Guys, oh, body cam. Angry woman loses it and chases a 14-year-old on the sidewalk with her car. Now, look, I think we actually saw this as a Karen clip quite a while ago, but the body cam footage is now released. So, if this looks a little bit familiar, it might be because you saw the clip, but I don't think we've ever seen the full body cam. >> Welcome back to my videos. If you like watching body cams of insane people do insane things, I'm Bose, I'm Little I'm your host, and you can subscribe to my channel if you want to see a little man watch more body cams. Watch how this woman completely lose it when a 14-year-old rides his e-bike too fast. >> Yes, I will watch. >> What's going on today? I don't know if you've seen the videos over the incident that's happened Saturday. I've not seen the [snorts] videos. There's this lady trying to hit me. Oh my god. Oh, wow. >> That is the voice of a teenager, and this was their view as they rode their e-bike down a sidewalk. That's a car following them. And Flagler County deputies say the woman behind the wheel was driving after him on purpose. Okay, this is clearly a woman having a bad day and having a freak out and then taking it out on a child. Like, nobody is this mad over a kid being on an e-bike, no matter what they're doing. She put my child in danger. I understand that. >> Absolutely, yeah. Whatever it is, I don't care if we're stretching it to the max, I'm pressing charges. Yeah. >> Okay. Let me know when you got child endangerment and kidnapping. [snorts] the kid that cuz I don't know her intent. Yeah. Well, I mean, that's you can't really accept the kidnap, but Dude, I got video I love when parents set a good example of how you should be treated. It's so, so important. So, I just love that he's literally saying in front of his kid, I'm calling the police, we're pressing charges no matter what. We we don't give this woman an opportunity to respond in any capacity and talk her way out of it. She will be punished, there will be charges, and next. And like, that's just a really good example to set for your kids on how they should be treated cuz when you have parents that allow people to walk all over you or brush things off, then you turn into adult that brushes things off. So, I just love the way we're starting off here. Did you is that on the prepared live though the video? Okay, perfect. >> just give me 1 second. If this doesn't go anywhere, I'm I'm lawyering up and I'm going balls to the wall. Yep, you better lawyer up, Yeah, yeah. So, I want pre- charges pressed, I want a police report done. Okay, with her info, her license, everything. All right, just give me 1 second. Love it. Love it. Here's what happened. Oh. >> They don't they didn't they don't know what's going on with their phones. They act like they know what happened. >> [laughter] >> They don't know what's going on with their phones and their videos and the evidence, okay? So, ignore everything that you just saw with your own two eyes, and why don't you listen to me, buddy, okay? And if you don't listen to me and I can't manipulate you, then you're wrong and you're a piece of and I need to speak with your supervisor. >> [laughter] >> That's how these people think. I live right there. I'm 65 years old. I have both of my hips replaced. Okay. I also have a dog. 65? >> Damn. That's a squeaky toy for him. He wasn't in the street. This boy comes down on the sidewalk 35 miles an hour. I'm not kidding you. Two nights ago in the evening, I'm on the street that goes along there, he comes right at me. And I was like, you have to slow down when people are here. He thought that was funny. So, they go more in. So, then tonight, so I get my car to try to catch him cuz I thought he lived in the neighborhood. I wanted either to see where he lived to talk to his mother nicely or I wanted to talk to him nicely. I wanted to talk to him nicely, so I got in my car and chased him. So, then I go after him to try to find him cuz I know you're never going to find him. And they're all like, you're acting recklessly. I was like, you don't even know what happened. First of all, if he hits me with two replaced hips and I can't walk anymore cuz Believe me, if I go down, I'm not walking anymore. That's going to be bad enough. If he hits my dog, you I don't know if you have a dog, but that's my child. And I would have called you actually and then I went and got in the W's. I couldn't get out of the W's. Guess what? Cuz my GPS won't work. Come on, my phone says, do you want to come in the house? No. My phone is in the house. I couldn't even use my GPS to get out. That's what it's worth. This week, he could have disabled me for the rest of my life. He's probably what, 17? He would have gone won the rest of his life living a great life, and I'd have been in a wheelchair or he could have hit my dog. I think that it pissed her off that he's zipping around on this little e-bike and like having a good time and happy, and maybe she's not so happy. And like, sometimes people can just get mad that you're 50 years younger and like having a good time. And then she kind of says it where she's like, well, this would have happened to me and I would have been having a terrible time and he would have been off having a good life. That could be it. She could just be having a bad day, but regardless, you're not chasing a round a little kid with your car. And then [clears throat] I would have found him and they would have gotten ugly. What? That's a threat, Julia. If you're you're driving up on the sidewalk recklessly, [snorts] you would have hit that kid on a bike and killed him. You're going to jail for manslaughter. You understand? >> him and kill him. [music] You might have. on the sidewalk where people would walk their dogs and ride their bikes. I have video of you doing almost 30 miles an hour up that sidewalk with your vehicle. >> to catch him. >> Ma'am, I'm listening. I'm listening. Cuz you're this close to going to jail. I'm listening. You