It's almost time for Narc Week. But, not quite. That's right, Narc Week is coming back this May. And if you didn't know what Narc Week was, I mean, it's exactly what I just said it was. It's a week, seven days, where you can get gaslit in your own home once again to have that holiday family feeling all over again. Yes, that's right. I will be bringing you seven videos every day, back-to-back narcissists. We will figure out a little submission way to do it since a lot of you guys loved Narc Week last year. It's back. But, until we get there, I might have another one for you. >> So, when she came up to you, what what did she say? >> She said you need to leave. >> Oh, so she was going to try to force you to >> Yes. >> Stop speaking to me like I'm a >> Well, because you I don't understand what you're not understanding. Just cuz you believe that does not make that is not. >> Just because you believe that doesn't mean >> It's not what I believe. >> That's not a good argument. >> She was really with me cuz I told her I was the chief operations officer. Oh, that's a title. That's a title. You're throwing out titles. >> Chief Operations Officer is a pretty good title. It's pretty high-paying and responsible title. Also, if I became the COO, I'm telling everybody. What, you think I'm going to just post that on LinkedIn one time and that's going to be it? No, I'm introducing myself with that title like I got a doctorate, okay? That's a hard one to get. Let's put some respect on my girl's name. Oh. >> Staff at a daycare center [music] called 911 after a mom assaulted an employee. The culprit, Jessica, came into the daycare hot-headed and with demands before aggressively approaching [music] a staff member and cornering her. When officers arrive, Jessica's already gone, but in the daycare, everything is on tape. >> I got to say, so far, the person they're saying is the mom seems frustrated or maybe a little calm, you know? But, I'm like, we'll see what happens. But, the thing that's crazy to me is like daycare workers have to deal with a lot of crap from parents. Like, it takes a lot to make a daycare worker call the police on a parent cuz they just be coming in and sometimes having bad days all the time and the daycare workers be chilling, you know? So, let's let's see what's going on. >> Um like with specific staff members or just everybody in [music] general? >> Well, see, she got upset with me cuz I was smiling when I was having a conversation. So, she told me when I when we when you I would appreciate it when you talk to me, you know, smile. And I'm like, crap, like what am I supposed to do, you know? >> Yeah. >> So, she did that first and then afterwards she was like, "What?" >> Um he's going to take a while. >> She was just like, "Uh >> the long walk to the cure. >> I don't appreciate you like >> He's going to call us. >> talking to me like that. Like, I don't know whatever. So, like like she wasn't upset cuz she wanted me to be upset with her. And I told her I can't give you the same, you know? So, then she was upset and she's like, "Well, she would appreciate it if I didn't smile at her when I when I I would have conversations with her." >> And [clears throat] before she's never had problems with you or you've never dealt with her? >> Well, yes, I but the day before that, that this was yesterday when she asked me that, you know, the day before she took [laughter] out a phone and she was just recording us. Our our own assistant director she's not going to shut up. >> [laughter] >> All right. So, it's okay. >> Um the day before >> Dude, one thing I've noticed is lately I've been seeing videos where people are showing somebody recording them and like guys, the posture when somebody is recording somebody else and there's something tense going on is so rude. You know what I'm talking about? When like there when they're sitting there and they're like, "Oh, yeah? [screaming] What are you going to do? Oh, yeah? What are you going to do?" Like, this is so aggressive. Like, I don't like that. >> And I'm like, we're just trying to have a conversation and she's like, "You just sat here taking legal action." She we never said anything legal, nothing ever. Um but she's like, "You're you're cornering me." And we're literally like there's cameras there for your protection, our protection. And then she's like, "Well, you're cornering me." >> How long have you has she been here? >> Oh, I don't I don't know. Maybe. >> But since you've been here, have she been here with her children here? >> I I I'm on all the locations. >> Oh, okay. >> But I've been here this week. >> Oh, okay. >> out There was once that it started with me um a few weeks ago. >> Mhm. >> That she got really angry with me cuz I told her I was the chief operations officer. Oh, that's a title. That's a title. You're throwing out titles. I'm like, "Okay, I'm just telling you that I've been here >> [laughter] >> a lot, you know?" You just never So, she she came at me like literally with her phone. Yes. And so, I was like, you know, I you turn away from her and try to not get confrontational with her because she's just I don't know. She's just I don't know. She's just I don't know. She's just I don't know. She's just I don't >> And when he has them, yeah. But I think he's out of town right now. >> Oh, okay. Does he act like the same way as her or no? He's completely >> years ago, I guess they said there was something with him. >> Mhm. >> But he hasn't since. Now, he he told Lupe the other day that she's unstable. >> Oh. >> Um >> Unstable. >> Yeah. He he told her she's unstable, she's mentally unstable. I'm sorry. I don't know >> Oh, that she is. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> No no no, not that Lupe is. >> Yeah. >> No, that she is. >> That she is. >> Yeah. >> Oh, I got you. >> He's like, "But please don't disenroll my kids. It's the most stable place we have for them." >> Yeah. >> So, Lupe is like, you know, "No." I don't know who she was calling. Oh, she said she called law enforcement, too. >> Yo, uh people that are like if you work in daycare or if you're a teacher or something, is there a thing where if you like work with a kid for a while, then eventually you meet their parents, you're like, "Oh, this is where it came from." >> [laughter] >> I would be doing that all day. >> Yeah, she said she was calling the cops on us for her. >> [laughter] >> That's so funny. >> Yeah, I know. >> Yeah, he said that nobody wanted to make contact with us or call us. That's why we didn't come earlier. We >> Oh, wow. >> Yeah. >> Oh, no. >> He said no contact. I don't want to mess with this. Let's see. >> Okay. >> Part of it. Yes, ma'am. >> Hey, are you going to give her a no trespass order? >> Oh. >> Uh you're on speaker, okay? >> Okay. Oh, I said that like I was there. >> You have a no trespass order so she doesn't come back anymore. >> Oh, she's that bad. >> Mental, huh? >> Okay, it seems like we have a lot of people that are in child care education here. Guys, how bad does it have to be for somebody to get the police called on them to and to have a no trespass order? >> He can advise her that um >> Yeah, as long as I talk to her I can tell her that you guys don't want her on the property anymore and that's her. >> Okay. If she were to return, then what's my option then? >> Uh if you want to press your charges, then we charge you with the trespassing. >> Who was she talking to? >> The mom. >> Oh, the cop. >> She has a daughter. >> to me because I'm explaining I'm explaining to her, you know, >> Oh, this is the video. >> and then he started badgering my employee, you know, and she's insisting on me on her, you know, signing off this so no cell policy and I told her she's I can't sign anything for you. I So she kept on de-escalating you needed to de-escalate. I said I'm not yelling at you, you know. She's just very argumentative and she's >> [laughter] >> I spoke to her ex-husband and he says you know he's not going to give anyone his number. >> Oh, no. >> So I told him that. So she's not she doesn't understand that she is arguing and she's being disrespectful and so he says yeah, you know, he's really saying he tried to work with her because of the children, you know, the three little girls and I had a I had a nice conversation with her yesterday. She promised, you know, she apologized that >> Okay. We thought it was >> And then I told her anything that you need to communicate has got to be through email because >> Yeah, don't come here. >> any confrontation with the employees because once she gets a hold of one she won't let you go. >> Dude. I got to see what she's like. Oh, okay, wait. Chat, these are the chapters that it's going to go through. So, here's the daycare staff story and the next it's the footage of the assault. They show it. And then the first confrontation with the mom, okay. Okay. All right, we haven't even met our star yet. >> And then it becomes a question and answer session with her and she doesn't stop and it becomes, you know, emotionally haunting towards the employee and for me she gets so nervous that you just don't become comfortable anymore because she's just terrible. She's bad. >> She's bad. >> So, she needs to see waiting she comes by and going to definitely >> Notice she's pointing at us. >> Yeah, she's pointing at her at the camera. >> Yeah, cuz she's talking to you. She maybe has the message or something or that she >> Oh, that's just watching her. >> Yeah, so So, I don't know if she thinks because she said she she was reporting us. >> But she gets to think it. >> Yeah, does she think that our recording is her recording? >> Because she got in your face. That's I thought she was going to come at you for it. >> That's her in the yellow. >> You What did she tell you you can get out? >> Yeah, yeah. >> This is harassment. Get out of my presence. >> in my presence is harassment. And she >> I'm not doing anything. >> [laughter] >> Seems like she's really unstable. >> Yeah, very unstable. >> And she like even like when she she won't look at you. >> Mhm. >> So, like even if you try to have a