn't say it if you didn't feel it. SARAH: But I would never do that. CHELSEA: But it happened. And you did. [both speaking] SCOTT: But you did. SARAH: But that was time for being playful. CHELSEA: But no one's laughing- SARAH: And having a good day. CHELSEA: No one's laughing except you. [both speaking] SARAH: Everybody having a good day. SCOTT: Then I would hate to see a bad day. SARAH: I'm sorry? SCOTT: I would hate to see a bad day. SARAH: You all are making me out to be a person that I'm not. Nor have, or will I ever be. CHELSEA: Or are you a different person when you're drunk? SCOTT: People have different personalities after they consume alcohol. SARAH: It depends. If, like, if- CHELSEA: 'Cause you're sober now. SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: So, sober you... [both speaking] SCOTT: Nice person, [indistinct]. CHELSEA: What about drunk you? SARAH: Not- It's both of us! It's both of us. And it's, again, it's not fair that you all are assuming that the marks that he has on him are from me. SCOTT: We asked you where they came from. SARAH: I have no idea! SCOTT: Well, nobody else was there, so nobody else is [both speaking] SCOTT: [indistinct] SARAH: I have no i-dea. I swear I did not lay a hand on him. SCOTT: 'Kay. You just zipped him in the bag. SARAH: Nor he. SCOTT: You just zipped him in the bag. And then you flipped the bag around. Several times. SARAH: I didn't do that intentionally. SCOTT: You didn't intentionally flip the bag around?! SARAH: No! Why would I do that? [both speaking] CHELSEA: Well you told us you did. SCOTT: Good question. You did. SARAH: When he was upside down! CHELSEA: Right. SCOTT: Well, you had to put him upside down. CHELSEA: You can't get in a suitcase upside down. SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: Because the ... SARAH: Oh my God. [both speaking, indistinct] SARAH: ...nobody else was there. SCOTT: We have it on video, showing the suitcase in several different positions. So, I, uh- it shows, one, like she just said, it had to been on its back, with the lid open for him to get in there, for you to zip it up. Then it shows it on the other side with him in it, so you had to've flipped it to there. Then there's another video, where it's on its back again, so you had to've flipped it there. SARAH: I'm leaving it like this, please. I'm leaving it like this. I did not intentionally do this. [slaps knees in rhythm with words] No malicious content, or effort, went towards this. No malicious. [both speaking] SCOTT: [indistinct] CHELSEA: I would say, does that help you sleep, but you're not sleeping, so. SCOTT: I mean, the- SARAH: Last night, I maybe got an hour. CHELSEA: Right. SCOTT: In your voice, you can hear the maliciousness. The "Fuck you" is very, very... CHELSEA: You don't talk to people like that. That's not, like a common, like- SCOTT: Nope. CHELSEA: Hey Scott, fuck you! SCOTT: Thank you! CHELSEA: That's not, that's not common. It's not something people do. And no one that sees that is going to think that. SARAH: Okay. CHELSEA: So we were trying to give you an opportunity, and- and it is what it is. SARAH: There's no maliciousness towards that. CHELSEA: Okay. I would probably be telling myself that, too, if I was in that video. SARAH: My intent- my intent was not for that to happen. CHELSEA: But you went upstairs and went to bed. Or maybe you passed out, I don't know. SARAH: Waiting. For him. And the whole time frame thing, it's like, [both speaking] CHELSEA: Regardless, SARAH: that's not really fair- CHELSEA: Regardless, waiting for him, you- It's not like you, you walked up the stairs. No one can, you can't fly up the stairs. No one can take you up there, Sarah. SARAH: Okay. CHELSEA: You go up the stairs. SCOTT: On your own. CHELSEA: You lay in the bed. And you wait for him. Who cares if it's five minutes, who cares if it's thirty frickin' seconds. He's begging for his life. He's begging to get out. You go upstairs. SCOTT: You leave him. CHELSEA: It doesn't matter. So, it could, it- Get the time frame out of your mind, it doesn't matter. SARAH: This whole thing, this like "it doesn't mat"- it, it doesn't matter. Because... There's this, so it doesn't matter anything what it is I say. So it, it makes no difference whatsoever. CHELSEA: It just- you keep, you're lying, and like you're not- You're now changing your story. SARAH: Who's lying about what? CHELSEA: You're now, now, now you were drunk. SARAH: I never said that I was drunk. CHELSEA: Exactly. But you did here. Today. That's okay. SCOTT: You said earlier- CHELSEA: Everything's, everything recorded. SARAH: Alcohol. SCOTT: You blamed it on the alcohol. CHELSEA: You blamed it on alcohol. Alcohol does a lot to people. SARAH: Yes, but I never said I was drunk. SCOTT: Mm-kay. CHELSEA: [chuckles] You did. SCOTT: So, you did this n- You did this sober. You knowingly left him down there sober. SARAH: Uh, I have already told both of you also that we were both drinking. CHELSEA: Right. SCOTT: Mm-kay. CHELSEA: But you won't admit that you were drunk? Is that sorta- SARAH: I'm telling you all both, this has changed my life. I will take this, [stammers] I don't know.... CHELSEA: Yeah. That's a true statement. SCOTT: Absolutely. But you're trying to dance around the fact [both speaking] that you didn't want him there. SARAH: So, but what do you