the suspect identified in the video as Daniel was arrested and later charged with attempted disarming a peace officer of a firearm and resisting an officer court records indicated that he bonded out but then failed to appear in court his release was revoked and a bench warrant was issued later Daniel appeared in court and was held in contempt ultimately he pled no contest to the first count in exchange for dropping the second he was fined $200 ordered to attend grief counseling and sentenced to time served which amounted to 221 days in jail
