said something about me being a white wanting to be black like her. Oh my god. I might just be biased because I've worked this job before. She just hung up and didn't even allow me to say anything. Okay. Honestly, kind of. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm not going to go home and have this big thing. So, I stayed and waited for you to be here. You are lying and you're downplaying what you did. Best of body. I'm alone. Look, they're not here. The Twitch people are not here. I'm all alone today. Well, I mean, obviously I have you guys, but this is weird. Cold pizza sends woman into fullblown rage at Domino's. Uh, you know, honestly, I get it, but let's see if we support it. Probably not. Or come around the counter. I'mma beat the [ __ ] out of you. So, I came around the counter and stood right here like, "What's up?" So, when she did that, I said, "You're so lucky none of that sauce got on me." I was like, "I don't really have time for this. Clearly, you need this job. So, I'm just going to go. Watch how this angry customer flipped out. Okay, wait. You're so lucky the sauce didn't get on me and clearly you need this job. It's like, no, girl. Clearly, you need this argument and you're having a bad day, but I am not the one. I am not messing with the lady at Domino's with the full sleeves. Domino's staff after her pizza came cold and uncut. Is it wrong that I'm more upset about the uncut part than the cold? That maybe that's just me. You guys are going to have to let me know in the comments. That's the part that made me go, "Oh, oh, wait a minute." Your phone that she threw? No, this the store phone. Oh, the store phone. Gotcha. Oh, she completely broke the store phone. Um, what was she upset about? She said her food took over an hour and I apologize. We have one driver that happens and she said every time she orders from here. Did she order it delivery and then show up at the pizza place? Man, I got to really be on one to do that. It's been an issue for 5 years. Why does she keep ordering from here? She makes it seem like if we make it seem like it's her issue, we always say we're understaffed. And I'm like, I apologize. That's the issue. We are understaffed. So, was the food um driven to her place and then or it was delivered? Oh, it was delivered. Yeah, it was delivered and then she said the pizza wasn't cut, which I see it wasn't. She came back. We were going to give her a refund and then she threw the pizza at me. Said something about being I hate that the pizza was uncut, but I guess I could cut it myself. But the way the way y'all be cutting it in the store is just correct. It's good. It's just it's right, you know? That's that's part of the reason I'm here. I don't Maybe I'm thinking too much about this. She came back. We were going to give her a refund and then she threw the pizza at me. Said something about me being a white wanting to be black like her. Oh my god. Went to the race thing. But I'll beat your ass. Walk out this door. Walk out this door. Come around the counter. I'mma beat the [ __ ] out of you. So I came around the counter and stood right here like, "What's up?" And then the two drivers got in between us. And then her girlfriend came in the store. And I said, "Go get a picture of their tag." Cuz she had already broken the phone and everything. At what point did she break the phone? Um, after she threw the pizza, she picked the phone up and slammed it down and flung it that way. These were in here. Also, can I just say, most of you guys know this, but obviously like, sure, I don't want a cold pizza. Of course, I'd love for you to cut it into perfect little slices. In fact, I actually like when they're like cut into even smaller slices. I also love tiny spoons and tiny forks. I don't like to eat the big spoon or the big fork. Anyways, all that to say, sure, we want those things, but I don't that don't mean you could come inside the Domino's and start throwing pizza around and slamming phones and saying and trying to fight people. You can't do that. That's embarrassing. That's embarrassing. This episode is sponsored by Aura, guys. I can't even keep up with the data breaches anymore. I can't. There's too many all day, every day. But you know who can? Aura. That's right. Aura is an all-in-one cyber security service. And to be honest, you need one online now. Whether you're somebody that shops a lot and is constantly putting your information or credit cards in online or if you have families browsing the internet, everybody should have some kind of cyber security thing. There's no excuse at this point. Okay, I've been rambling about this for a while with you guys. Sure, yeah, we're sponsored by Aura, but then also I'm like, dude, protect yourself online. Like, the data breaches are just like rampant at this. If you think it's not going to happen to you, yo, I have a dirty little secret that like I can't even believe I'm dropping this information in the middle of an ad. I used to work for this company that I thought was a normal company. And then I found out one day, and this was years and years and years ago, that part of their business was getting people to sign up and then selling the email list. Even companies that you think you know, you trust, local, homegrown, girl, they are selling your information. And look, we cannot stop everyone and their mom from selling your information to people that want to send you spam emails. But you can use a service like Aura to hop in there, get some of that stuff deleted so everybody stops passing around your kids' names. Okay, it it's a it's just true at this point. Remember I said Aura is a fullervice cyber security suite. They also offer ID monitoring, alerts if something goes on, a VPN. I mean, dude, come on. I feel like this is like limousine service at this point. It's just allin-one. Yes. And guess what? I've got a discount for you. Well, kind of a discount. I would almost even argue it might even be better. It's 14 days free. That's right. 