all- Okay, just. SCOTT: You left him in there. You did try to dance around the fact you left him in there. SARAH: Oh my gosh, this is not- this is not- SCOTT: You didn't leave him in there? SARAH: It's not, it's not cool. Like, this is not cool. SCOTT: It's NOT cool. SARAH: That it's- SCOTT: He's dead. It's not cool. SARAH: But you think that I did that intentionally. You think that I did that intentionally. SCOTT: You intentionally left him in there and left the room. You went upstairs to a different room. CHELSEA: You intentionally did that. SCOTT: You- you, you did. SARAH: Yes. Because I'm thinking he's gonna get out. CHELSEA: Okay, and he didn't. SARAH: Obviously not! SCOTT: When somebody's begging for their- begging, saying, "I can't breathe"- SARAH: But when you say that, though! But you have to- Y'all don't- SCOTT: "Please let me out, I can't breathe." SARAH: Y'all don't know Jorge though. Like, tha- that- Again, I thought it was the boy crying wolf. So it was just like, "What?" CHELSEA: Oh, so if your son was in there, and said, "I can't breathe," are you gonna open it, or- is- Is he nine, so he's not, you know- SARAH: Really? [both speaking] CHELSEA: It's not a big deal. SCOTT: The boy calling wolf. [both speaking] SARAH: Really? CHELSEA: It's a valid question. SCOTT: Though you said you would never put your son in a suitcase. You would only put Jorge in there. SARAH: No. Jorge got in the suitcase. SCOTT: And you zipped it up. SARAH: Not all the way and not intentionally, to leave him there. SCOTT: But that's what happened. [both speaking] SARAH: I don't- I don't know what to- SCOTT: You keep going away from it, but that's, [both speaking] SARAH: I don't- I don't know what [indistinct] SCOTT: that's- that's exactly what happened. SARAH: Are you all trying to have me admit that? Like, are you trying to have me admit that? Because I will never admit it, because it's not true. It's NOT true. SCOTT: I'm basically stating it as a fact, 'cause that's what happened. SARAH: 'Kay. SCOTT: You videotaped him asking to be let out. You go upstairs- SARAH: So what, guys? So what? Just- I don't know what you want me to say, other than it was not out of maliciousness or intentional. I don't know what or how I can say it! I love Jorge! Love him! To this day, still! Love him. CHELSEA: Love makes you do crazy things. SARAH: It doesn't do- It's not one of those things where it's, like, "Oh gosh. You know what? I've done enough for you at this point." I never gave up on him! SCOTT: Mkay. SARAH: Why I'm here today. I'm still not giving up on him. I would do anything for him. CHELSEA: Well, you gave up checking up on him. SCOTT: Wouldn't let him out of a suitcase. SARAH: Oh gosh. Kay. [someone sighs] SCOTT: We're simply just trying to go through, I mean, again, you gave us a completely different story that you churched up to, this was such a laughing matter, it was- SARAH: It was, it was fun! SCOTT: Not by that video. SARAH: All day. All day. SCOTT: Not by that video, that part wasn't. Anybody looking at it, does- I don't think anybody would looking at that video and go, "Jorge is having fun right now." SARAH: So why is it you all think that I, I -- y'all don't know me, you don't know me. CHELSEA: No. SARAH: Would do something like that. Especially having a nine-year-old son? SCOTT: I don't know what having a nine-year-old son be- SARAH: Like, why- CHELSEA: Why are you so, like, caught on what we think? SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: When... [both speaking] SARAH: Because, it's like you- CHELSEA: you should be more concerned about what you've told us- SARAH: It's because it's like- you guys CHELSEA: Then... [both speaking] SARAH: are like trying to- SCOTT: [indistinct] CHELSEA: -the things that the video shows that are opposite of what you told us, and then what you've now told us here today. SARAH: Like what exactly? CHELSEA: Well, you said that it was funny. And you're the only one laughing. SARAH: We were playing before that. CHELSEA: Okay. Um... SCOTT: But then it stops. CHELSEA: Yeah. SCOTT: It obviously stops being funny. SARAH: Well, I... SCOTT: 'Cause you're screaming at him, [both speaking] he's begging to get out- SARAH: I'm not screaming at him. SCOTT: Ehh, sounds like screaming to me. SARAH: I- I don't know what you all want to- me to tell you. In no way, shape, or form was this intentional. At all. Ever. CHELSEA: Okay. Are you still gonna allow us to do your fingernails? SARAH: Go for it. CHELSEA: Go for it? Okay, cool. Alright, I'm gonna get that set up. [coughs] Do you need any more water? SARAH: No, but when you come back, can I ask about this? SCOTT: Mm. CHELSEA: Yeah. [door clicks shut] SARAH: So, what? SCOTT: I just don't understand. SARAH: So, it wasn't- SCOTT: I don't understand how your story changes so much, so the fact that- SARAH: How is it changing? Please help me explain, understand. SCOTT: You- you went on about how this was such a playful thing, and you guys were laughing. And it probably was for a few minutes. But then it obviously changes. The whole demeanor of this whole situation completely changes. It's not the funny, laughing matter. He's not laughing at all. SARAH: I didn't think he was being serious. SCOTT: You absolutely sound serious. When you're answering him- SARAH: I didn't think so. Like I just... SCOTT: You don't think your voice- you sounded serious? SARAH: It's- it's- Okay. I- I don't know what you want me to tell you. It was a great day. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: It didn't end well, obviously. SCOTT: I was gonna say, that's- I mean... SARAH: I can't explain to you. I can't explain to you. How horrific it was. SCOTT: Mkay. SARAH: To find him. Horrific. Because I don't remember taking those videos. SCOTT: 'Kay. SARAH: How horrific. I'm thinking he's in the bathroom. I'm thinking he's downstairs on the laptop. I can't find him. So wha- So what's gonna happen? SCOTT: Here's- Here's what gets me, though, is, you don't remember taking videos, you don't know where he is, you don't remember him being in the, in the suitcase, and you're still telling me that you had your wits about you. [both speaking] SARAH: [indistinct] SCOTT: How does someone have their wits about 'em [both speaking] SCOTT: when they have all this stuff- SARAH: Okay, that's the thing too. SARAH: You can clearly tell- You can clearly tell that I had been drinking some. SCOTT: Yeah. SARAH: You can clearly tell. SCOTT: I had several people that came up to me in that apartment complex said that you were drunk on a daily basis. [both speaking] SARAH: Oohhh my goosh! Right. Right. SCOTT: And you were screaming at him regularly. SARAH: No. SCOTT: Really? SARAH: Right. SARAH: Talk to the property manager. SCOTT: Really? Talk to the property manager. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Because it's not- SCOTT: These are your neighbors, the one that live right next to you. Your property manager does not live next to you. They see you every day. [both speaking] SARAH: Ooohh my God! SCOTT: How many- You had two neighbors you went to and asked to go use [both speaking] their restrooms, and they said no! SARAH: [indistinct] is not fair! SCOTT: Hold on! You had two different neighbors that live directly next to you, you asked to use the restroom and they told you no and turned you away. You had to go [both speaking] across the way to somebody else. SARAH: Oh- Oh, no. Okay. Kim and Eli- Eli- or, Kim is not a nice person. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: She's just automatically not nice. Even after- Me and Lucas w ent over there and introduced ourselves, [both speaking] she's just not a nice person. SCOTT: Did you- Then why would you think she would let you use her restroom? SARAH: Because Eli was in there. Eli comes over and talks to us sometimes. Which I think pisses Kim off, because he comes over and talks to us. The two of them, they're like super standoffish. All the time. My neighbors down the street? Down the way? Their toilet was broken! They had stuff in the bathroom. SCOTT: There's two bathrooms? SARAH: So they are like, go over there and try over there! SCOTT: There's two bathrooms. SARAH: I wouldn't let somebody go upstairs and use my, my personal bathroom? SCOTT: Really? SARAH: That's what the downstairs one is for. SCOTT: If it's somebody you like, would you? Somebody you knew? SARAH: They're in the process of doing all this stuff in the kitchen! And there's stuff in the bathroom, and the toilet doesn't work! Just walk across the way. No problem. And of course they let me in. [door clicks open] Them and them, they're together. They're part- they're family. [door clicks shut] And then the less that you really wanna know, and I hope it doesn't get them in trouble, but he is over here illegally. So, he's trying to work on getting his green card. SCOTT: What has that got to do with you using the restroom? SARAH: They didn't want to be involved. SCOTT: Oh. CHELSEA: She use the rest- You gotta use the restroom? SCOTT: No, no, no, I was asking last night, 'cause you know, I mean we had several different people- [both speaking] SARAH: Fitting that SCOTT: in the neighborhood come up, [both speaking] SARAH: Eli and Kim... SCOTT: said she was drunk on a regular basis. SARAH: Eli and Kim. Eli and Kim. [laughs] Ho-kay. Didja ask Minnie, next door? SCOTT: Those are the ones next door that she asked to use the restroom, [both speaking] and they said no. CHELSEA: And they said no. SARAH: No, SHE said no. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: And like I said, she's... not a nice person. SCOTT: [indistinct] CHELSEA: They're comin'. What are your questions? SCOTT: Yup. Let's- CHELSEA: We can help you out. SARAH: Who's coming? CHELSEA: To do the fingernails. SCOTT: Yeah. You said that we could. [paper rustling] CHELSEA: And you don't have to allow us to do it, just so you know. So, don't think that it's- SARAH: I don't have a problem. CHELSEA: 'Kay. Just to make sure. SARAH: So... am I getting my phone back? CHELSEA: No. SCOTT: Not today. SARAH: Um, what about Lucas's laptop? CHELSEA: No. SCOTT: Not today. CHELSEA: Not today. SARAH: What does that mean? SCOTT: We're still going through everything. SARAH: Oh, that's fine. SCOTT: You're the one just telling us there's videos that we need to see on it, so- SARAH: That's fine! SCOTT: we need to do our due diligence, that we go through everything. SARAH: See, and that backfires on me now, too, because now you all think that I have even more, in quotes, intent to do what I did to him. Which was not intentional. SCOTT: Okay. CHELSEA: What's that? SARAH: In that- is that correct? SCOTT: She's asking about