understand? I understand your concern about kids driving. You call us, we do our best to find him, right? You think it's a smart idea to be driving up on the sidewalk doing 30 miles an hour chasing a kid on a bike? Answer the question. I don't consider that a sidewalk. What do you consider That [laughter] was a chat, was that a sidewalk? You were doing I got you for at least 3 minutes I will never >> up on the sidewalk driving recklessly over 30 miles an hour from what my Embarrassing, lady. He was going faster than me. >> think you're correct? I tell you, do it again, you are going to jail. We're taking your car. >> do it Sorry. Do you understand what your actions I do understand. Well, you're still getting charges pressed. >> Okay, so, maybe you can you collect yourself as a 65-year-old woman about what you're doing. You would have anybody else on that sidewalk besides this kid if you would have called the cops. >> was no I I'm not disagreeing with you, but I didn't see there was no make this sound correct on your end. Okay, I'm I'm sorry. I won't. You know, I got a question for you guys. Um, here you can see that she says, I will never do that again. I was 100% wrong. I shouldn't have done that. If you were the parent in this situation, cuz I know there's a lot out there that would do this, would you say, okay, it seems like she's seen what she's done wrong and it's gone far enough, I'll just drop it, or would you still press charges because she did what she did? Personally, I would still press charges, you know? It's like I said before, you got to set an example for your kids of like how they should be treated. But it's interesting because I know some people would be like, oh, I don't want the trouble and it seems like she knows the error of her ways or maybe you don't want to spend legal fees, but, you know, me personally, I'm pressing the big red button. You're going down, All right, you see somebody that you call us. You don't take it into your own hands. >> you're right. God forbid you hit somebody. I promise you I'll do everything in my power to Citizen's arrest on the sidewalk. Like I said, I would it was like >> what you said. I know. You're not I want you to listen. I'm listening. This kid does it again, you chase him and you fire again, we'll get you for aggravated assault. Of course I'm not going to. But you did it. You were willing to chase this kid as far as it could go until this other car, this person that called us, stopped you. They blocked you at the sidewalk. >> say, some of the most remorse that I've actually seen in a body cam, cuz think about it, we watch a lot of these. We never hear that. I know, I'm sorry. Never hear that. However, she did one of the most insane things that I've also seen in a body cam. Do you live alone? Yes. We're taking your car. You're not getting it back. You're losing your license. You're not driving if you get another car. No. I'll find out you do this again. You're this close to doing it. You say of course not, but look at your actions that just happened. I'm trying to understand where you thought this was the right thing to do. Did your emotions take over? So, should I put you in for a reevaluation of your driver's license now? I'm not trying to disagree with you. You're trying to make what you did sound correct. No, I'm not trying to say it sound correct. I'm telling you why I did it. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just trying to ex- No, I'm not trying to excuse it. I'm trying to explain even though it was wrong, why I did it. I didn't just like come out and say, oh, here let me go, you know, chase this boy. You did? You did? You did. I know you you could have killed multiple people on the sidewalk. Okay, officer, let me go. You don't see you don't see anyone else on the sidewalk. Somebody would have called me and said you almost hit them with the car. I'm taking you to jail. If this kid calls us back after he goes home and talks to his parents, I know where you're at. We're probably taking you to jail. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Your car's considered a deadly weapon. Doesn't matter. >> Girl, you were on the news. >> [laughter] >> You were on the news speeding down the sidewalk after a 14-year-old. You think we were just going we're just going to have a conversation? Aggravated assault Assault is not a physical contact, it's the threat. >> That is crazy. Should I take you to jail now? No, I'm >> Why not? I'm agreeing with you. Because it's not going to happen again. It was a stupid thing. I agree. This preached all over I don't know if you're on social media, but our sheriff puts out do not engage in road rage incidents for this reason. He doesn't know what the person is going to do. So, yeah, he's not going to stop, he's going to run away from you. So, he Again, if he calls us and his parents get in touch with us, I don't think he went away from me here because he's afraid of me. I 100% believe he was afraid of you. A A three, four thousand pound vehicle is now chasing him. What do you think was going through his head? The first time I came this way he was coming up, you know, because I came around this way and I was like, you know, stop. I want to talk to you. He wasn't going to stop? I don't believe he's scared of me. I do not believe that. I think he's being a Listen, I'm from Baltimore City. I don't but I don't think that kid was afraid of me. Well, we don't know until he goes home to his parents. >> I think he was afraid of you. All right, then you can go back inside. Okay. Unless you have any other questions for me. All right, think about what you're doing next time. Uh I'm not even going to say it again. I told you enough, okay? Think about everything you just did, too. Okay. All right. Sergeant Violette Sheriff's Office, how are you today? I guess we had an incident a couple days ago with your son. >> is this a different day after you pressed charges? Okay, yeah, yeah, different shirt. Oh, crap. I