14 days free. If you want to give it a shot, just go to aura.com/boseshorter. That's aura aura.com/boseshorter. Don't just run around online with your shirt off. Sign up. I mean, the phone's broken. And then is that when she started um saying all those all those words and all that? Mhm. Okay. And then the girlfriend came in and I said, "Go get a picture of the tag." And they said, "Oh, you won't be getting a picture of our tag." And I said, "Yeah, we will. Yeah, we will." Do you remember what she was wearing? What kind of clothes? Um the one that threw the stuff and broke the thing. I'm sorry. Just objectively, what what kind of response did they expect from um get a picture of their tags? Oh, you will not be getting a picture of their tag. Wait. Okay. Okay. You know what, Michael? On second thought, maybe it's a bad idea. Maybe we should give the girls what they want. Don't Don't take a photo of the tags. Don't invade their privacy. Don't In fact, let's just let them get away with this. Thank you. Like, what did y'all think? Like, what was the response supposed to be? Pajama pants, like little designs on them. Oh, no. Not the pajama pants fighter. hair down, edges laid on her face, big flowy hair with the edges. The stud was in a gray sweatuit. Was that the the other one? The stud was in I was about to say this lady is giving incredibly accurate descriptions. I I had somebody ask me, "Oh, what did this person look like?" And I said, uh, 5'6 to maybe 5 foot 10, brown hair, uh, backpack. This lady said the stud was wearing a gray. It was a lot going on. I was trying to make sure that nobody hit nobody. What? I was trying to make sure nobody made no move hit to hit nobody, but I seen the phone up in the air. Okay. Do you remember? Yeah. I mean, I appreciate his valiant effort. I do also feel like that lady could have she probably would have been just fine. or if it struck any of the tables for it to damage the way it did. It hit the counter. It hit the counter. Yeah. Okay. Counter. Who was holding it? Who was holding the phone at time? Female that's on the passenger side with the the one with the pink pants. Pink pants. She was the only one that was in the store. Did your coworker drop the phone at any time? No. Look, she done gone back to make the pizzas over. Those cameras are working for her. Yeah, they work. Okay. But you guys don't have access though. I don't. I just today. All right. Cool. Appreciate it. I got some place. So, I spoke to the manager. I got their side of the story. Can I speak to you about Sure. Okay. So, around like 12, I ordered a pizza. It was online. Oh. Oh, here she is. The pizza got there. Oh my god, guys. This is pink sweatpant fighter lady and she has topped it all off with a Looney Tunes t-shirt. Normally the Looney Tunes graphics are on the pink pajama pants, but she's got the full set like 1:15ish. So there was a guy with dreads. He order he delivered the pizza. Right. So I went in the house obviously open the pizza. I saw the pizza. I ordered pizza and wings. When I opened the box, the pizza was not cut how they cut it. It wasn't cut at all. So correct. So I called and first time no one answered. I figured they were about to close at 2:00. So let me call back again. call back again like go by. Wait, I love that her voice is like so sweet and just like explaining what's going on. Meanwhile, we know that you just Hulk smashed the phone like 10 minutes ago. First time no one answered. I figured they were about to close at 2, so let me call back again. Call back again. Like a white female answered the phone. So I'm like, "Hi, I just ordered a pizza. I ordered a pizza in wings. My pizza wasn't cut. Do you guys still like cut the pizza in like the sections like you normally do?" She said, "Yeah." So I was like, "Okay." Well, my pizza wasn't cut. I was like, "And I live right around the corner. I've lived here for like six years. Every time I come up here or deliver, it's always a problem." And then she's like, "Well, we're short staff and if the only issue that you had was that it was a long time, but your pizza was right. Then I don't think you should be complaining about the fact that it wasn't cut." Which I felt like was really rude. So I'm like, "Well, no." I'm like, "Well, I have a right to complain. If it was not cut, then it wasn't cut." And she was like, "So basically what you're saying is it got there. You got it, but it just wasn't cut." And then she just hung up the phone. Okay. Okay. Hear me out. Hear me out. What I say is not gospel. I am not in the right about all things. I'm not in the right about anything. Okay. This is just my channel where I share my opinions