conversation like her eyes are like >> Looking at her or else. >> Okay, my guess just based on the information we've heard is that when we meet this woman her mechanism is going to be to try to make the other person feel as small as possible and to hoard all of the power for herself and this is my theory because one, when the lady said, "I am the COO." which is a really high title, she immediately diminished all of her years of hard work to earn that title and said, "What Oh, big title. Nice. Blah, blah." Basically, who cares? And you could actually see the lady in green when she redescribed this moment, her shoulders kind of sunk in and she shrunk. She literally shrunk and you can even see in this like video when she sits back down, she kind of Look, she's in her own damn office and she's sitting down over here, you know, hands tucked between her legs like she did something wrong. And then also, they say that this lady doesn't Oh, I'll play it again with the chat moved. They said that this lady won't make eye contact with you sometimes. That's another way to dehumanize you. It's like you're not even worthy of me making eye contact with you. And then, when they finally do make eye contact with you, it's usually to say something cutting or sharp afterwards, but you're so excited by the eye contact that you matter that you fully pay attention and that's what they want. But we'll see. Like look, this is her relaxed state, like sat back, hand in pocket, like just like chilling. And then her with her like phone in her hands between her legs like a little kid after the confrontation with that lady. But okay, here we go. >> Or she was recording us. >> [laughter] >> What is she Because she got in your face. I thought I thought she was going to come at you for a second cuz she like you What did she tell you you can get out? >> Yeah, yeah. Yeah. >> Get out of my presence. >> Yeah, wow. She Yeah. >> I said I'm not going anywhere. >> Seems like she's really unstable. >> Yeah, very unstable. >> And she like even like when she she won't look at you. So like even if you try to have a conversation, like her eyes are like No, like they're like dozing off. I don't know if she >> Like you think I could talk to her like that? >> Show them the video of the hospital how she's doing that to people in the community. >> Yeah. >> Um I don't know. I don't know. Um >> antidepressants or like >> But nothing like a narcotic? >> Wait, really quick, just cuz somebody mentioned this in chat. Hal said, "Eye contact is so hard for me even with people I trust." Do not ever worry that anyone would conflate you having difficulty having eye contact with the way that they're describing this woman's. Because people have to decode a set of behaviors, and those behaviors combined will kind of help us discern what energy this person's putting out. So if you're having trouble making eye contact because that's just your nature, plus you're nervous, your arms are kind of like folded, you have like a certain posture, I'm going to be able to detect that you're just nervous or you're not good at making eye contact. But if you're aggressive, getting in people's space, only making selective eye contact, making like rude statements, then I'm going to take that whole pattern together and then put together another picture of your intentions. You know what I mean? Yeah, it's like giving context to one behavior. So don't ever worry that if you do one thing, you're going to get lumped in with these people. There's a There's a whole spectrum like of behaviors that have to wrap their arms around it. >> I don't know. I don't know. Um antidepressants or like >> But nothing like a narcotic? >> Because you can tell where she's like talking to you, like her eyes are like I don't know how to I don't know what that's called. >> Like slow movement >> Yeah, like she's >> Slow movement >> It's like she's >> She's not connecting. She's not connecting. You know, like when you make eye contact with somebody, you make eye contact. You know, she doesn't >> She doesn't do that. >> So if she comes for me, how fast do you think they'll get there? >> Well, you would say [laughter] I would say 911. >> Oh. >> That's a competition. >> He's had to call to this number that came in. >> Call 911. And what What telling you guys there? >> That she was harassing her. >> And she was harassing her. >> And then we had to go see >> All right, take me to the woman. >> Did you feel like she was going to hit you? >> Yeah, she came out That's why I was like I was like that's what I'm telling you. I'm I don't know what she'll do. >> So right there, all right, now I I do have a charge. So would you like to pursue charges? >> Oh, she said yes. >> [screaming] >> She made me feel Look look at how I had to sit down and sit back. I'm like I'm out of your way, you know, cuz I wanted her to leave. >> I got you. >> I love that she's pressing charges cuz I'm going to be honest, guys. Like the last 15 years of my life, I have been the bigger person and let people get away with so much stuff