your tag in your hand. SARAH: No, but I'm asking, is that correct? CHELSEA: No, I'm not gonna read into what you're saying. SCOTT: It's not. CHELSEA: I'm not- that you're... No. SARAH: So, his probation officer. CHELSEA: [coughs] Mm-hmm. SARAH: Do you all inform her, or do I need to call her? CHELSEA: We don't need to, we don't have to inform her. So, if you would like to call her, you can. Are you saying, 'cause he's still on probation? SARAH: No, but because of the nice lady that she is, and all that she's done for him, I thought if- I didn't know how it would- CHELSEA: Legally we just have to tell his parents, and we don't go telling... SCOTT: Everybody else. CHELSEA: I didn't even know who his probation officer was. So, no, I wouldn't go tell her. SARAH: So the same thing for classes. I need to do that, too? Um... SCOTT: Classes. Need to do what? SARAH: Substance abuse class, and his batterer's intervention. SCOTT: No. [indistinct] CHELSEA: [indistinct] SARAH: So... other than this... so initially what was the cause of death? CHELSEA: She is still pending, because she wants to hold the body for an additional day? To see if more of those bruises turn into something bigger. Um, and she's doing some other tests that she's gotta do. So she's pending it for now. SARAH: So, and that couldn't have been because of him being in the suitcase? [both speaking] Or y'all are saying that I basically did it. SCOTT: That's for- She's- That's what she's determining. SARAH: So- SCOTT: The ones on the head, I asked her, could that have been from the suitcase, and she said she didn't think so. SARAH: I didn't touch him. Nor did he touch me. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: I'm leaving it at that. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Um... So, I don't know if you all know how to do this, because I- So, that's what I was going to ask you [indistinct] So, are you all updating his parents today? Or when you get a final, whatever? CHELSEA: What does it matter? Why? What we tell his parents, what do you mean? SARAH: Because, I- I... CHELSEA: We're gonna have com- We're gonna talk to- with them. SCOTT: Yeah. SARAH: Okay. But it's gonna come down to me. CHELSEA: What do you mean? SARAH: Like, so it's being put on me. CHELSEA: Who said that? SARAH: But I meant- So what are you going to tell them? CHELSEA: We're gonna give them an update, just like we gave you an update, on their autopsy. SARAH: Okay. So, it's whatever bruises- SCOTT: Well, here's the thing. SARAH: And whatever on the head. SCOTT: Here's the thing. We had to deliver news to them last night that their son was dead. There's not a whole lot of conversation that goes on after that. It's not a very easy thing to SARAH: Was it yesterday? Or Sunday? Sunday. Today's Tuesday. Right? CHELSEA: Did we not meet you yesterday? We met you yesterday. SCOTT: Yep. CHELSEA: I'm just asking. Right. Did we not meet yesterday? SCOTT: It's a valid question. SARAH: Uuuuuhhh. Really? Yes. On Monday. CHELSEA: Okay. Okay. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Got it. CHELSEA: Perfect. SARAH: So, I don't know if I ask you guys, or... how I find this out other than talking to his parents, which, not gonna happen. CHELSEA: Yeah. Probably a terrible idea. SARAH: Wha- How do you guys suggest me finding out about the funeral? CHELSEA: That's not even something that's been probably talked about, between the family. That's not something we ask. We have no way of... SARAH: I didn't know, that's why I'm asking. CHELSEA: Yeah. SARAH: So.... SCOTT: It'd be up to them to make the arrangements of what they want to do. Like she just told you, this quick, just being told last night, I'll pretty much be willing to wager that they have not even considered what they're gonna do. SARAH: All right. CHELSEA: His body can't even be released, so. SCOTT: Yes. SARAH: I've been there with parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Um... So, I don't know if I have the right to or not, but like I was gonna call his former employees whom he really cared for, and let them know. CHELSEA: You can... call whoever you want. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: I just don't want to do something that I'm not supposed to. Ahhh... How do I go about getting his wedding ring? Engagement ring? CHELSEA: It's at the medical examiner's office, it'll come to us eventually, and then- SCOTT: It'll be released to the next of kin. CHELSEA: Yeah. Okay. SARAH: I bought it for him. CHELSEA: Okay. SCOTT: That is a civil issue. If it was on his finger it goes to them. They're the ones that [indistinct] release it. We don't have any say in that. SARAH: So I won't get that back.. [papers rustling] So, for all of this, like how do I find out what's what and how many, like what's been found...? SCOTT: What do you mean? SARAH: Uh, "pillow with stain, swab of stain from pillow, suitcase"- CHELSEA: That will all be sent off to- SCOTT: FDLE. CHELSEA: FDLE. Florida Department of Law Enforcement. SARAH: Yeah? CHELSEA: They do their testing. SARAH: So, and then like whatever "white can with blood and necktie with blood" was from the suitcase. CHELSEA: Okay. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Why would you guys- Oh, you'll see it in there, the baseball bat. For Lucas. And, let's see... And this is just his phone, my phone, and then the laptop. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. [paper rustling] Yeah, when anything can be released, we will release it. But we are very early in this investigation and... SARAH: So- CHELSEA: It's not an overnight process, unfortunately. SARAH: So.... What's next? SCOTT: They're gonna come and swab your fingers- SARAH: No, I'm talking about like, in the long run. Like, what do I need to like- Do I need to be doing something, or like-? CHELSEA: I can't tell you like what to do. SARAH: I mean so, like, for.... Like, I don't understand. Like, I don't know if you guys are just gonna like... Because it makes it sound like, to me, like I'm being accused of something that was not intentional? I'm being accused of it. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And a handful of other things that I'm being accused of. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: So I don't want to be at home with Lucas, and you guys show up. CHELSEA: Okay. SCOTT: I can understand that. SARAH: So.... CHELSEA: It's ear- We're still investigati- The- We're- I don't know what you want me to tell ya. SARAH: So, is there going to be concrete whatever it is, and then it's like, it is what it is, kinda thing? Or, like... Cause I've done the whole court thing. I've done the whole... attorney thing. I've done whatever. So, if- I'm not admitting anything about being intentional and I killed Jorge. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: I- That's not the situation [cell phone dings] but it's trying to be pinned on me. SCOTT: Okay? SARAH: That was not my intent. But it's trying to be pinned on me. So however, or whatever it is I need to do in order for that to be proven, then I need to do so. Which is why I'm trying to get my ducks in a row. SCOTT: Mmkay. SARAH: So that's why I'm asking what the next step is, other than me getting my nails swabbed. CHELSEA: I mean, you want me to tell you how to not be accused of a crime? Is that what you're asking? Like, I don't know what you want. SARAH: I'm trying to prepare myself for whatever may need to be done, so I can- CHELSEA: [indistinct] SARAH: -stick up for myself. CHELSEA: I mean, I think you're doing just fine. You came. You talked. SARAH: I just don't want you guys to, again, show up and Lucas is in the house. CHELSEA: Well, we did tell you yesterday that we don't want to do anything around your son, SCOTT: No. CHELSEA: Hence why you came to us, so I don't know why you think that's gonna change. SARAH: That, and/or me not just show up back home. CHELSEA: [coughs] I'm sorry, what? That or what? SARAH: Me just not show up back home. That's what all- He's so happy that I'm staying there at the house. With Brian. Like, so happy. And I'm not going back to the house, to MY house, for however long I can, to stay over here, because of whatever to blow over. CHELSEA: Mm-hmm. SARAH: And, again, if you don't mind me asking, whatever it is you all are claiming, from the videos -- which, yeah, it's.... Is that what you're gonna tell them? Like, his parents? It's just like, "Oh yeah, and by the way, she did." SCOTT: Did what? SARAH: I mean, what would you tell them? SCOTT: I don't think it really matters what we're gonna tell the parents. SARAH: Oh yeah, it is, it's steel to the fire. CHELSEA: Well, we can't hide things, and I don't know- I'm not saying we're gonna go... [clears throat] I'm not saying that we're gonna go and tell them every single thing we have? Um, but, again, this is the Orange County Sheriff's Office, it's public record, so eventually, like, this all will come out. SARAH: Mm-hmm. CHELSEA: So... is it- like, I'm not- SCOTT: Matter of time. CHELSEA: You're making it sound like we're gonna tell them something, so then your life is in danger and... I don't like that accusation. SCOTT: No. CHELSEA: So let's just nip that in the butt right now. SARAH: Well, that's what's going to happen. CHELSEA: I cannot- [all speaking loudly, indistinct] CHELSEA: But we can't even- SARAH: But technically there's no concrete... report yet, even. CHELSEA: Right, so- SARAH: So it's, uh- CHELSEA: You want me to like [both speaking] SARAH: [indistinct] CHELSEA: tell you exactly [both speaking] SARAH: [indistinct] CHELSEA: what I'm gonna tell them. [both speaking] I don't know what I'm gonna tell them. I don't know what I'm gonna tell them, let's just leave it at that. Just like you don't know why you went upstairs, I don't know what I'm gonna tell them. SARAH: So- SCOTT: Parents that are dealing with- [all speaking loudly, indistinct] SARAH: Can I call you the way that I did last time? CHELSEA: Well, yeah. My phone is an open line. [door opens loudly] CHELSEA: [indistinct] should be here, I don't know why she's taking so long. SCOTT: [indistinct] coming out to look for her. [door shuts loudly] SARAH: I get it. CHELSEA: What? SARAH: I get it. That it looks really bad. CHELSEA: Mm-mm. SARAH: So that's what scares me. Like, what do I need to plan on? Like, what do I need to plan on? I promise you, on my son's life, it was not intentional. I PROMISE you. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: On Lucas's life. It was not intentional. CHELSEA: [coughs] I don't know you. I can't say I know anything about you. I don't know what is- is- What would be a true statement and what would not. I mean, you're promising on your son's life, that's fine. [door opens loudly] SARAH: That's how much it means. SCOTT: Sorry, here. [door closes] I figured you'd want one too. SARAH: That's how much it means. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: I hope you take that to heart. Please. CHELSEA: It's documented that you said that, yeah. I get it. SARAH: Do you have any idea when I can get my phone back? CHELSEA: [sighs] SCOTT: No telling. CHELSEA: What'd you say? SCOTT: It's in [indistinct]. I mean it's- Our digital forensics unit is, uh, got a lot of cases on their plate. I mean- SARAH: Well, and that's not technically my laptop, it's Lucas's laptop. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: But he plays- You'll see all the games that he has on there. SCOTT: As soon as we can get that back to Lucas we will. As soon as we can release your phone, we will. But there's n- We've got no way of being able to tell you, because we have- We don't have... control over their caseload and how they, they arrange what they do. So I don't know. And at this point, I think honestly, with everything else that's going on, it should probably be at the bottom of your list of worries. SARAH: I'm trying to make Lucas happy so that he can have his laptop back. SCOTT: Okay. Okay. CHELSEA: Does Brian not have a laptop for him? SARAH: He has his laptop that he has to do for work. But he doesn't want him using it or breaking or dropping. It's not a big deal. There's nothing on the laptop anyway. So you will keep me posted? Like, updated? CHELSEA: [barely audible] Mm-mm. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. SARAH: That's my thing, is I'm trying to figure out what I need to do in the meantime.. CHELSEA: I don't know- I can't- Like, I don't know what to tell you, though. Like, what am I s- What...? CHELSEA: But you all have more information than I do, where it's like, "Yeah, you might wanna or you might wanna." SCOTT: I'm sorry, what? CHELSEA: Like, we have more information than what? SARAH: [indistinct] SCOTT: We told you everything that we have. You know everything that we know. And most of it we got from you. SARAH: But that.... Like I was telling her, like... Yeah, that's bad. Like... which, I swore on my son's life, was unintentional. So that's why I'm trying to figure out what I need to do for myself. SCOTT: Mm-kay. SARAH: Going forward with this. Nonetheless with his family. And/or you all just showing up. With Lucas in the house. SCOTT: Well, I think we've already both told you that we would be mindful of any situations. [breathes out audibly] SARAH: So you guys, I guess, are gonna call me tomorrow? Or do we need to come back down here? CHELSEA: Eh. I'll chat with you next time. I have no idea when I'm going to call you next. SARAH: Uh, isn't the report coming out tomorrow? CHELSEA: No. SCOTT: What report? CHELSEA: I'm just saying, a report is generated through us, um, the sheriff's office is a public entity. So if someone were to come request something, then... SARAH: No, I'm talking about, um, his autopsy. CHELSEA: She's waiting and doing more follow-up, but- SCOTT: She's looking at him again tomorrow. CHELSEA: [coughs] Yeah. SCOTT: But she won't be finished with him, because she's, she's pending further stuff. SARAH: So, after this, what? I'm done? For now? SCOTT: [barely audible] Okay. SARAH: How long does this stuff take to get back? [both speaking] CHELSEA: [indistinct] SCOTT: [indistinct] you won't get back. The swabs and stuff, will stay. SARAH: But I'll know about it? SCOTT: Sorry. Our dispatch center keeps calling my phone. I keep having to have other people call them and see what they need. [sighs] [cell phone dings] [cell phone keys tapping softly] SARAH: I hope you all can really, both, truly understand that that was not my intent. I miss him a lot. SCOTT: You mean- SARAH: No more. SCOTT: But m- my question has remained the same. What do you expect to happen to somebody when you leave them in a position like that? SARAH: Yes, but you have to understand, too, I'm- SCOTT: No, no, just- What would you expect to happen to somebody when you leave them in a position like- SARAH: [strident] I have no idea because I've never done it before. SCOTT: Why have you never done it before? SARAH: Why would I? SCOTT: Exactly.. SARAH: Why would I do it before? SCOTT: Why did you do it now? SARAH: I, I- I clearly have said why. I, Why- CHELSEA: No, you don't know why. You just know that it's not intentional. SCOTT: Yeah. CHELSEA: But you don't know why. But that's okay. SARAH: Really? CHELSEA: I'm not trying to force you to say something that you don't know. [coughs] SARAH: It's seeding and pinning. SARAH: The fact that you guys would assume that I'm that kind of person. SCOTT: We're not assuming anything. We're going by the facts. It happened. [bag clunking on lap] SARAH: Like you said, you don't know me. [papers crinkle loudly] [bag hits ground softly] SARAH: What time is it, please? CHELSEA: 4:46. SARAH: In itself, for me to have to live with... getting him out, and doing what I did... is... punishment enough. I think that's why I haven't slept. Cause that's all I see. So that, right there, says something. Not my intention. CHELSEA: [muttering softly, indistinct] [indistinct] [door opens] SCOTT: [chuckles] That would be funny. CHELSEA: I barely heard the beep, I was like [indistinct from outside door] SCOTT: [coughs, clears throat] [clears throat] SARAH: Nonetheless, I have to live without him now. SCOTT: Yeah. SARAH: Nonetheless. SCOTT: Yup. SARAH: Punishment in itself. SCOTT: Hem. Definitely, uh, a tragic situation. SARAH: I mean, I'm through with alcohol. [indistinct] It's unfortunate that... stupid things like this happen. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. Absolutely. [sighs deeply] SARAH: Nonetheless, I have to live without him now. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. Yup. His daughters, too. SARAH: Are you trying to make it worse? SCOTT: Sorry, what? SARAH: Are you trying to make it worse? SCOTT: Make what worse? SARAH: How I feel? SCOTT: Just making, making a comment. I mean- CHELSEA: CSI that was there yesterday. When she took your photos. [paper bag rustling loudly] [detectives speaking indistinctly outside room] CSI: So I'm just gonna take a swab and go around on one hand and then do a separate one for your other hand. Okay? [detectives speaking indistinctly outside room] CSI: Right hand. SCOTT: [sighs] CHELSEA: [coughs] [packaging creaks and squeaks] [paper bag rustles noisily] CSI: Now your other hand. [packaging creaks and squeaks] [paper bag rustles noisily] [indistinct] CSI: Thank you. CHELSEA: Thank you. [both speaking outside door, indistinct] [door shuts] CHELSEA: Okay. We're done with all these. Okay, Sarah. So... you're not free to go. 'Kay. Oh. Do you promise everything you told us was the truth? Or no? [coughs] Everything we've talked about today? SARAH: Mmyes? What do you mean? CHELSEA: I- I, you have to swear. SARAH: [indistinct] CHELSEA: Remember how I swore you yesterday, on the, on the audio recording? I just forgot. So he raised his hand to remind me. To tell you. SARAH: Okay? CHELSEA: Do you promise and swear that everything we've talked about today has been true and accurate to the best of your knowledge? SARAH: For which [indistinct]? CHELSEA: True and accurate to the best of your knowledge. SARAH: What, that it wasn't intentional? [both speaking] SCOTT: Everything you've told us. CHELSEA: Everything you've said today. Everything that's come out of your mouth has been true and accurate, to the best of your knowledge. SARAH: To the best of my knowledge? CHELSEA: Correct. Yes. SARAH: Why? [both speaking] CHELSEA: [indistinct] SCOTT: 'Cause anytime we talk to somebody, we want to assure than everything we talked about is... CHELSEA: True and accurate [both speaking] to the best of that person's knowledge. SCOTT: To the best of their knowledge. It's not a trick question. SARAH: To the best of my knowledge? SCOTT: To the best of your knowledge. CHELSEA: Everything that you've told us today . is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. SARAH: Yes, that it was not intentional. CHELSEA: Okay. Okay. SCOTT: Alright. Do me a favor, stand up. I need you to turn around, face the wall. Put your hands behind your back. Do you have anything in your pockets that I should know about? SARAH: No. SCOTT: Okay. [handcuffs rattle] SARAH: Why is this happening? SCOTT: Because Jorge is dead. SARAH: Not intentionally. CHELSEA: We understand that. SCOTT: He's still dead. [handcuffs click closed] CHELSEA: Well, we don't really have much to [indistinct]. SARAH: Somebody needs to call Brian, please. CHELSEA: Okay. SARAH: Or can I not make a phone call? SCOTT: You'll be able to make a phone call when we get you down to the jail. [indistinct] SARAH: So why is this happening? So this was a trick. [both speaking] CHELSEA: No, it's not a trick. SCOTT: No, it's not not a trick. How is this a trick? We brought you in here to ask you to explain a few things to us, and- CHELSEA: Uh huh. You were read your rights. SCOTT: -your response to everything was, basically, "I didn't do it." SARAH: Intentionally! CHELSEA: [indistinct] that. SCOTT: Doesn't matter. He's still dead. Do me a favor, have a seat. SARAH: Really, guys? SCOTT: Really. SARAH: So if I didn't show up? [both speaking, indistinct] SCOTT: Because- SARAH: Before, y'all said I could leave. SCOTT: When [indistinct]? That I was done after, after that. SCOTT: We were done, yes. We were done. Absolutely. SARAH: So now, so that's what it is. SCOTT: We are done. SARAH: Right. Not intentional. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: So what am I supposed to do now? SCOTT: You will- SARAH: Someone needs to call Brian. SCOTT: Okay. SARAH: Lucas is waiting for Mom to come home. This was not my intention. I thought I was waiting for you all to come, and figure out what's what and how many! SCOTT: That's what we're trying to do. SARAH: And I was going to be able to go home. And see Lucas. SCOTT: 'Kay. Now he's just not gonna have me come home. So there's nothing that I can do? SCOTT: Not right now. SARAH: There's nothing that I can do in order to go home, and see Lucas, and prepare. SCOTT: Not right now, no.. You'll be afforded a time in court, you'll be afforded an attorney. You'll be afforded a chance to talk to a judge, and all that stuff will be worked out. SARAH: But what's the time frame for that, though? SCOTT: I have no way of being able to tell you. You should make first appearance probably by tomorrow morning, if not tonight, depending on how things are busy, how quickly you get down there. [both speaking] SCOTT: I