You can't don't >> license registration of blue chance to jail. We're done. Face the card. >> If you have a heart, if you have a heart, she said, "Can you call the principal?" Yo, just like somebody in chat said a second ago, they said, "Why? Why she asking for the principal? What's he going to do? Put the cop in detention?" Best of body cam. Mom thinks traffic laws don't apply during school drop off. Oh, don't don't embarrass me at school. Oh, don't do it. >> On March 3rd, 2025, an officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal left turn into a school parking lot. >> New dispatch message. Call my >> You're You're getting stopped. >> Location. >> You still can't make that left turn. >> How am I going to get to the school? >> It's still there. >> Start. >> Okay. How are you going to get to the school? I don't know where this is going to go, but I just have to say for me personally, if if they are saying that there is an illegal left turn into the school, it means that it's probably a safety hazard for young children that are walking home or there's certain areas that you're not supposed to do certain stuff. The way it comes off to me immediately like a messed up left turn. Sure, that sounds a little dumb. Like, you know, we all be doing U-turns we're not supposed to do or something, but like I really don't like it being at a school. So, I was a walker back in the day. That's what they called us, a walker when you like walk home, you know? And so like mom's zipping around. Oh, she better not be drunk either. Oh, I'm about to get mad. I'm about to get mad. Don't take it personal. I understand. If it's hours of operation, but I just need to get to the school to drop off my daughter. I'm late. So, if I was cutting it into traffic, that makes sense. >> Well, that makes sense. >> Okay. >> I'm not doing that. >> So, >> no, we're not doing that. I didn't commit a crime. >> Okay. >> I did not commit a crime. This is what you're going to you're going to let her go to the school. >> Wait, what? Why are we dragging the kid out like that? >> And as soon as you're done with that, I need your license, registration, insurance. >> So you either So I literally told you made that left hand turn where there's a listen. So let me explain something to you, right? >> Okay. So once you guys saw that she was like dragging her kid out of the car, wasn't she? Hello school. If you refuse to give that to me, you're going to take the ride today. >> Yeah. You're going to put me in jail. >> You're going to go to jail. >> I'm telling you right now. So, I need your license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> Okay. >> We We know each other. >> We know each other. You know who I am. >> I have no idea who you are. >> That's not a good thing. >> You do. >> You start back here, but I'm going to keep >> this here. Next time I'm going to tell I'm talk to the principal right now, too. >> Um, when you come back out, you getting a ticket. >> So, like I said, I need your license. So, like I said, I need your license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> I I really like that this cop didn't like chase her down while she had her kid with her and like waited to get the kid inside of school. And then now, okay, let's let's get you that ticket. >> This is the last time I'm going to ask you. >> Let me know. You can call a supervisor. What did I do? >> So, I'm going to tell you this. I'm asking right now. I need your license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> Supervisor, come. I will. You can't. Don't. Don't. >> License, registration, approve for insurance. You're going to jail. We're done. We're done. >> We're done. We're done. No. No. We're done. We're done. We're done. Stop. >> We're done. We're done. We're done with this. Thank you. Give me another hand. Give me another hand. Give me the other arm. >> No. >> Stop and give me the other arm. We're done. We're done with this. We're not playing this. >> You can't. Literally, Karen, I asked for the supervisor. This isn't a restaurant. This isn't IHOP, sister >> doing this today. Nope. No, we're not. We're not. You refused to give it to me. >> Stop. >> Give me a reason to stop. >> I'm done with this. I'm not playing this game with you today. You're going to jail. >> Oh, why did I >> stop? >> I would stop my daughter. Sir, you can't >> I told you already. We're done. >> You have to call somebody to pick her up. >> You're done. I asked. No, you just told me you're not. >> I said call a supervisor and let me go get it. >> Stop moving your arm. Can you follow me? But you've been bullying me. >> Okay, ma'am. I don't know you. I >> don't. Stop. >> What did I go to chair for? >> Resisting. >> Resisting for what? >> For what? >> I'm telling I'm an adult. >> Sir, I work for the city of Dean. >> Okay, that has nothing