Best of Jim Caram. I'm just kidding. Best of body cam. Florida couple refuses to pay tab and it leads to a DUI arrest. But what's going on in Florida? What's going on? If you're not willing to pay, they're going to press charges for you for theft because you're you're not paying them their bill. What do you mean why? >> You can't just drink all you want and then walk away. No, >> it's a little bit overpriced. >> Yeah, you shouldn't a drink. It was your choice to buy those drinks. >> On December 29th, 2024, police responded to a local restaurant for a couple refusing to pay their tab. >> Get there. Don't move. >> Yeah, we're still kind of in front of the restaurant. >> Turn the vehicle off. Sit. Sit down. Turn the vehicle off. >> My wife is drunk. What I was waiting for was >> My wife is drunk. You're drunk, too, buddy. So, you both were here drinking. >> We're here. We're eating. We've been here before. It's not an issue. >> I said, "Honey, pay please." She's a little drunk. She's being >> Hold on one second. Stay right there. >> 22. I'm only 10:12 with the male. The female, I think, is still in the restaurant. >> I'm not supposed to. This is why I'm sitting in the car waiting for her. >> Uhhuh. >> And I'm telling her, "Honey, please pay for the bill. Let's get an Uber. Let's get out of here." >> But why are you guys trying to Why are you trying to get an Uber? Because I can't drive. >> Why can't you drive? >> Because my license is suspended. >> Suspended. Okay. >> Wow. So, what the officer just did there was she basically got the confirmation because she already saw him in the car. You can't even be sitting there with the keys in the vehicle if you're drunk, you know. So, he's already been in the vehicle and now she just kind of got him where he he can't drive home tonight at all. What is she wearing? She's wearing a beige uh bottom, sandals, and I think uh like a purple top or something. >> All right. All right. Give me one second. Okay. Here. I'm just going to close the door behind you. Stand right here for me. Keep your hands out your pocket. You don't have your weapons on you. All right. Turn around. Let me just pat you down real quick. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> You're good. Relax. All >> right. So, he said his license is suspended. He was parked where you are and then he started pulling this way when I pulled up behind you behind. >> He said he's waiting for his wife. Uh that she's supposed to be paying the bill. >> The reason we're here, first of all, >> is there's a dispute about the bill. All right. We know your wife is still over there, so we don't know what's going on over there, but they told us that you were getting in the car that you possibly under the influence. So, we wanted to make sure you weren't going nowhere. >> No, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just waiting for her. >> You literally go somewhere. >> All right. It gets to a point. It's like, "Honey, >> with your wife or the waiting?" >> No, we're we're with my wife. >> With your wife. >> The waiting and no one's We've been here a million times. She gets a little drunk and she dusts. >> Okay. So, nothing got physical though, right? No, just verbal. Yes, sir. Just >> Well, listen. We gota we gota make sure you >> could ask the staff. You could ask everybody. Listen, >> I got Well, Danny's in there. Check. >> You could ask everybody. It's just her being obnoxious. How about that? >> I got it. >> All right. I'm sorry. >> So, were you waiting for her or you were going to >> I'm waiting. No, no, I'm No, I'm not going to leave my wife. >> Well, I don't know. You said you were arguing. I don't know if >> it was never an argument. It was honey. >> Can you please >> mind you, we're getting his version of events. Somebody else will get his wife's version of events. And then whose version of events do we really need? The bartender or the manager that called the police. >> I went to the bathroom to pee. >> Mhm. >> And I come back. She still has to pay the bill. >> So she stops playing and she's got credit cards. She got all that. She's got So I have >> Okay. And so if she's not willing to pay, you're willing to pay? >> Yes. Yes, I'd be willing. >> All right, let me go see if I can find her real quick. >> Okay, we're getting paid. >> Hi to pay. >> Well, husband said she he's willing to pay if she's not. He >> That's her husband. >> Yeah, I guess he's trying to get her to leave and pay and she's not listening to him. >> He's trying to get her to leave and not pay and leave. And I was like, >> he said he's willing to pay. He just needs her to leave. >> He's having trouble getting her out of the bar. So >> this must be the manager. >> We'll get one of them to pay. If not, we will definitely crush >> all. >> Hi, Lordis. >> Hi, Officer Hernandez at the Gardens Police Department. So, the manager here is going to want you off the property. Okay. So, do