Shakira, not actual Shakira's behavior is um confusing at this point, but I have to say somebody has entered the body cam hall of fame when they not only have four body cams, but also if they were seen in public. I know you guys would ask Shakira for a picture. Not actual Shakira. Shakira flabbergasted. I know y'all would like I bet you there's people that stop and take pictures with her cuz I would consider it. But reminder, behavior poor. Dude, this is where it all started. This hallway. Okay, we're going to watch some of this, but I do think that their relationship is a bit abusive. And if it gets a little too much, we may not watch the whole thing cuz I don't know if you guys realize I'm very specific about the body cams I do. Like y'all know those channels where like they're clearly just like taking like it'll be like an 18-year-old girl and she's just like drunk one night out and then like boom her body cams everywhere or something. I'm pretty particular about what we pick up. Like we don't do any like heinous like usually like murder crimes in a lot of body cams I do. I don't do any domestic violence and I don't do just straight uping humiliation cams. You know, we're going to watch a little bit of that but I'm not going to lie, the intro of that I'm like what is going on here? involved in a heated confrontation in Marshfield after Brandon [music] and his wife Kayla. >> Um, also I will say Anry said you you do good. You try I do I I do think that like body cams are a really like it's it's an either way area, but I mean like true crime is also that way too. You guys know like whenever I do like any of my videos or cases or anything, I have like my little code of ethics around it that I I like to try to follow. But you guys hear my spiel on this all the time. So sorry. All right, I know we're excited about this body cam, but let me fill it out. >> On November 7th, 2023, unfolded at Monroe Truck Equipment in Marshfield after Brandon and his wife Kayla became involved in a heated confrontation following Brandon's termination. Hours later, deputies located the couple at their residence, where the [music] situation took another turn. >> Yeah, I don't >> Oh, god damn. Caleb, why are you making that noise like you didn't call the police or y'all weren't screaming loud enough for somebody to call? [laughter] >> I don't talk to him. I'm not talking. >> Talk. Okay. Can you guys come out? >> No, I don't want you in my house. >> Stay here, please. >> I don't know why they're here. >> Why are you in my house? >> Hey, Brandon. >> Why are you Brandon? >> Let's talk, man. >> Oh my god. >> You want to sit here? >> For what? >> So I can talk to you. Why are you at my house? >> Let me explain to you. >> I don't need to sit. This is my house. Why are you in my house right now? I did not tell you guys to come. You guys >> She let him in. >> You're under arrest right now. >> Brandon, just talk to him. No, please turn around. No, just please let him talk to you. Just please. >> WE ALWAYS GOT ALONG. >> NO, PLEASE. JUST PLEASE. >> I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY YOU'RE HERE. >> Why are you guys here? >> Please don't ARREST HIM. OFFICER, >> YOU THIS IS WHAT YOU DID LAST TIME. YOU CALLED THE POLICE FIRST WHEN YOU GOT MAD at him and then said, "Don't arrest." Oh my god. What stresses me out about this? This is the same exact scenario from the very first time that she appeared on a body cam. And this is the type of person where they get mad at a person or sometimes they don't even have to get mad, but they create a scenario where everything is on fire and then they present as the hero that's going to put the fire out. And what I mean by this is she gets upset with him because he lost his job. So, she argues with him and then she calls the police on him. And then when the police show up, she says, "I, hey, let me fix this. Let me fix this. Let me fix it." Even though you guys could have just had a discussion about him losing his job in the first place. >> Please don't arrest. >> We got We got to work through this, Kayla. Okay. >> Dude, they're being so nice to her after all these. >> Some things happened today. Officer has more information about it, but you obviously know something's up. That's why you're kind of being stressed toward this, right? >> I I mean, >> so take some breaths and let's work here. >> He'll explain it to you. Okay. >> Okay. Explain it here. Shut my door. >> Truck. >> That was hours and hours ago. And I left. He told me to call. He told me to leave before I called the cops and I left. >> Right. Yeah. But there was an incident that was that happened over. >> I was just yelling and screaming, but I wasn't like I left. He told me to leave and I >> We've seen her yell and scream before. >> Left, >> right? >> Am I under arrest? >> Yeah. Can you turn off, >> Brandon? They're arresting me. >> No, >> Kayla. This can be >> Are you serious? >> But why am I arrested? >> Wait, wait. Can I please >> We're going to take care of it. Okay. >> No, but please don't let me leave. I just have to figure >> cuz you peeled out in one roll. That's >> what happened. What's happening with the baby? >> Dude, them just arguing so casually in front of the cops is crazy. >> But he's getting arrested, too. >> Yes, >> but he was But