I feel like I only upload videos to my second channel of cases that just really make me angry this actually happened a while ago but the trial just happened the sentencing and everything no Hema Graber was a 66 year old teacher she taught in a city called Fairfield it has about 10 000 people there pretty small town what I like the most about her is well what I read is that after she finishes a school day she goes and takes a walk in the park this is something I just really admire because I think taking a moment for yourself taking a moment to just be in nature to detox from a really stressful day it's just really beautiful like that is her moment and that is her time but something really awful happened on one of her walks recently but I just I need to take a minute really quick teachers go through so much and we all know that teachers don't get paid enough for it when you're a teacher you're responsible for every single child in your class and everything is always your fault I can think of very few jobs where at the end of the day every single day there's something that people are putting the blame on you for and that's like almost something you kind of have to accept as a teacher not saying that you should but that's just what happened so at the end of the day knowing all she wants to do all she wants to do is take a [ __ ] walk sorry I just I just that's all she wants to do back in 2021 and there were two boys Jeremy Goodale and Willard Miller they're both about 16 years old at the time and they're buddies they're boys right well Willard isn't doing very well in school I I mean I don't know about all of his grades but the one in particular that he was upset about was Spanish class he felt like Graber his teacher was I don't know giving him a hard time or that he was undeserving of the grade he said later when he talked to investigators that it was weighing down his GPA he sets aside some time to talk to his teacher Miss Graber I don't really have a lot of details about how the conversation went but I mean what what are you supposed to say your grade usually reflects your work and sometimes if you're going through a tough time teachers can be really empathetic and maybe give you a little bump on a test or maybe an essay or something if that that helps your overall grade but they're not just going to slide you up 10 points I'm not really sure what Willard expected of this conversation but it didn't go the way that I guess he wanted it to will decides to call his friend Jeremy and I'm not kidding he tells Jeremy that he wants to kill her the crazy thing to me that I mean like I feel like I understand and maybe will just isn't fully grasping In This Moment is your grade is completely within your control oh my God this happened in November you're telling me there's a whole nother semester coming up to retake the class she left work that day and she went on her walk as usual but what she didn't know is waiting at the park were will and Jeremy with a baseball bat I don't know what level of delusion in psychopathy you would have to be at to beat a 66 year old woman to death over a bad grade they hit her with the bat and they dragged her off the trail and they beat her to death with the bat at the park that she would regularly go on her walks just to relax calm herself down and detox after a long day at work and that's where she died they put her back in her own van they took her keys put her in the van and a witness saw the van leaving the park with two boys in it and so they drove it down some Rural Street somewhere dropped the van off and left it oh I'm just going to give you a minute to guess how they got caught I'll give you a hint there's 16 and they're [ __ ] bragging on Snapchat they were talking about how they drug her body off the road and they buried her under like a tarp and some railroad ties railroad ties are those big long wooden blocks that you see they put her under the tarp threw some stuff on top of her and then they went off started bragging about it on Snapchat now of course Miss Graber doesn't show up to school the next couple of days investigation launches students start to talk and they get picked up I don't know how this happened can you guys imagine if one of your boys hit you up on Discord and he's like yo I got a bad grade like I want to kill my teacher like I can't even say it I mean I just said it but like I had I had trouble okay I had a lot of difficulty they picked these two up and the kicker is that Willard will the guy that got the bad grade he said that he organized it but he claims that he didn't touch her now germ me is a little bit more open in the conversation and he says that they both beat her and he said that he believed that he had dealt the final hit to her meanwhile will said that you know he never did anything and I'm like you mean you mean to tell me that you think the investigators are going to believe that it was your grade it was your idea and your 16 year old friend just did all the dirty work for you when they actually did the autopsy it was very obvious that she was being hit by two different people coming in from different directions at different philosophies it's very obvious that they were both attacking her brutally I believe they're both 18 now but even before this has happened in 2021 they're both being tried as adults of the two Iowa teens charged with beating their Spanish teacher to death did an about face today in court Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale both changed their pleas to guilty in the murder of noheema Graber local 5's Mary sugden joins us to break down what we're learning Miss Stephanie Miller's trial was scheduled to start this week and Goodale was set to testify against him but none of that is happening after today's stunning turn of events with both teens admitting to the crime I just think it's funny that they both have big lips like I I don't know why like very rarely I I don't know I I don't even know what I'm trying to say there's just something funny about it although their stories of what happened still differ one after the other Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale entered please of guilty in the beating death of noema Graber we have [Music] it one of those significant differences is the fact Goodale had agreed to someone said don't lump all big lip people in with them hey hey hey I I am also I am also a person with big lips but look these boys look like they got the Kylie lip kit on okay Goodale had agreed to testify against Miller in his trial which was set to start this week while that trial will no longer happen we know some of what Goodale planned to say just for clarification Jeremy is the friend that joined up with him the other guy will is the one that got a bad grade I meant um Willard Miller at Chautauqua Park he had the intent to kill Mrs Graver Jaden had brought um a bat among other supplies to go through with the murder and after he had struck no hemogram we then moved her off of the trail Goodale's attorney asked if it was Miller who first attacked Graber Goodell's account is in direct conflict with what Miller claims happened well never hit the Spanish teacher with a bat Goodell admits in his testimony to joining Miller and striking Graber before she died these are his attorneys trying to save base and get him a lesser sentence by him not admitting to a lot of what happened but at the end of the day if if the judge if people don't believe him and they're like dude you're lying like do y'all believe that he didn't hit her multiple times and prosecutors are recommending a sentence between 30 years in life in prison with the possibility of parole for Miller for good ill they're asking for something in life with the possibility of parole and that sentencing will come for each teen on a later date get him out of here