on things. I would be very frustrated if the pizza was cold. I would be very frustrated if the pizza was uncut. And then also, y'all got to understand, you know, if you live in a small town, sometimes there is not another pizza place that you can order from. I mean, sure, you can probably everywhere you can get a little delivery somewhere now, right? So, you know, this this one lady, she got her points. But I gotta say, y'all ever worked retail before or work a shitty job. I mean, when you go to work at Domino's, this is not your 5year, 10 year career track. You probably don't want to do this job. And then there's people like this calling 24/7. I get it. 1:30 in the morning, I'm about to get off work. I can't have you call. It's like we're in a space where I work at Domino's and I'm having a bad day and you just got off work and you're tired and you just want some pizza and you're having a bad day. Look now, now we going to have a real bad day together. There are no heroes in this story. But her hanging up the phone at 1:30 in the morning is pretty funny. She said, "I got to go." I might just be biased because I've worked this job before. In the very least, I will tell you my thoughts and I will tell you my bias, right? So, I'm like, well, you can just take the whole piece. I don't even want it back at this point. So, I went up here, the door was unlocked, entered the door, there was one person in the front, the same one who delivered it. And I know that because he said, "Do you want this back?" And it was my 20 that I just had given him. And I said, "Yeah, I want a refund. Like, I don't want this food." He said, "Okay, I got you. Don't worry about it." So, as he's doing the refund, then she comes from like behind him, like up behind him. Yeah. And she's like, "No." When she walked up, I said, "Are you the one I spoke to over the phone?" She said, "Yeah." So, I was like, "Is there a reason why you hung up on me?" And she said, "You were being loud and rude and I rate." Mhm. And I kind of feel like, "Don't lie on me. I wasn't rude and I wasn't I rate. You're upset because it's 2:00. You're about to close and someone's calling and complaining. Get it. You probably don't want to hear it. I understand that. But don't hang up on me." Yeah. So I'm like, "So that's why you hung up because I was rude and I rate." I was like, "And I wasn't even rude or irate." But now I am because I'm mad that you just hung up and didn't even allow me to say anything. Okay. Honestly, kind of. Well, you know what? Speaking to him, she said, "Don't give her her money back and don't give her a refund." Oh, now I was like, "Okay, that's fine. You can keep walk away." She starts like, "Oh, well, bitch." Okay. Also, for you guys that watch videos and they say, "Okay, Bose, whose side are we on?" Sometimes we're not on anybody's side. We're just spectators. Think of it as like a boxing match where you don't really know either of the fighters and you're not as invested, but there's still going to be fighting, right? We're just we're just on the bleachers here. Okay. I was over on the bench. I was sitting over on the bench. I was over on the bench. As I'm about to walk away, she starts like, "Oh, well." And just it was beyond ridiculous over a pizza and some wings. So when she did that, literally I turned around. She did what? She was like calling me [ __ ] and hoes. Okay. So, she was being verbally abusive. Correct. So, then of course, not gonna lie to you, I said words as well. Okay. So, we're having this verbal altercation back and forth. So, before I knew it, the pizza, cuz I just had returned it was on the counter. She literally flipped up the pizza. So, the pizza box and the pizza fell. Sauce was flinging everywhere. So, when she did that, I said, "You're so lucky none of that sauce got on me." I was like, "I don't really have time for this. clearly you need this job cuz that would have been the tipping point. Not a drop of tomato [ __ ] or I'll get you. So, I'm just going to go. So, she literally and there was another guy in there, too. At that point, I noticed he was there. I guess he came from the back. So, she came around the counter. So, at this point, we're like here. Yeah. So, then one of the co Where was the pizza at the time? Um was on the when it got fall on the It was on the floor. On the counter. It flipped up. I really didn't see it. I think it was on the floor. When she flicked it up, like when she was on the counter and she flicked the box up. Okay. So, the box was on the counter. Correct. When I returned it, right? So, then she flicked it up, it fell. It flew in the air and pizza sauce is everywhere. That's what I said. What I said, like, I hope it didn't get on me. You're lucky it didn't get on me. And at that point, we're just having altercation back and forth still. So, then she comes around the counter. Pizza. And honestly, what a delicious altercation. I love the fact that pizza shops also have wings. That is just a great combo. And I think I'm gonna order myself some pizza and wings right now. Hot and wow domino. Now back to the show. I mean at that point we're just having altercation back and forth still. So then she comes around the counter. So one of her co-workers was still behind the counter. The other one who I guess was still in there the whole time. He came. So