you mind why? Cuz you are definitely intoxicated and they don't want you here anymore. Okay. >> Yo, that is just the voice of trouble. The police are here. Her boyfriend's trying to get away. The bartender's waiting for her to pay. And then they said, "Ma'am, you can't be here." And she goes, "Why? You about to start trouble, lady. >> Police Department. So, the manager here is going to want you off the property. Okay. >> So, do you want Why? Because you are definitely intoxicated and they don't want you here anymore. Okay. Cuz you were refusing to pay. >> So, they just want you off the property now. Okay. >> I didn't say that to pay. >> Is it Is the bill paid now? Did you pay already? >> No. >> I would love for her to pay the bill. >> Okay. Well, her husband >> Her husband was telling them that he's willing to pay as soon as she leaves the park. Are you willing to pay the bill or do we need to get your husband to come pay it? >> I would pay the bill. >> Pay pay the bill so we can leave. >> If we can negotiate how much negotiating the bill is the bill >> manager, >> the lady there's no Yeah, there's no negotiating. It's whatever the price is on the menu is the price. You can't tell them that you're going to pay a different amount. >> $2434. Yeah, that's a hefty bill. >> What are you drinking? >> A little bit less. >> Okay, Lordes. If you're not willing to pay, they're going to press charges for you for theft because you're you're not paying them their bill. What do you mean why? >> You can't just drink all you want and then walk away. >> No, >> it's a little bit overpriced. >> Then you shouldn't have drank. It was your choice to buy those drinks. >> You should have looked at the prices before you guys came here. >> Okay. So, >> right. Listen, listen. We're not going to go back and forth. It's either you're going to pay the bill, your husband's going to pay the bill, or you're going to be prosecuted, you're going to be arrested, and then you're going to go to jail. Okay? It's it's one of those three options, okay? If you're willing to leave, your husband's going to pay. If you're willing to pay pay the bill, that way you guys can go home because if not, then things are going to get ugly. Okay? We have other calls that we have to attend to. So, what's it going to be? >> It's not going to be that much money. >> It is that much money cuz look at the bill. Look at the pricing on it. >> That's a lot of money though. >> Well, it's an expensive restaurant. What do you expect? >> You ordered it. >> It's not It's not McDonald's. >> 100 less than what I would pay. >> No. >> Why not? >> Cuz that's the pricing on the >> I love a good deal. I love a little negotiation. I've never heard of anybody sitting down at a restaurant looking at their bill and saying, "I'll give you 125." All no deal. Okay. Well, then you get nothing. What? I'm calling the police. menu. >> But but nothing. >> But they all Ben and Chad said that couple is getting a free show. Girl, you are so right. Cuz these people in the back, look, chat, there we are in the video again. There [laughter] we are. Dinner in a show. >> But they own the place, right? >> I'm about to just go to Florida and start walking around. >> We don't We don't own anything, love. I think $100 less would be very fair. >> That's fine. Okay. >> But you're still going to pay the full price enough over here. >> I would pay it right now, but I think it's fair. >> Okay. Well, you can pay the full price now and then you can take that up with the manager. Okay. >> Okay. Then you need to write a piece of paper that says I paid this much money tonight to leave and then I refuse to pay the other $100. >> No, that's not how it happened. >> No, no, no, no. It's not. No, it's not. >> No, no, no. >> I already told you what's going to happen. >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me. >> I live in Florida. >> Yes. So do we all. >> Okay. Okay. >> President Trump says I have [laughter] right what I want here. Excuse me. I have my full 100%. >> No, not I am looking away when she plays [laughter] the President Trump card. And nobody's going to take me away. >> If you don't pay the bill and they for prosecute >> and nobody's going to take you away. Sorry, I got news, lady. They're I think they're about to take you away. Strong possibility that you are about to be taken away. >> Which they do. Yeah, you will go away. >> I will pay the bill. >> Okay. So, pay the bill. >> No, no, I will pay the bill. You need to tell me that it's this much money, etc. Right. >> I'm going to pay that. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, the receipt right there says right there $243. >> So, that's what you're going to be paying. >> All your wine glasses of wine were $15 each. >> $15 for wine. Well, hold on. Let me say in my ideal world, $6 to $8 per glass. That's my ideal. But, you know, that's happy hour out the box. 14 or $15 in Florida for like a not like bottom shelf like wine. That's pretty standard. It's not like they were charging her $27 a glass like they do over here in LA. $14 that that's a drink. That's just the price of a drink. >> So that's what you're going to be paying. >> All your wine glasses of wine were $15 each. So, at the very beginning, >> we got there's a boyfriend here. >> I told him when they first were sitting here, I said, "Give me your card. Give me your card." Because they were disputing who was going to pay. I said, "It's real simple. I'll split it right down the center." And he got pissed off and he left. >> How long had you been here? >> They came in at three when I got here. >> They've had dinner. They've won. They started with produce. They had expensive, >> guys. They've been here since 3:00. So, it is now what? 8. They've been here for 5 hours. >> 5 hours. And they had a dessert at the very end. Ter and Teres. >> Oh, y'all was chilling. >> Pull out your wallet and give them the money that you're they're owed. >> This is This is the last chance. >> Okay. >> Pull out the wallet and give them the money you're owed. Your husband already gave you $200 to pay them. My husband. >> I'm talking to him right now. Your husband. >> He's not my husband. >> Okay. Whoever he is. He says you're his wife. So, there's a little confusion there, too. >> He paid $200 to give her $200. I promise. >> I'm his wife. Finally, the situationship is over. I'm sorry. That's what she was giving from me. >> Okay. Lord, pull out Lordes. [laughter] Pull out your wallet. >> No. >> Okay. >> He can't stand up. >> No. No. I'm going to do I'm going to do it. Then pull out your wallet and pay. >> He gave $200. >> He said he zeld you $200. >> That's between you. >> He's good for $200. >> It's on my camera. So, you're good. >> My camera's on, too. So, you're fine. >> I'm not going to get unless arrested or anything. >> I don't want to arrest you. I'm trying to avoid that. >> We just want you to pay the bill. They want you to pay the bill. That way, you can go home. >> That's it. You don't even have to tip them. Just pay them. >> No. Are you sure? >> Yeah. At this point, I I don't think they want to tip. They just want the bill paid. This one might be good. >> Put whichever one. >> Try that one. >> Let's try this one. Try that one. >> Oh, y'all don't have the money for everything that you just drank. Anybody else pick up on that? Yo, when you start going through the wallet and looking at the cars and you go, I think this one. [laughter] We know what that means. We know what that means. We're not going to do that. I don't go somewhere and ring up a tab that I just completely can't pay for. >> I don't know. >> I don't know. >> Guess we'll find out, right? >> That's all you had to do. >> Yeah, >> that's all you had to do before we got here. >> I don't know. How you getting home? >> I don't know. >> Yeah. >> It's up to him. >> Here. Go ahead. Sign. >> Yeah. >> Sign this. That's your card. >> And then what? >> And then we're done. >> Leave a tip if you want to leave. If not, then >> leave a tip. >> Leave a tip if you want to leave a tip. I don't think they care for a tip now with all this that you've been causing. >> A tip. >> Oh my lord. >> Perfect. >> And you said you were the manager, the owner. All right, Lord. Just listen. She's going to want you trespassed for 18 months. So, you're going to be trespassed from this restaurant for 18 months. If you come back tomorrow at the same time, you're going to be subject to arrest. I don't think you want that. We don't want that. Okay. Yo, everybody's facial expressions in this video are so nosy. [laughter] Like the lady that was back here are like, look at this. >> At the same time, you're going to be subject to arrest. I don't think you want that. We don't want that. Okay. So, your trespass from here from the restaurant for 18 months. >> Understood? >> Yes. So, you made it. >> You would have to send it to my home. >> Send what to your home? The receipt. >> No, no, no. >> Let me let me see that quick. >> I need you. Excuse me. >> What do you need to send to your house? >> I need you to send that information that you just told me. >> We don't send that to your house. >> To my house? No, no, no. In my house. It'll be in your mail. Yeah, it'll be in your mail. In the mail. >> I don't need this thing, but I need to make you do something to see how much control I have over you. And I'm going to make it difficult. Put it in the mail. first thing in the morning. >> I need you to do it >> now. We will. Once we finish the paperwork, we'll send it over. >> Right. >> Okay. We have to finish the paperwork and once you get off, we'll send it over. >> She needs her copy. She needs her copy. >> What copy? >> The top one that you signed. >> The one that you signed >> that she needs that copy. >> Why? >> Cuz they need that for the receipt. >> That's