and honestly, girl, I wish I didn't. I I wish I didn't cuz sometimes you got to let people know not to with you and it's okay to do that. Usually being the bigger person or not calling things out benefits an abuser. Sorry, I said it. Usually does, but sometimes it can protect your reputation, image, whatever. You can listen, take it with a grain of salt, but sometimes these people and she should absolutely press charges. >> And she did that to me. >> Let her know. >> If you can go back at the video not yesterday, but the day before, she does that to both of us. >> Yes. Okay. >> And she gets in our faces. >> Those are the days. >> um >> And we had called back then and I guess I guess somebody showed up. >> That was Not What was yesterday? Wednesday? >> Can you Can you go back to that and then play it slow? >> Okay. Those are her kids, yes. Take my kids. >> So for that, I do have the charge. So So when she came up to you, what what did she say? >> She said you need to leave. >> Oh, so she was going to try to force you. >> Okay, I'm going to skip ahead a little bit. >> finally takes a call with Jessica and confronts her about her behavior. >> Oh my god. >> Hello. Is this Jessica? >> Oh my god. >> Yes. >> Hey Jessica, this is Officer Donahue. >> Hi, how are you? >> I'm doing all right. So in first your earlier at Children's Garden. >> Okay. >> So, uh right now, they want you to be trespassed from all their properties. So, this is my call letting you know that your permission to be on their property is being taken away. >> You're no longer allowed >> allowed with any Children's Garden in the city of Las Cruces to be on their property. >> Okay. Yes, sir. Thank you for letting me know. >> Okay. So, also, I'll let you know due to the incident that occurred and I watched the video footage >> They're going to press charges. >> uh you are going to be receiving a charge of an assault. uh >> What? >> So, I will be putting that warrant out for your arrest. >> For what, sir? >> I just told you for assault. >> I know, but for what? >> For going at the staff members and getting in her face. >> I have a video of her getting in my face. >> you do. I watched the video footage right now, ma'am. You could dispute that in court after we go through the process, but I'm just letting you know, do not come to the properties again or you're going to just add charges to you. >> I thought she just walked up to the lady and like got in her face, but either way, I understand the daycare workers not wanting her to come in anymore. Like it feels scary. >> uh for trespassing, which they did say that they would pursue charges if you came back to the property. >> I'm not going to the property, but I did not assault anyone. I'm not giving you any more information, sir. I did not assault anyone. >> That's fine. I could just add that charge to to the assault. >> I did not assault >> you did. It shows you walking up to staff member and getting in her face. She gets scared and she sits down. >> Yeah. See, that that's the part it's very obvious that she was intimidated or afraid of that lady and like personally for me, that that's enough for me cuz people should feel safe doing their jobs. Like that's enough for me. >> That's not assault. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. >> didn't assault >> Because she was in fear of receiving a battery. >> Sir, I said could you please leave because we have we've had confrontations. >> She told her to leave the daycare. >> How are you going to ask her to leave in her own workplace? >> What? >> to proceed with the arrest. He makes his way to meet Jessica at the ECEC D 2. >> Oh my god, we're going to meet Jessica. >> filing a complaint [music] against the daycare for mistreating her children. >> Okay. Oh god. >> Are you going to stay in here or you want to step out right here in the >> [screaming] >> little area right here? >> I want to talk to you about being arrested. >> Yeah, you want to come right here and talk to me? >> Yeah, but these are my two children. >> Okay. >> Can I Sorry, I'm doing investigations stuff. You think you're not able to find somebody to pick them up or that's not what I'm understanding, right? >> I don't have family members here. My ex-husband is He's on vacation. I can't get a hold of him. >> Okay. >> So, I would like to speak to you about the arrest because I feel like there's things that you that you're not aware of. >> No, I >> I mean, he saw the footage. >> the video footage. So, I have enough to charge you. That's what I'm telling you. Like there's no way around that. >> No, no, no, but you but you don't know the whole the whole situation. I You didn't hear the audio. I didn't I didn't say that I was going to do anything to her. I said, "Please leave because there's complications." >> I Okay, the craziest trait that I've gotten as I've gotten older, now that I'm in my 30s, is like I do this when I'm pissed. If I'm like really overwhelmed or I'm really angry, some sometimes it could be overwhelmed, I will start talking really slow. >> [laughter] >> So, I'm wondering, I mean, she might just be overwhelmed by the interaction, but she might be super pissed. >> was going to do anything to her. I said, "Please leave because there was conversation between me >> Someone said, "I think she's on a uh >> video. >> I got you. And if it's a a video of any other day, it's irrelevant to wreck out. >> I know that's irrelevant >> and your actions that you did. >> I didn't do anything. >> Uh real quick, you you need to take care of the >> Wait, is she being arrested? >> Yeah. >> Okay, so I'm going to need you to call in a sky report cuz if we have the kiddos here that can't be picked up, you'll need to call Sky. You got the number for Sky? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay, yeah, just call Sky and then he'll come in as an E and I won't be the investigator assigned, but they asked me for help. So, we'll need a character for obviously for the kids. We can't have her leaving with the kids. >> Is she leaving them here? >> No, this isn't a Yeah, this isn't a daycare. >> Yeah, that's all I was saying. >> Yeah, so we can't just like she'll have to be here if they're here. >> Really shotty blockouts by this channel, man. >> And you don't know where the father is right now? >> And the father's on a business trip and he'll be back on Sunday. >> On Sunday? >> But I would like to speak to you about >> Yeah, that's what I said. You want to step out here and we can talk about >> This one is so strange cuz she's so calm. >> Sir, >> Okay. >> I did not assault her. I did not >> That's That's not what we're going >> Dude, you did not just Tommy Wiseau, girl. It was too perfect. I read that on screen and I was like, "Please don't say it like that. Please don't say it exactly like that." >> I did not hit her. It's not true. It's I did not hit her. I did not. >> She did. >> I did not assault her. I did not >> That's That's not We're not going to talk about that cuz that's already done. I watched the video footage. I got their statements of what the incident caused. I saw you walk up to her face and then she backs up and then she sits down. Just cuz she was saying that you were going to hit her. All right? Just cuz you didn't put your pads on does not mean you can >> What did the employees say? >> That you came and you started issues at the facility. This is the third day that you got here harassing staff and getting in their face and trying to force them to sign in. >> Can I Can I show you videos? >> Yeah, you can show >> I don't >> Are we going to see her videos actually? >> This all started about a couple weeks ago, maybe a month ago. I can't remember at the time, but I I made a complaint with them. My daughter's autistic. She's been soiling in her pants and her her underwear and they have not been monitoring her. I asked them and they said, "Can you guys >> Mhm. >> There's emails that I wrote and I sent to Tiffany which is the owner and I told them I don't I went through a divorce and I'm temporarily living at my sister's house. They kept calling me different things on policies. That wasn't true. >> This lady's just like, "Okay, excuse me, move." >> That wasn't what? >> That wasn't true. So, here's So, I'm going to start showing you the Okay, so yesterday a police officer came to my house and I told them This was yesterday. So, here's the date. Here is the video. This was about >> You You didn't show me anything. >> I'm trying to get to >> I got you, but if you're talking to me about a different investigation that another officer did, that's not relevant to now. >> I >> And that has no bearing on my decision on my case right now that I got called out for. >> This is her trapping me into things that I cannot record because I felt unsafe, okay? >> I'm so tired of aggressors being the ones saying that they felt unsafe. Like, we have seen so many videos where somebody's recording, they have dominant posture, they're like bigger than the person, they're clearly unafraid. Obviously, people will present in a lot of different ways in a lot of different situations, but some of you guys have really good pattern recognition and you can tell the person is not afraid, they are lying. So, her saying I was recording cuz I was afraid when I literally saw that lady shrink down like a little kid and put her hands between her legs. I don't think you were afraid, I think you were fully in control. So, don't try to prey on my empathy and lie in this situation cuz that that just pisses me off so much because if somebody tells me that they're afraid, my first instinct is to believe them. I've been talking about this a lot lately, how annoyed I am that people have learned that they can prey on people's empathy and say, "I'm having this or I'm having that." And my first instinct is going to believe you, but some people are lying, man. >> So, please watch the video. I don't know why it's not being loud. >> What Jessica doesn't seem to understand is that this officer is confronting her about her unacceptable behavior from today. >> Any past incidents are