he didn't do anything. >> Here, we got to watch this cat here. >> But he didn't do anything. After being sent home from work, Brandon returned to Monroe Truck Equipment and began yelling profanities, making threatening statements, after he got fired, >> damaging a customer's vehicle. He later came back a second time with Kayla, who drove aggressively through the parking lot while shouting threats at employees. The escalating behavior prompted staff to contact law enforcement before officers later located the couple at their residence. >> They They fired you. Come on, baby. Get in the car. We're not letting them get away with this. Get in here. Grab a beer and ROLL DOWN THE WINDOWS. You mother. Theying throwing [ __ ] at customers vehicle. Yo, that's crazy. No, they're like a textbook match made in hell. >> Hey, can I get you to come to the apartment, >> dude? Oh, okay. You Holy [ __ ] [ __ ] No. No. Sometimes people hold children as a manipulation tactic. I can't believe it. Like this is like this is I feel like this is like the third or fourth time that I can think of in a video where like I've seen this because it it garers empathy, you know. So after hearing that he got fired from his job, which a lot of us have been fired for different jobs, but after seeing their behavior once again, we take that whole pattern together and he probably was unfired for unsavory reasons, especially considering he went back and damaged a customer's car. He and his girlfriend show up yelling and threatening the employees and speeding around and then peeling out. And then when he comes home and gets caught or called out for it, his response is to like cry and hug his child like he wasn't just yelling out of the window Bonnie and Clyde style with his [ __ ] girlfriend. >> This No one was going to I don't think I >> I like don't want to watch through this whole part, but I just want to see if he shifts. >> Do you have a kid carrier? We can put your kid in. >> You're not touching my kid. You look like a >> There we go. You see what I mean? When somebody's using something as manipulation and they're crying and then they hard shift to something aggressive, children absorb energy with like skin contact and touch contact to like manipulatively hold your child when like you're st when you're stressed and angry and like holding it tight and crying and putting out all this like negative energy around your kid when you're just using them as a tool. I don't like that either. Sorry. I know. I just went on a little energy ramp. >> So, you're under arrest right now. Okay. So, I want to make this >> Why am I under arrest? >> Listen. Get the dip out of your mouth in my house. >> There's the shift. Got it. That's >> your problem, not mine. >> You have a kid here. You're not going to act like this. You want to be a tough guy, we can play that kid. I'm trying to be nice and get a kid carrier for you. But if you want to act like this, we can do that. You have a kid. >> Why am I BEING ARRESTED? >> WHAT HAPPENED TO THE cry from 2 seconds ago? >> Let me call my PO right now. >> Okay. You know what? You're not going to dictate like this. Put the kid down if you're going to at least talk to us like this. >> Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. >> I'm coming with you. >> We're going to let him put the kid in his crib. At this point, you could add a resisting charge if you >> put the kid in the crib now. >> Yo, anybody else look at How did he put the kid in the crib? Okay, >> it'll be okay, Brandon. [crying] >> Okay. >> All right, Brandon. >> Brandon, put your arms behind your back. >> Hold on. I'm calling my PO. >> No, don't resist. All right. Behind your back. >> Don't resist. >> I didn't do anything. Why am I getting in trouble? I lost my job and I left. Like, they asked me. >> No, but you came back. Some actions you did at work prompted this, too. Okay. >> Here, I don't want you to trip. I'm just going to move this. >> Your probation officer will talk to you and figure this out. Hopefully, it will only be a short period of time. >> Kiss my son, please. I know I'm not going to see him again. I >> Oh, okay. I don't need to decode that for you. >> Got to kiss him before. >> Please let me kiss my son. >> It'll be okay. We're going to take care of him. >> He's going down. >> Just let me kiss him. It's going to be okay. Your your emotions are going to upset him. >> Yes, that's what I said. >> That's what upsets him. >> You made your own choice. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't hurt anyone. I didn't break the law. All I did was throw some hammers on the ground when I was cleaning my toolbox and they freaked out at me. >> Everything was prompted from Kayla's actions. >> Wait, what did he say? What was his version of it? I didn't hurt anyone. >> I didn't hurt anyone. I didn't break the law. All I did was throw some hammers on the ground when I was cleaning my toolbox and they freaked out at >> Oh, you just threw some hammers. You just threw some ham. Guys, imagine if you were to pick up a hammer right now and throw it at any object within the vicinity of you. Howing aggressive is that? What do you mean you just threw Even your version of events is bad? >> Everything was prompted from Kayla's actions out there. Okay. Why am I not appropriate