your copy. That one's my copy. >> They need that for the restaurant. >> This one's my copy. That one's your copy. That's how it works. Proof of payment. >> I need this. >> I guess you don't know. >> We're not going to do this right now. >> Here you go. Have a good night. Come on. Let's go. We're out of here. Let's go. >> Okay. >> Oh, great. We're 12 minutes in. There's 12 minutes left. The bill is paid. Manager looks happy. What could go wrong? I genuinely don't know what's about to happen. As you can see, I'm one of those people that when I'm watching a movie and we get to like a crazy turn, I have to pause to see how much time is left in the movie because I need to know how much of a ride are you taking me on? Am I going to get resolution? What is happening? Like I will Yep. I need to know. >> Let's go. Come on. >> And what? >> You're going to go home. Either you call an Uber or you find a ride. >> And what? >> And go home. Come on. >> And do what? >> You're going to go home and sleep. I don't know. You can figure it out. But you're getting out of here cuz you're trespassed. So, we need you to leave. >> Trespass. >> Okay. You would understand what we're saying. >> Whatever. >> Sorry, guys. >> Come on. We're going to go. We're going. >> She going to call in charge back. >> No problem. Yeah. No problem guys. >> Come on. >> This way. No, >> we're going this way. The car's over here. Come on. >> Not the clap. >> You're not sitting anywhere. >> How far can I sit? >> That was a loud applause. >> Yeah, keep going. >> Where? >> Keep going. >> We're walking towards it. >> Come on. >> Let's go. >> Actually, no. We're going to take it to the vehicle right here. That way you don't come back on property. Go through here. >> What? >> Is this your husband or boyfriend? >> No. >> Okay. >> Come on. Let's go. Florida. We're going over here. >> Let's go. >> How far? >> Watch your step. >> How far? >> No. Stop. >> We're helping you because there's a curb and you can't >> We were going to prop you guys together. >> Well, hold on. >> Go to the car. >> Yeah. Yeah. They're boyfriend girlfriend. >> Those already paid. >> Another reason to stay out of a toxic relationship. You might end up on a body cam with your crazy boyfriend. Whenever we see a couple on a body cam, they are always in a toxic relationship. I don't think we have ever really seen a body cam where the couple is not in a super toxic relationship. And you might be thinking, "Well, hold on, B. There's one." Maybe time and time again, they're both like little monsters. >> You have to show me. >> They'll say they're all set. They're all set. >> You're not listening. Turn around and get off the property yet? >> Yes. >> Okay. Yes. Come on. >> Come on. >> I'm trying to help you out and you're not listening. >> This is your vehicle, correct? >> Uh, yeah. >> Yes. >> So, you're going to stand here with the vehicle. >> I'm not going to drive it. >> You're not We're not saying you're driving. You're going to stand right there. >> They don't want you back here for 18 months. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you can't come back otherwise you'll be placed under arrest. You understand, sir? >> Okay. So, now the fact of the matter, you're behind the wheel, my man. And you can't you can't legally drive, period. You haven't had a license in a while. >> I'm not. You literally moved the car. The officer index. >> Your officer was behind me flashing me. What am I supposed to do? >> To gain your attention, not for you to leave. >> I didn't leave. All I did was move >> out. You don't have a license. Period. You shouldn't have been behind the wheel to begin with. >> Look, we went in for my wife. My understanding situation going through the plea. I already know I have a DUI. I know all that. I know that, dude. All I When she came behind me, all I did was move the car right there. >> But you shouldn't have been behind the wheel. >> All I'm doing is waiting for my wife. drink tonight. >> I had three um Oh my god. [music] >> Okay, I'm looking at the menu right now for the restaurant. So, they were here for about 5 hours. What we know is that the bill was about $240. Each glass of wine was coming in at about $14. We also know that they had a Terramisu. So, while looking at the website here, I'm going to scroll down at the bottom. Terramisu was $8.95. So, let's start with the general ballpark of $240. I want to say it was like $247. I think it was $247. Let's go with 247. So, 247 minus we'll say $9 here for the Terramisu. I'm looking at the menu. They're pretty well known for their pizzas. I am absolutely positive that these two had a pizza. We'll actually hike it up a little bit. We'll put it at the meat lovers, the large. So, that's $24.95. So, another minus $25 here. So, we're only at 200 $213 still. And then they probably had a pizza. They're older. They probably eat a little bit light. I'm going to say tiramisu