irrelevant and will not influence this case or the officer's decision. >> Your actions, what you did during that and that verbal altercation or whatever you're going to call it >> Wait, is she about to do something? >> I I don't need to hear audio. I don't I don't get what >> Wait, also, this is one of my favorite liar tropes ever. Have you guys ever had somebody that was like trying to prove something? They were like, "Yeah, I got all the receipts. I got all the proof. Here." And they start sending you stuff, but you realize the things that they're sending you, whether it's videos or texts or anything, don't match up to what they were trying to say happened at all. There is a very specific type of person that will say a whole narrative and then attach like false or over complicated receipts or videos and they'll just really you guys have seen you guys have had a person do this before, right? It's like mind-blowing to me. I've had like two people do this in the past like year or two that I'm like, why did you even send me this? And like they like in their mind they're like, yeah, that's definitive proof that what I said happened and like you can clearly see I'm like, why would you do this? Like you've just made yourself look even more insane. It's a very specific type of person. It's so strange. >> I don't remember exactly what I said, but I said to >> Say so what your actions on what that in incident that occurred that I watched on video of >> you what I said at I know exactly what I said. >> That's fine. You don't have to tell me anything. It's off of the statement of what she was and she's the victim in this right now because you came out and All right, just cuz you were good does not make it is not. >> Just because you believe that doesn't >> It's not what I believe. It's what you said. >> with the other lady. I'm I'm I'm cemented. I'm cemented. Look, hey, y'all know I'm a little overly empathetic sometimes and I'll be giving these people I'm like, let me evaluate. But what nah, I'm with the daycare lady. I'm with her. I'll show you the facts. >> Those people are not being truthful. That's >> They're all liars but not not I. >> Don't bring your cell phone in because I don't want to be recorded. That's why they have that there because I was bringing in my cell phone >> And if they asked you not to, why would you record on still? >> I didn't record them. I didn't bring in my cell phone. >> But you just >> trying to get them to sign that form that said, do not bring cell phones in the establishment. >> What do you mean? Why why why wouldn't I be able to do that? >> Why did you want that? They don't need to do that. >> Okay, and then they didn't. >> Yeah, I get you. But that's when the altercation occurred and you started getting a little verbal aggressive with him. >> No. Don't make this all about me being the verbal aggressor. >> Don't make this all about what is actually happening, okay? Let's continue to focus on the things that are not true, but help my case, okay, sir? Let's get back to that. Let's stop being honest, okay? Let's stop trying to make me take any accountability. Let's stop trying to, you know, pursue the charges that she put against Why don't we stop all of that? Why don't we go have a cigarette? >> [laughter] >> I'm sorry. I didn't know what I was going to say after that, but crackhead behavior. >> I'm here I'm here about just one part that was today this morning when you went to the child's garden. >> But you did not hear any any audio. You just >> need to see hear audio whole part. Don't you get it I don't need to I saw what she said. >> I'm a >> Well, because you I don't understand >> here. Is she I I don't need to get I do understand. >> Are you sure? Then why do you keep bringing it up? >> Then why I do understand. You're speaking to me like that. >> I'm not I'm not being disrespectful. I'm the facts of the case. You're not understanding that you keep bringing up the same thing. >> disrespectful. >> You can take it as disrespectful as you want, but that's not what it is. >> Please be more respectful. >> Please be more respectful. >> I'm trying to show you something. >> Trigger identified. Please be more respectful when I'm giving you every ounce of respect I have. Please be more respectful. I can't even decode that one. I can't even decode it because it's getting in the it's a it's shutting down. The brain is shutting down. I can't decode that one. I'm going to We're going to we'll come back to it. >> I don't know what part of the investigation that you're not understanding that you keep bringing up the same thing. >> disrespectful. >> That's being disrespectful. >> That's not what it is. >> Please be more respectful. I'm being respectful to you. I'm trying to show you something. >> Okay. I figured it out. And this And what I mean by that is the first four words of what I'm about to say popped into my brain, and I'm going to complete them as I talk about this in real time. When you state something clearly to someone multiple times in a conversation, and then you