then my friend who was parked right over there next to her black car. I believe it's hers. um at that point just walked in like she walked in and was like trying to separate everything. So at that point I just kind of walked outside. As we walked outside she follows us outside and instructs one of her workers I guess to take a picture of the license plate which was not a problem there. But that's why I'm here to sit because I have nothing I didn't do anything wrong. I'm not going to go home and have this thing. So I stayed and waited for you to be here cuz I figured after seeing her on the phone she was calling. Yeah. I'm a little concerned about the whole telephone that's on top of the counter. It seems so. Yeah, like that's the thing. She told the story so nicely, so sweetly. But you done smashed the phone. Uh, looks like a store phone. It's on the counter. It's completely torn up, right? So, you don't know anything about that. So, the story happened when she flipped the pizza up or when I put dropped it on the counter. Like when I literally when I said, "Oh, well, I don't want this anymore." I mean, pretty sure there maybe was something there. I don't really know exactly where I placed it, but when I did it, I literally scooted it up and was like, "Oh, I don't want it anymore now." Okay. All right. Now, I know you're lying. I know you're lying. See, this is the thing. I hate when people switch to calmness because it can be very manipulative. manipulative. For me personally, people speaking in a really calm tone, it gets me because when I'm passionate about something or I've been like wrongly accused or if something happens, I get passionate. You watch me get passionate watching videos that I'm not even involved in. You know, like I'm screaming 24/7. Now imagine I'm on the other side of it. You guys see me get very passionate about all the time. So I have this thing in my brain where like if somebody's speaking very calmly, very cooly, very collected, I think, well, wow, they they are more composed than me, so they must be telling the truth. It's really interesting. Maybe if if anybody else can relate to that or knows what I mean. I don't know, like expand on in the comments cuz I'm just, you know me, I'm just talking through these videos in real time, right? But I know that when somebody's speaking calmly, I don't know why I compare it to myself because usually when I'm passionate or speaking a lot, I'm like panicking and telling the truth, but I see them as superior in some way because their emotions are contained and they're doing this da da da. But here's the thing, through that whole story, it seems like she's being truthful. It seems like she's being honest, but you didn't mention the phone. And then when you get called out for the phone, your story doesn't make sense. like she's like, "Oh, well that might have happened when she flipped the pizza up into the air." Like, objective. Now, not to say that we have a good guy or a bad guy in this situation. Maybe you're both the bad guy because you're lying. You are lying and you're downplaying what you did. And the minute that somebody starts lying and downplaying what they do, all lies on them. No more Mr. Nice bows anymore, [ __ ] I'm so tired of people taking advantage of my empathy. Not today, [ __ ] I could have been firm. I don't really know. It was a heat of a moment. I'm not really sure, but I literally tossed it and was like exploded. I was It was a scoop like scooted on the counter. I don't want this. When you came So, what do you think caused damage to to the to telephone that's on top of the counter? I truly believe when she literally tossed the like she literally No. Okay, you're out. You have the capacity to lie to me. You're out. Raise your hand. If somebody lies, you're like, "Okay, it's a small lie. I know the truth. I'm going to let them get away with this one." And then they just start, uh-uh, no, no, no, no. Once you, once I realize you have the capacity to lie to me, I'm pushing you on every subject because you ain't you. No, no. Came up to the counter and flipped it up. I don't believe. Do you believe? I know that there was a register. Don't know exactly the placement of it, but I know that she for sure tossed it up. Between you and I, the telephone looks completely torn up or a box. So cardboard box is not damage to to the phone. Is there anything else? No. There's got to be a camera in there. Attempt to break it. I didn't touch the phone or to break. And this is important because then she has destroyed property. That's why this is so important. This is This is like the charge here. I have a phone. I have to do that. Why would the employee damage the phone? Why would the employee damage the phone? Their own store phone. Yeah. I have no idea what she I don't know. So, you don't know what happened to the phone? They're telling me you you know you grabbed the phone, smashed it to pieces. I grabbed the phone and smashed it to pieces. I mean, that's what they're Sorry, but no. You understand that there's a I Oh, you understand that there's cameras? Hold on. Oh my god, guys. I sw I was fast forwarding to see if we saw the cameras. Nope. I don't believe I I don't I'm not buying her. I'm not buying it right now. We understand that there's cameras inside the store as well. I certainly understand