don't, I don't work in the- SARAH: I had a suspicion this was gonna happen. And I need water, like, really bad, please. SCOTT: Have a seat. [voices in hallway, indistinct] SARAH: You all tricked me down here. SCOTT: No. Absolutely did not. SARAH: I just got those! SCOTT: Mm-kay. They are not allowed in the jail. SARAH: So I can't even smoke a cigarette [indistinct]. SCOTT: Nope. [voices in hallway] SARAH: And what am I supposed to do with my car? SCOTT: It'll be fine where it is. When you get down there, you'll have free phones. You'll be able to call. SARAH: Wh- As soon as possible? SCOTT: Yeah. Once you get down there, they get you booked in, you'll be able to use the phone in the, in the waiting area- SARAH: Well, how long will that take? Cause I need to talk to Brian. SCOTT: Don't know. It depends how busy, how quickly they can get you through. I would say within the hour. It's a free phone call- SARAH: [indistinct] OFFICER: Yeah. SCOTT: in the lobby. It's a free phone call. OFFICER: All I'm doing is bringing you there to sign some papers [indistinct]. SCOTT: She has no clue. SARAH: So, can I ask you? Or, whoever it is. SCOTT: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Um. Those holding cells? The holding cells? OFFICER: Mm-hmm. SARAH: Am I gonna be put in one of those? OFFICER: I don't know. SARAH: 'Cause last time I had a panic attack. SCOTT: Okay. OFFICER: We'll let them know that. I don't know. SCOTT: Yeah. Well, you're- you're familiar with the big bay. As long as you go in and you act civil to them, they'll set you in the big bay. And you'll be left there for awhile. SARAH: Can you request that while I'm there? SCOTT: No, that's not up to us. We don't work at the jail. OFFICER: As long, as long as- What he's saying is- You don't act like- SCOTT: If you go in and act like this? You'll go in and they'll put you in the big bay. If you go in there screaming and kicking and yelling and cursing- SARAH: Why would I do that? SCOTT: I don't know. I'm just letting you know, that's what happens. That's how they weed people out. If you go in acting like this- SARAH: Should I ask for the big bay? SCOTT: No. They'll put you there, long as you're acting like this. SARAH: Uh, yeah, 'cause the last time I had a major panic attack in those little things. SCOTT: Okay. [both speaking] OFFICER: I don't know. CHELSEA: All right. [both speaking] SCOTT: Yup. CHELSEA: Change the cuffs. [indistinct] OFFICER: Go ahead, stand up. [both speaking] SCOTT: I have not [indistinct] SARAH: So what am I going to do with my purse? OFFICER: Against the wall. SARAH: Oh, sorry. OFFICER: Your purse can still come, but the cigarettes and stuff can't. So. [handcuffs click] SCOTT: I put [indistinct] so, my bad. OFFICER: Oh no, it's all good. Mine are [indistinct], so. [handcuffs clicking] SARAH: What made you all decide to do this? SCOTT: [a little incredulous] Made us decide to do this? SARAH: Uh-huh. SCOTT: Jorge is dead. SARAH: You guys- I knew this was gonna happen. SCOTT: You did? Okay. [both speaking] SCOTT: Well, we did- SARAH: So I came down here willingly. SCOTT: Yeah. Absolutely. [handcuffs ratcheting] SCOTT: We were trying to figure out what's going on. We're still trying to figure out what's going on. SARAH: Unintentionally. SCOTT: Well... Intentional or not, Jorge is dead. [voices outside door, indistinct] You act like, when you say "unintentionally," that absolves you from everything. NARRATOR: Sarah Boone was arrested on charges of second-degree murder and held without bail. She was then escorted out of the building and transported to a booking facility. [distant traffic noise] SARAH: Why is she videotaping? OFFICER: [indistinct] SCOTT: We are in a public place. OFFICER: Now, face the car. [no audio] NARRATOR: Sarah Boone is set to appear before a judge for a pre-trial conference on January 17, 2023. According to court officials, the trial is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 30th. It was expected to start in early 2022 but was rescheduled for November 2022 before being pushed back. On December 19, 2022, Boone's most recent court-appointed attorney, Frank Bankowitz, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. He stated he felt he could no longer provide effective counsel to Sarah due to irreconcilable differences. Had the motion been granted, he would have become the sixth attorney to withdraw from Sarah's case, albeit for various reasons, including legitimate conflicts of interest. For example, one public defender assigned to represent Sarah had previously defended Jorge Torres against Sarah in a domestic violence case. Naturally, his motion to withdraw was granted. One withdrawal was due to unavailability, another was replaced by Sarah, and yet another cited an adversarial relationship. On December 27 Judge Wooten denied Bankowitz's motion. Instead, he ordered Bankowitz to coordinate a meeting with Sarah before the January 17 pre-trial conference. As of the time of this upload, the trial start date of January 30 still stands. What are your thoughts on this case? Based on the information you are aware of at this point in time, do you suspect the death of Jorge Torres was accidental or intentional? As usual, feel free to share your thoughts below. [no audio] ♬ ♪♫ ♫♪ ◸ Captioned by: Pineapples Foster Media Services ◹ ◣ YouTube: @PFMediaServices ◢