pizza. Damn, dude. I think they probably only had like two other food things. So, I'm going to add on a French onion soup. She seems like a French onion soup lady. So, minus $9 for the French onion soup. And then let's add in one other thing. I don't even know if they ate this additional thing, but let's give it to them. a pasta. The pastas are coming in at $18.95. So, we'll round up to 19. So, minus $19. We're now at $185 once we take the food off. I will now divide 185 by 14 to see if we can get a general ballpark of how many drinks they may have had. Chat, this takes us to a possibility of 13.2 glasses of wine if they came in at $14. So split between them, I would say on average they had about six to seven GLASSES OF WINE. >> SIX. [screaming] >> Is everybody sitting down? The martinis that have vodka in them are actually $10.95. So the martinis, the vodka drinks are a little bit cheaper. But I looked on the list and out of the white wines and the red wines, the base prices start at $7.95. Most of the wines on the list are $7.95. There are less than 10 wines on the list that cost $14. There are also some that are $8.75 and some that are $10.95. So, she specifically ordered the most expensive glass of wine that [laughter] they had. Leaving >> here fixing to go home. Are you going somewhere else? >> No, I'm home. I took home. >> Well, I said, "Honey, >> pay the bill." And she started with this craziness in this. >> All right. So, listen, bro. Like I said, you was behind the wheel. That officer seen you. All right? You shouldn't have been behind the wheel, period. Legally, because you ain't got a license. And I also think that you might be under the influence. All right? Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety exercises? >> I know you already said out of your mouth that this ain't your first rodeo with DUI. Are you willing to do roadside exercises to dispel my concern that you're under the influence? If All right, dude. Like, first of all, all I'm caring about is my wife, okay? I pretty much I don't understand that. >> Dude, you guys are not married. >> Excuse me. I'm sorry. >> Cuz she just found out y'all were married. >> What is this you want me to do, man? >> All right. You got any medical condition with your eyes? >> I do have I have a I I take medicine. I have a bad hip. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. So, what's wrong with your glasses? Sunglasses. I hate being arrested. >> Just my glasses. >> Just glasses. That's the only thing I have with your eyes. >> I have You got a bad hip. You got a bad knee. >> Bad knee. Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, we're going to do some seated exercises then. All right. We going to go ahead and just wait right here. Let me grab one of these chairs. >> All right. So, you go ahead and take a seat right here. We ain't going to do nothing balance related, nothing walking related. >> My phone is in my back pocket. All right. >> Is he going to do it? >> Take a seat right there. >> He's going to do the field sobriety. >> All right. This first exercise, we're going to check out your eyes. All right. Okay. >> So, go ahead and just either put your glasses in your pocket on top of your head, just not on your face. >> All right. >> All right. Go ahead and bring your hands down to your sides. >> Down your sides. >> All right. You see this red light? You're going to sit up straight. Don't lean back. Sit up straight. Yep. You see this red light? Mhm. >> Make your head level. Yep. There you go. >> [gasps] >> Are you seeing what I'm seeing? He got that drunk determination that I'm about to pass this test. Pass this test. [laughter] I can see it in his eyes. HE WAS THE LOCK IN. >> YOU see this red light? >> Make your head level. Yep. There you go. >> Yeah. >> You're going to follow this with your eyes open. Keep your head still. Do you understand? >> So long, dude. He's ready. He's ready. Stay with >> He's eighth in this test. Look at him. >> Stay with the white. It's over here. >> God, come on. Wait, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. WHY AM I rooting for him? I I'm not bad. These people suck. Okay, but for the love of the game, I'm like, "Yeah, all right. Lock in. Let me let me see. Let me see. Oh, they Oh, we need a full Oh, we need a full move there, man. No. Oh. >> All right. For this next exercise, we need the finger and nose. Do you know your left from your right? >> B minus. If we can nail these next ones, we might have an average score to get us a 92 or higher. We might be able to. >> Oh, you guys take my left hand. >> Perfect. All right. So, go ahead and point your fingers like this. >> Kind of was a C. >> When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back approximately 45° and you're going to close your eyes. Watch me. >> All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head back approximately 45 degrees. You're going to close