that. Okay. But again, like I said, there was someone who was seeing the whole entire thing in the car. Like I have no reason to lie at all. I understand. No, I'm just saying. You know, there was multiple people inside the store as well that that saw the um altercation and you know what happened inside. Well, I don't think it was multip Well, I'm not going to say that. Not going to argue. Well, the manager and the other worker that was inside. Correct. Correct. Including you and your friend. Right. I'm dead. Yeah, it was them, too. And I was there and she was literally at literally at the car watching the entire thing. I didn't break a phone. I have no reason to lie to you at all. But to sit here and say, "Oh god, now she's getting me. I I didn't break the phone. I'm not going to argue with you. Now she's getting to me." I need to know if she broke that damn phone. I need to know. So, you understand where I'm coming from now, right? I just got to this call, right? I go through those doors. Pizza's everywhere, which makes sense. You know, like you said it was tossed by the by an employee. I look at the countertop, the whole entire phone, the store phone is completely shattered. Like it would take a lot of force to completely destroy that phone. It's not like it was knocked over or anything. It's literally in pieces. Right. But again, but do you see where I'm coming from? Like I'm puzzled as how that occurred. Sir, I understand where you're coming from. Right. Again, there are people saying that they saw you toss the phone up and damage the phone. So, either you're sitting here lying to my face about what happened about about the phone or cuz you know, next thing I'm going to look through the cameras and then we'll go from there. You can look at the camera. Like I said, I'm giving you another chance to tell me the truth about the phone. I don't like how you're speaking to No, no, no. What I'm saying to you is I told you the exact story. I didn't purposely go in and do anything. No, I got to say, even though she could be totally in the right here, but or it could be a Black Mirror episode. Y'all know that episode, Beta Noir. You you know what I'm talking about, right? Please tell me somebody seen that one. The one from the new season, episode two. So good. I love Black Mirror. This is what I I'm alone. Sometimes people will say like, "Yeah, check the cameras, da da." But they are prepared to go to the next level where like if that's on the camera, they're going to like talk their way out of it, you know? So I I don't know how. I don't know. To be completely honest, I wasn't looking at a phone. I just had the pizza box. So, you wouldn't be able to tell me what the status of the store phone was at the time when you came in through the door? I cannot I don't I wasn't looking at a phone. I don't Okay, fair enough. I'm sorry. I can't. Okay. Um, give me a second. Hey, Fernandez, just say bye with her for a second. Okay. I'll get back to you. Yeah. So, what happened? I was trying to stop them from fighting though. What happened? So, um she didn't break the phone. All that damn pizza and everything. Yes. She was throwing that [ __ ] Um she was trying to protect herself at the same time cuz she thought that she was going to really hit her some [ __ ] Okay. So, um that's when I had Bro, why do I immediately believe this man is simply a spectator? Walked around and I was like trying to stop. Were you inside the whole time? Huh? Were you inside it? Yeah. The whole time while while it was happening, then she walked down and then went back in her car and then that's when she was sitting right there in her parking spot. Gotcha. So, what can you tell me what happened after she walked in? Okay. Are you saying when she walked in? When she walked in. Okay. When she walked in, she was arguing, yelling at her, boom, boom, this and that. And she was like, "Oh, we can't give you your money back because you know whatever was wrong with the pizza." I don't know what the hell was wrong with the pizza. That's the part that I don't know. Like she was real mad that she like flipped the food and every damn thing all on the floor and [ __ ] like that. Who was the one that flipped the uh the pizza? She did. Okay. She flipped the food and everything, the wings and all that and it got all over the place. She broke the phone. Did she throw the pizza at someone or just No, she she flipped it like towards her and that's when it got on her and then that's when Yeah. What happened to that? But the lady, right? She came around and was trying to tell her like, "Oh, can you get out the store and this and that?" She was trying to get all in her face. Uh, her friend came in and was trying to protect her. Um, I came around too and I was trying to like block them from fighting and then that's when she was just yelling, yelling. Then she walked out and went in her car. What about the phone? The phone? Yeah, she she was flipping everything. Like when she was flipping a pizza or two, she flipped the phone and everything and broke the phone. Okay, gotcha. Yeah. Okay. Can I get your name? After viewing the security footage and conducting multiple witness statements, she was placed under arrest for criminal mischief. pink pajamas is going to you just can't control yourself to the point that you're going to jail.