to do with me. >> Listen, nobody literally car. >> Face the car. >> Can I shut off my car? >> Face No. >> What am I going to jail for? >> Resisting. But what if I resist for? I >> I You told me to get your license for resistation and then you grabbed me. >> We're done. >> We're not doing this today. >> Excuse me. Can you call the principal? >> That's okay. >> Wait. She said, "Can you call the principal?" Yo, just like somebody in chat said a second ago, they said, "Why? Why is she asking for the principal? What's he going to do? Put the cop in detention? >> Going to stop anything?" >> He's putting me in jail. >> Yes. >> Literally for dropping off my daughter in school. >> No, that's not why he's putting you in jail. because you made an illegal turn in a school zone which could be hazardous. Usually those are usually those lines are drawn because there have been accidents that have happened there or maybe kids are crossing there and if you are dropping your child off there then they are active school hours. >> Please follow me. >> The principal can't >> that's why I really don't like this cuz it bothers me. It's in a school zone. >> We're done. >> Don't take me. Listen. >> No, you're going listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. Give me a chance. >> Listen, I'm going to ruin my life on myself. >> I gave you multiple chances. >> I said I'll call a supervisor. It's actually going to be nice and get it for you. >> Face your car. >> Listen, I'm doing this to >> We're done. >> Listen, >> we're done. Face your car. >> If you have a heart if you have a heart with me. Face your car. >> No, no, no, no, no. You ain't going to come at me with that Arya Christia lip. Y'all see that? She just got the top lip color on. You are not coming at me with that Arya lip talking about some Have a heart. Have a heart. Listen to me. >> Face the car, >> please. Nope. We're done. >> You have to take the ride today. >> Listen. Nope. >> Listen to me. I've never been to Listen. >> That's fine. >> Listen. >> We're done. >> Listen to me. >> Nope. >> There's no listen in my life right now. If you do this, please listen. >> And my kids know this. >> Listen, Garner is being so mean to me right now. He asked me for my license registration and and I was going to go get he just grabbed me. >> Okay, ma'am. Let me ask you this. >> Um >> I never he when he initiated the traffic stop, did he ask you for youration? >> No, he didn't later. Did he did? >> Okay. >> And I said, "Listen, >> so when he initiated the traffic stop, you exited the vehicle." >> I went to take my kid. >> Okay. Did he ask you for or did he advise you of a traffic stop? Okay. >> No, he didn't tell me was the reason he stopped me. >> Okay. Did he advise you there was a traffic stop? It wasn't it. No, he said license. He got out. >> Okay. So, >> you I'm sorry. You just lying at this point, lady. Come on. >> You got out of the vehicle and >> you got out and he asked for license, registration, and insurance >> in after when I started walking away. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then you said, >> listen, I said I'm going to drop off my kid. I didn't commit because that left turn it doesn't say does when there's no blinking lights. I just spoke to the assistant principal and they said that doesn't that right. >> It doesn't say that. >> It right. That's what I'm saying. That's why I >> says no left tenant >> but I didn't >> you can take my listen on listen okay listen I understand everything you're going but I'm about to I got hired for the city of Atlanta I will give you my license and registration >> okay >> I don't want to ruin my future I just had an issue with gardener >> I just I just want to get this straight so >> are you supervisor >> okay listen >> that's why I'm here >> okay thank you for okay I've been listen issue before >> he say he doesn't remember. Okay. >> Okay. >> He's little. >> I just need to replay his reaction. She said, "We've had issues before." Yo, when that guy said, "I don't know you." I believe that man. And then also, look at his facial expression when she claims that they had a problem before. I don't know what's going to happen next, but just look at his face. >> Before he said he doesn't remember, okay, >> he's a little mean. Okay, he is. I'm sorry that I was a little mean to you because you've been mean to me earlier. Do you understand that we we interact with a lot of people every single day? So we don't >> mean to me and I said good morning to you and you were mean to me and actually you and I was being nice. >> Ma'am, um flattering is not going to go. >> I'm not saying that. You're right. You're right. You're being professional. >> Let me let me ask you this. Um he initiated his lights. >> Um he got out of the you got out of the car to drop off your child. He got out of