forgot where we were. I guess we had an incident a couple days ago with your son who was a victim of something that happened. Do you have any other video evidence other than what you provided with Deputy Butler yesterday? Just what he took. When she cut me off. Yeah, I swerved onto the street and I waved someone down. I'm like, "Hey, she just tried to hit me. Help me." And then the other car was blocked off. Yes. Yeah, um there was another guy, but he just he kept going. She just almost hit you. All right, so let me ask you, when she almost hit you, was she turning onto a street? That's when she entered the bike path, right? No, she was already on the bike path. She was already on it and she went Yeah, she went onto it like on the grass section where there's enough room for a car to come by. She overtook me, cut me off, and that's when I got really, really scared because I literally could have died. She was really close to me. A couple people in chat said this, but um it's basically it is like assault with a deadly weapon. Somebody chasing you with a car while you're on a bike, to me personally, would feel almost no different than somebody chasing after me with a knife. Like there is a level of intensity and fear, especially when the car is going 30 miles down a sidewalk. I almost said 30 miles down down the road. No, it was a sidewalk. You clearly have no regard for the law or anything. I don't know what you're capable of. It's terrifying. It to me it's no different than chasing the boy with a knife. We need to make awareness of this. You know, you've seen it. Kids are getting hit and run. Especially on these e-bikes right now. It's Something needs policy needs to be put in place. Some kind. Okay. We need to change the law in the city cuz these kids My my son's no saint, by the way. But these kids are getting a little too much and then >> to see a good parent in a video. I I even like that he said, "I'm going to press charges. We need to make some laws to make the kids safer on e-bikes. And my kid's no saint, but I love him and we need to take I I Go ahead, Dad. Go ahead, Dad. We love it. >> Let's not record it. Oh, [laughter] absolutely. Absolutely. >> And that's what I fear for him is this could have been so much worse. >> [snorts] >> You know, you might even just step out. Are you arresting me? No, I'm not saying that. We just have to talk, okay? I'm I have to read you your rights before I question you, okay? Cuz I'm going to ask you incriminating questions. When you were following him, did you ever get close to him? I don't think so. No, I couldn't catch up with him. So you were trying to catch up to him? >> You were trying to? Enough that I could talk to him, yeah. Tell him what I was That is insane. She wanted to get in range enough with the car to speak to the 14-year-old. in the way and you're continuing to follow him. Why would you just why would you keep on following? I I I just That was stupid. I was stupid. So when you were on the sidewalk, did you ever like jump in front of him? Nothing Nothing like that. And you didn't try to get in front of him before you started following? Yeah. No, before I started following. Or before you went on the sidewalk? Cuz that's before that. Right before you hopped on the sidewalk or maybe as soon as it happened, you kind of like tried to cut him off. I tried to come around. I didn't try to cut him off. So you tried to go around him, you're saying? >> Okay. And what was your goal to going around him? Okay. How how fast were you going? I was as fast as he was. I don't know. Okay, so you were trying to catch up to him even though he's going pretty fast on a sidewalk with a bike, okay? You understand where we're coming from here? I do. I do. >> Cuz it's it's ridiculous. I'm going to be honest with you. >> I I I feel that way, too. It's so strange that somebody can appear so normal on the outside. You know, she's got a nice house in a nice neighborhood, cute dog, she looks well put together, you know, she lives by herself, blah blah, and then they can present so normally, but then do something so out of the ordinary. Like do you guys get what I'm saying? It's like, you know, this is like normal person and then maybe normal person gets angry and yells or does something or whatever. What this lady did was she's occupying a bubble that's all the way over here. The 99.1% of people would not do even remotely close to what she did. And so it's just very creepy to me to think about of like what else is in that bubble? What else are you capable of that is just so far off the map while you present to be normal and apologize and da da da. Like you are crazy crazy. From their angle it doesn't look good, you know what I mean? All right. I understand. Yeah, and I mean you probably didn't know at the time, but he was a juve he's a juvenile. He's 14 years old. Oh, you found him? Yeah. That's the reason why we're here is cuz they're Yeah, cuz they're recording you. >> charges. So we have to get your side of the story and all the totality of the circumstances. I also went to the witness's house. He recorded you following on the bike down the bike path. Um and it shows you kind of not speeding up, but continuing like keeping a main uh like a 20-foot distance, I would say. Uh he said it was around 6 or 10 feet. What would you estimate the distance to be? That you were following him. Maybe two car lengths. Okay. I don't know what you're I'm not comfortable with you. Oh yeah, you're good. You don't have to worry. Um I'm going to be honest with you. Based on what we have now, I'm going to be making an arrest on aggravated assault and the reckless driving. >> it. They have enough to arrest her. Um based on everything I have. >> reckless. So That's sometimes just a big deal. And we'll do that we'll do we'll do all that after, okay? We'll do all that after. Here you go. Okay, we can go in the door for you. Yep, that's fine. I'll give you that respect. That is correct. Goodbye, lady. Goodbye.
