My fat ass is all out of breath >> onto onto this street westbound south of the actual Barack Center. >> At the same time, other officers secure the area, ensuring no one else is in danger. This careful balance between investigation and safety demonstrates how law enforcement handles unfolding situations in real time >> towards the park. Yeah. >> So me and Sha will go up here. >> Yeah, shell cas are right there by >> by Abbott. All right, I'll see if we can pick them back up. See if they run. >> They might have blood over there. No one heard it, but they might have a blood splatter right there. >> I've got a witness that said he saw three kids, 14 to 16, wearing black. One was on a bike. The one with the 33 was not on the bike and they took off eastbound from right there. Right there >> the street here. [Music] 13. The same individual who moments ago pulled the trigger is now relying on the very people he tried to harm. >> Your wife shot. It's going to hurt, dude. It's going to not feel good. But >> but this will save you. >> One more. >> There you go. >> Where are you shot? >> On your leg. Right here. >> All right. >> He threw something. I knew he threw it. >> I saw him pitch it. >> These are the very same people who push a police officer to the point of firing his weapon, only to sit moments later screaming in pain as a tourniquet is applied.