the vehicle, asked for your license, registration, and insurance. Dude, yo, hold on. Look. She, you know, she talking to people at the at the PTA meeting about this tonight. I sure would. I sure would. Flash a picture on the way. >> Oh, he got out of the vehicle, asked for your license, registration, and >> she talked about this at the bank. >> He said you were dropping off your child >> and what what crime did I commit? And then he didn't tell me nothing. >> All right. So, when you came back, did he ask you for your license, registration, and insurance? >> Yes. And then I was like, can I get a supervisor? And I was really going to give it to him. At the end of the day, I was walking. Hey, if you look at the camera, >> let me let me explain something to you. All right, let me let me let me just be honest with you. All right, that's not how this works. All right, when anyone when any law enforcement officer initiates their lights, that is a traffic stop. That is a legal detention. You don't have a legal right to walk away. >> All right? So, him letting you >> escort your child into the school, >> that was a courtesy have to do. >> He could have hooked you up right then and there. And that says a lot, right? Secondly, secondly, when my law enforcement officers ask you for license, registration, and insurance, >> you are legally obligated to provide that. >> This is the supervisor you wanted at any point in time. >> Wait, do you guys think she's going to turn? This is the supervisor that she wanted and now he is not able to be manipulated. Similar that we've seen in other videos before, her face is already changing. In another life, I'm a PTA mom. I'm a PTA mom with >> one kid, just one. >> And my husband's rich. >> And I don't have anything to do except head up the bake sales and just chat with everybody. And I know everybody's stuff. I know everybody's tea. I know everybody's family. So that's me in another life. I dream of that life. But this life is this life is badass. But that totally that would so be me. That's some of y'all. You guys are living the good life. Good life. >> Are legally law enforcement officers ask you for license, registration, and insurance. >> You are legally obligated to provide that. If you fail to do that at any point in time, you are failing to identify yourself on a legal detention and you will be arrested. >> Going to give it to you where you get in the car. >> Okay. >> So, when my deputy asked you for your information >> on more than one occasion and you failed to do that? I No, I was I swear look at the camera. I was opening my door to get it and then he's like more than happy unless you walk. It's hard for me. >> Yeah, you you can't. I was literally opening the door to go get it and then he grabbed me. >> Okay, >> but listen. Let me place her in the vehicle. Let me uh >> listen. Can I ask you a question? >> We're going to the >> You can You can go into the car. You can ask me in the >> Can I tell you something? >> What's up? >> I got hired from the city of the van. >> Okay. Please don't take me. Give me a ticket >> inside the car. >> Do me a favor. Go ahead and take a seat in the vehicle. I'm going to watch his video and then I'll make my determination. >> Oh, he's going to watch the video right now. >> Do me a favor and get in the vehicle. >> Also, I got to say this lady is not belligerent. She's not like all over the place, but she is simply annoying. Oh my god, the PTA moms are watching this. Wow, we really are living in modern times. >> Inside. >> Can I apologize? >> Inside. >> Can you please step in the vehicle? >> Uh, my feet. My feet. I'm sorry. Okay. >> Flashback. >> Okay. >> I did not commit a crime. >> This is what you're going to you're going to know. You know who I am. >> I have no idea who you are. everything. So, I'm going to tell her I'm going talk to the principal right now, too. >> End of flashback. >> Okay. >> So, once you try to kick off in the school, you're >> So, literally, as you're getting out of the car, you told her that this is a traffic stop. >> You know, you drive through the reason of the stop. >> And she started arguing right off the bat. >> Mhm. >> I've seen enough. [Music] >> I've seen enough. >> Um, I watched the video. >> I was video. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Pause. >> All right. I watched the video. >> All right. On three separate. [Music] >> Okay. I'm sorry. Okay. >> Get over here, Christina. You're late for school. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> I know we've had problems before, [ __ ] >> I'm sorry. Pause. >> Occasions. My deputy asked you for your license, registration, and insurance. >> And on three separate occasions, you decided No, you decided to argue with him. You're right. >> Right. I watched the video. >> Right. Right. Listen, you are right. >> And then on the third time, right before he took you into custody, >> he asked for it >> and I was >> and you told him no. >> I did it. >> Yeah. You told him no. >> And to call for a supervisor and then you started walking towards your car. Okay. >> So, >> yeah. >> Based on what I saw in the video, >> please don't. Please. I >> You are being arrested. >> Listen. >> Is there someone that we can call to come collect the the vehicle and the dog >> or at least the dog >> in the car? >> I will be more than happy to have to move that vehicle into a parking spot, but as of right now, >> listen. >> No, we're we're we're not going to sit here and argue with you. >> No, listen. I'm I'm not arguing. I'm apologizing. That's what I'm doing. And also, I want to remind you guys right here, if these officers were to let her go after this encounter, what would happen? Her ego would go through the roof and she would think that she's able to talk herself out of anything. She would think that there are no consequences for her actions, just minor confrontations and a little scare, but no real repercussions. Nothing would change after this. If anything, her ego might actually become even more inflated. So, it is actually very important for them to push for she's going to get a slap on the wrist. She's going to have to go to jail. She's going to have to go through some court stuff. She probably will have some issues with her job, but only then will she actually think about things like this. But if they don't, she's just going to do it again. Probably times two. Um, and then the other thing is when people like this get away with this behavior with law enforcement officers, they then go do things to their family that are two times worse because they think, "Well, if I can get away with it with the law, you definitely have no power here." And any of you guys that have had a parent that had the cops called on them or evaded some type of um legal or criminal kind of thing, you've seen it before. They get a freaking god complex, but who gets punished for it afterwards? You. Who do they demonstrate their god complex on? You. It. She has to go. Goodbye. I have very little very little sympathy for this one. >> Okay. So, is there somebody that we can call? >> Okay. Is it somebody? I need somebody that can come collect the dog at the very least. >> If it's on my phone. >> Oh, that's some fake tears. >> You got her phone. >> Can you untype this? It's a little tight. All right, face that way. >> I don't want to lose my >> face that way. >> Face that way. >> All right. >> You should have thought of that before you decided to argue with my deputy about a traffic stop. This would have been a simple ticket. >> Yep. >> Had you. >> True. >> Help. I don't have nobody for my kids. Please guys, >> you going to have to call somebody >> and my kids, please. >> Or the state going to have to come pick them up. You call somebody. >> Listen to me. Look at me, Garner. I'm sorry. >> I understand that. But no matter what, I still want to apologize. Okay. I had a little grudge at home. >> She sounds so fake. It's kind of scary. >> Who's baby mama? I don't talk. >> Okay. What's her name? >> Baby mama. >> Stephanie. >> Baby mama. >> Hey, Stephanie. >> Is there anything else I can assist you with today? >> Sorry, she's on the call. >> They just called somebody from >> I got to hear I got to hear this conversation. Look, I was all into it when they called Corey in the other video. Stephanie, >> I full. You got anything on you that's going to stick without me? >> No. Turn off. >> Hey, Stephanie. This is uh Sergeant Dino at the sheriff's office. >> Come here. >> Um is currently being arrested. Um and we have >> she has the dog in the car. >> Is there any way that you can come and at least at the very least collect the the dog? >> What is she being arrested for? >> For failure to identify. Stephanie >> failure to identify like herself. >> Yeah, she was on a traffic stop. She failed to provide her her documentation on a legal traffic stop. >> So, um she's going to be arrested. Um >> anything else on you or in you any of the jails have anything tucked up in? Yeah, just let them know before you get out there. >> You don't look like you would talk, but it's a >> my daughter in school. >> Okay. >> Yeah, the the the child's in school. Yeah. is when I made the left turn. I didn't even know that was a a a traffic stop. So I Okay. >> It ain't even her kid and you were dragging her around like that. >> You ain't ever picking up my kid again. You ain't ever >> Oh my god. >> So, um is there any way that you can come collect the dog or >> Okay. About how long will it take for pissed. >> I got >> She's [Music] Stephanie. Stephanie, come get the dog. Come get the dog. Dude, this is getting Yo, the 2025 crossover video. It's too much. so much.
