She's back. [Applause] [Music] >> And not only is she back, >> you should be able to shut up. Stop. Don't talk to me. >> She's literally doing the same exact thing. >> Can I please just go in my car and leave [Music] the lie? calling the cops on her significant other in order to win an argument. A lot of people know this video as flabbergasted Shakira. She returns. Uh her name is not actually Shakira. And hey man, I got to say, y'all know I'm a big Shakira fan. Not my Shakira, but that is what a lot of people know her as. And I cannot believe it, but this week she is back on body cam for an incident that just happened at the top of this year. >> This is crazy. The window is open. >> My children throw out the window like and now my feet are [Applause] >> Oh my god. >> Oh, I just want to leave. I came downstairs and said to call the >> Oh, wait. Wait, wait. What did I do? Wait, what? Wait. What did I do? >> This isn't new to you. This is not new to you. >> Oh my god. Are you serious? >> On January 17th, 2025, >> officers responded to reports of a disturbance between a female and her boyfriend at a residence in Wisconsin Rapids. Upon arrival, the female, Kayla, was found outside uncooperative and belligerent, denying any physical altercation. >> Chad, is this the only person to have a body cam trilogy? >> You are dealing with the concluding chapter of a trilogy. If you called the cops on your boyfriend to win an argument and it was like a previous boyfriend and then you got arrested and the body cam went online. Question. Tick tock. Moment of choice. Would you go in for a third time and call the cops on yourself again? Like would you? >> What began as a verbal dispute quickly escalated. >> You know what's going to happen? >> Shut up. I know. And he's Why are you both calling? Because it was a mistake. It was an argument. What do you need? >> And I I I called the cops. I I called the cops to get him to stop and he did as soon as I called 911. >> What was he doing? >> Just we were just yelling at each other. That's it. >> And I I wanted your lip. >> What? What's on your lip? >> My lips are really chapped. >> Oh, okay. It just look like there was >> No, I'm not showing you guys anything. I'm obviously not physically hurt. >> I'm not. >> No. >> See, the officer comes into this like fully ready to take her side because she's like asking her, "Are you hurt?" like why is there like a cut or something on your lip? But uh Shakira, not actual Shakira has to say. She says no, my lips are just chapped. >> Okay, you don't want >> I have a phone. Okay, I just want to p you >> I don't have any damn weapons. >> Oh, you you >> can I please just go in my car and leave? I got somewhere to go for the night. Please, >> I'm not telling you anything. >> Tell me your name at least. >> No, I just car. >> Wait, was it Michaela on the bladder? >> Michaela. Okay. So, you guys are in an argument and now you want to just be separated from >> and I want to get in my car and I want to go home. >> Did Was he injured at all? >> No. >> So, why you you called 911 to what? >> Have us respond to what? >> To to to to get him to stop yelling at me. And now I want you guys to just leave. >> You can't use police resources and call 911 operators to just win an argument and then want it to be done. Like she literally just said I wanted him to hear somebody was on the phone. So what? >> Something was thrown at us. >> I don't know. My kid My kid probably threw something out the window. >> It was a glass. >> Your kid throwing [ __ ] at the cops at two. We starting early. >> Almost hit us. >> I know. My My 2-year-old was >> Huh? >> This glass broke ground. >> My 2-year-old It might have been her. >> I can't get to him quick enough. >> I thought you said he was upstairs. >> He was. cuz I live. Yeah, there's a window right there. >> 2-year-old to come down the stairs and do that. >> No, he was in the window. It flung out the window, ma'am. That's what I'm saying. He took >> right here. >> This is crazy. >> If there's anything we've learned so far from this trilogy, you cannot take anything that KK says at face value. >> The window is open. My 2-year-old throws out the window like I and now my feet are [Applause] so >> Oh, I just want to leave. >> Oh my god. >> Let me figure out what's happening. >> Brandon, tell them nothing. >> Say nothing. You understand? Get a lawyer. >> [ __ ] >> Tell them nothing. Brandon, tell them that I just want to get separated. I just want to get separated. I want to go to Do's house. Nothing happened. I'm telling you nothing happened. If you guys are being real, get away from me. >> Call your supervisor. You're actually here. >> Yo, not get away from me to let me speak to the manager. >> Officer, >> I can't handle this. I'm telling you. >> Well, you need to calm down. But you need to calm down. Officer, I want to go home. >> You're home. >> You're home. Drive away. >> Okay. No, we got to figure out what's going on. >> There's nothing going on. >> There's broken stuff on top of the roof. >> Yes. My two Did you not just hear me? >> Your 2-year-old threw out the the the smoking device for paraphernalia? I don't know. So that's what it is. The cops were coming and they just started throwing the what the bongs the crack pipes out the window. >> What? >> Say what again? >> I don't know what's on the roof. >> That's what we're telling you. >> Out of the roof. It wasn't me, but my 2-year-old throws things out of the roof all the time. >> The crack pipes. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to >> I don't see I don't know what's on the roof. >> And I'm going to go talk to Brandon. Brandon, just tell them I want to get separated for the night. No, I want >> You're not gonna yell and scream out. >> I want to get separated for the night. >> Trying to get my story straight and now he knows. >> Okay. Yeah, we're not going to get >> Now he knows what to say. >> Brandon explained that the argument began over money when Kayla picked him up from work. The verbal confrontation escalated when they returned home with Kayla continuing to yell at him, even following him into the bathroom. He stated that while she blocked his exit and yelled relentlessly, there was no physical altercation. But he became increasingly uncomfortable with her behavior, especially with their child present. >> But I want I'm trying to go home. >> Yes, but I'm going to come back in an hour. >> Okay. What happens in an hour? >> Nothing. Because you argue over a chat. Does that be a con? >> No. No. No. He's a liar. Woman, he's a liar. >> He's a liar. Ah, not to shake it, >> dude. How they been together over two years? >> Two years straight. They're still together and she's still shaking. >> No, I I I did too. I did, too. I came downstairs and said to call the Oh, wait, wait, wait. What did I do? Wait, what? Wait, what did I do? >> Wait, why? Wait, but why? No. Please. Oh my god. Are you serious? >> Please. No. Wait. Why orderly? I didn't do anything. You've been hurt. She's beaten me. >> No, that's not true. No. Tell Bri that's a lie. Brien that's a lie. >> Oh my god. >> Oh no. >> Please. No. The amount of times that KK has lied in her Body Cam trilogy. And nobody's accusing her of lying. She just starts screaming, "I'm not lying." Woman to woman. Woman to woman. He's a liar. >> [ __ ] Wait, >> I'm going to take out Where's your Where's your cell phone? >> No. Right in my bra. Why am I getting arrested? >> No, guys. That's not true. >> Cuz you called the cops. >> Please. >> You got to call the You call the cops. >> Guys, please. But what did Brandon say? Please help me. Please just discuss. Please talk to me. Please talk to me. What's going on? Please talk to me. Please. What do I do? But what am I getting arrested for? >> They're servicing your request. You You called and asked for the cops to come and they're fulfilling that request. Can you please talk to the the the the neighbors? They'll tell you that this wasn't me. Please, >> please talk to the neighbors. >> I don't know. >> No, please. Please. Okay, >> officer. Can I please talk to you? >> But why? I don't understand why I'm getting arrested. >> So, the neighbors called. Okay. Which is causing a disturbance and at that point it's out of our hands since it's a domestic relationship between you two. >> But it's not But why isn't he getting arrested? They are still I'm I can't tell you what they're doing right now. I am with you solely. >> You know, people like this because now we're finding out the neighbor called, but she also admits in the beginning of the video that she called while he was like in the home. I've seen this quite a bit in some body cams with couples where one partner orchestrates the chaos. like they call the police, they make it a big drama, they start this really big argument, but then when the police enter, they now start defending the partner that they were originally attacking. So basically, they create this chaos and then they kind of become the hero, the loyal one. It's it's us against them now. There's a new enemy and I'm with you now. Like it's a really weird thing because she was like telling him, "No, he didn't he didn't do anything blah blah blah." like acting like she's like protecting him, but it's like you did this. >> Are they They don't Are they arresting? But if Brandon tells But But if Brandon says there's nothing wrong, is there a chance I won't get arrested? >> No. >> No. >> Why? >> Why are you acting like this your first? >> Can you talk to the neighbor? I'm friends with the neighbors. He'll tell you that there wasn't a disturbance. I went downstairs. I asked him if he could come and help. >> Oh no. >> Jesus Christ. I need to remind you that in one of the original Shakira Flabbergasted trilogy series, she called the cops on who I believe to be the same boyfriend and then tried to leave. Same exact situation. No, I didn't call. It's not a big deal. I need to go to work. You guys should leave. You should go. And they asked her, "Did you call uh dispatch?" And she said, "No, I didn't. I did not call them." And so then the officer got the phone number that called dispatch and then he behind his back calls the number back and then her phone rings and she answers and says, "Hello." And the officer's like, "Hey." Yeah, it was you that called. And then she continues to lie and say that it wasn't her. Can't they just tell she's the one that called? >> Me. >> Okay. Who else? >> Me? >> Cuz there's someone else. >> I have to get ready, sir. >> Okay. I have to go to work. >> We got >> I have to go to work. >> We got a call. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Oh, >> okay. So, that's the number. >> So, I just want if you haven't seen the previous videos, I need you to understand the caliber that we're dealing with. >> I'm on probation. Do you think I better go to jail or prison >> again? >> I have no idea. >> I can't afford officer. I'm so screwed. All over an argument. The neighbors didn't have to get involved. It wasn't even about that. >> Also, you know what's crazy? She told the cops, "Why? Why don't you talk to the neighbors? They're my friends." Girl, they called the police on you. Like, they they called on YouTube. Why are you trying to drag other people into it? >> I just asked them for help because we're friends. >> No, I don't I don't know if those are your friends, girl. >> So, I got arrested because the neighbor said something. >> At this moment right now, it is public conduct with a domestic modifier. Okay. >> Mhm. >> Domestic because the neighbors said something. >> That's the distort part is causing a disturbance and then domestic is because of your relationship with Brandon. Okay. At that point, the state says that we must arrest the predominant aggressor. Okay. So we we can't just walk away from that. >> Why? Why am I the predominant aggressor? >> Have we ever even seen her boyfriend? >> The are you doing? >> Oh my god. >> We I think we might have seen him. >> Oh no. >> Oh no. >> One time. You know, I got to say some people they really equate chaos and intensity to love. If you had a really chaotic childhood or it was very intense with highs, lows, abandonments, reconcil reconciliations d you're going to become an adult that needs like nervous system like nervous system activation and and then your brain is going to be like, "Oh, this is love." Because you were never shown like nice, comfortable, stable love. So, you'll date a whole bunch of crazy people. Guys, make good choices. Make good choices. Can I make a phone call when I go in there or do I have to like beg someone in my pod to let me use their phone? >> You can ask jail staff if they'll let you use the the booking desk phone up there. Okay, that is >> I have something in my throat. I have to spit [Laughter] and I don't want to court and a judge will determine what is going to happen. What your bond amount will be. Okay. At that point, >> my >> bond amount. But isn't there a possibility I could give my daughter a personal recognition? >> She know the terminology >> that would be determined at a later date at like a preliminary hearing. >> No, I don't get Monday. Like when you talk to the judge like they can't Could they let me go on Monday morning? >> There's a possibility you could get a SIG bond. I I can't promise you one way or another. >> How do I talk to my probation officer cuz it's the weekend? >> I'm sure they'll find out. Just let's just >> Did you unbuckle yourself back? >> Yes, it's very easy. >> Why do I feel like we're we're going to get a fourth installment? Like the fact she's using the terminology and she's like, "Yes, I can get out of these seats." >> I'm not Please. I don't want to search every time. >> Just bring me inside. You have to make sure. >> No, bring me inside. Damn it. before I get mad at me. >> Oh, backwards. Do not yell at me. >> Then do your job, please. She's not I got I got searched three times before I got in the cruiser, bro. Are you serious? >> I don't have anything. >> I just I I literally am not I just need to use the phone. I need to get numbers off my phone and I need to use the phone. >> Dude, you used the phone. That's how you got here. The last phone call you made brought you straight into this station. Sister, >> I just need to use the sound. >> I need you. I'm not yelling. I'm just loud. >> I'm not. >> We have to get through the booking process and then we can get numbers once we get everything done. Okay. >> I can't believe this man has got me in jail again. What the do I have to do to get some in this world? >> Oh my god. This man has used me for three years. >> KK years and I'm the one that's the aggressor. >> KK, you have been arrested on multiple occasions for being the aggressor. One time that wasn't even a domestic situation. Do you guys also remember, for my people that don't remember how we got to this point, there's also a video of Shakira where she was delivering food and then hit another car. Like, didn't she damn near take the bumper off? And then when the cops came, she blamed everybody but herself, lied about everything, and was like, "I knew it." How much more proof can you possibly get from the universe that your behavior needs to be changed? Yet, they will still say things like this to themselves and out loud. >> It's quite impressive, to be honest. Of >> course, I'm aggressive. You can only get abused so many damn times for 3 years. >> Shakira. >> I just want to call him. That's all I want. No. I don't want to talk to you. I just want to call him. I didn't even get a chance to kiss him. I'm going to be gone for 90 days. Sometimes with certain people, you just have to let things go because you know, even if you have the video, the timestamps, multiple witnesses, they'll still just be like, "No." And like, you know, and so you just feel like you have no choice but to let it go. Because you know if you're if you are a moral person or somebody with a lot of empathy or you're very reflective, it is impossible for you to look at a mountain of evidence or body cam or or or police phone calls um and say that didn't happen. But for some people, they really do have this super villain power where they can just be like, "No, >> I'm going to be gone for 90 days. Brandon just found out a job. He's not going to be able to go in Monday. I have 90 days holding over my head for this probation and I don't know what to do. >> After Kayla was arrested, she continued to display disruptive behavior. Despite her attempts to leave the scene, she was taken into custody and was transported to the local county jail. Here, Kayla faced one misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. The charge was dismissed, but it was read into the record. Add >> Kayla, please. Kayla, don't give us a part four. Don't Don't do it.