your eyes. All right. Go ahead and begin. That means tilt. >> Measure with my body like that. A >> little further. All right. Left. Bring it back down. Right. Bring it back down. Left. Bring it back down. Right. Bring it back down. All right, you can relax. All right, for this next exercise, go and bring your hands just like this. It doesn't matter which one's on top. When I tell you to begin, you're going to turn your top hand over and you're going to count one and you're >> Oh, I'm sorry. Did you just do the last exercise and you were getting ready to do this next one? Oh, I'm sorry I interrupted you. Let me get back to it. >> Doesn't matter. All right, you can relax. All right, for this next exercise, go and bring your hands just like this. >> Come on. Come on. Come on, chat. We'll do it together. We'll do it together. [laughter] >> Okay, >> bring it back down. I was ready. >> All right, you can relax. All right, for this next exercise, >> here we go, guys. >> You're going to bring your hands just like this. It doesn't matter which one's on top. When I tell you to begin, you're going to turn your top hand over and you're going to count one. >> Then you're going to turn it back over and you're going to count two. >> You're going to count when your hands make contact. Just like this. One, two, one, two. All right. >> You're going to increase in speed on your own. >> You're going to increase the speed on your own, but you're going to make sure that your fingers and your hands remain parallel to one another. Just like this. Don't do it. Just watch. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. This don't do it yourself. >> I don't understand the instructions. That's also a thing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't understand instructions while I have to just like do it. Okay. So, wait. Is it one, two, three, four? Is that it? I'm drunk. No, wait. Ayah chater. [laughter] Girl, come on. Girl, come on. It's me. It's me. Come on. Let me go. >> One, two, one, two. All right. You're going to increase in speed on your own. You're going to increase the speed on your own. But you're going to make sure that your fingers and your hands remain parallel to one another. Just like this. Don't do it. Just watch. One, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two, one, two. Until I tell you stop. >> All right. Go ahead and begin. >> One, two, one, two. One, two. two, two, one, two, one, two. >> All right. >> All right. For this next exercise, go ahead and bring your left fist into your chest. Just like this. >> B minus. >> Just like this. Yep. Right in the middle of your chest. >> Oh boy. I'm sorry, sir. It's >> fine. >> I wasn't expecting like all this over dinner, man. Yeah. Now bring your right fist in front of just like this. >> All right. Now hold that position. Don't start until I tell you. When I tell you to begin, you're going to move your fists in a step-like fashion away from your body just like so. Making contact between your fists. One, two, three, four. The next part, you're going to remember the way your fists end up. Then you're going to clap three times. >> Then you're going to bring your fist back to the memorized position. Then you're going to move them back in a step-like fashion towards your body. Again, making contact between your fist. Come on. Get back in the start position. >> Sir, one second, please. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Wait. Is he gonna repeat it? >> You're giving me a lot of information right now. Okay. One, two, three. >> I'm gonna show you. Hold on. Give me a second, please. I'm just being honest with you. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Just being sitting in the chair because my wife is drunk. All right. So, one, two. >> No, no, no. You can't anything. Stop. Your hands have to remain like this. I can explain everything, but you can't start the exercise prior till I tell you. So, go ahead and get back in the starter position. Oh my god. >> No. >> You all right? >> Is he about to cry? >> No, sir. I'm not I I didn't do anything wrong, sir. I'm looking out for my wife. >> Well, like I said, I'm okay. >> Okay. Sorry. I have to cut through the empathy here for a second. I'm getting better at this chat. Some of you will be happy for me. One, we need to remember he is drunk. He's extremely drunk. None of this is true. Two, he did get behind the motor vehicle. Three, he tried to leave the restaurant and not pay the bill at all. Four, he didn't tip any of the people when he sat there sitting in their section for five hours. It's probably actually two different bartenders as well. And then the next thing is he and this woman are not married. You saw her face when she was like, "Oh, my wife." He's using that to elicit empathy. Like, dude, yeah. And also, he already has a DUI. He knew that he shouldn't have been driving to this restaurant on the road to go