that she behaves that way? >> Yeah, it's a radio. >> I can I can't There's different rules apply to you than >> Yeah, because this is a communist state. Where's my >> Okay. [laughter] >> I don't know. >> I went to the car. She peeled off and started. >> I didn't do anything. >> We came here to arrest you for probation. Your probation officer decided to put a hole. >> So, where do I have to go? We don't have a say in that. >> You're going to Wood County Jail >> because you're in Wood County. Okay. Last time they let her go and then they let me go after. >> You guys didn't have probation hold at the time. >> Can I please kiss my son? Guys, >> we've we've already worked to this. We're not doing that. I know. >> Okay, >> we're going to head out. >> Yep. Let's go. >> I need to lock my house. >> Um, Dax said they definitely encourage each other's bad behaviors. Oh, yeah. These two probably think that intensity is love or anger is passion. Um, and it's it's a long journey when you grow up in chaos and you grow up in adrenaline and defending yourself to realize that real love is peaceful. And sometimes even when you realize it, you don't want it. It feels boring. It feels not shiny. But these two, a lot of people have that story line. These two are public menaces. Hey, >> how am I going to get home? I don't have my wallet or anything. Do you need us to grab that? >> I don't know where it is. You guys didn't let me get anything. >> She drives me crazy. She's the one that's violent. She's the one that does all this stuff to me and then she makes it worse. >> Brandon, I have no doubt about that. >> I didn't do anything. >> I don't know which one of them is the originator. I think it's both of them. >> He didn't do anything, Billy. Why is he >> Oh my god. What's going to happen with the baby? >> I don't have anyone to take the baby. >> What am I going to do, >> guys? I don't have anyone to take the baby. >> We're going to work through this. Just stay >> putting me on a probation home. >> Please let me see my baby. >> Please let me say goodbye to him. Please. >> Okay. This restaurant really. >> Please let me say goodbye to him. I have no one. I don't have anyone. >> Please. >> Okay, we're going to go outside. >> Please let me say goodbye to my baby. >> Please let me say goodbye to him. Please. >> All right, Marshall. 1095 with Kale. >> Goodbye. >> Let me say goodbye to >> Why did they make everything so final? >> Please. Please. You're going to get strolly conduct for swearing and all that stuff. The way you're driving, you're getting a citation. Probation's put a hold on you. So, it's I mean, that's it's not a big thing in regards to that sort of stuff. Okay. >> I Please let me say goodbye to Brandon. I won't be able to speak to him. Please. >> Okay. We're going to get in the squad car. Okay. >> What? >> Dude, they're so nice to them. >> I don't know what's going to happen to my baby. >> We're going to call social services. >> Oh my god. I'm never going to get him back. Oh my god. >> Okay. Do you have anything in your pocket? >> No. No. Please give me more information. Please. Please. Please. Why are they arresting? >> But why are they arresting Brandon? >> Because of the >> Because you guys went back to you scared the people that fired him. >> I didn't I didn't hear anything about that, sir. >> Also, if you haven't seen a Shakira body cam before, the last time that we saw a video of hers was when she was I'm sorry. She was doing some delivery driving and she hit somebody else's car. Just completely rammed into it, rear ended it, and then tried to say that she needed to leave and they needed to get over it. Like, that's what we're dealing with here. >> I literally have no idea what he did. >> Okay. He was yelling and swearing inside, too, just like you. >> I didn't He didn't tell me that. He didn't tell me that. So, who's what's going to happen? And who's taking the baby? >> We're going to get social services involved. Okay. >> So, what does that mean? Am I never going to see him again? >> Why aren't you talking to me? >> Because I don't have the exact answer that to to tell you right now. I don't want to lie to you and say that. >> Oh, please. I don't get to say goodbye to him. Is he going to come out here? >> Brandon, please. I just want to say goodbye >> at some point, but we need to >> I just want to say goodbye. >> We wouldn't didn't want to have a disturbance with both of you at the same time. >> Can you please put the window down? >> Hi, Kitty. >> [screaming] >> Okay. >> Hi, little one. >> Dude, that's me as a cop for sure. >> Good. >> Hi. Look at you. [laughter] >> Oh, are they about to put the cat in the carrier? >> What's he doing? >> No way. >> So silly. >> He's get They're getting the carrier ready for the cat. >> No. >> Come here, sweetheart. >> Oh my god. you. HE TRUSTED YOU. >> HE TRUSTED YOU. >> Look at you. Hi. [sighs] Hi, sweetheart. >> Oh my god. What a cutie pie. >> Good kitty. >> No. No. NO. [screaming] >> A We got him. Also, for for sorry for you guys that don't know, like depending on the cat, it is okay for them to be picked up like that. It's fine. >> Both Kaye and Brandon were transported to the Wood County Jail for booking charges. Kayla was charged with disorderly conduct and entered a no contest plea.