finally muster the strength to basically drop the mic and say once again in a couple sentences very clearly, "What you just said is objectively not true." And then they fire back with something to make you doubt yourself, and then something to make you doubt yourself, and then a third layer of making you doubt yourself, you then go into a state of confusion. Because it's like, "How could you possibly say what you just said after I have laid it out clearly for you?" That's what it is. That's why it's triggering me. I'm going to be so nitpicky here cuz I did just go psycho mode for it in a second. Okay. I want you to listen to this. He shows basically no weakness in all of his arguments. Like he is pretty firm on, "No, this is what happened, and this is what's happening." Like he's pretty firm all the way throughout. But if you listen here, she got him when he said, "That's When she said, 'That's being disrespectful.'" To the point that he defends himself or he retorts in a way that he she can tell, "Oh, that's a weak point." And she acts on it. So this is why I say like with these people you got to gray rock them so damn hard, man. Cuz she she she picked up on it. I'll play this part back, and then we'll just keep watching. >> Are you sure? Then why do you keep bringing it up? >> Go right. >> That he's clearly frustrated. >> Please stop speaking to me like that. >> That was not disrespectful. I'm not I'm not being disrespectful. I'm telling you the facts of the case. If I'm working with you if you're taking it that way, that's not what I'm telling you right >> No, you said that you I don't know what it is that you don't understand. That's being disrespectful. >> No, I I don't know what part of the investigation that you're not understanding that you keep bringing up the same thing. >> disrespectful. >> You can take it as disrespectful as you want, but that's not what it is. >> Please be more respectful. I'm being respectful to you. I'm trying to show you something. Please. >> Again, you're trying to show me something from another case that you already called officers on. >> Do you not want to see it? >> It has no relevance or bearing on the case I have right now because you already showed me another officer that was at this location. >> She looked at her with judgement. >> Okay, then we're not having this discussion. It's fine. >> You don't want to have a conversation with me right now. >> I don't care. You just told me you just told me >> That's how Excuse me. Excuse me. >> Aggressive. >> I'm still talking. I'm still talking and listen to me. You just told me that you're involving legal. You just told me Yes, you did. I have it on recording, ma'am. Yes, I do. >> And why didn't you tell me that this is not assault? >> You just told me that you're going to involve legal. Okay. And you better not touch my phone. You better not touch my phone. I am going to exit. >> They asked you to leave the property. >> Don't you dare touch me. >> No, this was today. This was yesterday. This was yesterday today. >> Somebody said it's worse. >> And you said you called the officers already. >> They didn't tell me we had a phone call. We didn't have a We had a conversation that I could still bring my children in there. So, I brought them in on to Wednesday and Thursday and it happened Thursday. So, you're telling me >> You know, my favorite is when people get in your space and then tell you to get away from them. Like, people really be doing that >> Back up. Back up. Get away from me. Get away from me. I feel scared, I'm scared, I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. Like, people really do that. >> Okay, so I'm telling you right now >> Can you tell me that this is not assault? >> Okay, so I know that you like to be in control of everything >> I'm not. >> and right now you're not going to be in control. Don't put your hand in my face. >> I know. >> Don't put your hand in my >> That hand is disrespectful. >> Don't come close to me, ma'am, and don't step towards me, okay? So, I'm going to tell you right now you're being charged with an assault. Listen. Listen. Stop talking or I'll put you in handcuffs. >> Oh. >> He's using the cop tactics on her. >> So, then stop talking. So, stop talking, Jessica. I know you like to be in control of everything, but not in this one. >> Girl, his hand is fine. She hit him with the and he's just holding the pen talking. Come on, girl. >> Don't >> So, >> No. That's not true. >> You know, just put your hands behind your back. >> I won't >> Don't put your hands behind >> I won't go outside. Please don't do anything with my foot. >> Ma'am, don't pull away. >> me. You're hurting me. >> Ma'am, don't resist. >> I'm going to start recording. >> I'm going to start recording. Jessica, please. Okay, skipping through here, but she does resist the arrest. >> tells the officer >> I said I'm on my property. Let go of me. Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Take a seat. >> I am allowed to have my phone on >> a female detainee. >> I'm allowed to have my phone on my my property. >> Move your foot. >> I'm a law abiding on my property. >> What's interesting about her approach, I haven't really seen this approach too much in videos. It's the same tactics just really put under a calm voice. Um but what I think about is strange about her is I've seen more aggressive tactics and tools with other people even though she's literally going in for assault. God, hers like even still confuses me and bothers me. Man, I can barely even decode it. It's It's yeah, confusion gets me bad, dude. >> So this is what's going on now, all right? I'm going to give you the two citations for the charges, but I'm going to let you go right now. You're not going to jail. I'll give you the citation because there's nobody else to care for your children, all right? And I don't want to have them go with CWF right now. I'd rather them just go with you home. >> Thank you. >> You understand? >> Yes, I will take the citation and I'll pay whatever you >> Okay, no, no, no. You're just going to have to go to court and then we'll go from there, okay? So just hang out for me real quick and then we'll go on our on that, okay? All right. >> And I appreciate you letting me keep my children because her birthday's tomorrow. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And and even though you don't like me, I can tell. >> I have no judgment towards you. I'm just doing what the facts say, ma'am. I don't go on any I don't pick anybody's side. I just go off of what the facts are. >> Okay, but you didn't listen to my side. >> Yeah, but yours already were documented with another officer. So I don't have like my call is this right now. >> I They're still going to probably process the assault charge cuz the other lady said she wanted to press charges. I don't hate that he was straightforward with her and then still was like, "Okay, I'll let you go today, but we are going to come back for these charges, but today we'll let you go." I I don't I don't hate that. That's true. >> Stop. Just go home. You did. >> Okay, like I said, you could you could fight that in court. >> Yeah, I am going to. I didn't charge at her. >> Okay. >> It's still >> Okay, so what we're going to do is he's going to send you a link. You can upload all those videos and we're going to review those videos, okay? That link is going to be >> [laughter] >> He said to her, "Hey, we're going to give you a chance to talk. Go ahead and upload your videos and we'll take a look. You can see the look on her face." >> link you're going to upload all those videos and we're going to review those videos, okay? That link is going to be there. >> [laughter] >> Okay, we're going to upload and review those videos. Okay, so >> [laughter] >> Like, dude, the look around is crazy. >> I would hope cool down. We don't. I'll send her the link right now, sir. We're going to send you a link. We have no other means of doing this. >> Wha- Oh my god. >> 5 minutes to see if the phone's going to cool down or not. >> She said that her phone had overheated. Okay. >> Another 5 minutes after that, another 5 minutes after that. >> If it's If it's longer than 5 minutes, >> And the the video that you're going to show me is going to be What is the video you're going to show me? >> Oh, so now she has assaulted you. Got it. >> Um I can't remember. I have to look at the the date. >> Okay, we will take the video, we will review it, and we'll go from there, okay? >> Okay, but I'm asking you to wait 5 minutes. If it's going to take longer than 5 minutes, then >> Okay, we're going to send you the link. >> You just told me that you were going to watch the video. >> I did. >> Okay. So, 5 minutes is not a long time. Okay, so this is I'll send you >> Hi, dude. >> I would like both of you in here cuz I I I don't feel safe with just one. >> Okay, he's over there. He's talking to somebody else in another part of the investigation. Ma'am, it's not you for you to determine the tactics that we're going to use. You're showing me the video or we're going to leave. >> You just told me >> She literally just forced him to stay for {quote} 5 minutes to show him this video. She said, "You can't stay for 5 minutes?" Really, you can't stay for 5 minutes? So, he stays and then they go in the room for her to show him the video and then she moves the goal post again and says, "Okay, but I need somebody else in here because I don't want to just have one of you." Like, what do you think is going to happen in between these two glass doors at Child Protective Services? >> We're going to go. >> told me on video that that both of us >> We're done here. >> Okay, goodbye. >> Have a good day. Hey, Joe. We're done here. >> All right, never mind. I can't believe that he's letting him go. >> Hot. He's over here. >> In the end, Jessica got away with a citation and a court date. And while she seemed grateful at first, as soon as the cuffs came off, [music] she went straight back to arguing and belittling the officers. Props to the officers for keeping their cool throughout >> Got it. I'm not surprised.