drink for 5 hours with a lady that he is trying to date. >> You sitting in a driver's seat, sober or not, is wrong. You can't be in the driver's seat. >> All I'm doing is waiting for my wife. Sir, I'm waiting for I know I can't drive. Okay, whatever. >> Wait a minute. Did we all just get up in arms over a fake cry? It felt like the first second of the other one was real, but that one felt so fake. My god, boy. >> Do you not want to do this last exercise? >> I'll do it. >> All right, so let's get back because that that will be the exercise. >> Katie said, "Bose help. I still feel bad." You don't have to change the way you operate. You don't have to not feel bad. I I love that. And I tell you guys all the time, keep your light, keep your empathy, keep it. Just remember what it puts you at risk for, but it's a beautiful thing. So, keep it. And then if you can handle the ups and downs of it, then it's okay. >> Okay. Explain that. >> I'll explain. >> Give me a second. Just give me a second. I'm sorry. >> You can put your glasses on. >> I'm sorry. No, I don't need my glasses, sir. I don't I can't believe this woman is too Doesn't the matter worry about me? Okay, it starts here. >> All right, go ahead and begin. >> Yep. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 I can't do this one. >> Oh, no. I didn't clap in return. And then I missed the clapping return. >> He's not going to be able to do this. I can't even. >> This time you are being placed under arrest for driving under the influence. All right, guys. Stand up for me. >> Why don't they even just put him on the last test? Hi. >> What do you mean how? >> How? I don't understand. >> I don't Sir, I don't understand why you do this. >> What do you mean do though? >> Why am I being placed under arrest? >> Understand? Stand right there. >> Well, that that officer to your right saw you driving. She literally saw you operating. >> Flash me to move. >> I did not flash you to move. I pulled in behind you and you took off. >> I didn't tell you why. I parked right there. >> Right. >> DUI alcohol or drugs. DUI breath alcohol. 0.08. Dude, he was over the legal limit. I wonder how much. You're not driving for a while, my guy. Did they say his license was suspended, too? >> Words to you. >> Hold on. He want to say a couple words quickly. >> All right. He wants to say a couple words to you. >> Which words would he like to say? >> Your boyfriend or husband, whatever he is to you. >> He's right here. >> What does he want to say to me? Thank you. >> I already told you about this here >> that they're going to build. These lawyers are going to take over this. >> Go and bail me out. You go and bail me out. >> Oh my god. >> I was opening my mouth like that because you know what I just realized? I don't think they're boyfriend and girlfriend. They might be kind of going on a little date. Might be something loose. He never had the money and he wanted to take her out to a cute little spot, hang out all day, but he knew he never had the money for it. So then he roped her probably like using her own whatever crazy belief she has cuz she was talking about negotiating at a damn restaurant and he roped her and was like, "No, these people. This is too high. We shouldn't pay." And she goes, "Yeah." Did anybody else pick up on that or do you think something else? That's what I think. >> You go and bail me out. >> Oh my god. >> All right. I'll see you later. >> I'm going to jail. I'm going to jail. Let me the out. >> Yeah, he's kind He's kind of giving Tinder because obviously man's too old for me. I could see like a woman who's like in her 40s or 50s that's single, divorced or something and being like, "Oh, he's hot. He's manly. He like d like his demeanor was kind of like cool older guy in a way. The girls probably like it and he's a little tender swindler." That's just my guess. >> Separate from the vehicle. And then and then this calling for me. Let me make sure you don't have any weapons. >> And she was so surprised by it. I just have to make sure Lord is I appreciate your help. Hold on. Hold on. Let me just pull it off your shoulder a little bit. There you go. >> No weapon. >> There's no weapons. >> That's fine. I just want to make sure before you get in the back. >> I have no weapons. >> I have to make sure Lordes cuz I don't know who you are and I don't want my partner getting hurt. >> Is she going? Thank you. >> Thank you. All right. Go ahead and have a seat. Easy to get in. >> Going to get out. >> Oh, you're so behind. You're all behind. >> The seat belt's right there on your left side. If you can put that in. >> Yeah, you're so behind. You guys are so behind. >> Okay, here you can put your feet. >> I will put my foot there. >> Perfect. >> Y'all are so behind. Gosh. So, >> okay. Swing your legs around. >> It's taking so long. Come on. Come on. Come on. Take this. >> I think he was a little scammer. That's what I think.
