Both the officer and suspect were transported to the hospital with non-lifethreatening injuries. His trial was scheduled for October 2023, but when the date arrived, Smith failed to appear, an arrest warrant was issued. The following footage takes place nearly 3 years later as officers arrive at his residence to take him into custody. He knows we're hearing yourself with your hands up. You will not be harmed.
